Description

一种具有平头针尖的穿刺针 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,特别地涉及一种具有平头针尖的穿刺针。
背景技术
骨与软组织肿瘤是严重危害人类健康及生命的疾病,近年来发病率逐渐上升,且发病年龄逐渐下降,早期发现、正确的诊断、及时治疗对预后有重要的影响。正确的诊断需要临床、影像及病理三结合。其中,病理诊断对治疗方案的选择起着关键作用。穿刺活检是获取病理诊断的主要途径。
在穿刺/药物注射/体液引流抽吸的手术过程中,需要将穿刺针刺入人体。普通穿刺针内外针均采用斜切面设计,这样的设计在生产的时候需要将内外针的斜切面对齐,生产工艺难度比较复杂,生产效率低,生产成本比较高。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种具有平头针尖的穿刺针,将内针的针尖设计成平头结构,并且内针的长度小于外针的长度,这样可以降低穿刺针的生产难度,提高生产效率,节约生产成本。
为实现上述目的,根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种具有平头针尖的穿刺针。
本发明的一种具有平头针尖的穿刺针,包括:外针组件以及套设在外针组件内的内针组件,所述外针组件包括外针座以及位于所述外针座一端的外针,所述内针组件包括内针座以及位于内针座一端的内针;所述内针带有平头针尖,且所述内针的长度小于外针的长度。
可选地,所述外针座的外壁上凸出设置有用于辅助穿刺操作的手位,所述手位以所述外针座的轴线为中心对称设置。
可选地,所述外针远离所述外针座的一端的外壁上设置有刻线。
可选地,所述手位为板状结构。
可选地,所述手位与所述外针座相互垂直。
可选地,所述外针座为中空结构,该中空结构与所述外针的中空结构相贯通。
可选地,所述刻线为螺旋线。
可选地,所述螺旋线交叉设置。
可选地,所述外针与所述外针座的连接处设置有浮标,且所述外针贯穿所述浮标然后与所述外针座连接。
根据本发明的技术方案,通过将内针的针尖设计成平头结构,并且内针的长度小于外针的长度,这样可以降低穿刺针的生产难度,提高生产效率,节约生产成本。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的示范性实施例做出说明,其中包括本发明实施例的各种细节以助于理解,应当将它们认为仅仅是示范性的。因此,本领域普通技术人员应当认识到,可以对这里描述的实施例做出各种改变和修改,而不会背离本发明的范围和精神。同样,为了清楚和简明,以下的描述中省略了对公知功能和结构的描述。
参考图1至图4所示,本发明的一种具有平头针尖的穿刺针,包括:外针组件2以及套设在外针组件2内的内针组件1,外针组件2包括外针座21以及位于外针座21一端的外针22,内针组件1包括内针座11以及位于内针座11一端的内针12;内针12带有平头针尖121,且内针12的长度小于外针22的长度。通过将内针12的针尖设计成平头结构,并且内针12的长度小于外针22的长度,这样可以降低穿刺针的生产难度,提高生产效率,节约生产成本。
本申请实施例的外针座21的外壁上凸出设置有用于辅助穿刺操作的手位211,手位211以外针座21的轴线为中心对称设置,手位可以为两个,沿外针座21的径向相对设置,该穿刺针在使用时,手术人员通过两个手位,能够将所述穿刺针稳固持住,而且操作方便,手位也可以为一个整体的圆饼结构,在推送该穿刺针时,能够更好的推压施力,更加安全的进行穿刺,且在准备穿刺手术前,由于手位以外针座21的轴线为中心对称设置,因此可以稳固地放置在手术台上,不会轻易滚落。
手位211为板状结构,且手位与外针座21相互垂直,采用这样的设置,有利于手术人员握紧该穿刺针,避免手术人员在手术过程中滑落,而且手位还可以根据实际需要或者手术人员的习惯制作为长方形板状、多边形板状等形状。
外针座21为中空结构,该中空结构与外针22的中空结构相贯通。外针22与外针座21的连接处设置有浮标3,且外针22贯穿浮标3,然后与外针 座21连接。
外针22远离外针座21的一端得外壁上设置有刻线222,刻线222为螺旋线,且螺旋线交叉设置;刻线222还可以为平行设置的圆环线;当穿刺针在进行穿刺手术时,手术人员在手位的辅助下,持紧手位211并且用力将该穿刺针刺入人体,当穿刺针进入人体病灶附近时,探头转换器发出超声波,并照射在外针22的表面,尤其在螺旋线内,经过一定角度的反射使超声波信号可以更多的反射到探头转换器上,使超声影像设备显示的影像非常清晰,能够实时地监控到外针22到达的位置,此时可以进行甲状腺的取样、内针取出后的药物注射或者体液的引流抽吸等(注射或抽吸时无需再借助手位)。
外针22远离外针座21的一端为针状结构的外针出口,且螺旋线靠近外针出口。采用这样的设置,由于超声波信号在螺旋线附近反射到探头转化器上的信号较多,这样外针出口的穿刺情况就能够实时、清晰的显示在超声影像设备上,方便医护人员的判断以及下一步操作。
内针12远离内针座11的一端为内针出口,且内针出口为与外针出口相同的针状结构,采用这样的设计有利于穿刺。内针座11包括第二手持部以及位于第二手持部一端的连接部,连接部与内针12连接,当内针组件1与外针组件2组合时,内针12贯穿外针座21以及外针22,且内针座11与外针座21扣合连接。
该穿刺针还包括保护套4,保护套4套设于外针上,且与浮标3扣合在一起,保护套4可以用来保护该穿刺针,以免在不使用时,该穿刺针被污染。
本发明的具有平头针尖的穿刺针,通过将内针的针尖设计成平头结构,并且内针的长度小于外针的长度,这样可以降低穿刺针的生产难度,提高生产效率,节约生产成本。

  1. 一种具有平头针尖的穿刺针,包括:外针组件以及套设在外针组件内的内针组件,所述外针组件包括外针座以及位于所述外针座一端的外针,所述内针组件包括内针座以及位于内针座一端的内针;其特征在于,所述内针带有平头针尖,且所述内针的长度小于外针的长度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有平头针尖的穿刺针,其特征在于,所述外针座的外壁上凸出设置有用于辅助穿刺操作的手位,所述手位以所述外针座的轴线为中心对称设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有平头针尖的穿刺针,其特征在于,所述外针远离所述外针座的一端的外壁上设置有刻线。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的具有平头针尖的穿刺针,其特征在于,所述手位为板状结构。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的具有平头针尖的穿刺针,其特征在于,所述手位与所述外针座相互垂直。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的具有平头针尖的穿刺针,其特征在于,所述外针座为中空结构,该中空结构与所述外针的中空结构相贯通。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的具有平头针尖的穿刺针,其特征在于,所述刻线为螺旋线。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的具有平头针尖的穿刺针,其特征在于,所述螺旋线交叉设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的具有平头针尖的穿刺针,其特征在于,所述 外针与所述外针座的连接处设置有浮标,且所述外针贯穿所述浮标然后与所述外针座连接。
