本实施例中,第一吸附件33为围设于出风通道310的第一端周围的环状结构,第二吸附件23为围设于出风口210周围的环状结构。第一吸附件33与第二吸附件23相互吸附以使风嘴30可拆卸地连接于风筒20。优选地,当第一吸附件33吸附于第二吸附件23时,第一吸附件33的轴心线与第二吸附件23的轴心线共线。
本申请提供的吹风机100的风嘴30设有第一吸附件33,吹风机100的风筒20于出风口210的周围设有第二吸附件23,风嘴30与风筒20之间通过第一吸附件33与第二吸附件23的吸附而连接。因此,风嘴30通过吸附方式连接于吹风机100的出风口210处,无需通过螺接或卡接的方式连接,不仅使风嘴30的安装简单,且方便安装和更换风嘴30,提高用户体验。
请一并参阅图2至图5,第一吸附件33通过卡接、胶接或热熔连接等方式连接于风嘴壳体31。本实施例中,第一吸附件33通过卡接方式连接于风嘴壳体31。具体地,风嘴壳体31包括出风筒311及设于出风筒311靠近风筒20一端的连接环313,第一吸附件33卡接于连接环313背离出风筒311的一侧。即出风筒311包括相对的第一端及第二端,连接环313设于出风筒311的第一端。风嘴壳体31面朝风筒20的第二吸附件23的一侧设有卡槽315,第一吸附件33卡接于卡槽315中。连接环313的内腔与出风筒311的内腔连通,以形成所述出风通道310。
卡槽315沿出风通道310的周向设置至少一圈,第一吸附件33为设于卡 槽315中的环状结构。具体地,卡槽315是设于连接环313面朝风筒20的侧面于出风通道310的周围的圆环槽,卡槽315的轴心线与连接环313的轴心线共线。连接环313固定连接于出风筒311,出风筒311在连接环313上的投影落入连接环313内。连接环313与出风筒311可以通过卡接或胶接连接于一体,连接环313与出风筒311也可以一体成型制成。
风嘴30的风嘴壳体31设有第一吸附件33的侧面设有环形的突起317,突起317密封卡接于出风口210的内侧壁。具体地,突起317凸设于连接环313背离出风筒311的侧面,突起317沿连接环313的周向围设一圈。第一吸附件33套设于突起317外,即,第一吸附件33的内侧壁抵接于突起317的外侧壁。突起317靠近风筒311的一端外露出第一吸附件33。本实施例中,突起317较卡槽315更靠近连接环313的内侧壁。具体地,突起317与卡槽315邻接设置,且突起317与出风通道310之间的距离小于卡槽315与出风通道310之间的距离。优选地,突起317的内侧壁与连接环313的内侧壁共面,突起317的外侧壁为卡槽315的其中一侧壁。所述突起的内侧壁与所述出风通道的通道壁平滑过渡连接,如此可以降低风阻,以提高用户使用体验。
在其他实施例中,第一吸附件33可以构造为长方形环、正方形环、椭圆形环等其他形状的环状结构,卡槽315对应设置为长方形环槽、正方形环槽、椭圆形环槽,以便于第一吸附件33卡接于卡槽315中;第二吸附件23的形状大致对应第一吸附件33的形状,第二吸附件23构造为设有长方形环、正方形环、椭圆形环等其他形状的环状结构。
本实施例中,第一吸附件33为磁铁,第二吸附件23也为磁铁,第一吸附件33面朝第二吸附件23的一侧为阴极,第二吸附件23面朝第一吸附件33的一侧为阳极。在其他实施例中,第一吸附件33面朝第二吸附件23的一侧为阳极,第二吸附件23面朝第一吸附件33的一侧为阴极。
在其他实施例中,第一吸附件33为铁环,第二吸附件23为磁铁;或者,第一吸附件23为磁铁,第二吸附件23为铁环。
在其他实施例中,风筒20内设有充电电池,第二吸附件23为电性连接于所述充电电池的电磁铁,第一吸附件33为磁铁或铁块。具体地,在其中一实施方式中,第二吸附件23一直电连接于所述充电电池,使第二吸附件23保持磁性,方便第一吸附件33吸附至第二吸附件23;在另一实施方式中,风筒20还设有用于控制第二吸附件23与所述充电电池电连接或断开连接的开关,当需要使用风嘴30时,开通所述并关以使第二吸附件23具有磁性,方便第一吸附件33与第二吸附件23的吸附连接,当需要拆下风嘴30时,所述并关断开,以使第二吸附件23与所述充电电池之间的电连接断开,第二吸附件23的磁性消失,方便取下风嘴30。
出风通道310包括所述第一端和与所述第一端相对的第二端,出风通道310的第一端的端口内径大于出风通道310的第二端的端口内径,从而使吹风机100生成的风能够集中。本实施例中,出风通道310的第一端的端口为圆形孔,出风通道310的第二端的端口为腰形孔,出风通道310的第一端的端口面积大于出风通道310的第二端的端口面积。
优选地,出风通道310的径向尺寸自第一端向出风通道310远离所述第一端的第二端逐渐减小。
如图4及图5所示,前壳22连接于主壳体21,第二吸附件23被前壳22固定于主壳体21。具体地,第二吸附件23被前壳22与主壳体21夹持固定,即,第二吸附件23夹持于主壳体21与前壳22之间。主壳体21于出风口210的周围沿其轴向凸设卡环212,主壳体21于卡环212的周围设有一圈的定位槽214,第二吸附件23套设于卡环212上并定位于定位槽214。吹风机100还包括锁固结构,主壳体21和前壳22通过所述锁固结构固定连接。所述锁固结构包括,但不局限于卡扣结构、磁性吸附结构、内外螺纹结构、插销结构等等。主壳体21于定位槽214的周围设有若干连接柱215,每一连接柱215沿其轴向设有锁固孔216。在本实施中,所述锁固结构包括若干锁固件,例如螺丝。每一所述锁固件穿过前壳22后锁固于对应的锁固孔216,以使前壳22固 定连接于主壳体21。
前壳22对应出风口210开设通孔220,第二吸附件23为设于出风口210周围的环状结构,第二吸附件23的外侧壁凸设有凸缘231,前壳22于通孔220的孔壁设有与凸缘231相止挡的止挡块221。第二吸附件23远离凸缘231的一端穿过通孔220而与第一吸附件33相抵接。具体地,前壳22概呈环状结构,止挡块221是设于前壳22的内侧面远离主壳体21一侧的环形片,止挡块221开设有对应主壳体21的锁固孔216的若干通孔223。
优选地,前壳22还包括装饰环225,装饰环225贴接于止挡块221背朝主壳体21的侧面。装饰环225覆盖所述锁固结构,即装饰环225覆盖止挡块221上的若干通孔223,从而避免空气中的灰尘等杂质进入,且避免吹风机100的漏风。具体地,凸缘231背朝主壳体21的侧面设有容置槽,装饰环225通过卡接或胶接方式固定于所述容置槽中。
请一并参阅图4至图6,组装第一吸附件33至风嘴壳体31时,将第一吸附件33套设于突起317,且卡接于卡槽315中。组装第二吸附件23至主壳体21时,将第二吸附件23套设于卡环212上并容置于定位槽214中;将前壳22覆盖于第二吸附件23上,直至前壳22的止挡块221搭接于第二吸附件23的凸缘231上,且前壳22的若干通孔223分别正对主壳体21的锁固孔216;若干锁固件分别插入若干通孔223后锁固于对应的若干锁固孔216,使前壳22固定连接于主壳体21,第二吸附件23被夹持固定于前壳22与主壳体21之间;再将装饰环225安装于前壳22的容置槽内即可,此时,第二吸附件23背离凸缘231的侧面外露出通孔220,且与装饰环225的外表面共面。
请一并参阅图1至图3、图6,需要使用风嘴30时,将风嘴30的突起317插入风筒20的出风口210内,第一吸附件33吸附在第二吸附件23,使风嘴30连接于风筒20,安装方便。此时,风嘴30的出风通道310连通风筒20的出风口210,突起317的外侧壁密封贴接于第二吸附件23的内侧壁,以防止风筒20生成的风从风嘴30与风筒20的连接处漏出。当需要从风筒20上取下 风嘴30时,向远离主壳体21的一端拉风嘴30,使第一吸附件33与第二吸附件23之间的吸附力解除,即可取下风嘴30,使用方便,操作简单。
以上是本申请实施例的实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请实施例原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种风嘴,可拆卸地安装于吹风机的风筒,其特征在于,所述风嘴包括风嘴壳体及第一吸附件,所述风嘴壳体设有出风通道,所述风筒设有出风口,所述风嘴壳体的出风通道的第一端连通所述风筒的出风口,所述第一吸附件设于所述风嘴壳体靠近所述出风通道的第一端处,所述风筒的出风口处设有与所述第一吸附件配合的第二吸附件,所述第一吸附件与所述第二吸附件的配合以使所述风嘴壳体定位于所述风筒。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的风嘴,其特征在于,所述第一吸附件通过卡接、胶接或热熔连接方式连接于所述风嘴壳体。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的风嘴,其特征在于,所述风嘴壳体面朝所述风筒的第二吸附件的一侧设有卡槽,所述第一吸附件卡接于所述卡槽中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的风嘴,其特征在于,所述卡槽沿所述出风通道的周向设置至少一圈,所述第一吸附件为设于所述卡槽中的环状结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的风嘴,其特征在于,所述第一吸附件为磁铁,所述第二吸附件为磁铁;或者所述第一吸附件为铁环,所述第二吸附件为磁铁;或者所述第一吸附件为磁铁,所述第二吸附件为铁环;或者,所述第一吸附件为磁铁或铁块,所述第二吸附件为电磁铁。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的风嘴,其特征在于,所述出风通道包括所述第一端和与所述第一端相对的第二端,所述出风通道的第一端的端口内径大于所述出风通道的第二端的端口内径,所述出风通道的径向尺寸自所述第一端向所述出风通道远离所述第一端的第二端逐渐减小。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的风嘴,其特征在于,所述风嘴面朝所述风筒的侧面设有环形的突起,所述突起密封卡接所述出风口的内侧壁。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的风嘴,其特征在于,所述第一吸附件套设于所述突起外,且所述突起靠近所述风筒的一端外露出所述第一吸附件。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的风嘴,其特征在于,所述突起与所述卡槽邻接设置,所述突起与所述出风通道之间的距离小于所述卡槽与所述出风通道之间的距离。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的风嘴,其特征在于,所述突起的内侧壁与所述出风通道的通道壁平滑过渡连接。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的风嘴,其特征在于,所述风嘴包括出风筒和设于所述出风筒靠近所述风筒一端的连接环,所述第一吸附件卡接于所述连接环背离所述出风筒的一侧。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的风嘴,其特征在于,所述连接环固定连接于所述出风筒上,所述出风筒在所述连接环上的投影落入所述连接环内。
  13. 一种吹风机,其特征在于,包括风筒及风嘴,所述风筒包括主壳体,所述主壳体的一端设有出风口,所述风嘴包括风嘴壳体及第一吸附件,所述风嘴壳体设有出风通道,所述风嘴壳体的出风通道的第一端连通所述风筒的出风口,所述第一吸附件设于所述风嘴壳体靠近所述出风通道的第一端处,所述风筒的出风口处设有与所述第一吸附件配合的第二吸附件,所述第二吸附件设于所述出风口的四周,所述第一吸附件与所述第二吸附件的配合以使所述风嘴壳体定位于所述风筒。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的吹风机,其特征在于,所述风筒还包括前壳,所述前壳连接于所述主壳体,所述第二吸附件被所述前壳固定于所述主壳体,所述前壳对应所述出风口开设通孔,所述第二吸附件为设于所述出风口周围的环状结构,所述第二吸附件的外侧壁凸设有凸缘,所述前壳于通孔的孔壁设有与所述凸缘相止挡的止挡块。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的吹风机,其特征在于,所述风筒内设有充电电池,所述第二吸附件为电性连接于所述充电电池的电磁铁,所述第一吸附件为磁铁或铁块。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的吹风机,其特征在于,所述风嘴面朝所述风 筒的侧面设有环形的突起,所述突起密封卡接所述出风口的内侧壁。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的吹风机,其特征在于,所述吹风机还包括锁固结构,所述前壳和所述主壳体通过所述锁固结构固定连接。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的吹风机,其特征在于,所述吹风机还包括装饰环,所述装饰环贴接于所述止挡块背离所述主壳体的侧面,所述装饰环覆盖所述锁固结构。
  19. 根据权利要求14所述的吹风机,其特征在于,所述第二吸附件远离所述凸缘的一端穿过所述通孔而与所述第一吸附件相抵接。
  20. 根据权利要求14所述的吹风机,其特征在于,所述第二吸附件夹设于所述主壳体和所述前壳之间。
