一种旋转吊具 技术领域
本发明涉及铜管运输技术领域,具体涉及一种旋转吊具。
背景技术
按公司的生产工艺路线,所生产的铜管是以盘管形式包装发货的,正常情况下,盘管内圈的料头是在下方的,但是近年来有一部分客户要求料头在正上方,这一点前道设备上实现的成本较高,因为需要对设备进行大的改造,现在的操作方法是:在包装前,由两位操作工把盘管上下翻转过来,这样操作,不仅效率低,而且容易把铜管碰坏,更容易发生安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的上述不足和缺陷,提供一种旋转吊具,以解决上述问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种旋转吊具,包括吊架,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述吊架上且用以将盘管夹紧并旋转的第一夹紧装置和第二夹紧装置以及设置在所述吊架上用以带动所述第一夹紧装置和第二夹紧装置工作的锁紧驱动装置,所述吊架上设置有与行车配合的吊环。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述吊架上还设置有与所述第一夹紧装置和第二夹紧装置配合的连接块。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述第一夹紧装置包括设置在所述吊架上且与所述连接块配合的第一吊臂和设置在所述第一吊臂的一端且与所述锁紧驱动装置配合的第一锁紧导轮以及转动设置在所述第一吊臂的另一端且用以夹紧所述盘管的第一夹板,所述第一 夹板通过转轴与一摇把连接。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述第二夹紧装置包括设置在所述吊架上且与所述连接块配合的第二吊臂和设置在所述第二吊臂的一端且与所述锁紧驱动装置配合的第二锁紧导轮以及转动设置在所述第二吊臂的另一端且用以夹紧所述盘管的第二夹板。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述第一夹板和第二夹板呈弧形结构设置。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述吊架呈倒U型结构设置。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述锁紧驱动装置为锁紧气缸,所述锁紧气缸倒挂在所述吊架上。
由于采用了如上的技术方案,本发明的有益效果在于:1、解决了原翻转方式带来的安全隐患。2、解决了原翻转方式造成的生产效率低的问题。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面进一步阐述本发明。
参见图1至图2所示的一种旋转吊具,包括吊架10,吊架10呈倒U型结构设置。还包括设置在吊架10上且用以将盘管1夹紧并旋转的第一夹紧装置20a和第二夹紧装置20b以及设置在吊架10上用以带动第一夹紧装置20a和第二夹紧装置20b工作的锁紧驱动装 置30,锁紧驱动装置30优选为锁紧气缸,锁紧气缸30倒挂在吊架10上。吊架10上设置有与行车配合的吊环11,吊架10上还设置有与第一夹紧装置20a和第二夹紧装置20b配合的连接块12。
第一夹紧装置20a包括设置在吊架10上且与连接块12配合的第一吊臂21a和设置在第一吊臂21a的一端211a且与锁紧驱动装置30配合的第一锁紧导轮22a以及转动设置在第一吊臂21a的另一端212a且用以夹紧盘管1的第一夹板23a,第一夹板23a通过转轴24a与一摇把25a连接。第一夹板23a呈弧形结构设置。具体地,转轴24a设置在第一吊臂的槽内,一端与第一夹板23a连接,另一端与摇把25a连接。
第二夹紧装置20b包括设置在吊架10上且与连接块12配合的第二吊臂21b和设置在第二吊臂21b的一端211b且与锁紧驱动装置30配合的第二锁紧导轮22b以及转动设置在第二吊臂21b的另一端212b且用以夹紧盘管1的第二夹板23b。第二夹板23b呈弧形结构设置。具体地,第二夹板23b与设置在第二吊臂21b内的转轴24b连接。
本发明的工作原理如下:
工作时,将吊环11挂在行车上,锁紧气缸30处于收回状态,第一导轮22a和第二导轮22b处于紧挨的状态,当操作行车到工作位(盘料)时,锁紧气缸30伸出,将第一导轮22a和第二导轮22b分离,带动第一吊臂21a和第二吊臂21a的第一夹板23a和第二夹板23b贴紧盘管1的外表面,使第一夹板23a和第二夹板23b夹紧盘管1,待盘管1被夹紧后,然后通过人工转动摇把25a,使盘管1旋转180°,以达到翻转的目的,翻转完成后,启动行车把盘管1放在合适位置即可,进行下一盘管1的翻转。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种旋转吊具,其特征在于,所述吊架上还设置有与所述第一夹紧装置和第二夹紧装置配合的连接块。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种旋转吊具,其特征在于,所述第一夹紧装置包括设置在所述吊架上且与所述连接块配合的第一吊臂和设置在所述第一吊臂的一端且与所述锁紧驱动装置配合的第一锁紧导轮以及转动设置在所述第一吊臂的另一端且用以夹紧所述盘管的第一夹板,所述第一夹板通过转轴与一摇把连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种旋转吊具,其特征在于,所述第二夹紧装置包括设置在所述吊架上且与所述连接块配合的第二吊臂和设置在所述第二吊臂的一端且与所述锁紧驱动装置配合的第二锁紧导轮以及转动设置在所述第二吊臂的另一端且用以夹紧所述盘管的第二夹板。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种旋转吊具,其特征在于,所述第一夹板和第二夹板呈弧形结构设置。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种旋转吊具,其特征在于,所述吊架呈倒U型结构设置。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种旋转吊具,其特征在于,所述锁紧驱动装置为锁紧气缸,所述锁紧气缸倒挂在所述吊架上。
