在显示屏行业中,尤其是在LED显示屏行业中,模组作为最重要的显示单元。随着LED显示屏的发展,LED显示屏的便捷拆装显得尤为重要。
传统的LED显示屏的模组存在如下问题:(1)若模组采用螺钉固定于箱体上,在对模组进行维护或更换时存在模组拆装不方便的问题;(2)若模组采用磁吸贴合于箱体上,虽然解决了问题(1),但是模组固定于箱体的牢固性较差,使模组易脱落而损坏。
发明内容
根据本申请的各种实施例,提供一种显示屏及其连接装置。
一种连接装置,所述连接装置包括底壳,所述底壳用于抵接于箱体上,所述连接装置还包括:
卡扣座,包括座体和与所述座体连接的抵持部,所述座体用于连接于所述箱体上;以及
卡扣,包括转动部、卡扣主体和磁吸部,所述转动部转动连接于所述底壳上,所述转动部的一端与所述卡扣主体连接,所述转动部的另一端与所述磁吸部连接,所述卡扣主体卡接于所述抵持部上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述抵持部的两侧分别锁止斜面和导向斜面,所述锁止斜面与所述导向斜面圆弧过渡,所述卡扣主体卡接于所述锁止斜面上,所述导向斜面用于引导所述卡扣主体滑入所述锁止斜面。
在其中一个实施例中,所述连接装置还包括磁吸组件;所述磁吸部上开设有定位槽,所述磁吸组件位于所述定位槽内并与所述磁吸部连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述磁吸组件包括安装座和磁吸块,所述安装座位于所述定位槽内并与所述磁吸部连接;所述安装座形成有安装槽,所述磁吸块位于所述安装槽内且吸附于所述安装座上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述卡扣主体和所述磁吸部均呈U型状;所述转动部的数目为两个,其中一个所述转动部的两端分别与所述卡扣主体的一端和所述磁吸部的一端连接,另外一个所述转动部的两端分别与所述卡扣主体的另一端和所述磁吸部的另一端连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述转动部上设有转动凸台,所述底壳上开设有连接槽,所述转动凸台位于所述连接槽内并与所述底壳转动连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述底壳上还开设有与所述连接槽连通的滑入槽。
在其中一个实施例中,所述连接装置还包括弹性件,所述弹性件的一端与所述底壳连接,所述弹性件的另一端与所述转动部连接,所述转动部转动连接于所述底壳的位置为所述转动部上的第一位置,所述转动部的邻近所述卡扣主体的端部为所述转动部上的第二位置,所述弹性件连接于所述转动部上的位置位于所述第一位置与所述第二位置之间。
在其中一个实施例中,所述抵持部的两侧分别锁止斜面和导向斜面,所述锁止斜面与所述导向斜面圆弧过渡,所述卡扣主体卡接于所述锁止斜面上,所述导向斜面用于引导所述卡扣主体滑入所述锁止斜面。
在其中一个实施例中,所述连接装置还包括磁吸组件;所述磁吸部上开设有定位槽,所述磁吸组件位于所述定位槽内并与所述磁吸部连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述磁吸组件包括安装座和磁吸块,所述安装座位于所述定位槽内并与所述磁吸部连接;所述安装座形成有安装槽,所述磁 吸块位于所述安装槽内且吸附于所述安装座上。

为了便于理解本申请,下面将参照相关附图对本申请进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了本申请的较佳实施例。但是,本申请可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地,提供这些实施例的目的是使对本申请的公开内容的理解更加透彻全面。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本申请的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本申请的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本申请。
一实施例是,一种连接装置包括底壳、卡扣座以及卡扣;所述底壳用于抵接于箱体上,卡扣座包括座体和与所述座体连接的抵持部,所述座体用于连接于所述箱体上;卡扣包括转动部、卡扣主体和磁吸部,所述转动部转动连接于所述底壳上,所述转动部的一端与所述卡扣主体连接,所述转动部的另一端与所述磁吸部连接,所述卡扣主体卡接于所述抵持部上。
如图1与图2所示,一实施例的连接装置100包括底壳110、卡扣座120以及卡扣130。所述底壳110用于抵接于箱体200上。卡扣座120包括座体122和与所述座体122连接的抵持部124。在其中一个实施例中,所述座体122与所述抵持部124一体成型,使卡扣座120的结构较紧凑。在其他实施例中,所述座体122与所述抵持部124也可以各自成型,并通过焊接或胶接连接于一起。所述座体122用于连接于所述箱体200上。在本实施例中,模组包括灯板及其底壳110,即底壳为模组的组成零件。
卡扣130包括转动部132、卡扣主体134和磁吸部136,在本实施例中,转动部132、卡扣主体134和磁吸部136一体成型,使卡扣130的结构较紧凑。在其他实施例中,转动部132、卡扣主体134和磁吸部136也可以各自成型,并通过焊接连接于一起。在其中一个实施例中,转动部132呈弯折状,且转动部132的转动中心位于弯折的顶点处,使卡扣主体134、转动部132的转动中心和磁吸部136的依次连线为具有预定角度的折线。在其中一个实施例中,所述折线的夹角范围为45°~60°,使转动部132相对于底壳110的转动较灵敏。所述转动部132转动连接于所述底壳110上。所述转动部132的一端与所述卡扣主体134连接,所述转动部132的另一端与所述磁吸部136 连接。所述卡扣主体134卡接于所述抵持部124上。所述磁吸部136用于吸引于磁吸工具20。
座体122连接于箱体200上,转动部132转动连接于壳体上,转动部132的一端与卡扣130连接,转动部132的另一端与磁吸部136连接,使卡扣主体134通过转动部132与磁吸部136连接,由于转动部132转动连接于底壳110上,使转动部132带动卡扣主体134相对于底壳110转动,又由于卡扣主体134卡接于抵持部124上,从而使底壳110牢固地抵接于箱体200上,实现连接装置100与底壳110的连接。当需拆卸连接装置100时,用磁吸工具20靠近底壳110的背离箱体200的一侧,使磁吸工具20吸引磁吸部136,磁吸部136受磁吸力作用下朝向磁吸工具20运动,使磁吸部136带动转动部132相对于底壳110转动,使卡扣主体134滑离抵持部124,此时可以轻松分离箱体200和底壳110,实现连接装置100的拆卸。当需安装连接装置100时,首先将磁吸工件和底壳110靠近箱体200运动,使底壳110抵持于箱体200上;然后撤离磁吸工具20,并使卡扣主体134相对于底壳110运动,使卡扣主体134运动带动转动部132相对于底壳110转动,直至卡扣主体134卡接于抵持部124上。上述的连接装置100的拆装方便且牢固性较好。
为进一步提高连接装置的拆装方便及牢固性,在其中一个实施例中,连接装置还包括弹性件140,所述弹性件140的一端与所述底壳110连接,所述弹性件140的另一端与所述转动部132连接。在本实施例中,弹性件140为螺旋弹簧,在其他实施例中,弹性件140还可以是弹性胶。所述转动部132转动连接于所述底壳110的位置为所述转动部132上的第一位置,即转动部132的转动中心为第一位置。所述转动部132的邻近所述卡扣主体134的端部为所述转动部132上的第二位置。所述弹性件140连接于所述转动部132上的位置位于所述第一位置与所述第二位置之间。由于弹性件140的一端与底壳110连接,另一端与转动部132连接,当卡扣主体134随转动部132相对于底壳110转动时,弹性件140被拉伸。当卡扣主体134停止转动时,卡扣主体134滑离抵持部124且相对于底壳110转动至预定角度,此时弹性件 140被拉伸的长度最长。当需安装连接装置100时,首先将磁吸工件和底壳110靠近箱体200运动,使底壳110抵持于箱体200上;然后撤离磁吸工具20,卡扣主体134在弹性件140的作用下相对于底壳110运动,使卡扣主体134运动带动转动部132相对于底壳110转动,直至卡扣主体134卡接于抵持部124上,大大提高了连接装置的拆装方便及牢固性。
如图3与图4所示,为使卡扣主体134沿导向斜面快速卡接于抵持部124上,在其中一个实施例中,所述抵持部124的两侧分别设有锁止斜面124a和导向斜面124b,所述锁止斜面与所述导向斜面圆弧过渡,所述卡扣主体134卡接于所述锁止斜面124a上,所述导向斜面用于引导所述卡扣主体滑入所述锁止斜面,使卡扣主体134沿导向斜面124b快速滑入锁止斜面上,使抵持部124快速卡接于锁止斜面上。在其中一个实施例中,导向斜面124b的角度为30°~45°。在本实施例中,导向斜面124b的角度为40°,使导向斜面124b具有较好地导向作用且卡扣主体不易从导向斜面滑脱。在其中一个实施例中,锁止斜面124a的角度为50°~60°,在本实施例中,锁止斜面124a的角度为55°,使抵持部可靠地卡接于抵持部上。
再次参见图2,为实现连接装置100与箱体200快速分离拆卸,在其中一个实施例中,所述连接装置100还包括磁吸组件150。同时参见图4,所述磁吸部136上开设有定位槽136a,所述磁吸组件150位于所述定位槽136a内并与所述磁吸部136连接,磁吸组件150设置于磁吸部136上使磁吸工具20吸引磁吸部136时更加灵敏,磁吸部136带动转动部132快速转动,使卡扣主体134在磁吸工具20靠近时快速离开抵持部124,实现连接装置100与箱体200快速分离拆卸。
如图4所示,在其中一个实施例中,所述磁吸组件150包括安装座152和磁吸块154,所述安装座152位于所述定位槽136a内并与所述磁吸部136连接。所述安装座152形成有安装槽152a,所述磁吸块154位于所述安装槽152a内且吸附于所述安装座152上。由于磁吸块154具有磁性,使磁吸块154吸附于安装座152上,这样磁吸组件150本身具有磁性,进一步地提高了磁 吸工具20靠近磁吸部136进行吸引时的灵敏度,又由于安装座152与磁吸部136连接,使磁吸块154和安装座152均可靠地固定于磁吸部136上。在本实施例中,磁吸块154为磁体,具体地,磁吸块154为永磁体,使磁吸块154具有恒定的磁场强度。在其他实施例,磁吸块154也可以是金属块,如铁块,即磁吸块154仅需被磁吸工具20吸引即可。
如图2所示,在其中一个实施例中,所述卡扣主体134和所述磁吸部136均呈U型状。所述转动部132的数目为两个,其中一个所述转动部132的两端分别与所述卡扣主体134的一端和所述磁吸部136的一端连接,另外一个所述转动部132的两端分别与所述卡扣主体134的另一端和所述磁吸部136的另一端连接,使卡扣主体134、其中一个转动部132、磁吸部136、另一个转动部132依次首尾连接,从而使卡扣主体134可靠地卡接于抵持部124上。在本实施例中,两个转动部132相互平行,且每一转动部132的两端分别与卡扣主体134的端部和磁吸部136的端部连接。
如图4所示,为使弹性件140可靠地固定连接于转动部132上,在其中一个实施例中,所述转动部132上设有固定凸台132b,所述弹性件140的端部套设于所述固定凸台132b上并与所述固定凸台132b连接,使弹性件140可靠地固定连接于转动部132上。在本实施例中,固定凸台132b的横截面呈L型,使弹性件140更好地套设于固定凸台132b上而不易滑脱。
再次参见图2,为使得转动部132转动连接于底壳110上,在其中一个实施例中,所述转动部132上设有转动凸台132c,所述底壳110上开设有连接槽112,所述转动凸台132c位于所述连接槽112内并与所述底壳110转动连接,使得转动部132转动连接于底壳110上。在本实施例中,转动凸台132c呈圆柱状,连接槽112的形状与转动凸台132c相适配,使转动凸台132c与连接槽112之间的转动较平稳。
在其中一个实施例中,所述底壳110上还开设有与所述连接槽112连通的滑入槽114。在组装或拆卸转动部时,转动凸台132c可以通过滑入槽114滑入或滑离连接槽112,实现转动凸台132c与底壳110之间快速拆装。在本 实施例中,滑入槽114的深度小于连接槽112的深度,避免转动凸台132c相对于底壳110转动过程中容易从滑入槽114滑脱,确保转动凸台132c快速拆装于底壳110且能够可靠转动连接于底壳110上。
如图1所示,本实用新型还提供一种显示屏10。显示屏10包括箱体200和上述任一实施例所述的连接装置100。同时参见图2,所述底壳110抵接于所述箱体200,所述座体122连接于所述箱体200上。在本实施例中,座体122通过固定螺钉锁紧于箱体200上,使座体122与箱体200之间牢固连接。进一步地,底壳110上设有定位柱116,箱体200上开设有定位孔220,定位柱位于定位孔内,使底壳110可靠地定位于箱体200上,实现底壳与箱体快速抵接安装。
在其中一个实施例中,显示屏还包括灯板300,灯板设置于底壳的背离箱体的一侧。在其中一个实施例中,底壳110上开设有第一容纳腔110a,卡扣130位于第一容纳腔110a内并与底壳110转动连接。箱体200上开设有与第一容纳腔110a连通的第二容纳腔210,卡扣座120位于第二容纳腔210内并与箱体200固定连接。
在本实施例中,卡扣座120、卡扣130以及弹性件140组成连接装置的安全卡扣。对于不同尺寸的连接装置可根据需求设计多个安全卡扣,并由磁吸工具20使安全卡扣同时释放,以便拆卸连接装置。如图5,在另一实施例中,安全卡扣的数目为四个,即卡扣130、卡扣座120和弹性件140的数目均为四个。每一卡扣卡接于相应的卡扣座上,每一弹性件的两端分别与相应的卡扣和卡扣座连接。第一容纳腔110a和第二容纳腔的数目均为四个,每一卡扣位于相应的第一容纳腔110a内,每一卡扣座位于相应的第二容纳腔内,使底壳110与箱体200之间更可靠地抵接。在其他实施例中,安全卡扣可与连接装置磁吸贴合于箱体上一并使用于连接装置100与箱体200之间的连接结构中,保证连接装置与箱体之间拆装便利同时提供双重保险。
下面继续举例说明连接装置的具体安装与拆卸。
例如,连接装置的拆卸过程为:
(1)磁吸工具的大磁体靠近连接装置外表面,吸引磁吸部上的磁吸块,弹性件复位的作用力比大磁体对磁吸块的作用力小,连接装置安全卡扣释放。
(2)在大磁体吸引力作用下可牢靠的吸住连接装置,使其与箱体分离。
(3)连接装置与箱体分离后,大磁体从连接装置所在平面切向移开,卡扣本体在弹性件的作用下实现复位。需要注意的是,所述大磁体对磁吸块的吸引力仅需大于弹性件的作用力,并保证连接装置脱离箱体后不掉落即可。
例如,连接装置的安装过程为:
(1)连接装置贴合箱体时,卡扣本体沿卡扣座的座体的导向斜面滑动,通过导向斜面的最高点后在弹性件的作用下卡扣本体扣入座体上,使卡扣本体锁止于导向斜面,连接装置的定位柱定位于箱体上。
(2)卡扣座卡接于锁止斜面上:卡扣扣入卡扣座的锁止斜面后,由于设计斜面与水平面夹角大,连接装置受到向外拉力时,静摩擦力作用将防止卡扣脱落,卡扣座斜面可容许装配误差,利用复位弹簧的作用力,始终保持紧配。
(3)导向斜面124a如图4所指示,可根据需求设计不同位置或形状。
上述的显示屏10及其连接装置100,座体122连接于箱体200上,转动部132转动连接于壳体上,转动部132的一端与卡扣130连接,转动部132的另一端与磁吸部136连接,使卡扣主体134通过转动部132与磁吸部136连接,由于转动部132转动连接于底壳110上,使转动部132带动卡扣主体134相对于底壳110转动,又由于卡扣主体134卡接于抵持部124上,从而使底壳110牢固地抵接于箱体200上,实现连接装置100与底壳110的连接。当需拆卸连接装置100时,用磁吸工具20靠近底壳110的背离箱体200的一侧,使磁吸工具20吸引磁吸部136,磁吸部136受磁吸力作用下朝向磁吸工具20运动,使磁吸部136带动转动部132相对于底壳110转动,使卡扣主体134滑离抵持部124,此时可以轻松分离箱体200和底壳110,实现连接装置100的拆卸。当需安装连接装置100时,首先将磁吸工件和底壳110靠近箱体200运动,使底壳110抵持于箱体200上;然后撤离磁吸工具20,并使卡 扣主体134相对于底壳110运动,使卡扣主体134运动带动转动部132相对于底壳110转动,直至卡扣主体134卡接于抵持部124上。上述的连接装置100的拆装方便且牢固性较好。上述的连接装置结构简单可靠、操作方便、精度较高,大幅度降低成本。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

  1. 一种连接装置,所述连接装置包括底壳,所述底壳用于抵接于箱体上,所述连接装置还包括:
    卡扣座,包括座体和与所述座体连接的抵持部,所述座体用于连接于所述箱体上;以及
    卡扣,包括转动部、卡扣主体和磁吸部,所述转动部转动连接于所述底壳上,所述转动部的一端与所述卡扣主体连接,所述转动部的另一端与所述磁吸部连接,所述卡扣主体卡接于所述抵持部上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接装置,所述抵持部的两侧分别锁止斜面和导向斜面,所述锁止斜面与所述导向斜面圆弧过渡,所述卡扣主体卡接于所述锁止斜面上,所述导向斜面用于引导所述卡扣主体滑入所述锁止斜面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的连接装置,所述连接装置还包括磁吸组件;所述磁吸部上开设有定位槽,所述磁吸组件位于所述定位槽内并与所述磁吸部连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的连接装置,所述磁吸组件包括安装座和磁吸块,所述安装座位于所述定位槽内并与所述磁吸部连接;所述安装座形成有安装槽,所述磁吸块位于所述安装槽内且吸附于所述安装座上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的连接装置,所述卡扣主体和所述磁吸部均呈U型状;所述转动部的数目为两个,其中一个所述转动部的两端分别与所述卡扣主体的一端和所述磁吸部的一端连接,另外一个所述转动部的两端分别与所述卡扣主体的另一端和所述磁吸部的另一端连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的连接装置,所述转动部上设有转动凸台,所述底壳上开设有连接槽,所述转动凸台位于所述连接槽内并与所述底壳转动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的连接装置,所述底壳上还开设有与所述连接槽连通的滑入槽。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的连接装置,还包括弹性件,所述弹性件的一端 与所述底壳连接,所述弹性件的另一端与所述转动部连接,所述转动部转动连接于所述底壳的位置为所述转动部上的第一位置,所述转动部的邻近所述卡扣主体的端部为所述转动部上的第二位置,所述弹性件连接于所述转动部上的位置位于所述第一位置与所述第二位置之间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的连接装置,所述抵持部的两侧分别锁止斜面和导向斜面,所述锁止斜面与所述导向斜面圆弧过渡,所述卡扣主体卡接于所述锁止斜面上,所述导向斜面用于引导所述卡扣主体滑入所述锁止斜面。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的连接装置,所述连接装置还包括磁吸组件;所述磁吸部上开设有定位槽,所述磁吸组件位于所述定位槽内并与所述磁吸部连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的连接装置,所述磁吸组件包括安装座和磁吸块,所述安装座位于所述定位槽内并与所述磁吸部连接;所述安装座形成有安装槽,所述磁吸块位于所述安装槽内且吸附于所述安装座上。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的连接装置,所述卡扣主体和所述磁吸部均呈U型状;所述转动部的数目为两个,其中一个所述转动部的两端分别与所述卡扣主体的一端和所述磁吸部的一端连接,另外一个所述转动部的两端分别与所述卡扣主体的另一端和所述磁吸部的另一端连接。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的连接装置,所述磁吸组件包括安装座和磁吸块,所述安装座位于所述定位槽内并与所述磁吸部连接;所述安装座形成有安装槽,所述磁吸块位于所述安装槽内且吸附于所述安装座上;

  14. 根据权利要求8所述的连接装置,所述抵持部的两侧分别锁止斜面和导向斜面,所述锁止斜面与所述导向斜面圆弧过渡,所述卡扣主体卡接于所述锁止斜面上,所述导向斜面用于引导所述卡扣主体滑入所述锁止斜面;
    所述连接装置还包括磁吸组件;所述磁吸部上开设有定位槽,所述磁吸组件位于所述定位槽内并与所述磁吸部连接。
  15. 根据权利要求8所述的连接装置,所述转动部上设有固定凸台,所述弹性件的端部套设于所述固定凸台上并与所述固定凸台连接。
  16. 根据权利要求8所述的连接装置,所述转动部上设有转动凸台,所述底壳上开设有连接槽,所述转动凸台位于所述连接槽内并与所述底壳转动连接。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的连接装置,所述底壳上还开设有与所述连接槽连通的滑入槽。
  18. 根据权利要求8所述的连接装置,所述抵持部的两侧分别锁止斜面和导向斜面,所述锁止斜面与所述导向斜面圆弧过渡,所述卡扣主体卡接于所述锁止斜面上,所述导向斜面用于引导所述卡扣主体滑入所述锁止斜面;
    所述连接装置还包括磁吸组件;所述磁吸部上开设有定位槽,所述磁吸组件位于所述定位槽内并与所述磁吸部连接;
    所述转动部上设有固定凸台,所述弹性件的端部套设于所述固定凸台上并与所述固定凸台连接;
    所述转动部上设有转动凸台,所述底壳上开设有连接槽,所述转动凸台位于所述连接槽内并与所述底壳转动连接。
  19. 一种显示屏,包括箱体和权利要求18所述的连接装置,所述底壳抵接于所述箱体上,所述座体连接于所述箱体上。
  20. 一种显示屏,包括箱体和权利要求1所述的连接装置,所述底壳抵接于所述箱体上,所述座体连接于所述箱体上。
