一种防污染瓶盖 技术领域
本发明涉及瓶盖的技术领域,特别涉及一种防污染瓶盖。
背景技术
利用瓶子收纳液体是一种常见的收纳方式,譬如有很多化妆品为液态产品,在利用瓶子收纳后,只需对瓶子挤压便可将液体挤出使用;但在应用过程中,瓶盖的出液孔会与使用者的涂敷部位接触,在使用完毕后,使用者体表的粘附物会经出液孔进入瓶内,从而污染内容物,为此急需一种能够解决此问题的技术方案。
技术问题
现有的瓶盖容易污染内容物。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于提供一种防污染瓶盖,以解决现有瓶盖容易污染内容物的问题。
为了解决所述技术问题,本发明提供了一种防污染瓶盖,包括盖体、出液单向阀和进气单向阀;所述盖体上设有出液孔和进气孔,所述出液孔和所述进气孔均与所述盖体的内部导通;所述出液单向阀设于所述盖体围纳的空间内,所述出液单向阀单向封堵所述出液孔,以使所述出液孔在进行倾倒操作时导通;所述进气单向阀设于所述盖体围纳的空间内,所述进气单向阀单向封堵所述进气孔,以使所述进气孔在进行倾倒操作时封闭。
在其中一个实施例中,所述盖体内部设有出液腔和进气腔,所述出液腔与所述出液孔导通,所述进气腔与所述进气孔导通;所述防污染瓶盖还包括支架,所述支架包括出液架体和进气架体;所述出液架体嵌入并围蔽封堵所述出液腔内,所述出液架体设有导液孔,所述导液孔与所述出液腔导通,所述出液单向阀单向封闭所述导液孔;所述进气架体嵌入并围蔽封堵所述进气腔内,所述进气架体设有导气孔,所述导气孔与所述进气腔导通,所述进气单向阀向封闭所述导气孔。
在其中一个实施例中,所述出液单向阀包括出液堵芯和软胶挡片;所述出液堵芯的一端与所述盖体内顶壁抵接,所述出液堵芯的另一端穿入所述导液孔内,所述出液堵芯的直径小于所述导液孔的孔径;所述软胶挡片设于所述出液腔内,所述软胶挡片围绕所述出液堵芯周向设置一圈,所述软胶挡片延伸至所述导液孔的周向外,以使所述软胶挡片阻隔所述导液孔和所述出液孔的导通,且所述软胶挡片的受压弯折用于导通所述导液孔和所述出液孔。
在其中一个实施例中,所述进气单向阀包括相互连接的导柱和密封罩;所述导柱的直径小于所述导气孔的孔径,所述导柱穿过所述导气孔,所述导柱置于所述进气腔内的部位设有挡块,所述挡块往所述导气孔的周向外延伸,所述挡块用于与所述进气架体抵接以阻止所述进气单向阀脱离;所述密封罩置于所述进气腔外,所述密封罩与所述进气架体相互分离,且所述密封罩能够在倾倒操作下受力形变,以封闭所述导气孔。

在其中一个实施例中,所述导气孔的孔径在往远离所述进气孔的方向上呈线形增大变化。
在其中一个实施例中,所述导气孔为十字形,所述导柱相对的两侧均设有所述挡块。
在其中一个实施例中,所述盖体连接有可打开和翻合的翻盖,所述翻盖的翻合用于包围封闭所述出液孔和所述进气孔。
有益效果
在进行应用时,防污染瓶盖会安装在瓶子上配合使用,由于所述出液单向阀设于所述盖体围纳的空间内,所述出液单向阀单向封堵所述出液孔,以使所述出液孔在进行倾倒操作时导通,所以使用者只需挤压瓶子,液体便可正常经出液孔排出,而在停止使用时,出液单向阀对出液孔的封堵,则防止了使用者体表的粘附物进入瓶内,不会对内容物造成污染,切实解决了现有瓶盖容易污染内容物的问题。

本发明的实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
本发明提供了一种防污染瓶盖,其第一个实施例如图1和图3所示,包括盖体10、出液单向阀20和进气单向阀30;盖体10上设有出液孔11和进气孔12,出液孔11和进气孔12均与盖体10的内部导通;出液单向阀20设于盖体10围纳的空间内,出液单向阀20单向封堵出液孔11,以使出液孔11在进行倾倒操作时导通;进气单向阀30设于盖体10围纳的空间内,进气单向阀30单向封堵进气孔12,以使进气孔12在进行倾倒操作时封闭。
在进行应用时,防污染瓶盖会安装在瓶子40上配合使用,对瓶子40倾倒后,使用者只需挤压瓶子40,出液单向阀20将解除对出液孔11的封堵,进气单向阀30将封堵进气孔12,液体便可正常经出液孔11排出,而在停止使用时,进气单向阀30解除对进气孔12的封堵,恢复瓶内的气压,出液单向阀20对出液孔11的封堵,则防止了使用者体表的粘附物进入瓶内,不会对内容物造成污染,切实解决了现有瓶盖容易污染内容物的问题。
如图1和图2所示,盖体10内部设有出液腔13和进气腔14,出液腔13与出液孔11导通,进气腔14与进气孔12导通;防污染瓶盖还包括支架50,支架50包括出液架体51和进气架体52;出液架体51嵌入并围蔽封堵出液腔13内,出液架体51设有导液孔511,导液孔511与出液腔13导通,出液单向阀20单向封闭导液孔511;进气架体52嵌入并围蔽封堵进气腔14内,进气架体52设有导气孔521,导气孔521与进气腔14导通,进气单向阀30向封闭导气孔521。
在图1和图2所示方向中,出液腔13和进气腔14左右并排布置,出液腔13和进气腔14均围纳为圆柱管状结构,而出液架体51和进气架体52则类似圆柱结构,两者分别匹配插入出液腔13和进气腔14,以此实现对出液腔13和进气腔14的围蔽,也便于出液单向阀20和进气单向阀30的安装。
如图1、图2和图4所示,出液单向阀20包括出液堵芯21和软胶挡片22;出液堵芯21的一端与盖体10内顶壁抵接,出液堵芯21的另一端穿入导液孔511内,出液堵芯21的直径小于导液孔511的孔径;软胶挡片22设于出液腔13内,软胶挡片22围绕出液堵芯21周向设置一圈,软胶挡片22延伸至导液孔511的周向外,以使软胶挡片22阻隔导液孔511和出液孔11的导通,且软胶挡片22的受压弯折用于导通导液孔511和出液孔11。
当盖体10正置时,软胶挡片22处于伸展状态,所以软胶挡片22将完全遮盖导液孔511,从而实现了导液孔511与出液孔11的阻隔,以防止污染物经出液孔11进入至瓶内;而在需要出液使用时,盖体10将会处于翻转状态,若对瓶子40进行挤压,液体将会对软胶挡片22施加向下的推力,从而使得软胶挡片22向下弯折形成空隙,液体便可流向出液孔11实现出液。
如图1和图2所示,导液孔511的内壁设有内台阶512,内台阶512围绕导液孔511的内壁周向布置一圈,以使导液孔511的孔径在往远离出液孔11的方向上呈缩小变化。
在采用此结构后,将使得在邻近软胶挡片22的位置上,出液堵芯21与导液孔511之间的空间更大,不但能够增大液体流量,也确保软胶挡片22在较少形变幅度下也能实现液体的畅通流动。
如图1、图2和图5所示,进气单向阀30包括相互连接的导柱31和密封罩32;导柱31的直径小于导气孔521的孔径,导柱31穿过导气孔521,导柱31置于进气腔14内的部位设有挡块33,挡块33往导气孔521的周向外延伸,挡块33用于与进气架体52抵接以阻止进气单向阀30脱离;密封罩32置于进气腔14外,密封罩32与进气架体52相互分离,且密封罩32能够在倾倒操作下受力形变,以封闭导气孔521。
此实施例的密封罩32大致呈蘑菇状,在盖体10正置的时候,密封罩32处于未受力的状态,密封罩32与进气架体52相互分离,从而确保瓶体内外的气压平衡;而在需要倾倒出液时,液体将会密封罩32施加压力,密封罩32扩展形变以与进气架体52抵接,从而实现了对导气孔521的封闭,避免了液体从导气孔521流至进气孔12。
如图2所示,导气孔521的孔径在往远离进气孔12的方向上呈线形增大变化。
以图示方向为例,在采用此结构后,侧可便于挡块33从下往上推动,直至挡块33穿过导气孔521,以实现进气单向阀30与进气架体52的扣合式安装。
如图2、图4和图5所示,导气孔521为十字形,导柱31相对的两侧均设有挡块33。
所以在进行进气单向阀30的安装时,两个挡块33会穿过导气孔521十字形的相对两端,导气孔521十字形的另外两端将处于未被遮挡的状态,从而确保了导气孔521两侧的气流导通,避免出现导气孔521被堵塞的现象。
如图1和图3所示,盖体10连接有可打开和翻合的翻盖60,翻盖60的翻合用于包围封闭出液孔11和进气孔12。
在增设翻盖60后,则可在无需使用时翻合翻盖60,以此对出液孔11和进气孔12实现保护。
本发明防污染瓶盖的第二个实施例如图7和图8所示,其与防污染瓶盖的第一个实施例基本一致,区别在于,盖体10内部设有出液腔13,出液腔13与出液孔11导通;防污染瓶盖还包括出液架体51,出液架体51嵌入并围蔽封堵出液腔13内,出液架体51设有导液孔511,导液孔511与出液腔13导通;出液单向阀20包括出液堵芯21和软胶挡片22;出液堵芯21的一端与盖体10内顶壁抵接,出液堵芯21的另一端穿入导液孔511内,出液堵芯21的直径小于导液孔511的孔径;软胶挡片22设于出液腔13内,软胶挡片22围绕出液堵芯21周向设置一圈,软胶挡片22延伸至导液孔511的周向外,以使软胶挡片22阻隔导液孔511和出液孔11的导通,且软胶挡片22的受压弯折用于导通导液孔511和出液孔11;且盖体10内部设有进气腔14,进气腔14与进气孔12导通;防污染瓶盖还包括进气架体52,进气架体52嵌入并围蔽封堵进气腔14内,进气架体52设有导气孔521,导气孔521与进气腔14导通;进气单向阀30包括相互连接的导柱31和密封罩32;导柱31的直径小于导气孔521的孔径,导柱31穿过导气孔521,导柱31置于进气腔14内的部位设有挡块33,挡块33往导气孔521的周向外延伸,挡块33用于与进气架体52抵接以阻止进气单向阀30脱离;密封罩32置于进气腔14外,密封罩32与进气架体52相互分离,且密封罩32能够在倾倒操作下受力形变,以封闭导气孔521。
即此实施例将出液架体51和进气架体52分为两个独立的部件,不再将两者连接为一个整体,同样能够实现相同的功能,由于此实施例实现的功能与第一个实施例基本一致,故此不再叙述。

  1. 一种防污染瓶盖,其包括盖体、出液单向阀和进气单向阀;
    所述盖体上设有出液孔和进气孔,所述出液孔和所述进气孔均与所述盖体的内部导通;
    所述出液单向阀设于所述盖体围纳的空间内,所述出液单向阀单向封堵所述出液孔,以使所述出液孔在进行倾倒操作时导通;
    所述进气单向阀设于所述盖体围纳的空间内,所述进气单向阀单向封堵所述进气孔,以使所述进气孔在进行倾倒操作时封闭。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防污染瓶盖,其中,所述盖体内部设有出液腔和进气腔,所述出液腔与所述出液孔导通,所述进气腔与所述进气孔导通;
    所述防污染瓶盖还包括支架,所述支架包括出液架体和进气架体;
    所述出液架体嵌入并围蔽封堵所述出液腔内,所述出液架体设有导液孔,所述导液孔与所述出液腔导通,所述出液单向阀单向封闭所述导液孔;
    所述进气架体嵌入并围蔽封堵所述进气腔内,所述进气架体设有导气孔,所述导气孔与所述进气腔导通,所述进气单向阀向封闭所述导气孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防污染瓶盖,其中,所述出液单向阀包括出液堵芯和软胶挡片;
    所述出液堵芯的一端与所述盖体内顶壁抵接,所述出液堵芯的另一端穿入所述导液孔内,所述出液堵芯的直径小于所述导液孔的孔径;
    所述软胶挡片设于所述出液腔内,所述软胶挡片围绕所述出液堵芯周向设置一圈,所述软胶挡片延伸至所述导液孔的周向外,以使所述软胶挡片阻隔所述导液孔和所述出液孔的导通,且所述软胶挡片的受压弯折用于导通所述导液孔和所述出液孔。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的防污染瓶盖,其中,所述进气单向阀包括相互连接的导柱和密封罩;
    所述导柱的直径小于所述导气孔的孔径,所述导柱穿过所述导气孔,所述导柱置于所述进气腔内的部位设有挡块,所述挡块往所述导气孔的周向外延伸,所述挡块用于与所述进气架体抵接以阻止所述进气单向阀脱离;
    所述密封罩置于所述进气腔外,所述密封罩与所述进气架体相互分离,且所述密封罩能够在倾倒操作下受力形变,以封闭所述导气孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的防污染瓶盖,其中,所述盖体内部设有出液腔,所述出液腔与所述出液孔导通;
    所述防污染瓶盖还包括出液架体,所述出液架体嵌入并围蔽封堵所述出液腔内,所述出液架体设有导液孔,所述导液孔与所述出液腔导通;

  8. 根据权利要求4所述的防污染瓶盖,其中,所述导气孔的孔径在往远离所述进气孔的方向上呈线形增大变化。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的防污染瓶盖,其中,所述导气孔为十字形,所述导柱相对的两侧均设有所述挡块。
