S2、所述丝杠螺母沿所述中空丝杠向下滑动,带动所述伸缩管相对于所述 驱动套筒向下滑动,直至所述洗米搅拌组件下降至预定高度;
S3、所述控制组件控制所述进排水组件启动,向容器内加入预定的水量;
S4、所述控制组件控制所述驱动组件使伸缩管以第二速率V2转动,使所述洗米搅拌组件同步旋转及升降以进行一次洗米;
S5、一次洗米完毕后,所述控制组件控制所述进排水组件启动,将容器内的水排出;
S6、重复步骤S3至直至S5,直至洗米结束,所述控制组件控制所述伸缩管复位。
实施本发明,具有如下有益效果:
本发明通过所述驱动组件驱动所述驱动套筒转动,带动与所述驱动套筒配合设置的伸缩管及与伸缩管连接的丝杠螺母转动,与丝杠螺母适配的中空丝杠与固定管固定,从而使丝杠螺母沿中空丝杠升降,带动所述伸缩管做往复升降运动;所述伸缩管的下端连接有所述洗米搅拌组件,所述洗米搅拌组件能同步旋转及升降,从而实现立体扫描式洗米、提高洗米效率及洗米效果。通过将所述进排水管、中空丝杠及伸缩管连通,从而实现进排水,装置结构紧凑,减小装置的占用空间,便于安装及维护。
进一步地,所述固定管的下端设有安装套,所述齿轮环设于所述安装套的内侧,所述安装套上连接有安装平台,所述安装平台用于安装所述驱动组件,所述安装套上还设有切槽,所述驱动组件的第二齿轮能穿过所述切槽与齿轮环啮合,从而避免杂质、灰尘等影响齿轮的寿命。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步地详细描述。仅此声明,本发明在文中出现或即将出现的上、下、左、右、前、后、内、外等方位用词,仅以本发明的附图为基准,其并不是对本发明的具体限定。
参见图1至图5,本发明提供了一种煮饭机器人的复合洗米装置,包括固定管1、套设在所述固定管1内的驱动套筒2、驱动所述驱动套筒2转动的驱动组件3、相对于所述驱动套筒2可滑动的伸缩组件4、与所述伸缩组件4连接的进排水组件5以及控制所述驱动组件3及进排水组件5的控制组件6;
所述伸缩组件4包括与所述驱动套筒2滑动连接的伸缩管41,与所述伸缩管41的内壁连接的丝杠螺母42以及与所述丝杠螺母42配合设置的中空丝杠43;所述伸缩管41与驱动套筒2之间设有导向滑动部44,所述伸缩管41的末端连接有洗米搅拌组件7;
所述中空丝杠43上设有密封槽431,所述密封槽431内设有与所述伸缩管41抵接的密封件45。
其中,所述固定管1安装在煮饭机器人内,所述驱动组件3能驱动所述驱动套筒2相对于所述固定管1转动,从而带动所述伸缩组件4转动,所述伸缩组件4的伸缩管41能在丝杠副的作用下进行往复运动,从而带动所述洗米搅拌组件7同步转动及升降,实现立体扫描洗米,提高洗米效率及洗米效果。具体地,所述伸缩管41的内壁连接有丝杠螺母42,所述丝杠螺母42与中空丝杠43配合,所述固定管1的内顶面设有向下延伸的套管11,所述套管11的内壁沿轴向设有卡接平面111,所述中空丝杠43的顶部设有与所述卡接平面111适配的切平面432,从而使所述中空丝杠43固定,所述驱动套筒2转动时,所述伸缩管41及丝杠螺母42同步转动;所述丝杠螺母42同时还沿所述中空丝杠43的轴线做升降往复运动,从而带动所述伸缩管41沿所述导向滑动部44做升降往复运动;所述伸缩管41的末端连接有所述洗米搅拌组件7,所述洗米搅拌组件7同步升降及转动,从而实现立体洗米,尤其可充分清洗容器底部的米粒,提高洗米效率及效果。为便于对加水及排出洗米水,所述中空丝杠43与所述伸缩管41配合形成进排水通道8,所述进排水组件5与所述中空丝杠43连通,从而实现可靠进排水。在本实施例中,通过将进排水组件5与伸缩组件4集成为一体,结构紧凑,减小装置的占用空间,便于安装及维护。
此外,为提高所述进排水通道8的密封性,所述中空丝杠43的外壁上设有所述密封槽431,所述密封槽431内设有密封件45,所述密封件45能将中空丝杠43与伸缩管41之间的间隙密封,从而避免水进入间隙内,造成排水组件的排水不畅以及因积水导致的不断沥水、长时间未排尽水而引发的细菌滋生等问题。
进一步地,通过控制组件6控制所述驱动组件3及进排水组件5的运行参数,可控制洗米开启时间、洗米速度、进排水的水量及进排水的次数,从而提高洗米效率及减少洗米对米粒的破坏,进而提升米饭的口感。
参见图2及图6,为驱动所述驱动套筒2运动,所述驱动套筒2的外壁设有齿轮环21,且所述齿轮环21与所述驱动套筒2一体成型或刚性连接。所述驱动组件3包括电机31及由所述电机31驱动的齿轮组件32;所述齿轮环21与所述齿轮组件32配合设置。其中,所述电机31设于所述驱动套筒2的外侧,所述电机31驱动带动所述齿轮组件32转动,从而驱动与齿轮组件32啮合的齿轮环21转动。所述齿轮组件32能增加所述驱动组件3的扭矩,在本实施例中,所述齿轮组件32包括与所述电机31连接的蜗杆321、与所述蜗杆321啮合的涡轮322、与所述涡轮322同轴设置的第一齿轮323及与所述第一齿轮323啮合的第二齿轮324;所述第二齿轮324与所述齿轮环21啮合,但不限于此。
参见图6,为便于安装所述驱动组件3,所述固定管1的下端设有安装套12,所述安装套12上设有切槽121,所述第二齿轮324越过所述切槽121与所述齿轮环21啮合;所述安装套12的侧面设有安装平台13。在本实施例中,为简化装配工序,所述安装套12与所述固定管1一体成型。所述齿轮环21位于所述安装套12的内侧。所述安装平台13设于所述安装套12的侧面,所述安装套12与安装平台13的连接处设有切槽121,所述切槽121的位置与所述齿轮环21的位置相适配,以使所述第二齿轮324能穿过所述切槽121与齿轮环21啮合。所述安装平台13上设有多个用于安装所述涡轮322、第一齿轮323及第二齿轮324的安装轴131,且所述安装平台13上还设有用于安装所述电机31的安装槽132。所述安装平台13上还可设置盖板(附图中未显示),以防止杂质等影响齿轮组件32的使用寿命。
参见图4至图6,所述导向滑动部44包括设于所述驱动套筒2内壁上的滑槽441及设于所述伸缩管41外壁上的滑块442;所述滑槽441与所述滑块442 配合设置。需要说明的是,在本实施例中,所述导向滑动部44不仅能在伸缩管41运动时提供导向,而且还能传递使驱动套筒2能带动伸缩管41同步转动的扭矩。为使伸缩管41向下运动时不会晃动,所述滑槽441沿所述伸缩管41的轴向设置,所述滑槽441至少设有两条,但不限与此。
参见图2,所述洗米搅拌组件7包括与所述伸缩管41的末端连接的搅拌座71及设于所述搅拌座71上的搅拌叶片72。所述搅拌座71与所述伸缩管41的末端连接,其连接方式包括但不限于螺纹连接,销钉连接等。所述搅拌叶片72与所述搅拌座71可拆洗连接,所述搅拌叶片72能带动米粒与水充分碰撞,从而快速清洗米粒。为防止搅拌叶片72与容器发生摩擦,破坏容器内的涂层,所述搅拌叶片72采用食品级塑料或橡胶材质制成,但不限于此。
进一步地,所述搅拌座71沿轴向设有贯通孔711,所述贯通孔711与所述进排水通道8连通,所述贯通孔711内设有滤网73,所述滤网73阻挡米粒被吸入贯通孔711内。
参见图2,所述进排水管52与外接管道连通,通过动力元件51向容器内加水或排水。为便于固定所述进排水管52,所述中空丝杠43的上端穿过所述固定管1,所述进排水管52套设在所述中空丝杠43内,且所述进排水管52上设有第二密封槽521,所述第二密封槽521内设有密封圈9,从而实现进排水管52与中空丝杠43的密封。所述中空丝杠43外还固定有锁紧螺母10,所述锁紧螺母10能提供一定的锁紧力,从而避免进排水管52与中空丝杠43松脱。
相应的,本发明还提供了一种采用所述复合洗米装置的洗米工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、所述控制组件6控制所述驱动组件3启动,所述驱动套筒2同步转动,带动所述伸缩管41以第一速率V1转动;
其中,所述控制组件6通过控制所述电机31的转速来控制驱动套筒2的转速,进而控制所述伸缩管41与丝杠螺母42的转速,在中空丝杠43与丝杠螺母42参数确定的基础上,所述伸缩管41会以相应的速率上下运动。在未到达预定的加水位置时,所述伸缩管41及丝杠螺母42以第一速率V1转动,从而使伸缩管41快速下降至预定的加水工位,减少洗米工序的整体运行时间。
S2、所述丝杠螺母42沿所述中空丝杠43向下滑动,带动所述伸缩管41相对于所述驱动套筒2向下滑动,直至所述洗米搅拌组件7下降至预定高度;
需要说明的是,为防止加水时水溅射,根据煮饭的米量,所述控制组件6可控制所述伸缩管41下降至预定位置。
S3、所述控制组件6控制所述进排水组件5启动,向容器内加入预定的水量;
在伸缩管41下降至加水位置后,所述控制组件6控制所述动力元件51启动,向容器中加水,加水的水量根据水量可相应调整。当加入预定水量时,所述控制组件6会控制所述动力元件51停止运行。
S4、所述控制组件6控制所述驱动组件3使伸缩管41以第二速率V2转动,使所述洗米搅拌组件7同步旋转及升降以进行一次洗米;
在所述动力元件51向容器内加水的同时,所述控制组件6调控所述电机31的转速,使所述伸缩管41以第二速率V2转动,其中所述第二速率V2小于所述第一速率V1。优选的,V1=120~360r/min,V2=30~60r/min。以所述第二速率V2转动时,所述洗米搅拌组件7能满足充分搅拌米粒的同时避免因转速过快对米粒的破坏,提升米饭的口感。根据需要,所述控制组件6还可通过控制电机31的正转及反转,带动所述伸缩管41上下往复运动,从而多次洗米。需要说明的是,清洗完毕时,所述伸缩管41处于最低位置,以便能彻底排尽容器中的水。
S5、一次洗米完毕后,所述控制组件6控制所述进排水组件5启动,将容器内的水排出;
具体的,在一次洗米完成后,所述控制组件6控制所述动力元件51启动,将容器中的水快速排出,避免水长时间浸泡米粒,加速洗米效率。
S6、重复步骤S3至直至S5,直至洗米结束,所述控制组件6控制所述伸缩管41复位。
具体地,根据程序设定的洗米次数,所述控制组件6控制所述进排水组件5多次进排水,并通过所述驱动组件3控制伸缩管41进行多次往复升降及旋转运动,完成米粒的清洗。清洗完毕后,所述控制组件6通过电机31驱动所述驱动套筒2反向转动,使所述伸缩管41回缩至初始位置,完成洗米。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种煮饭机器人的复合洗米装置,其特征在于,包括固定管、套设在所述固定管内的驱动套筒、驱动所述驱动套筒转动的驱动组件、相对于所述驱动套筒可滑动的伸缩组件、与所述伸缩组件连接的进排水组件以及控制所述驱动组件及进排水组件的控制组件;
    所述伸缩组件包括与所述驱动套筒滑动连接的伸缩管,与所述伸缩管的内壁连接的丝杠螺母以及与所述丝杠螺母配合设置的中空丝杠;所述伸缩管与驱动套筒之间设有导向滑动部,所述伸缩管的末端连接有洗米搅拌组件;
    所述中空丝杠上设有密封槽,所述密封槽内设有与所述伸缩管抵接的密封件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的煮饭机器人的复合洗米装置,其特征在于,所述驱动套筒的外壁设有齿轮环,所述驱动组件包括电机及由所述电机驱动的齿轮组件;
    所述齿轮环与所述齿轮组件配合设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的煮饭机器人的复合洗米装置,其特征在于,所述齿轮组件包括与所述电机连接的蜗杆、与所述蜗杆啮合的涡轮、与所述涡轮同轴设置的第一齿轮及与所述第一齿轮啮合的第二齿轮;
    所述第二齿轮与所述齿轮环啮合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的煮饭机器人的复合洗米装置,其特征在于,所述固定管的下端设有安装套,所述安装套上设有切槽,所述第二齿轮越过所述切槽与所述齿轮环啮合;
    所述安装套的侧面设有安装平台,所述安装平台上设有多个用于安装所述涡轮、第一齿轮及第二齿轮的安装轴。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的煮饭机器人的复合洗米装置,其特征在于,所述导向滑动部包括设于所述驱动套筒内壁上的滑槽及设于所述伸缩管外壁上的滑 块;
    所述滑槽与所述滑块配合设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的煮饭机器人的复合洗米装置,其特征在于,所述滑槽沿所述伸缩管的轴向设置,所述滑槽至少设有两条。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的煮饭机器人的复合洗米装置,其特征在于,所述洗米搅拌组件包括与所述伸缩管的末端连接的搅拌座及设于所述搅拌座上的搅拌叶片。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的煮饭机器人的复合洗米装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌座沿轴向设有贯通孔,所述贯通孔内设有滤网。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的煮饭机器人的复合洗米装置,其特征在于,所述进排水组件包括动力元件及进排水管,所述中空丝杠穿过所述固定管与所述进排水管连通;
    所述进排水管与中空丝杠紧配连接。
  10. 一种采用权利要求1-9任一项所述的复合洗米装置的洗米工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S1、所述控制组件控制所述驱动组件启动,所述驱动套筒同步转动,带动所述伸缩管转动;
    S2、所述丝杠螺母沿所述中空丝杠向下滑动,带动所述伸缩管相对于所述驱动套筒向下滑动,直至所述洗米搅拌组件下降至预定高度;
    S3、所述控制组件控制所述进排水组件启动,向容器内加入预定的水量;
    S4、所述控制组件控制所述驱动组件使伸缩管转动,使所述洗米搅拌组件同步旋转及升降,进行一次洗米;
    S5、一次洗米完毕后,所述控制组件控制所述进排水组件启动,将容器内的水排出;
    S6、重复步骤S3至直至S5,直至洗米结束,所述控制组件控制所述伸缩 管复位。
