See, for example, Patent Document 1.
- the rotor core of the rotor of the motor has a plurality of electromagnetic steel sheets laminated with a gap, and the rotor core has voids (hereinafter, voids) through which the refrigerant and the lubricating oil flow. , Also called "wind hole").
- WO 2017/072967 see, eg, paragraphs 0139, 0140, 0142, FIGS. 2-5, 8, 26 and 27).
- the purpose of this disclosure is to prevent poor lubrication in the compressor.
- the compressor includes a compression mechanism unit that compresses the refrigerant, an electric motor that drives the compression mechanism unit, and a container that houses the compression mechanism unit, the electric motor, the refrigerant, and the lubricating oil.
- the rotor of the motor has a rotor core having a plurality of steel plates laminated with a first gap, and a first permanent magnet inserted into a magnet insertion hole of the rotor core.
- the rotor core is arranged inside the rotor core in the radial direction from the magnet insertion hole, and flows through the flow path through which the refrigerant and the lubricating oil flow and when the rotor rotates. It has a first guide portion that guides the lubricating oil to the first gap.
- FIG. 1 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing a part of the structure of the rotor shown in FIG. (B) is a cross-sectional view of a part of the rotor shown in FIG. 6 (A) cut along the line B6-B6.
- A) is a plan view showing the structure of the upper end plate shown in FIG.
- FIG. 1 is a plan view showing the structure of the lower end plate shown in FIG. 1. It is sectional drawing which shows the structure of the rotor of the electric motor of the compressor which concerns on the modification 1 of Embodiment 1.
- FIG. is sectional drawing which shows the structure of the rotor of the electric motor of the compressor which concerns on the modification 2 of Embodiment 1.

- FIG. is a figure which shows the structure of the refrigerant circuit at the time of the heating operation of the air conditioner which concerns on Embodiment 3.
- FIG. is a figure which shows the structure of the refrigerant circuit at the
- refrigerant is described using a refrigerant number starting with “R” defined by the international standard ISO817.
- FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing the configuration of the compressor 100 according to the first embodiment.
- the compressor 100 is, for example, a rotary compressor.
- the compressor 100 is not limited to the rotary compressor, and may be another compressor such as a low-pressure compressor or a scroll compressor.
- the compressor 100 has a compression mechanism unit 1, an electric motor 2, a crankshaft 3 as a rotating shaft, and a closed container 4 as a container.
- the compression mechanism unit 1 sucks the refrigerant 110 from the accumulator 101 and compresses the refrigerant 110.
- the electric motor 2 drives the compression mechanism unit 1.
- the electric motor 2 is arranged on the downstream side of the compression mechanism unit 1 in the direction in which the refrigerant 110 flows.
- the refrigerant 110 flows from the ⁇ z axis side to the + z axis side. That is, the downstream side in the direction in which the refrigerant 110 flows is the + z-axis side, and the upstream side in the direction in which the refrigerant 110 flows is the ⁇ z-axis side.
- the refrigerant 110 contains an ethylene-based fluorinated hydrocarbon having a carbon double bond. That is, the refrigerant 110 is an HFO (HydroFluoro Olefin) refrigerant. As a result, the operating pressure of the compressor 100 can be reduced because the refrigerant 110 contains an ethylene-based fluorinated hydrocarbon.
- the GWP (Global Warming Potential) of the refrigerant 110 is lower than the GWP of the HFC (Hydro Fluoro Carbon) refrigerant. Therefore, the greenhouse effect of the refrigerant 110 is smaller than the greenhouse effect of the HFC refrigerant. Further, since the refrigerant 110 contains an ethylene-based fluorinated hydrocarbon, the disproportionation reaction of the refrigerant 110 can be prevented.
- HFO Hydrofluoro Olefin
- the refrigerant 110 is a mixed refrigerant in which an ethylene-based fluorinated hydrocarbon and another refrigerant are mixed.
- the refrigerant 110 contains R1123 (that is, 1,1,2-trifluoroethylene) as an ethylene-based fluorohydrocarbon.
- the ratio of R1123 in the refrigerant 110 is preferably in the range of, for example, 40 wt% to 60 wt%.
- Refrigerant 110 contains, for example, R32 (difluoromethane) as another refrigerant. That is, in the first embodiment, the refrigerant 110 is a mixed refrigerant in which R1123 and R32 are mixed.
- R1123 is not limited to R32, but is R1234yf (that is, 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene), R1234ze (E) (that is, trans-1,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene), R1234ze (that is, trans-1,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene).
- Z) (ie, cis-1,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene), R125 (1,1,1,2-pentafluoroethane) and R134a (ie, 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane) ) May be mixed with any one or more of the refrigerants.
- the refrigerant 110 may contain two or more types of ethylene-based fluorinated hydrocarbons.
- the refrigerant 110 may contain R1123 and other ethylene-based fluorinated hydrocarbons.
- the refrigerant 110 may be another ethylene-based fluorohydrocarbon, such as R1141 (ie, fluoroethylene), R1132a (ie, 1,1-difluoroethylene), R1132 (E) (ie, trans-1,2-difluoro).
- Ethylene) and R1132 (Z) that is, cis-1,2-difluoroethylene
- R1141 ie, fluoroethylene
- R1132a ie, 1,1-difluoroethylene
- R1132 (E) ie, trans-1,2-difluoro
- Ethylene and R1132 (Z) that is, cis-1,2-difluoroethylene
- the refrigerant 110 is not limited to ethylene-based fluorinated hydrocarbons, and may contain R290 (that is, propane) composed of hydrocarbons. That is, the refrigerant 110 may be an HC (HydroCarbon) refrigerant.
- the crankshaft 3 connects the compression mechanism unit 1 and the electric motor 2.
- the crankshaft 3 has a shaft main body portion 3a fixed to the rotor 10 of the electric motor 2 and an eccentric shaft portion 3b fixed to the rolling piston 32 of the compression mechanism portion 1.
- the direction along the circumference of the circle centered on the crankshaft 3 is the "circumferential direction", and the direction in which the axis line (axis line C shown in FIG. 2 to be described later), which is the center of rotation of the crankshaft 3, extends.
- the "axial direction” and the direction in which a straight line passing through the crankshaft 3 perpendicular to the axial direction extends are referred to as "diameter direction”.

- a flux barrier 11c exists between the end of the permanent magnet 12 in the circumferential direction R and the magnet insertion hole 11b. Since the portion between the flux barrier 11c and the outer peripheral portion 11j of the rotor core 11 is a thin-walled portion, the leakage flux between the adjacent magnetic poles is suppressed.

- the guide portion 16 has a guide structure for guiding the refrigerating machine oil 40 flowing through the flow path 15 together with the refrigerant 110 to the gap D when the rotor 10 rotates.
- the refrigerating machine oil 40 flows along the path indicated by the arrow in FIG. 6 (B).
- the refrigerating machine oil 40 guided to the gap D flows through the gap D from the inside to the outside in the radial direction under the influence of centrifugal force.
- the refrigerating machine oil 40 flows through the gap S1 (see FIG. 5) in the magnet insertion hole 11b.
- the refrigerating machine oil 40 flows toward the bottom 4a (see FIG. 1) of the closed container 4 under the influence of gravity.
- the refrigerating machine oil 40 flowing through the flow path 15 is guided to the gap D by the guide portion 16, so that the refrigerating machine oil 40 flows through the gap D and passes through the gap S1, so that the permanent magnet 12 is easily cooled. .. Further, the refrigerating machine oil 40 flowing through the flow path 15 can easily return to the bottom 4a (see FIG. 1) of the closed container 4 through the gap D. As a result, the compression mechanism portion 1 is easily lubricated by the refrigerating machine oil 40, so that it is possible to prevent poor lubrication in the compressor 100.
- the operating pressure of the compressor 100 can be reduced, but the compressor 100 discharges the refrigerant 110.
- the flow rate of the refrigerant 110 is reduced. In this case, it is necessary to increase the flow rate of the refrigerant 110 flowing through the flow path 15 by increasing the rotation speed of the rotor 10.
- the flow velocity of the refrigerant 110 increases, so that it becomes difficult for the refrigerating machine oil 40 to separate from the refrigerant 110.
- the guide portion 16 since the rotor core 11 is provided with the guide portion 16, even when the refrigerant 110 contains an ethylene-based fluorinated hydrocarbon, the guide portion 16 allows the refrigerating machine oil 40 to be generated. It becomes easy to be guided by the gap D. Therefore, the refrigerating machine oil 40 flowing through the flow path 15 can be easily separated from the refrigerant 110.
- the guide portion 16 is provided in the flow path 15.
- the guide portion 16 has a radial inward surface 17 that defines the flow path 15.
- the radial inward facing surface 17 has a vertical portion 171 and an inclined portion 172 as a first inclined portion.
- the vertical portion 171 is a plane extending in parallel with the z-axis direction among the surfaces 17 inward in the radial direction.
- the inclined portion 172 is arranged on the + z-axis side of the vertical portion 171.
- the inclined portion 172 is an inclined surface that is inclined in a direction away from the axis C (see FIG. 4) of the rotor 10 as it approaches the end surface 13d on the + z-axis side, which is one end surface of the electromagnetic steel sheet 13 in the z-axis direction. ..
- the refrigerating machine oil 40 flows in the flow path 15 along the vertical portion 171 and the inclined portion 172, so that the outer portion of the gap D in the radial direction from the flow path 15 (that is, the direction approaching the magnet insertion hole 11b). Will be guided to.
- the inclined portion 172 is a flat surface, but may be a curved curved surface.
- the refrigerating machine oil 40 Since the specific gravity of the refrigerating machine oil 40 is heavier than the specific gravity of the refrigerant 110, the refrigerating machine oil 40 tends to flow outside the radial direction of the flow path 15 due to the centrifugal force acting when the rotor 10 rotates.
- the guide portion 16 since the guide portion 16 has an inclined portion 172 provided on the radial inward surface 17 defining the flow path 15, the refrigerating machine oil 40 flowing through the flow path 15 is inclined portion. It becomes easy to be guided to the gap D via 172.
- the gap S1 faces the guide portion 16 in the radial direction.
- the refrigerating machine oil 40 guided to the gap D by the guide portion 16 easily flows through the gap S1. Therefore, the permanent magnets 12a and 12b are easily cooled by the refrigerating machine oil 40.
- the area A1 is larger than the area A2.
- the area A1 is, for example, 10 times or more the area A2. Since the guide portion 16 is provided in the flow path 15, the longer the area A1 is larger than the area A2, the longer the length of the circumferential direction R of the guide portion 16, so that the refrigerating machine oil 40 is discharged from the refrigerant 110 flowing through the flow path 15. It becomes easy to separate.
- the interval t 3 is larger than the interval t 2 of the gap D (see FIG. 4). That is, the interval t 3 and the interval t 2 satisfy the following equation (1). t 3 > t 2 (1) As a result, the refrigerating machine oil 40 guided from the flow path 15 to the gap D can easily flow through the gap S2. Therefore, since the refrigerating machine oil 40 flows along the radial outward surfaces 12c and 12d of the permanent magnets 12a and 12b, the permanent magnets 12a and 12b are more easily cooled.
- the flow path 15 is formed in a portion of the rotor core 11 between the magnet insertion hole 11b and the shaft insertion hole 11a. Specifically, the flow path 15 is arranged closer to the magnet insertion hole 11b than the shaft insertion hole 11a. As a result, a thin portion 11g is formed between the magnet insertion hole 11b and the flow path 15. The thin portion 11 g extends in the circumferential direction R. When the thickness of the thin portion 11 g is W 1 , the thickness W 1 is constant in the circumferential direction R. Further, the thickness W 1 is a plate thickness t 1 or more of one electromagnetic steel sheet 13. As a result, the strength of the thin portion 11 g is sufficiently secured.

- the rotor 10 can be realized even if it has only one of the upper end plate 51 and the lower end plate 52.
- FIG. 7A is a plan view showing the configuration of the upper end plate 51.

- the upper end plate 51 covers the magnet insertion hole 11b. In other words, the upper end plate 51 closes the magnet insertion hole 11b. - Refrigerating machine oil 40 flows through the through holes 52b and the slits 52c and 52d. Since the oil sump portion (that is, the bottom portion 4a of the closed container 4) is provided on the ⁇ z axis side of the lower end plate 52, the refrigerating machine oil 40 flows through the through holes 52b and the slits 52c and 52d, so that the refrigerating machine oil is concerned. 40 can be returned to the oil sump.

It has an inclined portion 172 that inclines in a direction away from the axis C as it approaches the end surface 13d on the axis side. As a result, when the rotor 10 is rotated, the refrigerating machine oil 40 flowing through the flow path 15 is easily guided to the gap D via the inclined portion 172.
- the gap t 3 of the gap S2 between the magnet insertion holes 11b and the radially facing surfaces 12c and 12d of the permanent magnet 12 is the gap t 2 of the gap D. Greater.
- the refrigerating machine oil 40 guided from the flow path 15 to the gap D can easily flow through the gap S2. Therefore, the permanent magnet 12 is easily cooled by the refrigerating machine oil 40.
- the gap S2 exists outside the permanent magnet 12 in the radial direction.
- the refrigerating machine oil 40 guided to the gap D is affected by the centrifugal force, so that the gap D is directed away from the axis C, that is, from the inside to the outside in the radial direction of the rotor core 11. Easy to flow. Therefore, since the gap S2 exists outside the permanent magnet 12 in the radial direction, the refrigerating machine oil 40 easily flows into the gap S2 through the gap D. Therefore, the permanent magnet 12 is easily cooled by the refrigerating machine oil 40.

- the rotor 10 further has a lower end plate 52 arranged on the end face 11n on the upstream side in the direction in which the refrigerant 110 flows in the rotor core 11, and the lower end plate is further provided.

Abstract
