Description
本发明涉及苗带清茬播种技术领域,具体涉及一种苗带清茬及纸带播种一体作业装置。
目前,北方旱区全面推广保护性耕作模式,以免少耕配合秸秆还田实现,前者可以减少土壤扰动保护耕层及减少农业生产过程污染排放,后者可以改善土壤结构培肥能力、提高农田蓄水保墒能力。但市面上的免耕播种机存在易受残茬、秸秆影响严重甚至堵塞机器,导致播深不一甚至种子不能正常入土悬浮在表面或秸秆上形成晾籽,并且碎杆与土壤混杂造成开沟深度不一致,播深不一致,严重影响播种效果,且目前市场上尚无专门播种纸带的播种装置。综上所述,现有技术中对于秸秆处理容易堵塞播种机械影响播种质量的问题,及免耕播种过程中的晾籽、漏播、重播、株距播深不一致的问题,尚缺乏有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种苗带清茬及纸带播种一体作业装置,兼具苗带清茬及纸带播种的功能,结构简单、设计合理,各行清理残茬后形成一条地表无秸秆的苗带,开沟器开沟后将包有作物种子的纸带埋入其中并覆土镇压,提高播种作业质量与效率、节约人力物力。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用下述技术方案:
苗带清茬及纸带播种一体作业装置,包括主体支架,所述主体支架自前至后 连接有清茬机构与纸带播种模块,所述纸带播种模块自前至后依次为开沟铲、播种机构和镇压轮,所述清茬机构包括第一连接架,所述第一连接架的上端与主体支架固定、下端连接第一支撑板,第一支撑板的下端设有轴承,轴承通过两端的法兰盘与第一支撑板连接,轴承外侧嵌套有刀轴,刀轴外侧焊接固定有一个刀库,刀库处连接固定有四个均匀分布的清茬刀。
所述清茬刀为曲面L型,其突出的一侧为刀刃,便于在旋转时对残余的苗茬进行清除。
所述主体支架下方固定连接有镇压轮支架,镇压轮支架为L型,较长一段横向设置、较短一段垂直于较长一段且朝向较长一段的上侧。
所述镇压轮支架下方连接固定有第二连接架,第二连接架固定在镇压轮支架靠近主体支架处,第二连接架下方固定安装有开沟铲,在装置整体向前推进时在地面开出供种子埋入的苗带。
所述播种机构包括纸带缠绕轮、入土引导管、入土引导轮和覆土轮,纸带缠绕轮为横向设置的圆周处设有凹槽的圆柱体,纸带缠绕轮的中心轴处设有贯穿纸带缠绕轮的第一支撑轴,第一支撑轴的两端固定连接在两块第二支撑板的一端,第二支撑板相对的另一端均固定在主体支架上。
所述入土引导管设置在第二连接架的相对清茬机构的后方,通过入土引导管上下固定的支架分别与镇压轮支架和第二连接支架固定连接,用于对种带的引导。
所述入土引导轮安装在入土引导管的正下方,入土引导轮中心设有入土引导轮轴承、并通过入土引导轮轴承与第二连接架连接。
所述入土引导轮相对清茬机构的后方设有两个完全一致、对称设置的覆土 轮,覆土轮安装在入土引导轮的后方且覆土轮中心设有覆土轮轴承、并在覆土轮轴承两侧与第二连接架连接,两个覆土轮呈“八”字形固定,在种带埋入后将土壤盖在种子上。
所述镇压轮中心贯穿有第二支撑轴,第二支撑轴的两侧分别固定在两块第三支撑板的同一端,两块第三支撑板相对的另一端均固定在竖向设置的升降块上,升降块为空心的长方体,升降块套在镇压轮支架的竖向部分、并通过升降块中间设置的螺栓与镇压轮支架固定,通过螺栓的拧紧和拧松,实现升降块相对镇压轮支架的位移,从而带动镇压轮的升降,有效控制对土壤的镇压程度。
所述升降块处设有调节手柄,调节手柄固定在升降块的顶端,便于对升降块整体进行移动。
本发明利用L型清茬刀的刀刃把残茬切断,残茬在清茬刀之间随着刀轴的高速旋转被打碎抛出,进而清理出播种需要的带状播种区,为播种提供理想的种床,达到保护性耕作的目的;通过播种装置把包有种子的纸带埋入开沟铲开好的槽内,可解决普通排种器漏播、重播、种子弹跳等问题,提高播种质量。

具体使用时,将装置整体按照上述结构安装好,并将种带缠绕至入土引导轮4处,每四个装置通过三点悬挂装置与拖拉机连接,并利用拖拉机带动装置行进,拖拉机的后输出轴通过联轴器与减速箱动力输入轴连接,动力输入轴带动减速箱内齿轮箱传动至清茬刀刀轴,刀轴旋转带动清茬刀工作。开始作业时,由人工将种带引入播种区,用土压住,然后拖拉机带动装置向前行进,开沟铲3在前方开出供种带埋入的苗带,纸带缠绕轮11与纸带一起转动,将纸带沿行进路线埋入,覆土轮6在纸带埋入后将土壤盖在种子上,并利用镇压轮8对纸带上方的土壤进行镇压,根据播种的种子种类不同,利用螺栓9和调节手柄10调节镇压轮8的高度,以满足所需镇压的效果。
上述虽然结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行了描述,但并非对本发明保 护范围的限制,所属领域技术人员应该明白,在本发明的技术方案的基础上,本领域技术人员不需要付出创造性劳动即可做出的各种修改或变形仍在本发明的保护范围以内。

- 如权利要求1所述的苗带清茬及纸带播种一体作业装置,其特征是,所述播种机构包括纸带缠绕轮、入土引导管、入土引导轮和覆土轮,纸带缠绕轮为横向设置的圆周处设有凹槽的圆柱体,纸带缠绕轮的中心轴处设有贯穿纸带缠绕轮的第一支撑轴,第一支撑轴的两端固定连接在两块第二支撑板的一端,第二支撑板相对的另一端均固定在主体支架上。
- 如权利要求5所述的苗带清茬及纸带播种一体作业装置,其特征是,所述入土引导管设置在第二连接架的相对清茬机构的后方,通过入土引导管上下固定 的支架分别与镇压轮支架和第二连接支架固定连接。
- 如权利要求5所述的苗带清茬及纸带播种一体作业装置,其特征是,所述入土引导轮安装在入土引导管的正下方,入土引导轮中心设有入土引导轮轴承、并通过入土引导轮轴承与第二连接架连接。
- 如权利要求5所述的苗带清茬及纸带播种一体作业装置,其特征是,所述入土引导轮相对清茬机构的后方设有两个完全一致、对称设置的覆土轮,覆土轮安装在入土引导轮的后方且覆土轮中心设有覆土轮轴承、并在覆土轮轴承两侧与第二连接架连接,两个覆土轮呈“八”字形固定。
- 如权利要求1所述的苗带清茬及纸带播种一体作业装置,其特征是,所述镇压轮中心贯穿有第二支撑轴,第二支撑轴的两侧分别固定在两块第三支撑板的同一端,两块第三支撑板相对的另一端均固定在竖向设置的升降块上,升降块为空心的长方体,升降块套在镇压轮支架的竖向部分、并通过升降块中间设置的螺栓与镇压轮支架固定。
- 如权利要求9所述的苗带清茬及纸带播种一体作业装置,其特征是,所述升降块处设有调节手柄,调节手柄固定在升降块的顶端。
