鼻腔喷瓶是鼻部给药或清洁鼻腔的常用器具,很多医学报告已经揭示了鼻腔冲洗对这样的各种呼吸器官疾病是有效的,而且患有各种呼吸器官疾病的患者们一天冲洗多次鼻腔。市面上存在很多鼻腔的喷瓶结构,仅为单一喷射的喷瓶,例如专利号为201380020395.5记载了一种鼻腔冲洗液喷射容器,对于在实现两个鼻腔同时进行给药或清洁时,也要兼顾单鼻腔独立喷射。
对此,急需对鼻腔喷瓶进行改进,优化其结构设计,以方便随时切换两个鼻腔与一个鼻腔的给药或清洁。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提出的一种可独立喷射的双孔鼻腔喷瓶,采用随拆随并的结构,以满足两鼻腔的同时喷射与单鼻腔的独立喷射。
本发明提供可独立喷射的双孔鼻腔喷瓶,包括瓶本体;所述瓶本体包括瓶腔、瓶盖、抽吸部件、喷嘴本体、罩壳;其中,
所述瓶腔包括腔室、两独立的瓶口;所述腔室用于存放鼻腔喷液;所述瓶口密封连接有所述抽吸部件;所述抽吸部件用以将所述腔室内的鼻腔喷液抽吸出;
所述喷嘴本体包括喷头、连接板、下压部;所述喷头与所述下压部分别设于所述连接板的两对立面;
所述喷头贯穿于施加下压力的罩壳,以伸入鼻腔进行喷射;
所述连接板连接于所述罩壳的内表面,以形成喷嘴本体的连接基础;所述下压部用于抵接抽吸部件的压缩部,以将罩壳的下压力传递至压缩部,形 成抽吸部件的抽吸动作;
所述瓶盖将所述喷嘴本体与所述罩壳罩设于所述瓶腔与所述瓶盖的盖体之间;
所述罩壳包括可相互卡合的第一壳体、第二壳体;其中,一所述喷嘴本体的连接板分别固定于所述第一壳体内表面,另一所述喷嘴本体的连接板分别固定于所述第二壳体内表面;
所述第一壳体与所述第二壳体卡合时,按压所述第一壳体或所述第二壳体,以驱使两喷嘴本体联动喷射鼻腔喷剂;所述第一壳体与所述第二壳体分离时,按压所述第一壳体或所述第二壳体,以驱使其对应的喷嘴本体独立喷射鼻腔喷剂。
优选地,所述瓶腔包括至少两独立的腔室。
优选地,两独立的所述腔室的容积相同。
优选地,两独立的腔室中存放的不同的鼻腔喷液不同。
优选地,所述鼻腔喷液包括鼻腔清洗液、鼻腔护理液、鼻腔药液。
优选地,所述连接板设有连接部、第一管口、偏移通道;其中,所述连接部用于连接罩壳的内表面;所述第一管口与抽吸部件的上吸管连通;所述偏移通道一通连通所述第一管口,另一端连通贯穿所述喷头的喷管;
两所述喷嘴本体通过所述偏移通道改变喷射路径,以缩小两所述喷头之间的间距。
优选地,所述瓶腔底部设有供抓握的凹陷部。
优选地,所述喷头包括喷头连接部、喷头置入部、喷头弯曲部;其中,
所述喷头连接部用以连接所述连接板;
所述喷头置入部用以伸入鼻腔;
所述喷头弹性弯曲部一端连接所述喷头连接部,另一端连接喷头置入部;所述喷头弯曲部可形变以改变所述喷头置入部的朝向。
优选地,所述罩壳表面设有供所述喷头穿设的通孔;所述喷头贯穿所述通孔时,所述喷头的外壁与所述通孔内壁存在间隙。
优选地,所述罩壳内表面设有限位柱,所述连接板上设有连接部;所述连接部为通槽结构,用以与所述限位柱配合形成所述喷嘴本体与所述罩壳的 限位结构;所述连接部为长孔状,以使所述限位柱可沿长孔延伸方向运动。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明提供可独立喷射的双孔鼻腔喷瓶,包括瓶本体;瓶本体包括瓶腔、瓶盖、抽吸部件、喷嘴本体、罩壳;其中,瓶腔包括腔室、两独立的瓶口;腔室用于存放鼻腔喷液;瓶口密封连接有抽吸部件;抽吸部件用以将腔室内的鼻腔喷液抽吸出;喷嘴本体包括喷头、连接板、下压部;喷头与下压部分别设于连接板的两对立面;喷头贯穿于施加下压力的罩壳,以伸入鼻腔进行喷射;连接板连接于罩壳的内表面,以形成喷嘴本体的连接基础;下压部用于抵接抽吸部件的压缩部,以将罩壳的下压力传递至压缩部,形成抽吸部件的抽吸动作;瓶盖将喷嘴本体与罩壳罩设于瓶腔与瓶盖的盖体之间;罩壳包括可相互卡合的第一壳体、第二壳体;其中,一喷嘴本体的连接板分别固定于第一壳体内表面,另一喷嘴本体的连接板分别固定于第二壳体内表面;第一壳体与第二壳体卡合时,按压第一壳体或第二壳体,以驱使两喷嘴本体联动喷射鼻腔喷剂;第一壳体与第二壳体分离时,按压第一壳体或第二壳体,以驱使其对应的喷嘴本体独立喷射鼻腔喷剂。本发明采用随拆随并的结构,以满足两鼻腔的同时喷射与单鼻腔的独立喷射。本发明结构巧妙,设计合理,符合鼻腔护理实际需求。

可独立喷射的双孔鼻腔喷瓶,如图1-3所示,包括瓶本体100;瓶本体100包括瓶腔10、瓶盖20、抽吸部件30、喷嘴本体50、罩壳60;其中,
如图8、图9所示,瓶腔10包括腔室14、两独立的瓶口13;腔室14用于存放鼻腔喷液;瓶口13密封连接有抽吸部件30;抽吸部件30用以将腔室14内的鼻腔喷液抽吸出;在一优选实施例中,如图3、图7、图8所示,瓶 本体100还包括内套盖40;内套盖40螺接于瓶口13外,用以与瓶口13共同形成抽吸部件30的固定结构。还需要说明的是,抽吸部件30伸入瓶腔10的末端还可连接吸管(图未示),以达到瓶腔10底部进行液体的抽吸。
喷嘴本体50包括喷头51、连接板52、下压部53;喷头51与下压部53分别设于连接板52的两对立面;喷头51贯穿于施加下压力的罩壳60,以伸入鼻腔进行喷射;连接板52连接于罩壳60的内表面,以形成喷嘴本体50的连接基础;下压部53用于抵接抽吸部件30的压缩部32,以将罩壳60的下压力传递至压缩部32,形成抽吸部件30的抽吸动作。
瓶盖20将喷嘴本体50与罩壳60罩设于瓶腔10与瓶盖20的盖体之间;具体地,如图7、图8所示,瓶腔10表面还设有用以卡接所述瓶盖20的凸缘12,通过凸缘12外侧与瓶盖20下部内壁形成卡接结构,将瓶盖20扣在瓶腔10表面。
如图4所示,罩壳60包括可相互卡合的第一壳体601、第二壳体602;其中,一喷嘴本体50的连接板52分别固定于第一壳体601内表面,另一喷嘴本体50的连接板52分别固定于第二壳体602内表面;
如图17-图20所示,第一壳体601与第二壳体602卡合时,按压第一壳体601或第二壳体602,以驱使两喷嘴本体50联动喷射鼻腔喷剂;第一壳体601与第二壳体602分离时,按压第一壳体601或第二壳体602,以驱使其对应的喷嘴本体50独立喷射鼻腔喷剂。
在本实施例中,由于使用时,即存在单一鼻腔用药或者清洁的应用场景,又存在两个鼻腔一起用药或者清洁的应用场景,又或者两个鼻腔先后依次用药或者清洁的应用场景,再或者依次对两鼻腔轮流进行清洁后用药的应用场景;为解决上述场景,采用一种随时分离随时合并的罩壳60。需要说明的是,如图19所示,当第一壳体601与第二壳体602卡合时,此时罩壳60合并为一整体,通过按压罩壳60上表面任意一部位,同时形成作用于两喷嘴本体50的下压力,以形成两喷嘴本体50同时喷射,即对两个鼻腔同时进行喷射;当需要某一喷嘴本体50单独喷射时,沿图19虚线箭头方向对罩壳60进行拆分,实现第一壳体601与第二壳体602分离;如图20所示,第二壳体602已与第一壳体601分离并进行单独下压动作,下压高度为H,此时第二壳体602 对应的喷嘴本体50在下压的作用下单独进行喷射,而第一壳体601未进行下压,从而实现独立喷射。
还需说明的是,两喷头51喷射的鼻腔喷剂可为同种,例如鼻腔清洗液、鼻腔护理液、鼻腔药液中的任意一种;两喷头51喷射的鼻腔喷剂也可为两种不同的喷剂,例如腔清洗液、鼻腔护理液、鼻腔药液中的任意两种。特殊地,当为同种喷剂时,存放喷剂的空间可共用,或采用独立的两个存放空间。在一优选实施例中,如图9所示,瓶腔10包括至少两独立的腔室14。两独立的腔室14的容积相同,具体的,两腔室14内可配置相同的喷液,例如同为鼻腔药液或同为鼻腔护理液或同为鼻腔清洗液;需要说明的是,鼻腔药液包括但不限于鼻炎类药剂,鼻腔护理液包括但不限于富含杀菌成分的生理盐水,鼻腔清洗液包括但不限于用于清洗鼻腔的生理盐水。
在一优选实施例中,如图17-20所示,第一壳体601侧边设有第一卡齿641;第二壳体602侧边设有第二卡齿642;第一卡齿641与第二卡齿642相互啮合以形成第一壳体601与第二壳体602卡合结构。具体地,若干第一卡齿641沿一方向间隔分布于第一壳体601侧边,以增加合并时的结合力,防止在联动喷射时,罩壳60发生分离。
在一优选实施例中,如图17-20所示,第一壳体601侧边设有长槽651;第二壳体602侧边设有插接块652;第一壳体601与第二壳体602卡合时,插接块652插入长槽651内。通过插接结构,提高罩壳60合并时的稳定性。
如图10-12所示,在一优选实施例中,连接板52设有连接部521、第一管口522、偏移通道523;其中,连接部521用于连接罩壳60的内表面;第一管口522与抽吸部件30的上吸管31连通;偏移通道523一通连通第一管口522,另一端连通贯穿喷头51的喷管510;如图5、图6所示,两喷嘴本体50通过偏移通道523改变喷射路径,以缩小两喷头51之间的间距。参照图6所示,两独立的瓶口13的间距D1明显大于两喷头51的间距D2。在本实施例中,由于人体两鼻腔间距较小,而喷瓶用以抽吸部件30的直径难以满足两鼻腔间距要求,将抽吸部件30小型化不仅会增加制造难度与成本,同时还会降低抽吸的喷液的喷量;在本实施例中采用的偏移通道523大大降低了制造难度,同时满足两鼻腔间距要求,实现双鼻腔进行同时给药或清洁。应 当理解,第一管口522、偏移通道523、喷管510相互密封,避免渗漏。
在一优选实施例中,如图2、图8所示,瓶腔10底部设有供抓握的凹陷部11,凹陷部11沿两瓶口13的连线方向延伸。使用时,凹陷部11用以供使用者大拇指进行抓握,配合罩壳60表面设有摩擦纹,便于使用者仅用三个手指完成喷鼻动作,使用便捷。
在一优选实施例中,喷头51末端可弯折。如图15、图16所示,喷头51包括喷头连接部511、喷头置入部512、喷头弯曲部513;其中,喷头连接部511用以连接连接板52;喷头置入部512用以伸入鼻腔;喷头弹性弯曲部513一端连接喷头连接部511,另一端连接喷头置入部512;喷头弯曲部513可形变以改变喷头置入部512的朝向。如图15所示,两喷头51的喷头置入部512可相向弯曲,进一步减小两喷头置入部512的间距,以更好的适配不同人鼻腔间距不同的情况,其中,弯曲角度α为0°至30°;如图16所示,为图15的侧视图,喷头置入部512的弯曲用以增大使用者的操作空间,避免实施按压动作时瓶体紧靠人脸部,便于使用者操作,其中,弯曲角度β为0°至30°;在本实施例中,喷头弯曲部513可采用内嵌有钢丝的波纹管材质制成,以实现喷头置入部512的弯曲;更进一步的,喷头连接部511、喷头弯曲部513通体可制作成波纹管状。在另一优选实施例中,喷头51由软质硅胶制成。通过硅胶的形变来实现喷头51末端的弯折,以适配不同人鼻腔间距不同的情况,同时增大使用者的操作空间,避免实施按压动作时瓶体紧靠人脸部,便于使用者操作。
在一优选实施例中,如图10、图11、图14,连接部521包括用以插接的长孔。在本实施例中,罩壳60内表面设有限位柱61,通过四限位柱61与四长孔进行配合,实现连接板52与罩壳60的安装;长孔一方面可以减低相互配合的精度要求,另一方面为罩壳60与喷嘴本体50可相对进行小位移的运动提供基础。
在一优选实施例中,如图11、图12所示,下压部53为管状结构,其内部设有第一管口522。在本实施例中,管状的下压部53套设于第一管口522外周,参考图5、图7所示,抽吸部件30的上吸管31插入第一管口522并与其相互密封,以形成封闭的喷射通路。更进一步地,第一管口522处还包 括套设其外周的导向管54,用以形成上吸管31与第一管口522对接导向。
在一优选实施例中,偏移通道523包括一容置于连接板52内部的胶皮管道。胶皮管道本身具有一定弹性,在喷头51弯折的过程中,可满足材料的延展的要求。更进一步地,根据不同的瓶体尺寸,偏移通道523的偏移量大于等于5mm且小于等于20mm。应当理解,偏移通道523也可采用注塑成型的腔道配合内部密封的方式实现。
在一优选实施例中,如图13所示,罩壳60表面设有供喷头51穿设的通孔62。更进一步地,如图21所示,喷头51贯穿通孔62时,喷头51的外壁与通孔62内壁存在间隙63,以在罩壳60与喷嘴本体50进行小位移的运动时提供一空间,进一步扩大喷头51的运动范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 可独立喷射的双孔鼻腔喷瓶,包括瓶本体(100);其特征在于:所述瓶本体(100)包括瓶腔(10)、瓶盖(20)、抽吸部件(30)、喷嘴本体(50)、罩壳(60);其中,
    所述瓶腔(10)包括腔室(14)、两独立的瓶口(13);所述腔室(14)用于存放鼻腔喷液;所述瓶口(13)密封连接有所述抽吸部件(30);所述抽吸部件(30)用以将所述腔室(14)内的鼻腔喷液抽吸出;
    所述喷嘴本体(50)包括喷头(51)、连接板(52)、下压部(53);所述喷头(51)与所述下压部(53)分别设于所述连接板(52)的两对立面;
    所述喷头(51)贯穿于施加下压力的罩壳(60),以伸入鼻腔进行喷射;
    所述连接板(52)连接于所述罩壳(60)的内表面,以形成喷嘴本体(50)的连接基础;所述下压部(53)用于抵接抽吸部件(30)的压缩部(32),以将罩壳(60)的下压力传递至压缩部(32),形成抽吸部件(30)的抽吸动作;
    所述瓶盖(20)将所述喷嘴本体(50)与所述罩壳(60)罩设于所述瓶腔(10)与所述瓶盖(20)的盖体之间;

    所述第一壳体(601)与所述第二壳体(602)卡合时,按压所述第一壳体(601)或所述第二壳体(602),以驱使两喷嘴本体(50)联动喷射鼻腔喷剂;所述第一壳体(601)与所述第二壳体(602)分离时,按压所述第一壳体(601)或所述第二壳体(602),以驱使其对应的喷嘴本体(50)独立喷射鼻腔喷剂。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可独立喷射的双孔鼻腔喷瓶,其特征在于:所述瓶腔(10)包括至少两独立的腔室(14)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的可独立喷射的双孔鼻腔喷瓶,其特征在于:两独立的所述腔室(14)的容积相同。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的可独立喷射的双孔鼻腔喷瓶,其特征在于: 两独立的腔室(14)中存放的不同的鼻腔喷液不同。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的可独立喷射的双孔鼻腔喷瓶,其特征在于:所述鼻腔喷液包括鼻腔清洗液、鼻腔护理液、鼻腔药液。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的可独立喷射的双孔鼻腔喷瓶,其特征在于:所述连接板(52)设有连接部(521)、第一管口(522)、偏移通道(523);其中,所述连接部(521)用于连接罩壳(60)的内表面;所述第一管口(522)与抽吸部件(30)的上吸管(31)连通;所述偏移通道(523)一通连通所述第一管口(522),另一端连通贯穿所述喷头(51)的喷管(510);
    两所述喷嘴本体(50)通过所述偏移通道(523)改变喷射路径,以缩小两所述喷头(51)之间的间距。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的可独立喷射的双孔鼻腔喷瓶,其特征在于:所述瓶腔(10)底部设有供抓握的凹陷部(11)。

    所述喷头连接部(511)用以连接所述连接板(52);
    所述喷头置入部(512)用以伸入鼻腔;
    所述喷头弹性弯曲部(513)一端连接所述喷头连接部(511),另一端连接喷头置入部(512);所述喷头弯曲部(513)可形变以改变所述喷头置入部(512)的朝向。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的可独立喷射的双孔鼻腔喷瓶,其特征在于:所述罩壳(60)表面设有供所述喷头(51)穿设的通孔(62);所述喷头(51)贯穿所述通孔(62)时,所述喷头(51)的外壁与所述通孔(62)内壁存在间隙(63)。
