Abstract
La présente invention concerne un jeu d'amorces pour l'identification des personnes et le diagnostic des infections virales respiratoires, et une utilisation de ce dernier. Plus particulièrement, un ensemble d'amorces selon la présente invention permet de détecter simultanément un locus, pouvant identifier un individu, et un gène viral cible en utilisant l'analyse des répétitions en tandem courtes (STR) et l'amplification par PCR, et peut donc être utilisé efficacement pour déterminer, en une seule fois, quel individu est infecté par quel virus.
