一种鲨鱼鳍组件及鲨鱼鳍组件的安装结构 技术领域

背景技术
车身顶盖位于车厢顶部,车身顶盖包括外板,外板由钣金制成,且主要通过车身的前后横梁进行支撑。随着科技的发展,汽车内部配置有通讯设备,故通常在外板上设置集成式鲨鱼鳍天线用于通讯设备的信号接收和发送,集成式鲨鱼鳍天线由车身顶盖下方向上安装,无法独立实现顶盖密封防水功能。此类车型鲨鱼鳍装饰罩不仅需要实现造型效果,也需要承担车身顶盖区域的密封防水功能。
现有市场车型鲨鱼鳍装饰罩采用双面胶带与顶盖纯粘接方案。鲨鱼鳍装饰罩一体注塑成型后,采用双面胶带与顶盖对应配合位置进行粘接,以期实现顶盖区域的密封防水功能。但装配压力不易满足由于鲨鱼鳍装饰罩位于车身顶盖以上,整车所处位置高,不易于员工人工按压;由于鲨鱼鳍装饰罩属于造型件,为适应整体造型风格,外形面形状复杂,不易于使用工装设备均匀按压,生产现场无法充分满足双面胶带使用的压力且存在后期开胶产生市场抱怨的风险。
基于现有技术存在的缺点,急需研究一种鲨鱼鳍组件及鲨鱼鳍组件的安装结构,来解决上述问题。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请的提供了一种鲨鱼鳍组件及鲨鱼鳍组件的安装结构,本申请通过在周向翻边上设置与其一体成型的第一连接件,鲨鱼鳍壳体通过第一连接件与车身顶盖稳固连接,使第一连接件用于给鲨鱼鳍壳体提供朝向车身顶盖的偏压力,避免仅使用粘性件连接出现连接不稳固的现象。

2.本申请通过设置第三连接件,第三连接件与第一连接件连接,以保证鲨鱼鳍壳体与车身顶盖之间的压紧力,使得安装鲨鱼鳍壳体时无需专门进行按压来满足粘性件装配压力的要求,避免粘性件因装配压力和环境温度等原因影响使用感。

现有技术存在以下缺点:现有市场车型鲨鱼鳍装饰罩采用双面胶带与顶盖纯粘接方案。鲨鱼鳍装饰罩一体注塑成型后,采用双面胶带与顶盖对应配合位置进行粘接,以期实现顶盖区域的密封防水功能。但装配压力不易满足由于鲨鱼鳍装饰罩位于车身顶盖以上,整车所处位置高,不易于员工人工按压;由于鲨鱼鳍装饰罩属于造型件,为适应整体造型风格,外形面形状复杂,不易于使用工装设备均匀按压,生产现场无法充分满足双面胶带使用的压力且存在后期开胶产生市场抱怨的风险。
针对现有技术的缺陷,本申请通过在周向翻边上设置与其一体成型的第一连接件,鲨鱼鳍壳体通过第一连接件与车身顶盖稳固连接,使第一连接件用于给鲨鱼鳍壳体提供朝向车身顶盖的偏压力,避免仅使用粘性件连接出现连接不稳固的现象;并设置第三连接件,第三连接件与第一连接件连接,以保证鲨鱼鳍壳体与车身顶盖之间的压紧力,使得安装鲨鱼鳍壳体时无需专门进行按压来满足粘性件装配压力的要求,避免粘性件因装配压力和环境温度等原因影响使用感。
实施例1
参见附图1~图2,本实施例提供了一种鲨鱼鳍组件,鲨鱼鳍组件用于与车身顶盖5连接,包括第一连接件22和用于容纳天线3的鲨鱼鳍壳体;
鲨鱼鳍壳体包括开口端和设置在开口端上的周向翻边21,第一连接件22设置在周向翻边21上,鲨鱼鳍壳体通过第一连接件22用于与车身顶盖5连接;第一连接件22用于给鲨鱼鳍壳体提供朝向车身顶盖5的偏压力;
周向翻边21通过粘性件4与车身顶盖5连接。
需要说明的是:本申请的周向翻边21上设置有一体成型的第一连接件22,鲨鱼鳍壳体通过第一连接件22与车身顶盖5稳固连接,使第一连接件22用于 给鲨鱼鳍壳体提供朝向车身顶盖5的偏压力,避免仅使用粘性件4连接出现连接不稳固的现象;可使粘性件4在低温下依旧可以完成良好粘接性能,无需专用顶盖红外加热设备投入,节约了生产成本;且粘性件4持续受压,无法静态回弹,可使粘性件4回弹量减少,使得鲨鱼鳍装壳体与车身顶盖5之间的间隙可减小至0-0.5mm。
优选地,鲨鱼鳍壳体包括相互连接的第一壳体1和第二壳体2,第一壳体1和第二壳体2均为一端开口,第一壳体1套设在第二壳体2上,且第一壳体1的高度大于第二壳体2的高度。
具体地,粘性件4可以双面胶带。
优选地,第一连接件22的数量至少为两个,第一连接件22间隔设置在周向翻边21上。
在本实施例中,第一连接件22的数量为两个,两个第一连接件22相对设置,即两个第一连接件22间隔设置。
具体地,第一连接件22的数量根据实际需要设定,只要保证第一连接件22间隔设置即可,故在此不进行限定。
在其他实施例中,周向翻边21上设置有至少两个连接孔,连接孔的数量与第一连接件22数量一一对应;第一连接件22设置在连接孔内,第一连接件22与连接孔连接;连接孔为螺纹孔,第一连接件22与连接孔螺纹连接,以实现给鲨鱼鳍壳体提供朝向车身顶盖5的偏压力。
优选地,还包括第三连接件24,第三连接件24与第一连接件22连接,第三连接件24的数量与第一连接件22的数量相对应;通过设置第三连接件,第三连接件与第一连接件连接,以保证鲨鱼鳍壳体与车身顶盖之间的压紧力,使得安装鲨鱼鳍壳体时无需专门进行按压来满足粘性件装配压力的要求,避免粘性件因装配压力和环境温度等原因影响使用感。
优选地,第一连接件22为螺栓,第三连接件24为螺母。
具体地,螺栓的一端穿过第一安装孔51与螺母螺纹连接,能够给鲨鱼鳍壳体提供朝向车身顶盖5的偏压力,使得鲨鱼鳍壳体与车身顶盖5密封连接,也能够避免粘性件4因装配压力和环境温度等原因影响使用感;且由于螺接结构的自身稳定性,在与双面胶带共同作用下,能够减小后期开胶的风险。
优选地,周向翻边21的厚度和车身顶盖5的厚度的和值小于第一连接件 22的长度。
具体地,第一连接件22的长度根据车身顶盖5的厚度、粘性件4的厚度和第二壳体2的厚度等因素进行设定,即根据实际需求进行设定,具体第一连接件22的长度在此不进行赘述。
具体地,第一连接件22的一端能够穿过车身顶盖21的第一安装孔51与第三连接件24连接。
优选地,周向翻边21设置在第二壳体2上,第二壳体2与第一连接件22一体注塑成型。
优选地,周向翻边21上设置有第二连接件23,第一壳体1的开口端与周向翻边21抵接;
第二连接件23的一侧与第一壳体1的开口端贴合,第二连接件23的另一侧与周向翻边21贴合,以使第一壳体1与第二壳体2固定连接。
具体地,第一壳体1通过第二连接件23与第二壳体2固定连接,第二连接件23可以为粘性连接件,粘性连接件可以为结构胶。
具体地,第二连接件23的数量不进行限定,只要能够保证第一壳体1与第二壳体2连接即可。
在其他实施例中,第一壳体1设置有第一连接部,第二壳体2设置有第二连接部,第一连接部和第二连接部相互配合,以使第一壳体1与第二壳体2固定连接。
具体地,第一连接部和第二连接部可以为能够相互配合连接的任意结构,在本实施例中,第一连接部和第二连接部为相互卡接的卡扣结构,第一壳体1通过第一连接部和第二连接部与第二壳体2固定连接。
在另一实施例中,第一壳体1和第二壳体2可以通过焊接连接。
本申请另一方面保护一种鲨鱼鳍组件的安装结构,包括粘性件4、车身顶盖5和如上的鲨鱼鳍组件;
鲨鱼鳍壳体包覆在天线3的一端;
鲨鱼鳍壳体通过粘性件4与车身顶盖5连接;鲨鱼鳍壳体通过第一连接件22与车身顶盖5连接;第一连接件22用于给鲨鱼鳍壳体提供朝向车身顶盖5的偏压力。
需要说明的是:鲨鱼鳍壳体通过粘性件4与车身顶盖5固定连接,防止液 体从鲨鱼鳍壳体与车身顶盖5连接缝隙进入天线3内,进而避免造成天线3的损坏。
优选地,粘性件4为环形结构,粘性件4与周向翻边21环形重合,使得鲨鱼鳍壳体与车身顶盖5之间的间隙被粘性件4填满,避免存在空隙,避免液体从两者之间的空隙进入鲨鱼鳍壳体内部,造成天线3被损坏。
优选地,车身顶盖5上设置有至少两个第一安装孔51,第一安装孔51的数量和第一连接件22的数量相对应,且第一安装孔51的位置与第一连接件22的位置一一对应。
具体地,第一安装孔51为螺纹孔,第一安装孔51能够与螺栓螺纹连接。
在本实施例中,当第一安装孔51的数量为两个时,两个第一安装孔51均为圆孔。
优选地,第一安装孔51为圆孔,第一连接件22穿过第一安装孔51与第三连接件24固定连接。
在其他实施例中,当第一安装孔51为两个时,其中一个第一安装孔51长条孔,另一个第一安装孔51为圆孔,使得第一连接件22能够带动鲨鱼鳍壳体沿着长条孔的长度方向移动,从而车身顶盖5能够适配不同长度的鲨鱼鳍壳体。
优选地,其中一个第一安装孔51为长条孔,第一连接件22穿过第一安装孔51与第三连接件24连接,第一连接件22能够带动鲨鱼鳍壳体沿着第一安装孔51的长度方向移动,进而使车身顶盖5能够适配不同长度的鲨鱼鳍壳体。
具体地,车身顶盖5上还设置有第二安装孔52,第二安装孔52的直径大于第一安装孔51的直径,且第一安装孔51绕着第二安装孔52的周向分布。
具体地,天线3上设置有环形卡接部,天线3的一端穿过第二安装孔52后,环形卡接部能够与车身顶盖5的一侧抵接。
鲨鱼鳍壳体与车身顶盖5安装过程:当需要将鲨鱼鳍壳体与车身顶盖5安装时,将粘性件4贴合在第二安装孔52的四周;再将鲨鱼鳍壳体上的第一连接件22穿过第一安装孔51,并将鲨鱼鳍壳体通过粘性件4与车身顶盖5粘结在一起;最后将第三连接件24与第一连接件22连接,使得鲨鱼鳍壳体具有朝向车身顶盖5的偏压力,此时即完成安装。
虽然本申请已经通过优选实施例进行了描述,然而本申请并非局限于这里所描述的实施例,在不脱离本申请范围的情况下还包括所作出的各种改变以及 变化。
在本文中,所涉及的前、后、上、下等方位词是以附图中零部件位于图中以及零部件相互之间的位置来定义的,只是为了表达技术方案的清楚及方便。应当理解,所述方位词的使用不应限制本申请请求保护的范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种鲨鱼鳍组件,所述鲨鱼鳍组件用于与车身顶盖(5)连接,其特征在于,包括第一连接件(22)和用于容纳天线(3)的鲨鱼鳍壳体;
    所述鲨鱼鳍壳体包括开口端和设置在所述开口端上的周向翻边(21),所述第一连接件(22)设置在所述周向翻边(21)上,所述鲨鱼鳍壳体通过所述第一连接件(22)用于与所述车身顶盖(5)连接;所述第一连接件(22)用于给所述鲨鱼鳍壳体提供朝向所述车身顶盖(5)的偏压力;
    所述周向翻边(21)通过粘性件(4)与所述车身顶盖(5)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种鲨鱼鳍组件,其特征在于,所述鲨鱼鳍壳体包括相互连接的第一壳体(1)和第二壳体(2),所述第一壳体(1)和所述第二壳体(2)均为一端开口,所述第一壳体(1)套设在所述第二壳体(2)上,且所述第一壳体(1)的高度大于所述第二壳体(2)的高度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种鲨鱼鳍组件,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(22)的数量至少为两个,所述第一连接件(22)间隔设置在所述周向翻边(21)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种鲨鱼鳍组件,其特征在于,所述周向翻边(21)上设置有至少两个连接孔,所述连接孔的数量与所述第一连接件(22)数量一一对应;所述第一连接件(22)设置在所述连接孔内,所述第一连接件(22)与所述连接孔连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种鲨鱼鳍组件,其特征在于,还包括第三连接件(24),所述第三连接件(24)与所述第一连接件(22)连接,所述第三连接件(24)的数量与所述第一连接件(22)的数量相对应。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的一种鲨鱼鳍组件,其特征在于,所述周向翻 边(21)的厚度和车身顶盖(5)的厚度的和值小于所述第一连接件(22)的长度。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种鲨鱼鳍组件,其特征在于,所述周向翻边(21)设置在所述第二壳体(2)上,所述第二壳体(2)与所述第一连接件(22)一体注塑成型。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种鲨鱼鳍组件,其特征在于,所述周向翻边(21)上设置有第二连接件(23),所述第一壳体(1)的开口端与所述周向翻边(21)抵接;
    所述第二连接件(23)的一侧与所述第一壳体(1)的开口端贴合,所述第二连接件(23)的另一侧与所述周向翻边(21)贴合,以使所述第一壳体(1)与第二壳体(2)固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种鲨鱼鳍组件,其特征在于,所述第一壳体(1)设置有第一连接部,所述第二壳体(2)设置有第二连接部,所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部相互配合,以使所述第一壳体(1)与所述第二壳体(2)固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求4或5所述的一种鲨鱼鳍组件,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(22)为螺栓。
  11. 一种鲨鱼鳍组件的安装结构,其特征在于,包括粘性件(4)、车身顶盖(5)和如权利要求1至10任意一项所述的鲨鱼鳍组件;
    所述鲨鱼鳍壳体包覆在所述天线(3)的一端;
    所述鲨鱼鳍壳体通过粘性件(4)与所述车身顶盖(5)连接;所述鲨鱼鳍壳体通过所述第一连接件(22)与所述车身顶盖(5)连接;所述第一连接件(22)用于给所述鲨鱼鳍壳体提供朝向所述车身顶盖(5)的偏压力。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种鲨鱼鳍组件的安装结构,其特征在于,所述 粘性件(4)为环形结构,所述粘性件(4)与所述周向翻边(21)环形重合。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的一种鲨鱼鳍组件的安装结构,其特征在于,所述车身顶盖(5)上设置有至少两个第一安装孔(51),所述第一安装孔(51)的数量和所述第一连接件(22)的数量相对应,且所述第一安装孔(51)的位置与所述第一连接件(22)的位置一一对应。
