Abstract
本实用新型提供了扬声器箱及电子设备。电子设备包括扬声器箱和固定扬声器箱的支撑件,扬声器箱包括壳体以及收容于壳体内的发声单体,壳体与发声单体之间形成有前声腔,壳体开设有与前声腔连通的出声孔;壳体包括固定于支撑件的底壳、以及盖设于底壳并与底壳围成收容空间的金属顶板,底壳包括与金属顶板相对且间隔设置的底壁以及自底壁周缘朝金属顶板弯折延伸的侧壁,金属顶板包括盖设于侧壁远离底壁一端的主体以及自主体向外延伸的定位支脚,定位支脚与支撑件对应连接,定位支脚上开设有定位缺口;支撑件设置有支撑定位支脚的定位凸台,定位凸台对应与定位缺口啮合匹配。本方案扬声器箱与电子设备能实现稳定可靠地定位和紧固,更加易于应用。
Description
本实用新型属于发声器件技术领域,尤其涉及扬声器箱及电子设备。
扬声器是一种常用于电子设备的发声器件,例如手机、平板电脑、学习机、MP4等等。在相关技术中,存在一类扬声器采用金属壳体,然而由于其结构及电子设备结构的限制,缺乏与电子设备配合的定位和紧固方式,在电子设备整机中的应用存在局限性。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种扬声器箱及电子设备,能够稳定可靠地实现与电子设备实现定位和紧固,更加易于应用。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:提供一种扬声器箱,应用于移动终端,所述移动终端具有支撑并固定所述扬声器箱的支撑件,所述扬声器箱包括具有收容空间的壳体以及收容于所述壳体内的发声单体,所述壳体与所述发声单体之间形成有前声腔,所述壳体开设有与所述前声腔连通的出声孔;
所述壳体包括固定于所述支撑件的底壳、以及盖设于所述底壳并与所述底壳围成所述收容空间的金属顶板,所述底壳包括与所述金属顶板相对且间隔设置的底壁以及自所述底壁周缘朝所述金属顶板弯折延伸的侧壁,所述金属顶板包括盖设于所述侧壁远离所述底壁一端的主体以及自所述主体向外延伸的定位支脚,所述定位支脚与所述支撑件对应连接,所述定位支脚上开设有定位缺口。
进一步地,所述支撑件对应所述定位支脚形成有定位块,所述定位支脚自所述主体朝所述底壁方向弯折延伸并位于所述侧壁远离所述发声单体的一侧。
进一步地,所述定位缺口自所述定位支脚的外边缘向内延伸且所述定位缺口宽度自所述定位支脚的外边缘向靠近所述发声单体的方向增大。
进一步地,所述出声孔开设于所述侧壁,所述主体呈矩形,所述定位支脚至少形成于所述主体的相邻两侧。
进一步地,至少一个所述定位支脚位于所述主体远离所述出声孔的一侧。
进一步地,所述定位支脚包括与所述主体相连的连接板、自所述连接板沿所述侧壁弯折延伸形成的中间板及自所述中间板的远离所述连接板的一侧朝远离所述壳体的方向弯折延伸形成的支脚板,所述定位缺口开设于所述支脚板。
进一步地,所述连接板的延伸方向平行于所述支脚板的延伸方向。
进一步地,所述发声单体与所述顶板间隔形成所述前声腔,所述底壳为金属底壳。
进一步地,所述扬声器箱还包括安装于所述壳体内的导声支架,所述导声支架自所述金属顶板延伸至所述出声孔并形成有连通所述前声腔与所述出声孔的导声通道。
进一步地,提供一种电子设备,包括如上任一种所述的扬声器箱和固定所述扬声器箱的所述支撑件,所述支撑件设置有支撑所述定位支脚的定位凸台,所述定位凸台对应与所述定位缺口啮合匹配。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:扬声器箱与电子设备装配时,定位支脚上的定位缺口可以与电子设备的支撑件的定位凸台啮合匹配,从而使扬声器箱与电子设备之间实现稳定可靠地定位和紧固,更加易于应用。

结合图1-5,提供一种电子设备,包括扬声器箱10和固定扬声器箱10的支撑件20,其中,扬声器箱10包括具有收容空间的壳体1以及收容于壳体1内的发声单体2,壳体1与发声单体2之间形成有前声腔100,壳体1开设有与前声腔100连通的出声孔1121;壳体1包括固定于支撑件20的底壳11、以及盖设于底壳11并与底壳11围成收容空间的金属顶板12,底壳11包括与金属顶板12相对且间隔设置的底壁111以及自底壁111周缘朝金属顶板12弯折延伸的侧壁112,金属顶板12包括盖设于侧壁112远离底壁111一端的主体121以及自主体121向外延伸的定位支脚122,定位支脚122与支撑件20对应连接,定位支脚122上开设有定位缺口12231;支撑件20设置有支撑定位支脚122的定位凸台2011,定位凸台2011对应与定位缺口12231啮合匹配。
扬声器箱10与电子设备装配时,定位支脚122上的定位缺口12231可以与电子设备的支撑件20的定位凸台2011啮合匹配,从而使扬声器箱10与电子设备之间实现稳定可靠地定位和紧固,更加易于应用。
支撑件20对应定位支脚122形成有定位块201,定位支脚122自主体121朝底壁111方向弯折延伸并位于侧壁112远离发声单体2的一侧。具体的,支撑件20可以是电子设备壳体1或者中框的一部分,定位块201的远离支撑件20侧凹陷形成与定位支脚122匹配的卡嵌槽2012,定位凸台2011形成于卡嵌槽2012内,因此,定位支脚122可以卡嵌于卡嵌槽2012内,并且,定位支脚122的定位缺口12231可以与卡嵌槽2012内的定位凸台2011啮合匹配,以保证连接稳定性。进一步地,对于扬声器箱10未设置定位支脚122的一侧,支撑件20对应于该侧可以形成限位块202,限位块202可以抵顶于扬声器箱10的该侧,使得扬声器箱10更加稳定。
定位支脚122包括与主体121相连的连接板1221、自连接板1221沿侧壁112弯折延伸形成的中间板1222及自中间板1222的远离连接板1221的一侧朝远离壳体1的方向弯折延伸形成的支脚板1223,定位缺口12231开设于支脚板1223;连接板1221的延伸方向平行于支脚板1223的延伸方向。
定位缺口12231自定位支脚122的外边缘向内延伸且定位缺口12231宽度自定位支脚122的外边缘向靠近发声单体2的方向增大。定位缺口12231为对称结构;定位缺口12231具有远离定位支脚122的外边缘的缺口底面101及分别连接于缺口底面101的两端的缺口侧面102,缺口底面101和缺口侧面102之间通过第一圆弧过渡面103相连;缺口侧面102和定位支脚122的外边缘通过第二圆弧过渡面104相连。由于定位缺口12231的开口处的宽度小于定位缺口12231内部的宽度,且定位凸台2011与定位缺口12231匹配,定位凸台2011卡嵌于定位缺口12231内之后可以与定位支脚122定位准确而稳定,不易脱离,并且,定位缺口12231的角部位置分别通过第一圆弧过渡面103和第二圆弧过渡面104相连,更为平滑,卡嵌配合时更加容易快捷,且不容易损坏定位缺口12231和定位凸台2011的结构,更为可靠。在一些实施例中,缺口底面101和缺口侧面102之间、缺口侧面102和定位支脚122的远离金属壳体1的端面之间均可以通过斜面过渡连接;在一些实施例中,定位缺口12231可以为非对称结构,例如一缺口侧面102的长度可以大于另一缺口侧面102的长度。
出声孔1121开设于侧壁112,主体121呈矩形,定位支脚122至少形成于主体121的相邻两侧;至少一个定位支脚122位于主体121远离出声孔1121的一侧。具体的,在本实施例中,主体121远离出声孔1121的一侧及主体121与出声孔1121一侧相邻的一侧分别设置一个定位支脚122,两个不同方向的定位支脚122的设置可以与电子设备连接更加稳定牢靠。在一些实施例中,主体121远离出声孔1121的一侧及主体121与出声孔1121一侧相邻的两侧可以分别设置一个定位支脚122。
发声单体2与顶板间隔形成前声腔100,底壳11为金属底壳11;扬声器箱10还包括安装于壳体1内的导声支架3,导声支架3自金属顶板12延伸至出声孔1121并形成有连通前声腔100与出声孔1121的导声通道31。具体的,导声支架3为环形结构,发声单体2固定与导声支架3,发声单体2、顶板和导声支架3共同围合形成前声腔100。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

- 一种扬声器箱,应用于移动终端,所述移动终端具有支撑并固定所述扬声器箱的支撑件,其特征在于,所述扬声器箱包括具有收容空间的壳体以及收容于所述壳体内的发声单体,所述壳体与所述发声单体之间形成有前声腔,所述壳体开设有与所述前声腔连通的出声孔;所述壳体包括固定于所述支撑件的底壳、以及盖设于所述底壳并与所述底壳围成所述收容空间的金属顶板,所述底壳包括与所述金属顶板相对且间隔设置的底壁以及自所述底壁周缘朝所述金属顶板弯折延伸的侧壁,所述金属顶板包括盖设于所述侧壁远离所述底壁一端的主体以及自所述主体向外延伸的定位支脚,所述定位支脚与所述支撑件对应连接,所述定位支脚上开设有定位缺口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述支撑件对应所述定位支脚形成有定位块,所述定位支脚自所述主体朝所述底壁方向弯折延伸并位于所述侧壁远离所述发声单体的一侧。
- 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述定位缺口自所述定位支脚的外边缘向内延伸且所述定位缺口宽度自所述定位支脚的外边缘向靠近所述发声单体的方向增大。
- 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述出声孔开设于所述侧壁,所述主体呈矩形,所述定位支脚至少形成于所述主体的相邻两侧。
- 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,至少一个所述定位支脚位于所述主体远离所述出声孔的一侧。
- 根据权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述定位支脚包括与所述主体相连的连接板、自所述连接板沿所述侧壁弯折延伸形成的中间板及自所述中间板的远离所述连接板的一侧朝远离所述壳体的方向弯折延伸形成的支脚板,所述定位缺口开设于所述支脚板。
- 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述连接板的延伸方向平行于所述支脚板的延伸方向。
- 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述发声单体与所述顶板间隔形成所述前声腔,所述底壳为金属底壳。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述扬声器箱还包括安装于所述壳体内的导声支架,所述导声支架自所述金属顶板延伸至所述出声孔并形成有连通所述前声腔与所述出声孔的导声通道。
- 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的扬声器箱和固定所述扬声器箱的所述支撑件,所述支撑件设置有支撑所述定位支脚的定位凸台,所述定位凸台对应与所述定位缺口啮合匹配。
