Description

Heater coating agent for false twisting machine
The present invention relates to a heater coating agent for a false twisting machine to be applied to a heater for the purpose of suppressing the yarn from coming off the heater in the false twisting machine.
In recent years, the diversification and fashion trend of clothing has been increasing, and in particular, for functional clothing such as sports clothing and women's foundation clothing, which have moderate elasticity and bulkiness and fit comfortably to the body with a good texture. The demand is high. False twisted yarn is indispensable for the production of this functional wear.
In general, a false twisted yarn (Draw Textured Yarn; hereinafter, may be referred to as DTY) is a partially drawn yarn (hereinafter, may be referred to as POY) to which a treatment agent for synthetic fibers is applied. It is obtained by producing synthetic fiber filament yarns, heating the synthetic fiber filament yarns with a heating device (heater) of a false twisting device, and at the same time stretching the filament yarns while twisting them. The synthetic fiber treatment agent applied to the partially drawn yarn (POY) has been specially devised such as an emulsifier and an antistatic agent, and has been designed to suppress heater stains, fluff breakage, and static electricity generation (for example, patent). Documents 1, 2 etc.).
However, even in the partially drawn yarn (POY) to which such a treatment agent for synthetic fibers is applied, the synthetic fiber filament yarns come off or shift from the heating device (heater), causing fluff breakage and insufficient heating. In addition, there is a problem that sufficient twisting and stretching cannot be performed due to misalignment of the yarn path.

As shown in Table 2, Examples 1 to 19, which are specific examples of the heater coating agent for the false twisting machine of the present invention, satisfactorily prevent the synthetic fiber filament yarn from coming off the heater in the false twisting machine. It was also confirmed that the suppression further prevented fluff yarn breakage due to "thread detachment" and insufficient heating of the synthetic fiber filament yarn, and that a well-twisted and stretched false twisted yarn could be obtained.
It was also clarified that the heater coating agents for the false twisting machine of Examples 1 to 19 are also excellent in malleability that spreads on the heater of the false twisting machine in a short time.
On the other hand, when the heater coating agent for the false twisting machine of the present invention is not applied to the heater of the false twisting machine and the partially drawn yarn (POY) to which the processing agent for synthetic fibers is attached is used, ". It was also clarified that the "thread detachment" could not be suppressed and the fluff thread breakage due to the "thread detachment" occurred.
The method for producing the false twisting machine heater coating agent of the present invention and the false twisting yarn for applying the false twisting machine heater coating agent to the false twisting machine heater is a synthetic fiber filament yarn in the false twisting machine. It suppresses "thread detachment" in which the strands come off from the heater, prevents fluff yarn breakage due to "thread detachment" and insufficient heating of synthetic fiber filament yarns, and is extremely twisted and stretched because false twisted yarns can be obtained. It is useful for.
