技术领域
本申请涉及显示屏技术领域,更具体地说,涉及磁吸解锁固定装置和显示屏。
背景技术
随着LED显示屏技术的不断发展,对于LED显示屏领域中涉及固定方式的设计要求愈发严格。固定方式的简易性和实用性在LED显示屏行业中愈发重要。现阶段,为了保证LED显示屏维护的便捷性,一般LED显示屏的显示模组和箱体之间采用磁吸固定方式。然而,磁吸固定方式抗风、抗震等级低,安全可靠性差。
为了解决磁吸固定方式抗风、抗震等级低的问题,现有的一种方式为在显示模组和箱体之间再增加一个旋钮锁来提高磁吸固定方式的抗风、抗震等级。即,在显示模组的背面设置一个旋钮锁来将显示模组进一步固定在箱体上。显示模组上开设有贯穿显示模组的相对两侧的调节通孔。通过一调节工具穿经该调节通孔而对旋钮锁进行调节,以便将旋钮锁在锁定状态和解锁状态之间进行切换。
发明人在实施上述旋钮锁方案的过程中发现,现有的旋钮锁的调节,需要在显示模组上开设调节通孔。然而,随着LED显示屏高分辨率的发展趋势,LED显示屏上的显示模组上相邻的灯珠与灯珠之间的间距的越来越小,灯珠与灯珠之间的间隙不足以开设调节通孔,使得用户无法采用调节工具穿经显示模组来转动旋钮锁,无法对显示模组进行前维护。
发明内容
根据本申请的各种实施例,本申请提供了一种磁吸解锁固定装置和显示屏。
一个方面,本申请提供一种磁吸解锁固定装置,包括:
外壳,所述外壳的侧壁开设有避让口;
联动件,所述联动件收容于所述外壳内,且所述联动件可相对所述外壳移动;
卡扣,所述卡扣的一部分收容于所述外壳内,所述卡扣转动连接于所述外壳上,且所述卡扣与所述联动件联动设置;
初始状态时,所述卡扣的另一部分经由所述避让口显露在所述外壳外;所述联动件被配置为被磁吸工具所磁吸时,所述联动件靠近所述磁吸工具移动而带动所述卡扣转动,使得所述卡扣收起在所述避让口内。
在其中一个实施例中,所述卡扣包括联动部和自所述联动部延伸的限位部,所述卡扣的转动中心位于所述联动部和所述限位部之间,所述联动部位于所述外壳内且与所述联动件的外侧相贴合。
在其中一个实施例中,所述联动部设有用于辅助以便于与所述联动件实现联动的联动斜面。
在其中一个实施例中,所述联动件上设有用于辅助以便于与所述联动部实现联动的联动坡面。
在其中一个实施例中,所述磁吸解锁固定装置还包括限位件,所述外壳开设有卡持槽,所述限位件的一端连接于所述联动件,所述限位件的另一端能够随着所述联动件的移动而卡入或脱离所述卡持槽。
在其中一个实施例中,所述限位件包括第一导引部和自所述第一导引部的一端延伸的第二导引部,所述第一导引部的另一端连接于所述联动件上,所述第一导引部的外径大于所述第二导引部的外径,所述第一导引部和所述第二导引部之间形成限位台阶,所述外壳包括筒部和位于所述筒部的一端的端部,所述避让口开设于所述筒部上,所述端部上开设有相互连通的避让槽和所述卡持槽,所述避让槽的宽度大于所述第一导引部的外径,所述卡持槽的宽度大于所述第二导引部的外径且小于所述第一导引部的外径;

实施例一
如图1和图2所示,本实施例提供了一种磁吸解锁固定装置。该磁吸解锁固定装置包括外壳1、联动件2和卡扣3。外壳1的侧壁开设有避让口111。联动件2收容于外壳1内,且联动件2可相对外壳1移动。卡扣3的一部分收容于外壳1内。卡扣3转动连接在外壳1上。且卡扣3与联动件2联动设置。在初始状态时,卡扣3的另一部分经由避让口显露在外壳1外,以实现限位固定。当联动件2被配置为被磁吸工具所磁吸时,联动件2靠近磁吸工具移动而带动卡扣3转动,使得卡扣3收起在避让口111内。即,在该情况下,卡扣3被完全容纳在避让口111内。本实施例中的磁吸解锁固定装置,结构简单简易且适应性强。利用卡扣3限位实现固定,安装可靠性能够满足抗风、抗震要求,利用磁吸工具的磁力实现解锁,能够非常好地实现前维护,且拆装方便,省时省力,能够非常好地满足固定方式的各种要求。

在本实施例中,该磁吸解锁固定装置还包括限位件4。外壳1可开设有卡持槽。限位件4的一端连接于联动件2,限位件4的另一端能够随着联动件2的移动而卡入或脱离卡持槽。具体地,如图2和图3所示,限位件4可包括第一导引部41和自第一导引部41的一端延伸的第二导引部42。第一导引部41的另一端连接于联动件2上。第一导引部41的外径大于第二导引部42的外径。第一导引部41和第二导引部42之间形成限位台阶43。外壳1包括筒部11 和位于筒部11一端的端部12。避让口111开设于筒部11上。端部12上开设有相互连通的避让槽121和卡持槽122。避让槽121的宽度大于或等于第一导引部41的外径。卡持槽122的宽度大于或等于第二导引部42的外径且小于第一导引部41的外径。在初始状态时,第一导引部41位于避让槽121。当联动件2被磁吸工具所吸引朝向远离端部12的方向移动并转动后,第一导引部41完全收容于筒部11内,且限位台阶43和端部12的内侧相抵接。在该情况下,第二导引部42位于卡持槽122中,以使得限位部32稳定地收起在避让口111内。限位件4上具有自第二导引部42延伸的头部44。头部44的外径大于避让槽121的宽度。在本实施例中,该磁吸解锁固定装置还包括联动弹性件5。联动弹性件5位于联动件2和端部12之间。当联动件2受磁吸工具磁吸移动后,联动弹性件5产生弹性形变。在本实施例中,联动弹性件5为压缩弹簧。在本实施例中,联动件2远离外壳1的端部12的一端设有磁吸件6。磁吸件6可以是磁铁或铁块,以便于与磁吸工具产生磁吸。因为安装了磁吸件6,联动件2的材质可以是不具有磁性的材质,例如铝或橡胶等。
在本实施例中,如图2和图3所示,在自限位部32上朝远离联动部31的方向上延伸有阻隔部33。阻隔部33收容于筒部11内。初始状态时,阻隔部33和筒部11的内壁相抵接。在本实施例中,联动件2设有限位阶22。当联动件2处于初始状态时,限位阶22的外侧与阻隔部33的一侧相贴合,使得卡扣3无法转动收起。当联动件2受磁吸工具磁吸移动后,限位阶22与阻隔部33错开以便于卡扣3转动收起。卡扣3通过转轴7转动连接在避让口111处。转轴7上套设有扭簧8。当卡扣3收起在避让口111中时,扭簧8产生弹性形变。在本实施例中,卡扣3共有两个。两个卡扣3对称设置设置在外壳1上。在本实施例中,联动部31位于卡扣3的靠近外壳1的端部12的一端。限位部32位于卡扣3的远离外壳1的端部12的一端。
此外,该磁吸解锁固定装置还包括凸缘6。凸缘6固定地设置在筒部11的外周面上。凸缘6可位于避让口111下方。凸缘6可与卡扣3相互协作以实现对至少两个待固定件的固定。例如,当限位部32经由避让口111显露在外时,凸缘安装在一个待固定件上,限位部32抵住另一个待固定件(例如,其内壁)以实现固定和限位。凸缘6可呈跑道形状,但不限于此。
实施例二
如图4所示,在本实施例中,本实施例与实施例一的区别在于:限位部320位于卡扣300的靠近外壳100的端部120的一端,联动部310位于卡扣300的远离外壳100的端部120的一端。限位部320呈钩状。当限位部320显露在外时,限位部320勾住另一个待固定件(例如,其内壁)实现限位固定。
实施例三
本实施例提供了一种显示屏,如图5所示。该显示屏包括固定部件500、显示模组600和实施例一中的磁吸解锁固定装置。磁吸解锁固定装置安装在显示模组600靠近固定装置500的背面。磁吸解锁固定装置的凸缘6可安装并固定在显示模组600靠近固定部件500的背面中。固定装置500上开设有安装孔510。外壳1可穿经安装孔510。卡扣3的限位部32经由避让口111显露在外时抵在固定部件500的表面上,从而凸缘6和卡扣3相互协作以实现对显示模组600和固定部件500的固定。固定部件500可以为箱体。当固定部件500为箱体时,卡扣3的限位部32可经由避让口111显露在外时抵在箱体的内壁。值得说明的是,该磁吸解锁固定装置也可以是实施例二中的磁吸解锁固定装置。此外,磁吸解锁固定装置也可以应用在任意两个需要固定在一起的待固定件之间。
可以理解的是,本实施例的显示屏可以是LED显示屏、LCD显示屏、OLED显示屏、QLED显示屏等需要显示输出终端。即本申请实施例中的实施例一中的磁吸解锁固定装置和实施例二中的磁吸解锁固定装置可以适应不同种类的拼接类显示输出终端。
在固定LED显示屏时,通过使用根据本申请的实施例的磁吸解锁固定装置,可解决现有技术中灯珠的间距较小时显示模组无法前维护的问题。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种磁吸解锁固定装置,其特征在于,包括:
    外壳,所述外壳的侧壁开设有避让口;
    联动件,所述联动件收容于所述外壳内,且所述联动件可相对所述外壳移动;
    卡扣,所述卡扣的一部分收容于所述外壳内,所述卡扣转动连接于所述外壳上,且所述卡扣与所述联动件联动设置;
    初始状态时,所述卡扣的另一部分经由所述避让口显露在所述外壳外;所述联动件被配置为被磁吸工具所磁吸时,所述联动件靠近所述磁吸工具移动而带动所述卡扣转动,使得所述卡扣收起在所述避让口内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的磁吸解锁固定装置,其特征在于:所述卡扣包括联动部和自所述联动部延伸的限位部,所述卡扣的转动中心位于所述联动部和所述限位部之间,所述联动部位于所述外壳内且与所述联动件的外侧相贴合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的磁吸解锁固定装置,其特征在于:所述联动部设有用于辅助以便于与所述联动件实现联动的联动斜面。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的磁吸解锁固定装置,其特征在于:所述联动件上设有用于辅助以便于与所述联动部实现联动的联动坡面。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的磁吸解锁固定装置,其特征在于:所述磁吸解锁固定装置还包括限位件,所述外壳开设有卡持槽,所述限位件的一端连接于所述联动件,所述限位件的另一端能够随着所述联动件的移动而卡入或脱离所述卡持槽。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的磁吸解锁固定装置,其特征在于:所述限位件包括第一导引部和自所述第一导引部的一端延伸的第二导引部,所述第一导引部的另一端连接于所述联动件上,所述第一导引部的外径大于所述第二导引部的外径,所述第一导引部和所述第二导引部之间形成限位台阶;所述外壳包括筒部和位于所述筒部的一端的端部,所述避让口开设于所述筒部上,所述端部上开设有相互连通的避让槽和所述卡持槽,所述避让槽的宽度大于所述第一导引部的外径,所述卡持槽的宽度大于所述第二导引部的外径且小于所述第一导引部的外径;
    初始状态时,所述第一导引部位于所述避让槽;当所述联动件被磁吸工具所吸引朝远离所述端部的方向移动并转动后,所述第一导引部完全收容于所述筒部内,且所述限位台阶和所述端部的内侧相抵接,所述第二导引部位于所述卡持槽,以使得所述限位部稳定地收起在所述避让口内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的磁吸解锁固定装置,其特征在于:所述限位件上具有自所述第二导引部延伸的头部,所述头部的外径大于所述避让槽的宽度。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的磁吸解锁固定装置,其特征在于:自所述限位部上朝远离所述联动部的方向延伸有阻隔部,所述阻隔部收容于所述筒部内,初始状态时,所述阻隔部和所述筒部的内壁相抵接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的磁吸解锁固定装置,其特征在于:所述联动件上设有限位阶,当所述联动件处于初始状态时,所述限位阶的外侧与所述阻隔部的一侧相贴合,使得所述卡扣无法转动收起;当所述联动件受磁吸工具磁吸移动后,所述限位阶与所述阻隔部错开以便于所述卡扣转动收起。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的磁吸解锁固定装置,其特征在于:还包括联动弹性件,所述联动弹性件位于所述联动件和所述端部之间。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的磁吸解锁固定装置,其特征在于:所述卡扣通过转轴转动连接在所述避让口处,所述转轴上套设有扭簧,当所述卡扣收起在所述避让口时,所述扭簧产生弹性形变。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的磁吸解锁固定装置,其特征在于:还包括凸缘,所述凸缘固定地设置在所述外壳的外周面上,并位于所述避让口下方。
  13. 一种显示屏,其特征在于:包括固定部件、显示模组和如权利要求1-12中任一项所述的磁吸解锁固定装置,所述磁吸解锁固定装置安装并固定在所述显示模组靠近所述固定部件的背面,所述箱体上开设有安装孔,所述外壳穿经所述安装孔,当所述卡扣的另一部分经由所述避让口显露在所述外壳外时抵在所述固定部件的表面上以实现对所述显示模组和所述固定部件的固定。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的显示屏,其特征在于:所述固定部件为箱体,当所述卡扣的另一部分经由所述避让口显露在所述外壳外时抵在所述箱体的内壁以实现对所述显示模组和所述固定部件的固定。
