The document US 3464604 A further shows a clothes holder comprising a plurality of rigid holding elements which are connected at two connection points to a central fixing element. The distance between the connection points can be varied by means of a spindle, which also changes the arrangement of the holding elements and allows adaptation to different items of clothing.

The disadvantage of all the known laundry holders, however, is the complex structure and the large amount of space required, even when not in use. In addition, the structure and the adaptation to a specific piece of clothing are costly and complicated, which means that a lot of time is lost during use.

It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a laundry holder of the type mentioned at the outset, which has a simple structure and, in particular, can be adapted quickly and easily to a piece of clothing.

According to the invention, it is provided in a laundry holder of the type mentioned at the outset that the holding element is designed to be elastic, at least in one section. In this embodiment, the connecting openings 28 are designed as grooves or grooves shown.

In Fig. 8 shows the cross section through a holding element 2 according to the invention. The cross section has two convex sections 29 of substantially the same size as a segment of a circle and a rectangle 30 , the sections 29 being arranged on the short sides of the rectangle 30 lying opposite one another. The long sides of the rectangle 30 are in the used state of the laundry or facing the fixing element 1 . The holding element 2 is symmetrical in cross section to at least a first axis 31 and to a second axis 32 which is arranged substantially perpendicular to the first axis 31 .

In Fig. 9 shows a standing element which consists of an elastic, U-shaped central area 33 and legs 34 adjoining it. The central area 33 can be inserted into a cavity of the fixing element 1 and acts as a spring element against the inside of the fixing element 1 so that the standing element is held in the cavity of the fixing element 1 .

In Fig. 10 shows a clothing tightening element 35 which comprises a spring element 36 formed by two elastic bands and a connecting part 37 formed as a clamping element. The connector can with connected to an item of clothing and a tensile stress can be applied to the item of clothing by the spring element 36 . The clothing tightening element 35 also has a locking mechanism 21 for adjusting and fixing the clothing tightening element 35 relative to the fixing element 1 .

Claims

24 patent claims :

Laundry holder, comprising a fixing element (1), at least one holding element (2) and at least two connecting pieces (5), wherein at least one of the connecting pieces (5) is designed to be moved along the fixing element (1) and the at least one Connecting piece (5) can optionally be fixed to the fixing element (1), so that the distance between the connecting pieces (5) can be changed in the longitudinal direction (6) of the fixing element (1), the holding element (2) having first connecting elements (17) which can be connected to second connecting elements (18) of a connecting piece (5), characterized in that the retaining element (2) is designed to be elastic, at least in one section.

2. Laundry holder according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixing element (1) is rigid and is preferably a rod.

3. Laundry holder according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixing element (1) is flexible and is preferably a band.

4. Laundry holder according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that the fixing element (1) has at least one cavity or recess.

5. Laundry holder according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the elastic holding element (2) has a substantially over the length of the holding element (2) has a constant cross-section.

6. Laundry holder according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the holding element has at least one convex cross-section portion (29).

7. Laundry holder according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the holding element (2) is symmetrical in cross section.

8. Laundry holder according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the second connecting elements (18) are movable between at least a first and a second position.

9. Laundry holder according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the ends of the holding element (2) with the fixing element (1) can be connected.

10. Laundry holder according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that at least three connection points (4) for connecting the at least one holding element (2) to the fixing element (1) are provided.

11. Laundry holder according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the holding element (2) has an elongate base body and at least one web (3) which emanates from the base body.

12. Laundry holder according to one of claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the at least one holding element (2) is designed to apply a spring force to the state in which it is connected to the fixing element (1). To exercise fixing element (1).

13. Laundry holder according to one of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the fixing element (1) has at least one hook (11).

14. Laundry holder according to one of Claims 1 to 13, characterized in that the at least one holding element (2) is arranged in such a way that it can be moved selectively between a first position and a second position, the at least one holding element (2) in a first position is at least partially spaced from the fixing element (1) and in a second position substantially on the fixing element (1).

15. Laundry holder according to one of claims 1 to 14, characterized in that a clothing tensioning element is provided, which is designed to be attached to the fixing element and has a spring element and a connecting part.

16. Set, comprising at least one clothes holder according to one of claims 1 to 15 and at least one sleeve tensioning element (13), which is designed to be placed in an item of clothing arranged on the clothes holder and to exert pressure on the sleeve of the item of clothing, and preferably a collar tensioning element (12) which is designed to be placed in a garment placed on the clothes hanger and to apply pressure to the collar of the garment.
