具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细说明,本发明的前述和其它目的、特征、方面和优点将变得更加明显,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。在附图中,为清晰起见,可对形状和尺寸进行放大,并将在所有图中使用相同的附图标记来指示相同或相似的部件。在下列描述中,诸如中心、厚度、高度、长度、前部、背部、后部、左边、右边、顶部、底部、上部、下部等用词为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系。特别地,“高度”相当于从顶部到底部的尺寸,“宽度”相当于从左边到右边的尺寸,“深度”相当于从前到后的尺寸。这些相对术语是为了说明方便起见并且通常并不旨在需要具体取向。涉及附接、联接等的术语(例如,“连接”和“附接”)是指这些结构通过中间结构彼此直接或间接固定或附接的关系、以及可动或刚性附接或关系,除非以其他方式明确地说明。
接下来,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述,需要说明的是,在不相冲突的前提下,以下描述的各实施例之间或各技术特征之间可以任意组合形成新的实施例。
实施例1
一种鼻喷瓶的喷嘴结构,如图1-3所示,包括喷嘴本体50;喷嘴本体50包括喷头51、连接板52、下压部53;喷头51与下压部53分别设于连接板52的两对立面;
喷头51贯穿于施加下压力的罩壳60,以伸入鼻腔进行喷射;
连接板52连接于罩壳60的内表面,以形成喷嘴本体50的连接基础;连接板52设有连接部521、第一管口522、偏移通道523;其中,连接部521用于连接罩壳60的内表面;第一管口522与抽吸部件30的上吸管31连通;偏移通道523一通连通第一管口522,另一端连通贯穿喷头51的喷管510;
下压部53用于抵接抽吸部件30的压缩部32,以将罩壳60的下压力传递至压缩部32,形成抽吸部件30的抽吸动作;
偏移通道523沿连接板52平面方向延伸,以改变从喷瓶口13抽吸出的液体的喷射路径。
在本实施例中,由于人体两鼻腔间距较小,而喷瓶用以抽吸部件30的直径难以满足两鼻腔间距要求,将抽吸部件30小型化不仅会增加制造难度与成本,同时还会降低抽吸的喷液的喷量;如图1-3所示,在本实施例中采用的偏移通道523大大降低了制造难度,同时满足两鼻腔间距要求,实现双鼻腔进行同时给药或清洁。应当理解,第一管口522、偏移通道523、喷管510相互密封,避免渗漏。
在一优选实施例中,喷头51末端可弯折。如图4、图5所示,喷头51包括喷头连接部511、喷头置入部512、喷头弯曲部513;其中,喷头连接部511用以连接连接板52;喷头置入部512用以伸入鼻腔;喷头弹性弯曲部513一端连接喷头连接部511,另一端连接喷头置入部512;喷头弯曲部513可形变以改变喷头置入部512的朝向。如图4所示,两喷头51的喷头置入部512可相向弯曲,进一步减小两喷头置入部512的间距,以更好的适配不同人鼻腔间距不同的情况,其中,弯曲角度α为0°至30°;如图5所示,为图4的侧视图,喷头置入部512的弯曲用以增大使用者的操作空间,避免实施按压动作时瓶体紧靠人脸部,便于使用者操作,其中,弯曲角度β为0°至30°;在本实施例中,喷头弯曲部513可采用内嵌有钢丝的波纹管材质制成,以实现喷头置入部512的弯曲;更进一步的,喷头连接部511、喷头弯曲部513通体可制作成波纹管状。
在另一优选实施例中,喷头51由软质硅胶制成。通过硅胶的形变来实现喷头51末端的弯折,以适配不同人鼻腔间距不同的情况,同时增大使用者的操作空间,避免实施按压动作时瓶体紧靠人脸部,便于使用者操作。
在一优选实施例中,如图1、图2,连接部521包括用以插接的长孔。在本实施例中,罩壳60内表面设有限位柱61,通过四限位柱61与四长孔进行配合,实现连接板52与罩壳60的安装;长孔一方面可以减低相互配合的精度要求,另一方面为罩壳60与喷嘴本体50可相对进行小位移的运动提供基础。
在一优选实施例中,如图2、图3所示,下压部53为管状结构,其内部 设有第一管口522。在本实施例中,管状的下压部53套设于第一管口522外周,参考图9、图12所示,抽吸部件30的上吸管31插入第一管口522并与其相互密封,以形成封闭的喷射通路。更进一步地,第一管口522处还包括套设其外周的导向管54,用以形成上吸管31与第一管口522对接导向。
在一优选实施例中,偏移通道523包括一容置于连接板52内部的胶皮管道。胶皮管道本身具有一定弹性,在喷头51弯折的过程中,可满足材料的延展的要求。更进一步地,根据不同的瓶体尺寸,偏移通道523的偏移量大于等于5mm且小于等于20mm。应当理解,偏移通道523也可采用注塑成型的腔道配合内部密封的方式实现。
实施例2
一种应用实施例1中的鼻喷瓶的喷嘴结构的鼻腔喷瓶,如图6-13所示,包括瓶本体100;瓶本体100包括瓶腔10、瓶盖20、抽吸部件30、喷嘴本体50、罩壳60;其中,
瓶腔10包括至少两独立的腔室14、两独立的瓶口13;腔室14用于存放鼻腔喷液;瓶口13密封连接有抽吸部件30;抽吸部件30用以将腔室14内的鼻腔喷液抽吸出;
喷嘴本体50包括喷头51、连接板52、下压部53;喷头51与下压部53分别设于连接板52的两对立面;
喷头51贯穿于施加下压力的罩壳60,以伸入鼻腔进行喷射;
连接板52连接于罩壳60的内表面,以形成喷嘴本体50的连接基础;下压部53用于抵接抽吸部件30的压缩部32,以将罩壳60的下压力传递至压缩部32,形成抽吸部件30的抽吸动作;
瓶盖20将喷嘴本体50与罩壳60罩设于瓶腔10与瓶盖20的盖体之间;具体地,如图12所示,瓶腔10表面还设有用以卡接所述瓶盖20的凸缘12,通过凸缘12外侧与瓶盖20下部内壁形成卡接结构,将瓶盖20扣在瓶腔10表面。
按压罩壳60表面,驱使两下压部53压缩对应压缩部32,以从瓶腔10内两独立的腔室14中抽吸鼻腔喷液并喷射至两鼻腔中。
在本实施例中,两鼻腔可能存在不同感染以及用药情况,未避免两鼻腔 相互交叉感染,本实施例中,如图13所示,两独立的腔室14通过隔板15分隔成两个独立的空间,以使得左右鼻腔具有其专属的鼻腔喷液以及专属的喷头,有效降低左右鼻腔混用的可能。同时,更优地,可配置用以示出左右的标签贴附于瓶腔10或喷嘴本体50上,以指示其左右。在一优选实施例中,如图11、图13所示,两独立的腔室14的容积相同,具体的,两腔室14内可配置相同的喷液,例如同为鼻腔药液或同为鼻腔护理液或同为鼻腔清洗液;需要说明的是,鼻腔药液包括但不限于鼻炎类药剂,鼻腔护理液包括但不限于富含杀菌成分的生理盐水,鼻腔清洗液包括但不限于用于清洗鼻腔的生理盐水。
在一优选实施例中,如图7、图12所示,瓶本体100还包括内套盖40;内套盖40螺接于瓶口13外,用以与瓶口13共同形成抽吸部件30的固定结构。
如图9、图10所示,两喷嘴本体50通过偏移通道523改变喷射路径,以缩小两喷头51之间的间距。参照图10所示,两独立的瓶口13的间距D1明显大于两喷头51的间距D2。在本实施例中,由于人体两鼻腔间距较小,而喷瓶用以抽吸部件30的直径难以满足两鼻腔间距要求,将抽吸部件30小型化不仅会增加制造难度与成本,同时还会降低抽吸的喷液的喷量;在本实施例中采用的偏移通道523大大降低了制造难度,同时满足两鼻腔间距要求,实现双鼻腔进行同时给药或清洁。应当理解,第一管口522、偏移通道523、喷管510相互密封,避免渗漏。
在一优选实施例中,如图11所示,瓶腔10底部设有供抓握的凹陷部11,凹陷部11沿两瓶口13的连线方向延伸。使用时,凹陷部11用以供使用者大拇指进行抓握,配合罩壳60表面设有摩擦纹,便于使用者仅用三个手指完成喷鼻动作,使用便捷。
在一优选实施例中,图未示,罩壳60表面设有供喷头51穿设的通孔。更进一步地,喷头51贯穿通孔时,喷头51的外壁与通孔内壁存在间隙,以在罩壳60与喷嘴本体50进行小位移的运动时提供一空间,进一步扩大喷头51的运动范围。
本发明通过设置偏移通道,改变喷射路径,缩短两喷嘴之间的间距,贴 合人体两鼻腔,以支持双鼻腔进行同时给药或清洁。本发明结构巧妙,设计合理,符合鼻腔护理实际需求。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“内”指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,或者是该发明产品使用时惯常摆放的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”等仅用于区分描述,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之上或之下可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征之上、上方和上面包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征之下、下方和下面包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种鼻喷瓶的喷嘴结构,包括喷嘴本体(50);其特征在于:所述喷嘴本体(50)包括喷头(51)、连接板(52)、下压部(53);所述喷头(51)与所述下压部(53)分别设于所述连接板(52)的两对立面;
    所述喷头(51)贯穿于施加下压力的罩壳(60),以伸入鼻腔进行喷射;
    所述连接板(52)连接于所述罩壳(60)的内表面,以形成喷嘴本体(50)的连接基础;所述连接板(52)设有连接部(521)、第一管口(522)、偏移通道(523);其中,所述连接部(521)用于连接罩壳(60)的内表面;所述第一管口(522)与抽吸部件(30)的上吸管(31)连通;所述偏移通道(523)一通连通所述第一管口(522),另一端连通贯穿所述喷头(51)的喷管(510);
    所述下压部(53)用于抵接抽吸部件(30)的压缩部(32),以将罩壳(60)的下压力传递至压缩部(32),形成抽吸部件(30)的抽吸动作;
    所述偏移通道(523)沿所述连接板(52)平面方向延伸,以改变从喷瓶口(13)抽吸出的液体的喷射路径。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种鼻喷瓶的喷嘴结构,其特征在于:所述喷头(51)末端可弯折。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种鼻喷瓶的喷嘴结构,其特征在于:所述喷头(51)包括喷头连接部(511)、喷头置入部(512)、喷头弯曲部(513);其中,
    所述喷头连接部(511)用以连接所述连接板(52);
    所述喷头置入部(512)用以伸入鼻腔;
    所述喷头弹性弯曲部(513)一端连接所述喷头连接部(511),另一端连接喷头置入部(512);所述喷头弯曲部(513)可形变以改变所述喷头置入部(512)的朝向。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的一种鼻喷瓶的喷嘴结构,其特征在于:所述喷头(51)由软质硅胶制成。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种鼻喷瓶的喷嘴结构,其特征在于:所述连接部(521)包括用以插接的长孔。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种鼻喷瓶的喷嘴结构,其特征在于:所述下压 部(53)为管状结构,其内部设有所述第一管口(522)。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种鼻喷瓶的喷嘴结构,其特征在于:所述第一管口(522)处还包括套设其外周的导向管(54),用以形成上吸管(31)与所述第一管口(522)对接导向。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种鼻喷瓶的喷嘴结构,其特征在于:所述偏移通道(523)包括一容置于所述连接板(52)内部的胶皮管道。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种鼻喷瓶的喷嘴结构,其特征在于:所述偏移通道(523)的偏移量大于等于5mm且小于等于20mm。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的一种鼻喷瓶的喷嘴结构,其特征在于:所述喷头(51)末端弯折角度为0°至30°。
