扬声器箱及其装配工艺 技术领域
本发明涉及电声转换领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器箱及其装配工艺。
背景技术
近年来随着移动通信技术的快速发展,消费者越来越多地使用带有语音功能的移动通讯设备,例如:便携式电话、掌上游戏机及手提电脑等。扬声器箱作为语音的播放装置,其设计好坏直接影响相关技术的移动通讯设备产品的语音性能。为了满足产品薄型化要求及高音质的需求,尽量要求扬声器箱朝着利于实现薄型化及高功率方向发展。
相关技术的扬声器箱包括前盖、盖设于所述前盖并共同围成收容空间的后盖以及收容于所述收容空间内的发声单体,所述发声单体将所述收容空间分隔成前腔和后腔。
然而,相关技术的扬声器箱的前盖和后盖采用注塑成型,并采用超声波焊接的方式实现发声单体的封闭,超声波焊接需要更多的体积,从而限制了前腔和后腔的体积设计,进而使声学性能受限。
因此,有必要提出一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题。

本发明需解决的技术问题在于提供一种具有较大后腔空间的扬声器箱。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明的扬声器箱可应用于便携式移动通讯器件中,例如手机、游戏机等电子产品中。
如图1至图5所示,本发明扬声器箱1000包括具有振动系统1、磁路系统2、盆架3的发声单体100、固定于发声单体100的支撑件4、具有收容空间的盖体5。盖体5包括组装在一起的前盖51、后盖52。收容空间收容振动系统1、磁路系统2及盆架3。振动系统1可沿振动方向振动。
如图3所示,振动系统1包括第一振膜11、球顶12、支撑第一振膜11及球顶12的支架13、连接支架13两侧的一对弹性片14、分别连接弹性片14的一对第二振膜15以及固定于支架13的音圈16。
第一振膜11呈环形,其包括位于外环的第一固定部111、与第一固定部111相连并朝靠近支架13的方向凹陷的第一振动部112、位于内环并与第一振动部112相连的第二固定部113、由第二固定部113围设而成的第一通孔110。第一振膜11还包括自第一固定部111的四个拐角沿振动方向朝靠近支架13的方向延伸的四个固定脚1111,第一固定部111固定于盆架3,四个固定脚1111固定于盆架3的外侧表面。
支架13包括基板131、贯穿所述基板131中部的第二通孔130、自基板131外周缘向远离第一振膜11的方向延伸的连接部132以及自基板131的内周缘向远离第一振膜11的方向延伸的支撑部133。本实施方式中,连接部132包括两个,且分别自基板131位于短轴的两侧延伸,且每个连接部132设有凹口1320。
球顶12固定于支架13的基板131靠近第一振膜11的一侧。在其它实施方式中,球顶12也可以直接固定于第一振膜11的第二固定部113。
弹性片14包括固定于盆架3的第一固定片141、固定于支架13的连接部132的第二固定片142以及连接第一固定片141、第二固定片142的一对弯曲连接片143。第二固定片142固定于连接部132远离第一振膜11的一侧。弹性片14还包括自第二固定片142远离连接片143的一端弯折延伸的L形连接脚144。在本实施例中,弹性片14由FPC材料制成,连接脚144包括两个且位于其中一个弹性片14上,用于与音圈16电性连接。
第二振膜15固定于弹性片14远离第一振膜11的一侧。第二振膜15包括向远离弹性片14的方向凹陷的第二振动部151、位于第二振动部151两侧且分别固定于第一固定片141、第二固定片142的第一固接部152、第二固接部153。第二振膜15还包括自第二固接部153向第二振动部151凹陷的缺口154。
音圈16固定于支架13的支撑部133远离第一振膜11的一端,音圈16包括一对引线161电性连接于弹性片14的连接脚144上。
磁路系统2包括磁轭21以及收容于磁轭21上的主磁部。主磁部包括主磁钢22、固定于磁轭21上并位于主磁钢22周围的四个副磁钢23、组装于主磁钢22的第一极芯24以及组装于副磁钢23的第二极芯25,主磁钢22与副磁钢23形成磁间隙26。音圈16插入于所述磁间隙26中。支架13环绕主磁部设置。第二极芯25固定于盆架3远离第一振膜11的一端。
在本实施方式中,主磁钢22呈长条形,副磁钢23包括位于主磁钢22短轴两侧的一对第一副磁钢231以及位于主磁钢22长轴两侧的一对第二副磁钢232。第一副磁钢231呈凸字形状包括凸出部2311,第二极芯25包括与凸出部2311对应的突出部251,磁轭21包括与凸出部2311对应的突部211。突出部251、凸出部2311、突部211依次堆叠在一起且与支架13的凹口1320、第二振膜12的缺口154对应设置,通过这样的设计,增大了主磁路的尺寸,提高声学性能。
如图2、图4、图5所示,支撑件4包括固定于第一振膜11的本体41以及固定于本体41一端的框架42。本体41、框架42分别注塑一体成型后焊接在一起,在其它实施方式中,也可以注塑一体成型本体11及框架42。
本体41呈U形框架结构,其包括固定于发声单体100的第一振膜11的基板411、自基板411的内周缘朝远离第一振膜11的振动方向延伸的连接板412、自连接板412朝远离基板411且垂直于振动方向延伸的固定板413。基板411固定于第一振膜11远离支架13的一侧。基板411完全遮盖第一振膜11的第一固定部111、部分遮盖第一振动部112。基板411呈U形结构,其包括第一臂4111以及自第一臂4111的两端延伸的第二臂4112、第三臂4113。
框架42的两端固定于本体41的两个自由端,其包括呈狭长形的基部421、自基部421的位于长轴的边缘倾斜延伸的挡板422、自基部421位于短轴的两边缘延伸的一对连接臂423、自挡板422的远离基部421的一端弯折延伸的连接部424以及位于连接臂423的远离基部的一端延伸且固定于固接部425。一对连接臂423位于挡板422的两侧,固接部425固定于本体41的自由端。固接部425还包括位于其末端且弯折延伸的抵接部4251,抵接部4251与前盖51的基壁511相抵接。连接臂425、挡板422之间通过打胶密封。连接部424与发声单体100的盆架3相抵接。
前盖51包括基壁511、自基壁511的边缘延伸的多个侧壁以及由基壁511、多个侧壁共同形成的收容槽510。收容槽510收容振动系统1、磁路系统2以及盆架3。基壁511支撑振动系统1、磁路系统2、盆架3。在本实施方式中,基壁511呈长方形,多个侧壁包括自基壁511位于短轴的两边缘垂直延伸的第一侧壁512、第二侧壁513、自基壁511位于长轴的两边缘延伸的第三侧壁514、第四侧壁515。第三侧壁514垂直于基壁511。第四侧壁515自基壁511倾斜延伸且设有朝远离盆架3的方向延伸的突出壁5151,突出壁5151上设有窗口5150。在本实施方式中,窗口5150呈矩形。
后盖52包括平板521。在本实施例中,前盖51、后盖52由金属材料制成。
如图5所示,本体41夹设于第一振膜11、基壁511之间。本体41的固定板413固定于基壁511的内表面,基板411固定于第一振膜11的第一固定部111。本体41、发声单体100、基壁511共同形成第一通道410。
框架42固定于本体41且固定于第四侧壁515以及基壁511。框架42、基壁511以及第四侧壁515共同形成第二通道420,第二通道420与第一通道410、窗口5150相通,第一通道410、第二通道420共同构成前腔61。
基部421远离本体41的一端固定于第四侧壁515的内表面,连接臂423远离本体41的一端固定于第四侧壁515的内表面,连接部424固定于盆架3,固接部425固定于本体41的两端,抵接部4251远离基部421的一端固定于基壁511。
本发明扬声器箱100的装配工艺步骤如下:
S1,分别注塑一体成型支撑件4的本体41、框架42,将本体41、框架42焊接在一起。
S2,将支撑件4组装至前盖51,连接部分通过打胶固定。
S3,组装发声单体100,将发声单体100组装于支撑件4。
S4,将后盖52组装至前盖51,通过激光焊接或打胶固定前盖51、后盖52。
组装好后,本发明扬声器100的前腔61由本体41、框架42、基壁511、第四侧壁515、发声单体1共同围合形成,且前腔61与窗口5150相通。后腔62由本体41、框架42、发声单体1、基壁511、前盖51、后盖52共同围合形成。后腔62为密封空间。通过本体41、框架42的设置令后腔的空间放大,实现最大化后腔,提高声学性能。且采用金属材料制作的前盖51、后盖52相较以前的注塑外壳,可以降低厚度,实现产品小型化要求。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器箱,其包括具有振动系统、磁路系统、盆架的发声单体、具有收容槽的前盖以及固定于所述前盖的后盖,所述发声单体收容于所述收容槽,所述振动系统沿振动方向振动且包括固定于所述盆架的第一振膜,所述前盖包括支撑所述发声单体的基壁以及自所述基壁的边缘延伸且与所述基壁共同形成所述收容槽的多个侧壁,所述多个侧壁中的一个侧壁上设有与所述收容槽相通的窗口,其特征在于:所述扬声器箱还包括固定于所述振动系统的支撑件,所述支撑件包括夹设于所述第一振膜、所述基壁之间的本体以及连接所述本体且固定于所述具有窗口的侧壁的框架,所述本体、发声单体、基壁共同形成第一通道,所述框架、所述基壁、所述具有窗口的侧壁共同形成第二通道,所述第二通道与所述第一通道共同构成与所述窗口相通的前腔,所述支撑件、所述发声单体、所述前盖、后盖共同形成密闭后腔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于:所述本体呈U形且包括固定于所述第一振膜的基板、自所述基板的内周缘朝远离所述第一振膜的振动方向延伸的连接板以及自所述连接板朝远离基板且垂直于振动方向的方向延伸的固定板,所述固定板固定于所述基壁。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于:所述基板呈U形且包括第一臂以及自第一臂的两端延伸的第二臂、第三臂,所述框架的两端分别固定于所述第二臂、第三臂远离第一臂的自由端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于:所述框架包括固定于所述设有窗口的侧壁且呈狭长形的基部、自所述基部位于长轴的边缘倾斜延伸的挡板、自所述基部位于短轴的两边延伸且位于所述挡板两侧的一对连接臂、自所述挡板远离基部的一端弯折延伸的连接部、自所述连接臂的远离基部的一端延伸且固定于所述本体的固接部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于:所述固接部还包括位于其末端且弯折延伸的抵接部,所述抵接部与所述基壁相抵接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于:所述连接部固定于所述盆架,所述连接臂的远离所述挡板的一端固定于所述设有窗口的侧壁。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于:所述设有窗口的侧壁自所述基壁倾斜延伸且包括朝远离所述盆架的方向延伸的突出壁,所述窗口设置于所述突出壁。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于:所述前盖、后盖由金属材料制成。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于:所述第一振膜呈环形,其包括位于外环的第一固定部、与第一固定部相连的第一振动部、位于内环并与第一振动部相连的第二固定部,所述本体的基板固定于所述第一振膜的第一固定部,所述基板完全遮盖所述第一固定部且部分遮盖所述第一振动部。
  10. 一种如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的扬声器箱的装配工艺,其特征在于:该工艺包括如下步骤:
    S1,分别注塑一体成型支撑件的本体、框架,将本体、框架焊接在一起;
    S2,将支撑件组装至前盖,连接部分通过打胶固定;
    S3,组装发声单体,将发声单体组装于支撑件;
    S4,将后盖组装至前盖,通过激光焊接或打胶固定前盖、后盖。
