【課題】　フィルターと締紐とを備える平坦折畳み可能な使い捨て防塵マスクであって、使用時にフィルター下部の通気機能が失われず、息苦しさを生じない使い捨て防塵マスクを提供する。 【解決手段】　フィルターと締紐とを備える平坦折畳み可能な使い捨て防塵マスクであって、フィルター下部内面にフィルター下縁に沿って延在する突部を備える。

Description

使い捨て防塵マスク
本発明は、フィルターと締紐とを備える平坦折畳み可能な使い捨て防塵マスクに関するものである。
フィルターと締紐とを備える平坦折畳み可能な使い捨て防塵マスクが特許文献１に開示されている。
特開２０１４－０００４５７号公報
特許文献１等に開示された従来のフィルターと締紐とを備える平坦折畳み可能な使い捨て防塵マスクの一例を図１に示す。図１から分かるように、従来のフィルター１２と締紐１３とを備える平坦折畳み可能な使い捨て防塵マスク１１には、図１（ｄ）に示すように、使用時にフィルター下部１２ａが顎の下に入り込み顎下面に密着して通気機能を失い、フィルター１２の有効面積が減少して通気機能が低下し、息苦しさを感じるという問題点がある。
本発明は、上記問題に鑑みてなされたものであり、フィルターと締紐とを備える平坦折畳み可能な使い捨て防塵マスクであって、使用時にフィルター下部の通気機能が失われず、息苦しさを生じない使い捨て防塵マスクを提供することを目的とする。
　上記課題を解決するために、本発明においては、フィルターと締紐とを備える平坦折畳み可能な使い捨て防塵マスクであって、フィルター下部内面にフィルター下縁に沿って延在する突部を備えることを特徴とする使い捨て防塵マスクを提供する。
フィルター下部内面にフィルター下縁に沿って延在する突部を設けることにより、使用時にフィルター下部が顎の下に入り込み顎下面に密着して通気機能を失う事態の発生が防止され、使用時の息苦しさがなくなる。
　本発明の好ましい態様においては、突部はフラップである。
　突部をフラップとすることにより、突部を設けたことによる折り畳み性能の低下を防止できる。
　本発明の好ましい態様においては、フラップはフィルターを内側へ折り返して形成されている。
　フィルターを内側へ折り返してフラップを形成することにより、両者を別部材とする場合に較べて部品数が減少し、製造コストが低減する。
従来の、フィルターと締紐とを備える平坦折畳み可能な使い捨て防塵マスクの構造図である。（ａ）は正面図であり、（ｂ）は（ａ）のｂ－ｂ矢視図であり、（ｃ）は背面図であり、（ｄ）は使用時の（ｂ）に相当する図である。 本発明の実施例に係るフィルターと締紐とを備える平坦折畳み可能な使い捨て防塵マスクの構造図である。（ａ）は正面図であり、（ｂ）は（ａ）のｂ－ｂ矢視図であり、（ｃ）は背面図であり、（ｄ）は使用時の（ｂ）に相当する図である。
本発明の実施例に係るフィルターと締紐とを備える平坦折畳み可能な使い捨て防塵マスクを説明する。
　図２に示すように、捨て防塵マスク１は、不織布で形成された粉塵濾過フィルター２と、締紐３とを備えている。捨て防塵マスク１は、不使用時には中心線Ｘに沿って平坦に折り畳まれており、立体形状に開いて使用する。捨て防塵マスク１は、中心軸線Ｘに関して線対称の２枚のフィルター半部分の縁部を中心軸線Ｘに沿って溶着接合して形成されている。
　捨て防塵マスク１は、フィルター２の下部２ａ内面にフィルター２の下縁に沿って延在する突部、具体的にはフラップ４を備えている。フラップ４はフィルター２の外方への延長部を、直線状の溶着部に沿って内側へ折り返すことにより形成されている。
捨て防塵マスク１においては、フィルター２の下部２ａ内面にフィルター２の下縁に沿って延在する突部であるフラップ４を設けたので、図２（ｄ）に示すように、使用時にフラップ４が顎に当接して、フィルター下部２ａが顎の下に入り込み顎下面に密着して通気機能を失う事態の発生を防止する。この結果、使用時の息苦しさがなくなる。
　突部をフラップ４としたので、突部を設けたことによるマスク１の折り畳み性能の低下が防止されている。
　フィルター下部２ａに延長部を形成し、該部を内側へ折り返してフラップ４を形成することにより、フィルター２とフラップ４とを別部材とした場合に比べて部品数が減少し、製造コストが低減する。
　本発明は上記実施例に限定されない。例えば、フラップ４をフィルター２と別部材にしても良く、フラップ４に代えて、長さ方向中央部から両端部へ向けて厚みが漸減する非通気性の帯状柔軟部材をフィルター２の下部２ａにフィルター下縁に沿って貼付しても良い。
本発明は、フィルターと締紐とを備える平坦折畳み可能な使い捨て防塵マスクに広く利用可能である。

Claims (3)

  1. フィルターと締紐とを備える平坦折畳み可能な使い捨て防塵マスクであって、フィルター下部内面にフィルター下縁に沿って延在する突部を備えることを特徴とする使い捨て防塵マスク。
  2. 突部はフラップであることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の使い捨て防塵マスク。
  3. フラップはフィルターを内側へ折り返して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項２に記載の使い捨て防塵マスク。
