但是在实际使用过程中,现有的路边防护桩清洗装置都是比较偏向于使用电机驱动清洗刷转动,进而再通过转动的清洗刷对防护桩进行清洗,这种方式不仅浪费了大量的电力资源,并且在马路上面驱动车是唯一的电力来源,如果使用驱动车供电将会增强驱动车的能耗,实用性较差。
发明内容

本申请中驱动车2的一侧外壁通过螺栓固定有配重板4,且配重板4的一侧外壁通过螺栓固定于底板7的一侧外壁,人们可以站在配重板4上面检查装置的清洗进程和清洗效果,同时可以增加装置的配 重,让底板7下面的前轮5和后轮6充分的接触到地面,进而增强装置的传动效率。
本申请中升降机构包括电动伸缩杆8,电动伸缩杆8活塞杆的一端通过螺栓固定于底板7的顶部外壁,且电动伸缩杆8的另一端通过螺栓固定有升降板24,通过电动伸缩杆8可以根据防护桩的高度调节清洗辊3的高度。
本申请中升降板24一边外壁的两遍均通过螺栓固定有伸缩柱21,且伸缩柱21的外壁套接有伸缩弹簧20,通过伸缩弹簧20和伸缩柱21配合可以让清洗辊3紧贴防护桩,便于对防护桩进行清洗。
本申请中底板7的一侧外壁通过螺栓固定有等距离分布的挡水板9,且挡水板9和清洗辊3配合使用,通过挡水板9可以防止清洗辊3转动时将水甩到旁边正常行驶的车辆或者是行人的身上,增强了装置的保护效果。
本申请中储水机构包括储水箱1,储水箱1的一侧外壁通过螺栓固定有增压泵12,且增压泵12的输出端套接有进水管11。
本申请中喷淋机构包括顶板10,顶板10的底部外壁通过螺栓固定有喷淋板22,且顶板10底部外壁的两侧均通过螺栓固定有等距离分布的喷头23,进水管11的一端与顶板10内部相通,通过在顶板10的底部设置喷淋板22可以让储水箱1中的水直接喷淋到防护桩上面,从而可以先将防护桩上面的灰尘润湿,便于清洗辊3和清洗刷对灰尘进行清扫,通过喷头23可以将储水箱1中的水喷到清洗刷上面,一方面可以对清洗刷进行清洗,防止清洗刷上面的灰尘重新接触到防 护桩而降低装置的清洗效果,另一方面可以让清洗刷上面始终都保存一部分水分,从而增强了清洗辊3对防护桩的清洗效果。
使用时,在对防护桩进行清洗时,先通过驱动车2带动整个装置沿着防护桩前进,当装置前进时前轮5会转动,前轮5转动的同时带动第二锥齿轮18转动,第二锥齿轮18转动的同时带动转杆16转动,转杆16转动的同时带动主动齿轮15转动,主动齿轮15转动的同时带动从动齿轮14转动,从动齿轮14转动的同时带动传动皮带13转动,传动皮带13转动的同时可以带动清洗辊3转动,清洗辊3转动的同时配合清洗刷可以对防护桩进行清洗,通过这种方式不需要使用电力驱动,从而可以节省很多电力,同时这种传动方式比较简单,维护起来比较方便,人们可以站在配重板4上面检查装置的清洗进程和清洗效果,同时可以增加装置的配重,让底板7下面的前轮5和后轮6充分的接触到地面,进而增强装置的传动效率,通过挡水板9可以防止清洗辊3转动时将水甩到旁边正常行驶的车辆或者是行人的身上,增强了装置的保护效果,通过在顶板10的底部设置喷淋板22可以让储水箱1中的水直接喷淋到防护桩上面,从而可以先将防护桩上面的灰尘润湿,便于清洗辊3和清洗刷对灰尘进行清扫,通过喷头23可以将储水箱1中的水喷到清洗刷上面,一方面可以对清洗刷进行清洗,防止清洗刷上面的灰尘重新接触到防护桩而降低装置的清洗效果,另一方面可以让清洗刷上面始终都保存一部分水分,从而增强了清洗辊3对防护桩的清洗效果。
实施例2:
参照图5,一种路边防护桩用清洗装置,本实施例相较于实施例1,还包括底板7的一边外壁通过螺栓固定有加热箱25,且加热箱25的顶部外壁通过螺栓固定有吸气泵26,吸气泵26的输入端套接有吸气斗27,加热箱25的一侧外壁开有等距离分布的吹气孔,人们可以启动吸气泵26通过吸气斗27将空气吸入到加热箱25中,人们可以通过加热箱25对空气进行加热,加热后的空气通过出气孔可以对防护桩进行烘干,从而可以防止掉漆处长时间接触水分而造成生锈的情况,增强了防护桩的使用寿命。
使用时,由于很多汽车在行驶过程中常常会摩擦到防护桩的表面,甚至于会蹭掉部分油漆,此时人们可以启动吸气泵26通过吸气斗27将空气吸入到加热箱25中,人们可以通过加热箱25对空气进行加热,加热后的空气通过出气孔可以对防护桩进行烘干,从而可以防止掉漆处长时间接触水分而造成生锈的情况,增强了防护桩的使用寿命。
以上所述,仅为本申请较佳的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,根据本申请的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种路边防护桩用清洗装置,包括驱动车(2)和底板(7),其特征在于,所述驱动车(2)的顶部外壁设置有储水机构,所述底板(7)底部外壁的两边分别通过轴承连接有前轮(5)和后轮(6),所述后轮(6)的外壁通过螺栓固定有第二锥齿轮(18),所述底板(7)的一侧外壁通过螺栓固定有连接板,所述连接板的顶部外壁开有连接孔,所述连接孔的内壁通过轴承连接有转杆(16),所述转杆(16)的一端通过螺栓固定有第一锥齿轮(17),所述第一锥齿轮(17)和第二锥齿轮(18)相啮合,所述转杆(16)的一端通过螺栓固定有主动齿轮(15),所述底板(7)的顶部外壁通过轴承连接有转轴,所述转轴的顶端外壁通过螺栓固定有从动齿轮(14),所述主动齿轮(15)和从动齿轮(14)相啮合,所述转轴的外壁套接有传动皮带(13),所述底板(7)的顶部外壁通过轴承连接有等距离分布的升降杆,所述升降杆的顶端外壁通过螺栓固定有清洗辊(3),所述清洗辊(3)的外壁通过螺栓固定有等距离分布的清洗刷,所述升降杆和转轴通过传动皮带(13)形成传动配合,所述底板(7)顶部外壁的两边均设置有升降机构,所述升降机构的底部外壁设置有喷淋机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种路边防护桩用清洗装置,其特征在于,所述驱动车(2)的一侧外壁通过螺栓固定有配重板(4),且配重板(4)的一侧外壁通过螺栓固定于底板(7)的一侧外壁。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种路边防护桩用清洗装置,其特征在于,所述升降机构包括电动伸缩杆(8),电动伸缩杆(8)活塞杆的一端通过螺栓固定于底板(7)的顶部外壁,且电动伸缩杆(8)的 另一端通过螺栓固定有升降板(24)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种路边防护桩用清洗装置,其特征在于,所述升降板(24)一边外壁的两遍均通过螺栓固定有伸缩柱(21),且伸缩柱(21)的外壁套接有伸缩弹簧(20)。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种路边防护桩用清洗装置,其特征在于,所述底板(7)的一侧外壁通过螺栓固定有等距离分布的挡水板(9),且挡水板(9)和清洗辊(3)配合使用。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种路边防护桩用清洗装置,其特征在于,所述储水机构包括储水箱(1),储水箱(1)的一侧外壁通过螺栓固定有增压泵(12),且增压泵(12)的输出端套接有进水管(11)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种路边防护桩用清洗装置,其特征在于,所述喷淋机构包括顶板(10),顶板(10)的底部外壁通过螺栓固定有喷淋板(22),且顶板(10)底部外壁的两侧均通过螺栓固定有等距离分布的喷头(23),进水管(11)的一端与顶板(10)内部相通。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种路边防护桩用清洗装置,其特征在于,所述底板(7)的一边外壁通过螺栓固定有加热箱(25),且加热箱(25)的顶部外壁通过螺栓固定有吸气泵(26),吸气泵(26)的输入端套接有吸气斗(27),加热箱(25)的一侧外壁开有等距离分布的吹气孔。
