背景技术
在加工电子线束的时候,为了保证电子线束的的端头能够整齐,需要在加工线束的时候将电子线束的端头切割平整。
目前用于切割电子线束的切断机构在切割电子线束的时候,都是直接将线束固定住然后再用切刀将线束给切断,但是目前的切断机构结构比较简单,在固定线束的时候需要用一只手将线束给压住,然后才能对齐进行切割,这就导致在切割线束的时候会有不便,为此,本方案提出了一种电子线束加工用切断机构。
发明内容
本发明提出的一种电子线束加工用切断机构,解决了现有技术中的电子线束切断机构切割时需要用手一直将线束压住的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:

本发明的有益效果:
1、通过侧板、转轴、压板、第一握把、固定柱、盖板、放置板、安装柱、固定块和活动套之间的配合,可以方便在切割电子线束的时候将电子线束压紧,第一螺栓的设置方便在松开第一握把后盖板可以自动弹起与放置板分离开,从而将电子线束松开。
2、通过齿轮和锁定装置之间的配合,可以使得齿轮只能顺时针抓到弄,从而保证压板在下压后不会弹起,从而可以保证在将线束压紧在盖板和放置板之间后可以将手从第一握把上松开,进而使得操作人员腾出了手,便于对其他的部件进行操作。
本发明结构合理,操作简单,可以在切断电子线束的时候方便将电子线束压紧,而且在将线束压紧后可以将手松开,进而可以腾出手来对其他的部件进行操作,方便了操作人员的使用。

工作原理:使用时,先将电子线束放进放置板2顶部的放置槽的内部,然后调节好线束需要切断的长度,接着再握住第一握把9开始下压压板8,压板8向下转动进而压迫固定柱11下降,进而使得盖板12逐渐下降,从而将线束压紧在放置板2上,第一弹簧也随着活动套5的下降而被压缩,此时,随着压板8的转动,转轴21也随之转动,从而带动齿轮7同步顺时针转动,在第二弹簧的作用下,限位柱16不断的在齿轮7的齿槽中滑过,由于软垫26具有一定的弹性和形变的空间,因而在压紧线束的时候,可以保证限位柱16可以卡在齿轮7上的齿槽的内部,从而可以避免齿轮7逆时针转动,也就使得 盖板12再将电子线束压紧后不会松动,之后就可以握住第二握把15来转动切刀14将电子线束需要切掉的部分切掉;
松开电子线束时,只需向下拨动固定环18,使得连接板17向下移动,当限位柱16退出到齿轮7的齿槽的外部后,在第一弹簧的作用下,盖板12会被弹起,从而将电子线束松开,盖板12弹起时也会使得固定柱11上升,也就使得压板8随之逆时针转动,下压连接板17时,两个第二弹簧受到压缩,松开固定环18后,在两个第二弹簧的作用下,连接板17会上升恢复到初始的高度,使得限位柱16的顶部重新卡进齿轮7的齿槽中。

  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子线束加工用切断机构,其特征在于,所述刀具通过安装块(22)安装在底座(1)的顶部,所述安装块(22)固定在底座(1)的顶部,安装块(22)靠近放置板(2)的一侧外壁上开设有安装孔(25),所述刀具由刀座(13)和固定在刀座上的切刀(14)组成,所述刀座(13)的一侧外壁上固定有连接轴(23),连接轴(23)的另一端延伸至安装孔(25)的内部与安装孔(25)远离放置板(2)的一侧内壁转动连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种电子线束加工用切断机构,其特征在于,所述连接轴(23)的外部套设有带动连接轴(23)复位的扭簧(24),扭簧(24)安装在安装孔(25)的内部。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子线束加工用切断机构,其特征在于,所述压板(8)的一端固定有第一握把(9)。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种电子线束加工用切断机构,其特征在于,所述刀座(13)的一端固定有第二握把(15)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子线束加工用切断机构,其特征 在于,所述连接板(17)的一侧外壁上固定有固定环(18)。
