Abstract
Description
貼付剤の調製
下記表1~表3に従って、各成分を混合し粘着剤組成物を得た。得られた粘着剤組成物を剥離ライナー(離型処理が施されたポリエチレンテレフタレート製フィルム)上に、単位面積当たりの質量が100g/m2になるように展延し、溶媒を乾燥除去して粘着剤層を形成した。得られた粘着剤層の前記反対の面上に支持体層(ポリエチレンテレフタレート製フィルム)を積層し、支持体層/粘着剤層/剥離ライナーの順に積層された貼付剤を得た。
上記製造方法により製造した貼付剤の製造直後と、60℃にて1か月間包装袋に保存した後の貼付剤について、アセナピンのN-オキシド体及びテトラデヒドロ体の発生量をHPLCにより定量した。

移動相:メタノール/リン酸緩衝液(pH6.8)=70/30
測定波長:230nm
流速:1.0mL/min
試料注入量:15μL
カラム温度:50℃
下記表4~表5に従って、各成分を混合し粘着剤組成物を得た。試験例1と同様にして、貼付剤を得た。試験例1と同様にして、製造直後の貼付剤及び60℃にて1か月間包装袋に保存した後の貼付剤中の、アセナピンのN-オキシド体及びテトラデヒドロ体の発生量をHPLCにより定量した。
Claims (4)
- 貼付剤中のアセナピン又はその薬学的に許容される塩の分解を抑制する方法であって、
前記貼付剤は支持体上に粘着剤層を備え、前記粘着剤層は粘着基剤及びアセナピン又はその薬学的に許容される塩を含有する、貼付剤であり、
前記粘着剤層中に、モノエタノールアミン、ジエタノールアミン、ジイソプロパノールアミン、イソプロパノールアミン、トリエタノールアミン及びメグルミンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種のアミン化合物を含有させる、方法。 - 前記粘着基剤がゴム系粘着基剤、アクリル系粘着基剤及びシリコーン系粘着基剤からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- アミン化合物の含有量が粘着剤層の総質量を基準として0.01質量%~1質量%である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記粘着剤層中に、ジブチルヒドロキシトルエンをさらに含有させる、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
