Abstract

Die Offenbarung betrifft Vorrichtungen zur Aufnahme von Mikroskopie-Bildern einer Probe, welche eine partiell kohärente Lichtquelle und einen Bildsensor mit Sensorkopf und Sensorausleseeinrichtung umfassen. Der Sensorkopf und die Lichtquelle sind derart angeordnet, dass der Sensorkopf und die Lichtquelle einen dazwischenliegenden Probenraum zur Aufnahme eines Substrats mit einer Probe definieren und dass eine optische Abbildung einer Probe in dem Probenraum durch die partiell kohärente Lichtquelle auf den Sensorkopf ein Intensitätsmuster darstellt. Des Weiteren betrifft die Offenbarung Systeme zur Überwachung einer Probe mit mehreren derartigen Vorrichtungen zur Aufnahme von Mikroskopie-Bildern.
