一种色母粒烘干除粉装置,包括工作箱,所述工作箱上转动连接有投料门和排料门,所述工作箱顶部固定连接有电机,所述电机的输出端固定连接有第一转轴,所述第一转轴上固定连接有涡轮片,所述 工作箱内固定连接有传送筒,所述涡轮片转动连接在传送筒内,所述涡轮片与传送筒的内壁贴合,所述工作箱上固定连接有除尘箱,所述除尘箱内转动连接有第二转轴,所述第一转轴上固定连接有第一齿轮,所述第二转轴上固定连接有第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮与第二齿轮啮合,所述第二转轴上固定连接有吸尘叶片和第一带轮,所述工作箱上固定连接有烘干箱,所述烘干箱上开设有通孔,所述烘干箱上固定连接有滤网,所述烘干箱内转动连接有第三转轴,所述第三转轴上固定连接有吹风叶片和第二带轮,所述吹风叶片转动连接在烘干箱内,所述第一带轮通过皮带与第二带轮转动连接。
优选的,所述工作箱内固定连接有安装架,所述传送筒固定连接在安装架上,所述安装架上滑动连接有振动杆,所述振动杆上固定连接有导向杆,所述导向杆滑动连接在安装架上,所述导向杆上套接有弹簧,所述弹簧的两端分别与安装架和振动杆相抵,所述第一转轴上固定连接有拨杆,所述拨杆与振动杆相抵。
优选的,所述工作箱内固定连接有安装板,所述安装板上开设有与振动杆配合的滑槽。
优选的,所述工作箱上固定连接有第一固定架,所述除尘箱内固定连接有第二固定架,所述第二转轴转动连接在第一固定架和第二固定架上。
优选的,所述除尘箱上固定连接有第一安装筒,所述第一安装筒上可拆卸链连接有收纳袋。
优选的,所述烘干箱上固定连接有第二安装筒,所述第二安装筒 内安装有除湿棉,所述第二安装筒通过通孔与烘干箱相连通。
优选的,所述工作箱的底部设有一定的斜度。
优选的,所述除尘箱的数量具体为两组,且两组所述除尘箱对称分布在工作箱的两侧。

与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种色母粒烘干除粉装置,具备以下有益效果:
1、该色母粒烘干除粉装置,通过打开投料门,将色母粒投入进工作箱内,关闭投料门,启动电机,电机带动第一转轴转动,第一转轴上固定连接的涡轮片在传送筒内转动,由于涡轮片与传送筒的内壁相贴合,从而在涡轮片转动时将工作箱底部的色母粒通过传送筒向上推送,在第一转轴转动时第一转轴上固定连接的第一齿轮转动,第一齿轮与第二齿轮啮合,从而第二转轴被带动共同转动,第二转轴转动时第二转轴上固定连接的第一带轮转动,第一带轮通过皮带与第二带轮转动连接,从而第三转轴共同转动,将热风通过烘干箱输送进工作箱内,在涡轮片不断转动的过程中色母粒被推动至传送筒的顶部并进行下落,第三转轴上固定连接的吹风叶片跟随第三转轴共同转动,吹风叶片对热风的流速进行加强,从传送筒顶部掉落的色母粒被吹风叶片所吹动,一方面通入热风对其进行烘干,另一方面使得色母粒中产生的粉尘扬起,而滤网能防止色母粒进入到烘干箱内,从而不会出现 色母粒将第三转轴卡住的现象发生,扬起的粉尘向上飘动时第二转轴上固定连接的吸尘叶片在进行转动,吸尘叶片的转动将飞扬的粉尘进行吸附,流出工作箱外从而达到除尘的效果,当工作箱内的色母粒烘干除尘完毕之后打开排料门将色母粒排出,同时控制电机反转能使传送筒内存集的色母粒排出。
2、该色母粒烘干除粉装置,通过当第一转轴转动时固定连接在第一转轴上的拨杆共同转动,当拨杆抵触到振动杆时振动杆相对安装架发生滑动,此时振动杆便会挤压弹簧,当拨杆不在接触到振动杆时振动杆在弹簧的作用下复位,此过程使得振动杆发生震动,而振动杆与工作箱内的色母粒相接触,产生的震动传递到色母粒上,配合工作箱底部设有的斜度,从而使得色母粒向工作箱的底部进行移动,方便涡轮片对色母粒进行向上推送的动作,导向杆对振动杆的位置进行限定,使得振动杆在产生振动的同时不会脱离安装架。
3、该色母粒烘干除粉装置,通过吸尘叶片在转动时将粉尘吸附到除尘箱内,而后粉尘继续被吸尘叶片吹送至第一安装筒内,随后从第一安装筒排出,在第一安装筒上安装收纳袋,从而粉尘被收纳袋收纳,收纳袋透气,从而不会使得其内部压力过大,且当收纳袋内粉尘收集满之后可将收纳袋拆下进行清理,两组除尘箱对称设置在工作箱上方的两侧,增大吸附范围,提升对粉尘的吸附效果。
4、该色母粒烘干除粉装置,通过将外部通入热风的装置通过第二安装筒安装到烘干箱上,在进行通入热风时经过除湿棉的过滤使得通入的热风更为干燥,且对称设置在工作箱两侧的烘干箱能增大对工 作箱内的色母粒吹风面积,提升干燥效果和使得粉尘分离的效果。

实施例1:
参照图1-4,一种色母粒烘干除粉装置,包括工作箱1,工作箱1上转动连接有投料门101和排料门102,工作箱1顶部固定连接有电机2,电机2的输出端固定连接有第一转轴201,第一转轴201上固定连接有涡轮片2013,工作箱1内固定连接有传送筒4,涡轮片2013转动连接在传送筒4内,涡轮片2013与传送筒4的内壁贴合,工作箱1上固定连接有除尘箱3,除尘箱3内转动连接有第二转轴301,第一转轴201上固定连接有第一齿轮2011,第二转轴301上固定连接有第二齿轮3014,第一齿轮2011与第二齿轮3014啮合,第二转轴301上固定连接有吸尘叶片3011和第一带轮3013,工作箱1上固定连接有烘干箱5,烘干箱5上开设有通孔5013,烘干箱5上固定连接有滤网503,烘干箱5内转动连接有第三转轴501,第三转轴501上固定连接有吹风叶片5011和第二带轮5012,吹风叶片5011转动连接在烘干箱5内,第一带轮3013通过皮带与第二带轮5012转动连接。
打开投料门101,将色母粒投入进工作箱1内,关闭投料门101,启动电机2,电机2带动第一转轴201转动,第一转轴201上固定连 接的涡轮片2013在传送筒4内转动,由于涡轮片2013与传送筒4的内壁相贴合,从而在涡轮片2013转动时将工作箱1底部的色母粒通过传送筒4向上推送,在第一转轴201转动时第一转轴201上固定连接的第一齿轮2011转动,第一齿轮2011与第二齿轮3014啮合,从而第二转轴301被带动共同转动,第二转轴301转动时第二转轴301上固定连接的第一带轮3013转动,第一带轮3013通过皮带与第二带轮5012转动连接,从而第三转轴501共同转动,将热风通过烘干箱5输送进工作箱1内,在涡轮片2013不断转动的过程中色母粒被推动至传送筒4的顶部并进行下落,第三转轴501上固定连接的吹风叶片5011跟随第三转轴501共同转动,吹风叶片5011对热风的流速进行加强,从传送筒4顶部掉落的色母粒被吹风叶片5011所吹动,一方面通入热风对其进行烘干,另一方面使得色母粒中产生的粉尘扬起,而滤网503能防止色母粒进入到烘干箱5内,从而不会出现色母粒将第三转轴501卡住的现象发生,扬起的粉尘向上飘动时第二转轴301上固定连接的吸尘叶片3011在进行转动,吸尘叶片3011的转动将飞扬的粉尘进行吸附,流出工作箱1外从而达到除尘的效果,当工作箱1内的色母粒烘干除尘完毕之后打开排料门102将色母粒排出,同时控制电机2反转能使传送筒4内存集的色母粒排出。
实施例2:
参照图1-4,与实施例1基本相同,更进一步的是,工作箱1内固定连接有安装架401,传送筒4固定连接在安装架401上,安装架401上滑动连接有振动杆6,振动杆6上固定连接有导向杆601,导 向杆601滑动连接在安装架401上,导向杆601上套接有弹簧6011,弹簧6011的两端分别与安装架401和振动杆6相抵,第一转轴201上固定连接有拨杆2012,拨杆2012与振动杆6相抵,工作箱1内固定连接有安装板602,安装板602上开设有与振动杆6配合的滑槽,工作箱1的底部设有一定的斜度。
当第一转轴201转动时固定连接在第一转轴201上的拨杆2012共同转动,当拨杆2012抵触到振动杆6时振动杆6相对安装架401发生滑动,此时振动杆6便会挤压弹簧6011,当拨杆2012不在接触到振动杆6时振动杆6在弹簧6011的作用下复位,此过程使得振动杆6发生震动,而振动杆6与工作箱1内的色母粒相接触,产生的震动传递到色母粒上,配合工作箱1底部设有的斜度,从而使得色母粒向工作箱1的底部进行移动,方便涡轮片2013对色母粒进行向上推送的动作,导向杆601对振动杆6的位置进行限定,使得振动杆6在产生振动的同时不会脱离安装架401。
实施例3:
参照图1,与实施例1基本相同,更进一步的是,除尘箱3上固定连接有第一安装筒303,第一安装筒303上可拆卸链连接有收纳袋3031,除尘箱3的数量具体为两组,且两组除尘箱3对称分布在工作箱1的两侧。
吸尘叶片3011在转动时将粉尘吸附到除尘箱3内,而后粉尘继续被吸尘叶片3011吹送至第一安装筒303内,随后从第一安装筒303排出,在第一安装筒303上安装收纳袋3031,从而粉尘被收纳袋3031 收纳,收纳袋3031透气,从而不会使得其内部压力过大,且当收纳袋3031内粉尘收集满之后可将收纳袋3031拆下进行清理,两组除尘箱3对称设置在工作箱1上方的两侧,增大吸附范围,提升对粉尘的吸附效果。
实施例4:
参照图1和图2,与实施例1基本相同,更进一步的是,烘干箱5上固定连接有第二安装筒502,第二安装筒502内安装有除湿棉5021,第二安装筒502通过通孔5013与烘干箱5相连通,烘干箱5的数量具体为两组,且两组烘干箱5对称分布在工作箱1的两侧。
将外部通入热风的装置通过第二安装筒502安装到烘干箱5上,在进行通入热风时经过除湿棉5021的过滤使得通入的热风更为干燥,且对称设置在工作箱1两侧的烘干箱5能增大对工作箱1内的色母粒吹风面积,提升干燥效果和使得粉尘分离的效果。
工作原理:本发明中,打开投料门101,将色母粒投入进工作箱1内,关闭投料门101,启动电机2,电机2带动第一转轴201转动,第一转轴201上固定连接的涡轮片2013在传送筒4内转动,由于涡轮片2013与传送筒4的内壁相贴合,从而在涡轮片2013转动时将工作箱1底部的色母粒通过传送筒4向上推送,在第一转轴201转动时第一转轴201上固定连接的第一齿轮2011转动,第一齿轮2011与第二齿轮3014啮合,从而第二转轴301被带动共同转动,第二转轴301转动时第二转轴301上固定连接的第一带轮3013转动,第一带轮3013通过皮带与第二带轮5012转动连接,从而第三转轴501共同转动, 将热风通过烘干箱5输送进工作箱1内,在涡轮片2013不断转动的过程中色母粒被推动至传送筒4的顶部并进行下落,第三转轴501上固定连接的吹风叶片5011跟随第三转轴501共同转动,吹风叶片5011对热风的流速进行加强,从传送筒4顶部掉落的色母粒被吹风叶片5011所吹动,一方面通入热风对其进行烘干,另一方面使得色母粒中产生的粉尘扬起,而滤网503能防止色母粒进入到烘干箱5内,从而不会出现色母粒将第三转轴501卡住的现象发生,扬起的粉尘向上飘动时第二转轴301上固定连接的吸尘叶片3011在进行转动,吸尘叶片3011的转动将飞扬的粉尘进行吸附,流出工作箱1外从而达到除尘的效果,当工作箱1内的色母粒烘干除尘完毕之后打开排料门102将色母粒排出,同时控制电机2反转能使传送筒4内存集的色母粒排出,当第一转轴201转动时固定连接在第一转轴201上的拨杆2012共同转动,当拨杆2012抵触到振动杆6时振动杆6相对安装架401发生滑动,此时振动杆6便会挤压弹簧6011,当拨杆2012不在接触到振动杆6时振动杆6在弹簧6011的作用下复位,此过程使得振动杆6发生震动,而振动杆6与工作箱1内的色母粒相接触,产生的震动传递到色母粒上,配合工作箱1底部设有的斜度,从而使得色母粒向工作箱1的底部进行移动,方便涡轮片2013对色母粒进行向上推送的动作,导向杆601对振动杆6的位置进行限定,使得振动杆6在产生振动的同时不会脱离安装架401,吸尘叶片3011在转动时将粉尘吸附到除尘箱3内,而后粉尘继续被吸尘叶片3011吹送至第一安装筒303内,随后从第一安装筒303排出,在第一安装筒303上安 装收纳袋3031,从而粉尘被收纳袋3031收纳,收纳袋3031透气,从而不会使得其内部压力过大,且当收纳袋3031内粉尘收集满之后可将收纳袋3031拆下进行清理,两组除尘箱3对称设置在工作箱1上方的两侧,增大吸附范围,提升对粉尘的吸附效果,将外部通入热风的装置通过第二安装筒502安装到烘干箱5上,在进行通入热风时经过除湿棉5021的过滤使得通入的热风更为干燥,且对称设置在工作箱1两侧的烘干箱5能增大对工作箱1内的色母粒吹风面积,提升干燥效果和使得粉尘分离的效果。

  1. 一种色母粒烘干除粉装置,包括工作箱(1),所述工作箱(1)上转动连接有投料门(101)和排料门(102),其特征在于,所述工作箱(1)顶部固定连接有电机(2),所述电机(2)的输出端固定连接有第一转轴(201),所述第一转轴(201)上固定连接有涡轮片(2013),所述工作箱(1)内固定连接有传送筒(4),所述涡轮片(2013)转动连接在传送筒(4)内,所述涡轮片(2013)与传送筒(4)的内壁贴合,所述工作箱(1)上固定连接有除尘箱(3),所述除尘箱(3)内转动连接有第二转轴(301),所述第一转轴(201)上固定连接有第一齿轮(2011),所述第二转轴(301)上固定连接有第二齿轮(3014),所述第一齿轮(2011)与第二齿轮(3014)啮合,所述第二转轴(301)上固定连接有吸尘叶片(3011)和第一带轮(3013),所述工作箱(1)上固定连接有烘干箱(5),所述烘干箱(5)上开设有通孔(5013),所述烘干箱(5)上固定连接有滤网(503),所述烘干箱(5)内转动连接有第三转轴(501),所述第三转轴(501)上固定连接有吹风叶片(5011)和第二带轮(5012),所述吹风叶片(5011)转动连接在烘干箱(5)内,所述第一带轮(3013)通过皮带与第二带轮(5012)转动连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种色母粒烘干除粉装置,其特征在于,所述工作箱(1)内固定连接有安装架(401),所述传送筒(4)固定连接在安装架(401)上,所述安装架(401)上滑动连接有振动杆(6),所述振动杆(6)上固定连接有导向杆(601),所述导向杆(601)滑动连接在安装架(401)上,所述导向杆(601)上套接 有弹簧(6011),所述弹簧(6011)的两端分别与安装架(401)和振动杆(6)相抵,所述第一转轴(201)上固定连接有拨杆(2012),所述拨杆(2012)与振动杆(6)相抵。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种色母粒烘干除粉装置,其特征在于,所述工作箱(1)内固定连接有安装板(602),所述安装板(602)上开设有与振动杆(6)配合的滑槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种色母粒烘干除粉装置,其特征在于,所述工作箱(1)上固定连接有第一固定架(3012),所述除尘箱(3)内固定连接有第二固定架(302),所述第二转轴(301)转动连接在第一固定架(3012)和第二固定架(302)上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种色母粒烘干除粉装置,其特征在于,所述除尘箱(3)上固定连接有第一安装筒(303),所述第一安装筒(303)上可拆卸链连接有收纳袋(3031)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种色母粒烘干除粉装置,其特征在于,所述烘干箱(5)上固定连接有第二安装筒(502),所述第二安装筒(502)内安装有除湿棉(5021),所述第二安装筒(502)通过通孔(5013)与烘干箱(5)相连通。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种色母粒烘干除粉装置,其特征在于,所述工作箱(1)的底部设有一定的斜度。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种色母粒烘干除粉装置,其特征在于,所述除尘箱(3)的数量具体为两组,且两组所述除尘箱(3)对称分布在工作箱(1)的两侧。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种色母粒烘干除粉装置,其特征在于,所述烘干箱(5)的数量具体为两组,且两组所述烘干箱(5)对称分布在工作箱(1)的两侧。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种色母粒烘干除粉装置,其特征在于,所述工作箱(1)的底部固定连接有支脚(103)。
