图1至图3示出了本发明降低药液损耗的灌装方法的一种实施例,采用药液灌装装置进行,药液灌装装置包括多个称重工位1和分液容器4,分液容器4设有多个出液口41,多个称重工位1上方对应设有多个并排布置的灌针5,各出液口41与各灌针5分别通过管道6连接,各管道6上均设有灌装泵61,灌装方法包括:对管道6内剩余药液的灌装,具体方法为:药瓶输送至称重工位1上,由第一灌针5对药瓶进行灌装,再由相邻的第二灌针5进行补液灌装或再由第三灌针5进行补液灌装,直至药瓶药液灌装量合格,以此分别对药瓶进行逐一灌装排空管道6内剩余药液。该灌装方法能够逐一灌装排空各管道6内剩余的药液,从而降低药液损耗。
本实施例中,第一灌针5为一个灌针5,第二灌针5为与已灌装相邻的灌针5,第三灌针5为已灌装不相邻的灌针5。具体为,由一个灌针5对药瓶进行灌装后,由与已灌装相邻的灌针5进行补液灌装;或者,由一个灌针5对药瓶进行灌装,再由与已灌装不相邻的灌针5进行补液灌装;如仍未灌装合格,则继续由未灌装的其它灌针5进行补液灌装;直至药瓶药液灌装量合格,以此分别对药瓶进行逐一灌装排空管道6内剩余药液。
本实施例中,灌装方法还包括在称重工位1上对药瓶进行定量灌装,并边称重边补液,使各药瓶中的药量达标。如,在称重工位1上进行尾液灌装,各灌针5均能用于定量灌装又能用于补灌,提高了补液效率;又如,在称重工位1上进行正常灌装生产,灌装和补灌均在称重工位1上进行,提高了生产效率。
本实施例中,灌装方法还包括:在称重工位1上进行称重,并同步灌装,对灌装量不达标的药瓶由低位灌针5补灌药液。同步灌装为,所有灌针5同时灌装,并进行边灌边称。如分液容器4内的尾液灌装时,各灌针5先同步灌装,然后,再通过低位灌针5对未达标的药瓶进行补灌,提高了尾液灌装的效率,也该减少了药液浪费量。
本实施例中,对灌装量不达标的药瓶由最低位灌针5补灌药液。具体为,在称重工位1上,只采用最低位灌针5补液,其他灌针5正常灌装,直到无药液流出,未达标的药瓶均通过最低位灌针5补液,从而,减少了药瓶的移动次数,使操作更加简单,提高了工作效率。
本实施例中,分液容器4倾斜设置,相邻灌针5中,后方的灌针5与分液容器4上高位的出液口41连接,前方的灌针5与分液容器4上低位的出液口41连接。分液容器4的倾斜角为a,0°<a≤10°。药液灌装装置还包括供药装置7、进液阀8和缓冲罐9,供药装置7和缓冲罐9通过进液管路连接,进液管路上设有进液阀8,缓冲罐9与分液容器4通过连接管路连接。分液容器4的顶部设有进液口42,缓冲罐9与分液容器4的进液口42通过连接管路连接。
该药液灌装装置的具体灌装步骤如下:
第一步. 灌装排空(以,灌针5数为8个,称重工位1的秤数为8个为例,各灌针5沿药瓶输送方向F从前至后标号为A1-A8,各秤由前至后标号为B1-B8,各灌针5与称重工位1上各秤分别对准)
a)    缓冲罐9向分液容器4中间断进液,实现分液容器4内的无气泡填充;
b)    药瓶向前称动,单次走瓶个数为8个,向称重工位1上连续进3组瓶(依据扇形块周期);
c)    待药瓶到达秤上方,灌针5插入瓶口;
d)    使用边灌边称,将各个管路分别排空;
e)    单次排空后继续走瓶,完成后续两组灌装;
f)    完成排空,进入装量校准模式。(如果有定量灌装则进入装量校准;无一直进行边灌边称则不进入装量校准);
第二步. 装量校准
a)    单次走瓶个数为8个,连续进瓶;
b)    待整组8个药瓶到达各秤上方后,各灌针5插入瓶口(整组8个药瓶从前至后标号为C1-C8号瓶);
c)    8个秤分别获取每个药瓶的空瓶重量,按照目标装量进行单次灌装;
d)    获取灌装后的总重,计算每个灌装泵61灌装的净重值;
e)    缓存单次灌装的净重值,用于判断是否进行装量校准;
f)    判断每瓶装量是否合格,如果合格,则继续下一组药瓶灌装;如果不合格,则跳转至c步骤,此时的目标装量为该药瓶上一轮得出的偏差值;
g)    连续判断2组药瓶单次灌装净重值,并内部比较偏差值,满足在一定范围之内(例如:内部偏差1%以内),计算平均值进行校准;
h)    继续灌装直到每个灌针5单次灌装合格,进行正常灌装生产。
第三步为.    尾液灌装(第一种方法)
a)    通过缓冲罐9称重传感器,检测缓冲罐9中药液低液位时,进行尾液灌装;
b)    单次走瓶个数为1个,连续进瓶,直到药瓶到达称重工位1上B8号秤上;
c)    获取药瓶皮重,按照目标装量灌装一次,获取灌装后的总重;
d)    计算偏差值,判断装量是否合格;
e)    如果合格,则结束单瓶灌装,走瓶继续下一瓶灌装;如果不合格,则跳转至c步骤继续灌装,此时的目标装量为上次计算的偏差值;
f)    继续灌装直到单瓶灌装合格,如果单瓶灌装超过n次(n为3、4、5……,n可设定)仍然不合格,则结束A8号灌针5的灌装,并向前走瓶;
g)    由A7号灌针5完成补液直至装量合格;
h)    继续走瓶,A7号灌针5灌装;
j)     重复c-h步流程直到A1号灌针5灌装完成。
或者第三步为.   尾液灌装(第二种方法)
a)    通过缓冲罐9称重传感器,检测缓冲罐9中药液低液位时,进行尾液灌装;
b)    单次走瓶个数为1个,连续进瓶,直到药瓶到达称重工位1上B2-B8号秤上;
c)    获取B2-B8号药瓶的皮重后灌装一次,继续单个走瓶;
d)    在B1号秤上逐一得出B2-B8号药瓶的偏差值,并逐一补液;
e)    完成一组药瓶后,继续称量接下来的B2-B8号药瓶皮重,灌装,单个走瓶;
f)    如果出现单个药瓶当中,某支灌装泵61出现装量低于20%时,停止该灌装泵61对应的灌装,并直接剔废;
g)    最后只进2号药瓶,A1号灌针5连接的灌装泵61运行超过30s装量仍未达到目标装量时,整个流程结束,停止生产。
前期灌装准备阶段,对管道中的空气进行排净,此时因受到管道中空气的影响,药瓶灌装量不达标,通过边称重边补液,从而使药瓶内装量合格,不会造成药品浪费。当分液容器4药量不足时,高位灌针5先定量灌装,低位灌针5再进行逐一补灌,从而对尾液(剩余药液)进行有效利用,确保最多一瓶药液量灌装不合格。
虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭示如上,然而并非用以限定本发明。任何熟悉本领域的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案范围的情况下,都可利用上述揭示的技术内容对本发明技术方案做出许多可能的变动和修饰,或修改为等同变化的等效实施例。因此,凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明技术实质对以上实施例所做的任何简单修改、等同变化及修饰,均应落在本发明技术方案保护的范围内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种降低药液损耗的灌装方法,其特征在于:包括多个称重工位(1)和分液容器(4),所述分液容器(4)设有多个出液口(41),所述多个称重工位(1)上方对应设有多个并排布置的灌针(5),各所述出液口(41)与各灌针(5)分别通过管道(6)连接,各所述管道(6)上均设有灌装泵(61),对管道(6)内剩余药液的灌装,所述灌装方法包括:药瓶输送至称重工位(1)上,由第一灌针(5)对药瓶进行灌装,再由相邻的第二灌针(5)进行补液灌装或再由第三灌针(5)进行补液灌装,直至药瓶药液灌装量合格,以此分别对药瓶进行逐一灌装排空管道(6)内剩余药液。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的降低药液损耗的灌装方法,其特征在于:所述第一灌针(5)为一个灌针(5),所述第二灌针(5)为与已灌装相邻的灌针(5),所述第三灌针(5)为已灌装不相邻的灌针(5)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的降低药液损耗的灌装方法,其特征在于:所述灌装方法还包括在称重工位(1)上对药瓶进行定量灌装,并边称重边补液,使各药瓶中的药量达标。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的降低药液损耗的灌装方法,其特征在于:所述灌装方法还包括:在称重工位(1)上进行称重,并同步灌装,对灌装量不达标的药瓶由低位灌针(5)补灌药液。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的降低药液损耗的灌装方法,其特征在于:对灌装量不达标的药瓶由最低位灌针(5)补灌药液。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的降低药液损耗的灌装方法,其特征在于:所述分液容器(4)倾斜设置,相邻灌针(5)中,后方的灌针(5)与分液容器(4)上高位的出液口(41)连接,前方的灌针(5)与分液容器(4)上低位的出液口(41)连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的降低药液损耗的灌装方法,其特征在于:所述分液容器(4)的倾斜角为a,0°<a≤10°。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的降低药液损耗的灌装方法,其特征在于:所述药液灌装装置还包括供药装置(7)、进液阀(8)和缓冲罐(9),所述供药装置(7)和缓冲罐(9)通过进液管路连接,所述进液管路上设有进液阀(8),所述缓冲罐(9)与分液容器(4)通过连接管路连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的降低药液损耗的灌装方法,其特征在于:所述分液容器(4)的顶部设有进液口(42),所述缓冲罐(9)与分液容器(4)的进液口(42)通过连接管路连接。
