- 장치 테이블의 일측에 마련되며, 가공물(workpiece)이 안착 고정되어 가공 완료제품으로 가공되는 장소를 형성하는 지그 베이스(jig base);상기 지그 베이스에 결합하되 상기 지그 베이스 상에 안착되는 상기 가공물에 형성되는 홀(hole)로 삽입되어 상기 홀을 선택적으로 클램핑(clamping)하는 홀 클램프; 및상기 장치 테이블에 마련되고 상기 홀 클램프와 연결되며, 상기 홀 클램프가 상기 가공물의 홀을 클램핑(clamping) 또는 언클램핑(unclamping)하도록 상기 홀 클램프를 구동시키는 클램프 구동부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 자동 고정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 홀 클램프는,상기 지그 베이스에 상기 가공물이 안착되는 방향을 따라 배치되되 길이 방향을 따라 단면적이 상이하게 형성되는 클램프 샤프트(clamp shaft); 및상기 클램프 샤프트의 둘레 방향을 따라 배치되되 상기 클램프 구동부의 작용에 의한 상기 클램프 샤프트의 업/다운(up/down) 이동 동작에 기초하여 반경 방향 외측 또는 내측으로 이동하며, 상기 반경 방향 외측으로 이동할 때 상기 가공물을 위치 고정하는 다분할 조(3-jaw)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 자동 고정장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 클램프 샤프트는,단면적이 상대적으로 좁은 축경 구간부;상기 클램프 샤프트의 길이 방향을 따라 상기 축경 구간부에 이격 배치되되 상기 축경 구간부보다 단면적이 넓은 확경 구간부; 및상기 축경 구간부와 상기 확경 구간부를 경사지게 연결하는 경사 연결부를 포함하며,상기 다분할 조의 내벽은,상기 축경 구간부가 접하는 직선 라인벽부; 및상기 경사 연결부가 접하는 경사 라인벽부를 포함하며,상기 클램프 구동부의 작용으로 상기 클램프 샤프트의 업(up) 이동하여 상기 클램프 샤프트의 확경 구간부가 상기 다분할 조의 경사 라인벽부로 진입할 때 상기 가공물을 위치 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 자동 고정장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 홀 클램프는,상기 클램프 샤프트의 단부에 마련되며, 상기 클램프 샤프트가 상기 가공물의 홀로 삽입되게 가이드하는 가이드 캡(guide cap); 및상기 가이드 캡의 반대편에서 상기 다분할 조를 이동 가능하게 지지하는 클램프 엔드 캡(clamp end cap)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 자동 고정장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 홀 클램프는,상기 다분할 조의 반경 방향 외측에 배치되되 상기 지그 베이스에 고정되며, 상기 클램프 엔드 캡과 함께 상기 다분할 조를 이동 가능하게 지지하는 클램프 하우징(clamp housing);상기 다분할 조와 상기 클램프 하우징 사이에 배치되는 오링(O-Ring); 및상기 클램프 샤프트와 상기 클램프 구동부를 착탈 가능하게 연결하는 어댑터(adaptor)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 자동 고정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 홀 클램프의 주변에서 상기 지그 베이스에 결합하며, 상기 지그 베이스 상에 상기 가공물이 안착될 때, 상기 지그 베이스에 대한 상기 가공물의 상대 위치를 포지셔닝(positioning)하는 포지셔닝 핀(positioning pin)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 자동 고정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 홀 클램프의 주변에서 상기 지그 베이스에 업/다운(up/down) 이동 가능하게 배치되되 상기 지그 베이스에 대한 상기 가공물의 이동을 가이드하는 가이드 핀(guide pin); 및상기 장치 테이블에 마련되고 상기 가이드 핀과 연결되며, 상기 가이드 핀을 업/다운(up/down) 구동시키는 가이드 구동부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 자동 고정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 지그 베이스 영역에 마련되며, 상기 가공물의 가공 작업이 진행되기 전에 상기 지그 베이스에 대한 상기 가공물의 밀착도를 감지하는 밀착도 감지부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 자동 고정장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 밀착도 감지부는,상기 지그 베이스에 상기 가공물이 안착되는 방향을 따라 상기 지그 베이스에 형성되는 에어 리퀴지 홀(air leakage hole);상기 에어 리퀴지 홀로 에어(air)를 공급하는 에어 공급부; 및상기 에어 리퀴지 홀을 통해 배출되는 에어량을 감지하는 에어 배출량 감지센서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 자동 고정장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 밀착도 감지부는,상기 에어 배출량 감지센서의 센싱신호에 기초하여 상기 가공물을 가공하는 공작 기계의 동작이 강제로 정지되게 컨트롤하는 컨트롤러를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 자동 고정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 장치 테이블의 일측에 배치되며, 상기 가공물이 상기 지그 베이스 상에서 클램핑되면서 고정되기 전에 상기 가공물을 상기 지그 베이스 쪽으로 가압하는 가공물 프레싱 유닛을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 자동 고정장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 가공물 프레싱 유닛은,실질적으로 상기 가공물에 접하여 상기 가공물을 상기 지그 베이스 쪽으로 가압하는 가공물 프레싱 블록; 및상기 가공물 프레싱 블록과 연결되고, 상기 가공물 프레싱 블록을 업/다운(up/down) 구동시키는 블록 업/다운 구동부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 자동 고정장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 가공물 프레싱 유닛에 이웃하게 배치되며, 상기 가공물 또는 상기 가공물에 의해 형성된 가공 완료제품을 향해 에어(air)를 분사해서 클리닝하는 가공물 클리닝유닛을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 자동 고정장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 가공물 클리닝유닛은,상기 지그 베이스의 길이 방향을 따라 길게 배치되되 상기 에어를 공급하는 에어 공급 파이프(air supply pipe); 및상기 에어 공급 파이프에 마련되며, 상기 에어 공급 파이프 내로 유동하는 에어를 상기 가공물로 분사하는 복수 개의 에어 노즐(air nozzle)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 자동 고정장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 가공물 프레싱 유닛과 상기 가공물 클리닝유닛이 함께 탑재되는 유닛 탑재대; 및상기 장치 테이블에 마련되되 상기 유닛 탑재대와 연결되며, 상기 유닛 탑재대를 상기 장치 테이블 상에서 이동시키는 탑재대 이동부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 자동 고정장치.
- 제15항에 있어서,일단부는 상기 유닛 탑재대에 고정되고 타단부는 상기 가공물 클리닝유닛에 연결되며, 상기 가공물 프레싱 유닛이 사이에 배치되게 상기 가공물 클리닝유닛을 이격되게 지지하는 유닛 이격 지지대를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 자동 고정장치.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 탑재대 이동부는,상기 유닛 탑재대가 이동하는 방향을 따라 상기 장치 테이블 상에 마련되되 상기 유닛 탑재대가 이동 가능하게 연결되는 레일;상기 유닛 탑재대에 연결되는 무빙 블록; 및상기 장치 테이블 상에 결합하되 상기 무빙 블록에 연결되며, 상기 레일 상에서 상기 유닛 탑재대가 이동하게 구동력을 제공하는 전후진 구동 실린더를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 자동 고정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 지그 베이스를 제외하고 상기 장치 테이블의 상부를 커버하는 베이스 커버(base cover); 및상기 베이스 커버의 양측에 배치되며, 상기 베이스 커버와 함께 가공 공간을 형성하는 복수 개의 사이드 커버(side cover)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 자동 고정장치.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 베이스 커버의 양측은 경사진 경사면을 형성하며,상기 장치 테이블이 공작 기계의 베드(bed)에 탑재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공물 자동 고정장치.
