Description

一种农业育苗用浸种装置 技术领域
本发明涉及农业育种设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种农业育苗用浸种装置。
背景技术
浸种的目的促进种子较早发芽,还可以杀死一些虫卵和病毒。浸种的目的是使种谷较快的吸水,达到能正常发芽的含水量。干燥的种子含水率通常在15%以下,生理活动非常微弱,处于休眠的状态。种子吸收水分后,种皮膨胀软化,溶解在水中的氧气随着水分进入细胞,种子中的酶也开始活化。由于酶的作用,胚的呼吸作用增强,胚乳贮藏的不溶性物质也逐渐转变为可溶性物质,并随着水分输送到胚部。种胚获得了水分、能量和营养物质,在适宜的温度和氧气条件下,细胞开始分裂、伸长,突破颖壳(发芽)。可见,种子萌发,首先必须使它吸足水分。
浸种的过程需要对种子进行充分搅拌,使种子与浸液充分接触,提高浸种效果。但是现有的浸种装置对种谷进行浸种时,通常使用搅拌轴与种谷直接接触,对种谷进行搅拌。这种直接接触的搅拌的方式,容易将种谷打碎,造成碎粒,影响种子的成活率。为此我们提供一种新型的农业育苗用浸种装置。
