Description

一种旋转喷水的板式轮毂刷 技术领域
本发明属于电机控制技术领域,特别是涉及一种旋转喷水的板式轮毂刷。
背景技术
当洗车设备集成在一可移动的洗车机器设备上时,即集成在洗车机器人上时,由于洗车机器人上本身承载空间有限,其清洁毛刷将极大的减少,即在使用大毛刷平行清洗轮毂时,清洗效果较差,板式轮毂刷对于清洗具有平行轮辐,且间距又小的带缝隙轮毂,往往洗不到缝隙内,因为随着板刷的旋转,刷毛与轮毂表面的接触是斜着贴合的,刷毛会跨过缝隙,而不是插入缝隙内,从而造成清洗不彻底,仅有的一把刷子清洗轮毂的效果不太理想。为了能够满足客户的洗车要求,需增设一专门针对轮毂进行清洗的毛刷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种旋转喷水的板式轮毂刷,以刷板绕刷板端部处旋转并结合喷淋洗刷的方式,并且具有部分反向转动的毛刷进行辅助清洁,使得刷毛有机会伸入窄小的缝隙,提高清洁能力。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明为一种旋转喷水的板式轮毂刷,安装于洗车机器人底座下,包括刷板,刷板上具有安装孔位和连接孔位,刷板的一表面布设有刷毛;
转动机构,转动机构安装于刷板的另一表面,转动机构包括主动轮、从动轮、转动板和外壳,主动轮、从动轮对应于安装孔位安装在外壳内, 主动轮、从动轮上朝向安装孔位的轴端设有转动板,转动板上设布设有刷毛,主动轮连接有第三电机,主动轮和从动轮之间通过第二皮带连接;

洗车机器人底板下设置有由滚珠丝杆为核心组件构成的驱动机构,可控制刷板整体进行前进或者缩进,进而能够使得刷板能够隐藏在洗车机器人的底板下。
刷毛长短交错设置,提高毛刷的清洁能力。
底板上安装有导向杆,导向杆和滚珠丝杆上丝杆的朝向方向一致,通过导向杆增加刷体进给的稳定性。

其中外轴套701的端部固定于支撑板501的板面上,内轴套710为中空轴套。
在刷洗工作时,通过第二电机6的转动带动刷板,使得刷板9整体绕第二电机6的转轴转动,此时转轴可指向轿车车轮的中部,由刷板9进行绕圈清洗,在刷板9进行绕圈的同时,由第三电机11提供的转动里将使得转动机构10带动转动板1005转动,进而带动刷毛8,进行清洁。
优选地刷板9和转动板1005的转动方向相反。

驱动机构13安装在底板1,另外的底板1为“U”型板,“U”型板的边缘具有翻边,翻边上设有安装孔,通过该安装孔固定在洗车机器人的底板上。
底板1上安装有导向杆10,导向板503上具有滑动配合导向杆10的槽口,导向杆12和滚珠丝杆4上丝杆的朝向方向一致,通过加设导向杆12增加驱动刷板9伸、缩的稳定性,当驱动刷板9完全缩进后,刷毛8则完全进入槽位1402中。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种旋转喷水的板式轮毂刷,其特征在于,安装于洗车机器人(14)底座下,包括:
    刷板(9),刷板(9)上具有安装孔位(902)和连接孔位(901),刷板(9)的一表面布设有刷毛(8);
    转动机构(10),转动机构(10)安装于刷板(9)的另一表面,转动机构(10)包括主动轮(1004)、从动轮(1006)、转动板(1005)和外壳(1001),主动轮(1004)、从动轮(1006)对应于安装孔位(902)安装在外壳(1001)内,主动轮(1004)、从动轮(1006)上朝向安装孔位(902)的轴端设有转动板(1005),转动板(1005)上设布设有刷毛(8),主动轮(1004)连接有第三电机(11),主动轮(1004)和从动轮(1006)之间通过第二皮带(1002)连接;
    支撑板(501),支撑板(501)上安装有第二电机(6),第二电机(6)和连接孔位(901)之间通过旋转接头(7),连接孔位(901)具有连通旋转接头(7)喷水口的孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转喷水的板式轮毂刷,其特征在于,连接孔位(901)位于刷板(802)的端部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转喷水的板式轮毂刷,其特征在于,旋转接头(7)包括内轴套(710)、外轴套(701)和转子套筒(707),
    内轴套(710)和转子套筒(707)为一体件,内轴套(710)的一端开设有一水道(709),转子套筒(707)具有连通水道(709)的出水孔(708),
    内轴套(710)上配合有外轴套(701),外轴套(701)的一端设有定子套筒(706),定子套筒(706)具有连通水道(709)的进水孔(705), 水道(709)的外表壁上具有连通进水孔(705)的孔;
    外轴套(701)内配合有导电滑环(702),内轴套(710)上设置有贴合导电滑环(702)的导电座(703),外轴套(701)和转子套筒(707)上均由线孔,内轴套(710)上具有连通转子套筒(707)上线孔的布线孔;
    水道(709)端口设有堵头。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任意一所述的一种旋转喷水的板式轮毂刷,其特征在于,刷板(9)和/或转动板(1005)上至少布置有一种长度的刷毛(8)。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3任意一所述的一种旋转喷水的板式轮毂刷,其特征在于,还包括驱动机构(13),驱动机构(13)第一电机(2)、第一皮带(3)和滚珠丝杆(4),第一电机(2)的输出端和滚珠丝杆(4)输入端之间通过第一皮带(3)连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种旋转喷水的板式轮毂刷,其特征在于,还包括底板(1),支撑板(501)属于刷板推动板架(5),刷板推动板架(5)还包括连接板(502)和导向板(503),滚珠丝杆(4)具有螺母座,连接板(502)固定在螺母座上,驱动机构(13)安装在底板(1)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种旋转喷水的板式轮毂刷,其特征在于,底板(1)为“U”型板,“U”型板的边缘具有翻边,翻边上设有安装孔。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种旋转喷水的板式轮毂刷,其特征在于,底板(1)上安装有导向杆(10),导向板(503)上具有滑动配合导向杆(10)的槽口,导向杆(12)和滚珠丝杆(4)上丝杆的朝向方向一致。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转喷水的板式轮毂刷,其特征在于,外壳(1001)内还安装有张紧轮(1003),第二皮带(1002)绕经张紧轮 (1003)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转喷水的板式轮毂刷,其特征在于,洗车机器人(14)具有底座(1401),底板(1)固定在底座(1401)下,底座(1401)上具有内凹的并用于放置刷板(9)、刷毛(8)、第二电机(6)、旋转接头(7)以及转动机构的槽位(1402)。
