安全座椅目前广泛的应用于车辆中,在小朋友乘车时使用,提高小朋友坐车的安全性。
现在越来越多的安全座椅带有电动功能,通过电线将底座与椅背实现电源共享,在旋转座椅中通过电线将椅背与底座上下电源共享联结,会出现电源线被绞断的情况,导致整个安全座椅的使用寿命较短。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种旋转结构及安装座椅,其能够保证椅背可相对于车座旋转360度的同时避免连接线被绞断,从而提高了安全座椅的使用寿命。

在本实施例中,两个止挡面114分别为连接槽112在其延伸方向上的两个端面,当旋转件120相对于安装座110顺时针方向旋转时,连接段132 与两个止挡面114中位于右边的止挡面114相互抵持。当旋转件120相对于安装座110逆时针方向旋转时,连接段132与两个止挡面114中位于左边的止挡面114相互抵持。
在本实施例中,连接槽112呈弧形。弧形的连接槽112与旋转件120的旋转方向对应,能够保证连接件122与抵持段134相互抵持。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,连接槽112为弧形,但是不限于此,在本实用新型的其他实施例中,连接槽112还可以呈矩形等其他形状,与本实施例等同的方案,能够达到本实施例的效果的,均在本实用新型的保护范围内。
在本实施例中,安装座110上设置有导向槽116,连接槽112设置在导向槽116的底壁上,旋转件120上设置有连接件122,连接槽112设置在导向槽116内,并与限位件130选择性地配合。
在本实施例中,导向槽116呈环形,连接件122设置在导向槽116内,当旋转件120相对于安装座110转动时,连接件122在导向槽116的延伸方向上滑动。当连接件122在导向槽116内滑动至限位件130处时,与抵持段134相互接触,并带动连接段132在连接槽112内滑动,当滑动至止挡面114处时,连接段132与止挡面114抵持,使连接段132与连接件122相互抵持,从而使旋转件120停止转动,能够避免旋转件120相对于安装座110转动多圈,将连接线200绞断。
在本实施例中,连接槽112的延伸方向与导向槽116的延伸方向相同。
综上所述,本实施例提供的旋转结构100,在本实施例中,安装座110与椅背之间采用连接线200连接,当旋转件120相对于安装座110转动时,限位件130可以限制旋转件120相对于安装座110的旋转角度,避免旋转件120相对于安装座110连续旋转多圈,导致连接线200被绞断。本实施例提供的旋转结构100能够保证椅背可相对于车座旋转360度的同时避免连接线200被绞断,从而提高了安全座椅10的使用寿命。
第二实施例
本实施例提供了一种安全座椅10,本实施例提供的安全座椅10能够保证可相对于车座旋转360度的同时避免连接线200被绞断,从而提高了安全座椅10的使用寿命。
为了简要描述,本实施例未提及之处,可参照第一实施例。
在本实施例中,安全座椅10包括连接线200、椅背及第一实施例提供的旋转结构100,连接线200电连接安装座110及椅背,椅背安装在旋转件120上。
在本实施例中,旋转件120上设置有安装孔,连接线200穿过安装孔与椅背电连接。

Claims (10)
- 一种旋转结构,其特征在于,所述旋转结构包括:安装座、旋转件及限位件,所述旋转件与所述安装座转动连接,所述限位件安装在所述安装座上,所述限位件选择性地与所述旋转件抵持,以限制所述旋转件相对于所述安装座的转动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的旋转结构,其特征在于,所述安装座上设置有连接槽,所述限位件包括相互连接的连接段及抵持段,所述连接段安装在所述连接槽内,所述抵持段选择性地与所述旋转件抵持。
- 根据权利要求2所述的旋转结构,其特征在于,所述连接段与所述连接槽滑动连接,所述连接段可在所述连接槽的延伸方向上滑动。
- 根据权利要求2所述的旋转结构,其特征在于,所述连接槽具有止挡面,在所述旋转件抵持所述限位件在所述连接槽内滑动至所述止挡面时,所述止挡面与所述连接段相互抵持,以限制所述旋转件的转动。
- 根据权利要求4所述的旋转结构,其特征在于,所述止挡面为两个,两个所述止挡面分别在设置在所述连接槽的延伸方向上的两端。
- 根据权利要求2所述的旋转结构,其特征在于,所述连接槽呈弧形。
- 根据权利要求2所述的旋转结构,其特征在于,所述安装座上设置有导向槽,所述连接槽设置在所述导向槽的底壁上,所述旋转件上设置有连接件,所述连接槽设置在所述导向槽内,并与所述限位件选择性地配合。
- 根据权利要求7所述的旋转结构,其特征在于,所述连接槽的延伸方向与所述导向槽的延伸方向相同。
- 一种安全座椅,其特征在于,所述安全座椅包括连接线、椅背及如权利要求1-8任一项所述的旋转结构,所述连接线电连接所述安装座及所述椅背,所述椅背安装在所述旋转件上。
- 根据权利要求9所述的安全座椅,其特征在于,所述旋转件上设置有安装孔,所述连接线穿过所述安装孔与所述椅背电连接。
