进一步地,所述驱动组件04包括支撑块41,支撑块41的顶端与活动设置在第一固定腔43内的限位块42固定连接,限位块42与固定在第一固定腔43内的第一导向杆44滑动连接,且第一导向杆44外套设有第一弹簧45,进而具有非常好的缓冲作用;所述支撑块41的底部与连接块46固定连接,连接块46上转动设有第三固定轴47,第三固定轴47上设有驱动轮48,驱动轮48之间通过同步带49连接,当同步带49与料带10接触时能够带动料带10进行移动,进而起到送料的作用。
进一步地,所述驱动组件04还包括固定在移动板34上的伸缩杆410,伸缩杆410与固定套管411固定连接,固定套管411内滑动设有提升杆412,提升杆412的底部与固定板414固定连接,固定板414的底部设有与第一转辊38配合使用的第二转辊415,既能够起到平整的作用,还不会影响到料带10的移动;固定板414与固定套管411之间通过第二弹簧413连接,进而移动板34在移动过程中不会影响到第二转辊415的使用。
进一步地,所述限位组件05包括固定在台板11上的送料板51,送料板51一侧固定有第三支撑座52,第三支撑座52上固定有第一液压缸53,第一液压缸53的输出端与压板54固定连接,当第一液压缸53工作时能够带动压板54向下移动,进而将料带10压住,此时方便进行缝纫工作。
进一步地,所述切割组件06包括第二移动块61,第二移动块61与下方的防护箱64固定连接,第二移动块61与防护箱64之间具有非常好的稳定性;所述防护箱64内转动设有驱动轴63,驱动轴63的顶端与设置在第二移动块61内的电机62的输出端固定连接,当电机62工作时能够带动驱动轴63进行旋转,驱动轴63上固定有切割刀65,当驱动轴63旋转时能够带动切割刀65也进行旋转,进而对料带10进行切割。
进一步地,所述第二移动块61与设置在第二固定腔68内的第二导向杆67滑动连接,第二固定腔68设置在台板11上,即第二移动块61移动时能够带动切割刀65也进行移动,进而方便后续的切割,第二移动块61与第二液压缸66的输出端固定连接,当第二液压缸66工作时能够带动第二移动块61在竖直方向上移动,起到非常好的位置调节能力。
通过设置导料组件03,能够起到非常好的导料作用,使得在自动上料的过程中具有非常好的平整度;而通过设置驱动组件04,能够有效驱动料带10进行移动,进而方便进行上料,同时在驱动过程中进一步提高了料带10的平整度;通过设置在台板11上的限位组件05和切割组件06,有效地提高了整体的功能性。
实施例2 所述支撑柱12与底板13之间通过缓冲组件07连接,进而具有非常好的缓冲能力;所述缓冲组件07包括固定在底板13上的底座71,底座71与支撑柱12之间通过第三弹簧72连接,进而具有一定的缓冲能力;所述底座71的一侧固定有缓冲座73,缓冲座73上滑动连接有滑块74,即滑块74能够在缓冲座73上进行滑动,滑块74与缓冲座73之间通过第四弹簧75连接,进而滑块74在移动过程中能够压缩第四弹簧75,进而起到更好的缓冲效果;所述滑块74上固定有第一铰接座76,第一铰接座76与连杆77的一端铰接,连杆77的另一端与固定在支撑柱12上的第二铰接座78铰接,当支撑柱12向下移动时能够带动滑块74压缩第四弹簧75。
本发明的工作原理是:将进料辊轮22上的料带10依次绕过和穿过移动板34、第一进料盒35、第二导辊37第三导辊310和第二进料盒311进入到收料滚轮23中,通过驱动组件04驱动料带10进行移动,在驱动的过程中通过第二转辊415与第一转辊38的组合提高料带10的平整度,再通过限位组件05和切割组件06进行限位和切割。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种缝纫机自动送料装置,包括支撑组件(01),支撑组件(01)由台板(11)、支撑柱(12)和底板(13)组成,其特征在于,所述底板(13)上设有收卷组件(02),收卷组件(02)包括第一支撑座(21)和第二支撑座(24),第一支撑座(21)和第二支撑座(24)上分别转动有进料辊轮(22)和收料滚轮(23),进料辊轮(22)与料带(10)的一端连接,料带(10)的另一端通过导料组件(03)与收料滚轮(23)连接;所述导料组件(03)设置在台板(11)上,导料组件(03)中的移动板(34)上设有驱动组件(04);所述台板(11)上还设有限位组件(05)和切割组件(06)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的缝纫机自动送料装置,其特征在于,所述导料组件(03)包括固定在台板(11)上的立柱(31),立柱(31)上转动设有第一固定轴(32),第一固定轴(32)上固定设有第一导辊(33),立柱(31)内转动设有螺纹杆(314),螺纹杆(314)上螺纹连接有第一移动块(313),第一移动块(313)一侧固定有固定轴(312),固定轴(312)上固定有移动板(34),移动板(34)上固定有第一进料盒(35),螺纹杆(314)通过齿轮组(315)与第二固定轴(316)固定连接,第二固定轴(316)上固定有摇杆(317)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的缝纫机自动送料装置,其特征在于,所述导料组件(03)还包括固定在台板(11)上的固定盒(36),固定盒(36)上转动设有第二导辊(37)和第一转辊(38),台板(11)上设有通孔(39),通孔(39)内转动设有第三导辊(310),收料箱(25)上设有用于料带(10)通过的第二进料盒(311)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的缝纫机自动送料装置,其特征在于,所述驱动组件(04)包括支撑块(41),支撑块(41)的顶端与活动设置在第一固定腔(43)内的限位块(42)固定连接,限位块(42)与固定在第一固定腔(43)内的第一导向杆(44)滑动连接,且第一导向杆(44)外套设有第一弹簧(45),支撑块(41)的底部与连接块(46)固定连接,连接块(46)上转动设有第三固定轴(47),第三固定轴(47)上设有驱动轮(48),驱动轮(48)之间通过同步带(49)连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的缝纫机自动送料装置,其特征在于,所述驱动组件(04)还包括固定在移动板(34)上的伸缩杆(410),伸缩杆(410)与固定套管(411)固定连接,固定套管(411)内滑动设有提升杆(412),提升杆(412)的底部与固定板(414)固定连接,固定板(414)的底部设有与第一转辊(38)配合使用的第二转辊(415),固定板(414)与固定套管(411)之间通过第二弹簧(413)连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的缝纫机自动送料装置,其特征在于,所述限位组件(05)包括固定在台板(11)上的送料板(51),送料板(51)一侧固定有第三支撑座(52),第三支撑座(52)上固定有第一液压缸(53),第一液压缸(53)的输出端与压板(54)固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的缝纫机自动送料装置,其特征在于,所述切割组件(06)包括第二移动块(61),第二移动块(61)与下方的防护箱(64)固定连接;防护箱(64)内转动设有驱动轴(63),驱动轴(63)的顶端与设置在第二移动块(61)内的电机(62)的输出端固定连接,驱动轴(63)上固定有切割刀(65)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的缝纫机自动送料装置,其特征在于,所述第二移动块(61)与设置在第二固定腔(68)内的第二导向杆(67)滑动连接,第二固定腔(68)设置在台板(11)上,第二移动块(61)与第二液压缸(66)的输出端固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的缝纫机自动送料装置,其特征在于,所述支撑柱(12)与底板(13)之间通过缓冲组件(07)连接,缓冲组件(07)包括固定在底板(13)上的底座(71),底座(71)与支撑柱(12)之间通过第三弹簧(72)连接,底座(71)的一侧固定有缓冲座(73),缓冲座(73)上滑动连接有滑块(74),滑块(74)与缓冲座(73)之间通过第四弹簧(75)连接,滑块(74)上固定有第一铰接座(76),第一铰接座(76)与连杆(77)的一端铰接,连杆(77)的另一端与固定在支撑柱(12)上的第二铰接座(78)铰接。
