Abstract
Description
図1(A)及び(B)は、本発明の実施例1に係るゴルフシャフトの側面図であり、図1(A)はゴルフシャフトの全体、図1(B)は図1(A)の一部を拡大して示す。図2は、ゴルフシャフトの概略縦断面図である。図3は、図2のIII-III線に係るゴルフシャフトの概略横断面図である。なお、図1(A)~図3は、各部の寸法が一致していないが基本的に同一構造である。
図5は、ゴルフシャフトの有色メッキ層の形成方法を示す概略断面図である。
本実施例のゴルフシャフト1は、有色メッキ層5の表層の装飾メッキ層15が三価クロムメッキの被膜からなるため、艶消しの黒色でありながら、耐久性の高い有色メッキ層5が得られた。
以上説明したように、本実施例のゴルフシャフト1は、金属製の素管3と、素管3の表面に形成された着色層である有色メッキ層5とを備える。有色メッキ層5が、素管3の表面に積層された半光沢メッキ層7と、半光沢メッキ層7の表面に積層された第1ストライクメッキ層9と、第1ストライクメッキ層9の表面に積層されたサテン調メッキ層11と、サテン調メッキ層11の表面に積層された第2ストライクメッキ層13と、第2ストライクメッキ層13の表面に積層され、有色メッキ層5の色に応じた有色の装飾メッキ層15と、を備えている。

前記第1ストライクメッキ層の表面に積層されたサテン調メッキ層と、
前記サテン調メッキ層の表面に積層された第2ストライクメッキ層と、
前記第2ストライクメッキ層の外側に積層され前記有色メッキ層の色に応じた有色の装飾メッキ層と、を備えた、
ゴルフシャフト。 - 請求項1記載のゴルフシャフトであって、
前記素管は、スチール製であり、
前記半光沢メッキ層、前記第1ストライクメッキ層、前記サテン調メッキ層、及び前記第2ストライクメッキ層は、ニッケルメッキの被膜からなり、

第2ラインにおいて前記第1ストライクメッキ層の表面に前記サテン調メッキを積層し、該サテン調メッキの表面に前記第2ストライクメッキ層を積層し、
第3ラインにおいて前記第2ストライクメッキ層の外側に前記装飾メッキ層を積層した、
