无线吹风机系统及其充电插座
本申请要求于2020年11月10日提交中国专利局、申请号为CN202022590388.9、发明名称为“无线吹风机及其充电插座”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及吹风机领域,尤其涉及一种无线吹风机系统及所述无线吹风机系统的充电插座。
背景技术
目前市场上的传统有线吹风机,在日常使用时,电源线易容缠绕手臂或其他物体,使用不方便;另外,现有的无线吹风机一般设有充电插孔,充电时,需要将充电插头插入充电插孔中,使用也不方便,用户体验较差。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种使用方便的充电插座及设有所述充电插座的无线吹风机系统。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请提供了一种充电插座,用于给无线吹风机的充电电池充电,所述无线吹风机包括手柄,所述充电插座包括座体及设于所述座体内的充电组件,所述座体的顶部内陷形成插接部,所述充电组件包括电路板及电连接于所述电路板的充电端子,所述充电端子穿过所述插接部延伸至所述插接部的内腔,所述无线吹风机的手柄的末端设有充电接头,所述手柄的末端插设于所述插接部的内腔,以使所述充电端子接触所述充电接头,在所述手柄相对于所述插接部转动的过程中,所述充电端子与所述充电接头保持接触。
优选地,所述插接部包括连接于所述充电插座的顶板的插接筒及设于所述 插接筒底部的连接板,所述插接筒与所述连接板围成插接空间,所述手柄容置于所述插接空间中,所述连接板设有导流孔,所述导流孔连通至所述充电插座的外部。
优选地,所述连接板向所述插接空间凸设有凸台,所述充电端子穿过所述凸台后延伸至所述插接空间内。
优选地,所述连接板在所述凸台的周围形成导流槽,所述导流孔连通所述导流槽,所述导流孔通过导流管连通至所述座体的外部。
优选地,所述连接板设有感应开关,所述感应开关电连接于所述电路板,所述手柄插设于所述插接部的插接空间时,所述感应开关被触发以发送信号至所述电路板,所述电路板接收信号并根据所述信号控制所述充电端子输出电流。
优选地,所述连接板开设定位孔,所述感应开关定位于所述定位孔。
优选地,所述座体内设有若干连接柱,所述电路板固定连接于若干连接柱。
本申请还提供一种无线吹风机系统,包括无线吹风机、设于所述无线吹风机中的充电电池,以及上述充电插座,所述无线吹风机包括手柄,所述手柄的末端设有电连接于所述充电电池的充电接头,所述手柄的末端插设于所述插接部以使所述充电接头与所述充电插座的充电端子电连接。
优选地,所述充电接头为环形的导电片,所述导电片的外表面涂设有导电的涂布层,所述手柄能在所述插接部中转动,在所述手柄相对所述插接部转动的过程中,所述充电端子与所述导电片保持接触。
优选地,所述手柄的周壁设有若干进气孔,所述座体的上壳体设有若干透气孔,所述下壳体设有若干透气槽,若干所述透气槽连通若干所述透气孔,所述手柄的末端插设于所述插接部的内腔使若干所述透气孔连通若干所述进气孔。
本申请提供的无线吹风机系统包括设有插接部的充电插座及无线吹风机,所述无线吹风机的电路板上的充电端子穿过插接部延伸至所述插接部的内腔。 当手柄的末端插设于所述插接部的内腔时,所述手柄的末端的充电接头与充电端子接触,且在所述手柄相对于所述插接部转动的过程中,所述充电端子与所述充电接头一直保持电连接,以方便所述充电插座给充电电池进行充电,即所述充电插座对所述无线吹风机能实现即插即充,使用方便,降低所述无线吹风机充电时的失误概率,实现每次插接即每次充电。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有付出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
本申请实施例的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“厚度”等指示的方位或位 置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是暗示或指示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
请参阅图1至图4,本申请提供一种无线吹风机系统100,其包括无线吹风机20、设于无线吹风机20中的充电电池21,以及充电插座40。无线吹风机20包括手柄23及设于手柄23一端的风筒24,充电电池21设于风筒24内,手柄23的末端设有电连接于充电电池21的充电接头25。充电插座40用于给充电电池21充电,充电插座40包括座体41及设于座体41内的充电组件43,座体41的顶部内陷形成插接部410。充电组件43包括电路板431及电连接于电路板431的充电端子433,充电端子433穿过插接部410并延伸至插接部410的内腔。电路板431设有变压器,所述变压器能将交流电转换成直流电,以供无线吹风机20充电使用。手柄23的末端插设于插接部410的内腔,直至充电端子433接触充电接头25,在手柄23相对于插接部410转动的转动过程中,充电端子433与充电接头25保持接触,即充电端子433与充电接头25保持电连接。
本实施例中,手柄23可插入至插接部410的内腔中,并在手柄23相对于插接部410转动至任意角度的过程中,充电端子433与充电接头25滑动地接触并始终保持电连接。即只要手柄23插入插接部410的内腔后,充电端子433就能与充电接头25保持接触。
本申请提供的无线吹风机系统100包括设有插接部410的充电插座40及无线吹风机20,无线吹风机20的电路板431上的充电端子433穿过插接部410延伸至插接部410的内腔。当手柄23的末端插设于插接部410的内腔时,手柄23的末端的充电接头25与充电端子433接触,且无论手柄23相对于插接部410转动任意角度后,充电端子433与充电接头25一直保持电连接,以方便充电插座40给充电电池21进行充电,即无论手柄23相对于充电插座40任意一角度插入插接部410,充电端子433与充电接头25均能接触,因此,充电 插座40对无线吹风机20能实现即插即充,使用方便,降低无线吹风机20充电时的失误概率,实现每次插接即每次充电;且有效避免了在某一特定情况下,产品被激活而进风不足造成的产品损坏情况。
在其他实施例中,充电电池21也可以设置于手柄23的内腔中,充电接头25与充电电池21之间通过电线连接即可。
如图2所示,充电接头25为环形的导电片,当手柄23的末端插入插接部410内后,充电端子433接触导电片。充电接头25随手柄23相对于座体41转动过程中,导电端子433一直与所述导电片滑动接触。即充电端子433至手柄23的转动轴线的径向尺寸位于所述导电片的宽度范围内。具体地,充电接头25包括圆环形的正极电片251及圆环形的负极电片253,正极电片251的径向尺寸大于负极电片253的径向尺寸。充电接头25可以包括多个导电片。在一实施例中,所述多个导电片包括一个正极电片251和一个负极电极片253,正极电片251设于负极电片253的四周。在其他一些实施例中,所述多个导电片包括若干正极电片251和一个负极电极片253,且多个正极电片251间隔地围设于负极电片253的四周。导电端子433包括间隔设置的第一导电端子和第二导电端子。充电端子433的第一导电端子和第二导电端子为弹性顶针,当手柄23的末端插入插接部410内后,弹性顶针分别可滑动地接触正极电片251及负极电片253,且在手柄23相对于座体41转动的过程中,弹性顶针一直与对应的导电片滑动接触。优选地,所述弹性顶针的外表面设有如镀金、镀铑钌等导电的涂布层,以提升所述弹性顶针的导电性能及摩擦力。
正极电片251及负极电片253由导电材料如铜等制成。优选地,正极电片251及负极电片253的外表面设有如镀金、镀铑钌等的涂布层,以提升导体性能及摩擦力,且使充电插座40的充电效率更高、使用寿命更长。
正极电片251及负极电片253可以通过贴接、卡接或螺接等方式固定于手柄23的端面,也可以通过模具包胶注塑一体的方式固定设于手柄23的端面。优选地,正极电片251与负极电片253在背离手柄23的侧面共面。
请一并参阅图3至图6,座体41包括上壳体412及下壳体414,上壳体412与下壳体414能扣合连接。上壳体412包括顶板4120及围设于顶板4120周围的侧板4122,插接部410自顶板4120的中部向上壳体412的内腔凹陷形成。本实施例中,上壳体412大致为圆台腔体结构,即顶板4120为圆形板,侧板4122沿顶板4120的外周边围设一圈,顶板4120与侧板4122围成收容空间4123,充电组件43容置于收容空间4123中,插接部410自顶板4120延伸至收容空间4123内。优选地,收容空间4123的径向尺寸自上壳体412靠近顶板4120的第一端向上壳体412远离顶板4120的第二端逐渐增大,即顶板4120的面积少于侧板4122远离顶板4120的侧边围成的面积,以使座体41的放置更稳定。
插接部410包括连接于充电插座40的上壳体412的插接筒4101及设于插接筒4101底部的连接板4102,插接筒4101与连接板4102围成插接空间4103,手柄23容置于插接空间4103中。连接板4102设有导流孔4104,导流孔4104连通至充电插座40的外部。导流孔4104用于将误入插接筒4101内的液体如水排出至充电插座40的体外,起到疏通的作用,以避免所述液体与充电端子433和/或充电接头25接触而造成短路及引发无线吹风机系统100的损坏等其它异常情况。
本实施例中,插接筒4101为圆形筒,插接筒4101沿座体41的轴向自顶板4120的中部朝收容空间4123内延伸。插接筒4101的横截面大致为圆形,插接筒4101的内径略大于手柄23末端的直径,以方便手柄23的末端插入或取出。
在其他实施例中,插接筒4101的横截面也可以是大致呈矩形、椭圆形、多边形等,手柄23的末端对应设为矩形柱、椭圆形柱或多边形柱,以方便手柄23的末端能插入或取出于插接空间4103内,使手柄23上的充电接头25与充电插座40的充电端子433保持接触。
在其他实施例中,上壳体412也可以为矩形腔体、椭圆形腔体、多边形腔体等,即顶板4120为矩形板、椭圆形板、多边形板等,侧板4122沿顶板4120 的外周边围设一圈。
连接板4102的中部向插接空间4103凸设有凸台4105,充电端子433穿过凸台4105后延伸至插接空间4103内。具体地,连接板4102面朝插接空间4103的表面中部向插接空间4103凸起而形成凸台4105。充电端子433设置于凸台4105上。
连接板4102在凸台4105的周围形成导流槽4106,导流孔4104连通导流槽4106。具体地,凸台4105面朝插接空间4103的表面较连接板4102面朝插接空间4103的表面更靠近顶板4120,连接板4102及插接筒4101围成所述导流槽4106,导流孔4104开设于导流槽4106的槽底。优选地,导流槽4106的底面向导流孔4104倾斜,使得导流槽4106内的液体更加容易流入导流孔4104中。
本实施例中,导流孔4104通过导流管4107连通至座体41的外部。具体的,导流槽4106内的液体经导流孔4104和导流管4107排出至座体41的外部。
本实施例中,连接板4102上开设若干插接孔4108及一个定位孔4109,插接孔4108及定位孔4109均穿通连接板4102,插接孔4108用于插接充电端子433。优选地,插接孔4108及定位孔4109均位于凸台4105上,插接孔4108及定位孔4109均穿通凸台4105,若干插接孔4108分布于定位孔4109的周围。充电组件43包括电连接于电路板431的感应开关435。定位孔4109用于定位感应开关435。
上壳体412的内部设有若干定位柱4124及若干连接柱4125,若干定位柱4124及若干连接柱4125用于定位电路板431至座体41的内腔。本实施例中,若干定位柱4124设置于侧板4122的内侧壁,并沿侧板4122的周向排列;若干连接柱4125设置于侧板4122的内周面,并沿侧板4122的周向排列,每一连接柱4125沿其轴向设有连接孔4126。充电组件43还包括电连接于电路板431的电源线437。上壳体412设有用于定位电源线437的卡槽4128,具体地,卡槽4128设于侧板4122远离顶板4120的一侧。
座体41还包括设于上壳体412的顶面的座体装饰片415。具体地,座体装饰片415为环形片,顶板4120的顶面于插接空间4103的周围设有环形的贴接槽4129,座体装饰片415通过卡接,胶接或螺接的方式固定于贴接槽4129中。
感应开关435可以是轻触开关、红外开关等,电路板431通过电源线437电连接于外部电源。电路板431通过接收感应开关435发出的信号来控制充电插座40的工作状态,即电路板431用于根据感应开关435发出的信号来控制充电插座40对无线吹风机20进行充电。本实施例中,感应开关435设于电路板431上,电路板431上在感应开关435的周围设有若干充电端子433,每一充电端子433具有弹性,能使充电端子433与充电接头25的接触更牢固。电路板431上开设通孔434,通孔434用于座体41的穿插。具体的,通孔434用于供导流管4107穿过。电路板431的周围设有若干通孔436,若干通孔436与若干连接柱4125的连接孔4126一一对应。电源线437具有相对的两端,电源线437的一端设有插头4371,电源线437的另一端设有连接部4373,连接部4373能卡接于卡槽4128中,以使电源线437定位于充电插座40。
优选地,电路板431上还设有电池保护电路模块,所述电池保护电路模块用于对无线吹风机20内的充电电池21进行有效的保护,即提供对充电电池21的过充电保护、过度放电保护、过电流保护及短路保护等,以确保充电插座40在工作过程的安全性及稳定性。
下壳体414包括能扣合于上壳体412底部的基板4142,基板4142面朝上壳体412的表面四周设有若干卡钩,若干卡钩用于卡接于侧板4122的底壁,以使上壳体412与下壳体414固定连接。基板4142面朝上壳体412的表面设有若干支撑柱4143及套管4141,若干支撑柱4143与上壳体412的若干定位柱4124一一对应,套管4141穿通基板4142。每一支撑柱4143的顶端面沿其轴向设有定位孔4145。基板4142的底面设有若干垫片4146,具体地,基板4142的底面设有若干固定槽4147,若干垫片4146分别卡接于若干固定槽4147中。优选地,垫片4146由硅胶、橡胶或海绵等软质材料制成。
请一并参阅图3至图7,组装充电插座40时,将电路板431容置于收容空间4123内,使得充电端子433及感应开关435分别插入插接部410上对应的插接孔4108和定位孔4109中,且导流管4107穿过电路板431的通孔434。此时,每一充电端子433卡接于对应的插接孔4108中,充电端子433的端部伸入插接部410的插接空间4103内;连接板4102设有感应开关435,即感应开关435固定连接于定位孔4109中且感应开关435部分延伸至插接空间4103。若干锁固件如螺钉分别穿过电路板431的通孔436锁固于对应的连接孔4126中,使电路板431固定连接于上壳体412。将电源线437的连接部4373卡接于上壳体412的卡槽4128,再将下壳体414扣合于上壳体412的底部,使若干定位柱4124分别定位于若干支撑柱4143的定位孔4145中,且导流管4107插入套管4141的内腔中,使上壳体412与下壳体414固定连接,电源线437被上壳体412与下壳体414夹持定位,且电源线437电连接于电路板431。将座体装饰片415固定连接于贴接槽4129,以及将若干垫片4146分别固定安装于若干固定槽4147中即可。
可选地,在一实施例中,无线吹风机20可以单独工作,即通过充电电池25提供电能进行工作。具体地,手柄23的周壁设有若干进气孔233。无线吹风机20上还设有与若干进气孔233连通的若干出气孔。当手柄23从插接部410内取出后启动无线吹风机20工作时,外部的空气自进气孔233进入无线吹风机20内,并从无线吹风机100的若干出风孔排出。
可选地,在其他一些实施例中,无线吹风机20在手柄23插入至充电插座40的插接部410后启动无线吹风机20工作,即无线吹风机20通过充电插座40提供电能。具体地,座体41的上壳体412上设有若干透气孔416,下壳体414设有若干透气槽417。具体地,手柄23的周壁设有若干进气孔233。无线吹风机20上还设有与若干进气孔233连通的若干出气孔。若干透气孔416开设于上壳体412的插接筒4101上,且每一透气孔416连通插接空间4103与收容空间4123。若干透气槽417开设于下壳体414的基板4142,且透气槽417连 通收容空间4123与座体41的外部。当无线吹风机20插入至插接空间4103时,若干透气孔416与手柄23的若干进气孔233正相对,以使更多的空气能够进入无线吹风机20内。因此,若干所述透气孔416连通若干所述透气槽417,即外部的空气经透气槽417进入收容空间4123,再穿过透气孔416进入插接空间4103内。
当无线吹风机20工作时,手柄23插入插接部410,此时,若干所述透气槽417及透气孔416连通若干进气孔233。具体地,在无线吹风机20在充电的过程中若启动了无线吹风机20,外部的空气依次通过座体41的若干透气槽417、收容空间4123、若干透气孔416、手柄23的若干进气孔233而进入无线吹风机20内,并且通过无线吹风机20的空气从无线吹风机20的出风孔排出,以防止无线吹风机系统100无进风而损坏。具体地,插接筒4101上设有的若干透气孔416对应于手柄23的进气孔233,基板4142的周围设有若干透气槽417,当插接于插接部410中的无线吹风机20启动时,外部的空气经过基板4142的透气槽417及插接筒4101上的透气孔416进入手柄23的若干进气孔233。
需要对无线吹风机20进行充电时,先将电源线437的插头4371插接于外部电源的插座,使充电插座40保持通电状态;将手柄23插设于插接部410的插接空间4103,充电端子433弹性接触对应的正极电片251及负极电片253,感应开关435被触发而发送信号至电路板431,电路板431接收所述信号并根据所述信号控制充电端子433输出电流,以便给充电电池21进行充电。由于正极电片251及负极电片253均为环形的导电片,因此,在手柄23相对插接部410转动至任意角度的过程中,充电端子433一直弹性抵顶于对应的正极电片251及负极电片253,从而充电插座40可以持续给充电电池21充电。可以理解地,手柄23相对于充电插座40任意角度插入插接部410中均能实现充电端子433与充电接头25的弹性接触,可即时插接即时充电,使用方便,提高了充电效率。
若充电插座40的插接空间4103内误入了水及其它液体等,所述水及其它 液体经导流槽4106、导流孔4104、导流管4107及套管4141及时排出座体41,避免造成短路及引发其它异常情况。
在其他实施例中,导流管4107与套管4141可以一体成型制成;或者省略套管4141,即导流管4107直接延伸出座体41。
在其他实施例中,还可以在导流槽4106内设置海绵等吸水材料,以便及时吸收误入了插接空间4103内的水及其它液体等。
在其他实施例中,充电电池21与充电插座40之间的充电接触方式还可以是无线充电方式,也可以是插头与插座模式等。
在其他实施例中,充电接头25也可以是矩形导电片、椭圆形导电片或其他形状的导电片,只需满足容置于插接空间4103内的手柄23相对于插接部410转动任意角度,充电端子433与充电接头25保持电连接即可。

  1. 一种充电插座,用于给无线吹风机的充电电池充电,所述无线吹风机包括手柄,其特征在于,所述充电插座包括座体及设于所述座体内的充电组件,所述座体的顶部内陷形成插接部,所述充电组件包括电路板及电连接于所述电路板的充电端子,所述充电端子穿过所述插接部延伸至所述插接部的内腔,所述手柄的末端设有充电接头,所述手柄的末端插设于所述插接部的内腔,以使所述充电端子接触所述充电接头,在所述手柄相对于所述插接部转动的过程中,所述充电端子与所述充电接头保持接触。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的充电插座,其特征在于,所述插接部包括连接于所述充电插座的顶部的插接筒及设于所述插接筒底部的连接板,所述插接筒与所述连接板围成插接空间,所述手柄容置于所述插接空间中,所述连接板设有导流孔,所述导流孔连通至所述充电插座的外部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的充电插座,其特征在于,所述连接板向所述插接空间凸设有凸台,所述充电端子穿过所述凸台后延伸至所述插接空间内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的充电插座,其特征在于,所述连接板在所述凸台的周围形成导流槽,所述导流孔连通所述导流槽,所述导流孔通过导流管连通至所述座体的外部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的充电插座,其特征在于,所述电路板开设供所述导流管穿过的通孔。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的充电插座,其特征在于,所述导流槽内设置有吸水材料。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的充电插座,其特征在于,所述座体内设有与所述导流管及所述座体的外部相连通的套管,所述套管的一端套接于所述导流管,所述套管的另一端固定连接所述座体上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的充电插座,其特征在于,所述套管与所述导流管一 体成型。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的充电插座,其特征在于,所述连接板设有感应开关,所述感应开关电连接于所述电路板,所述手柄插设于所述插接部的插接空间时,所述感应开关被触发以发送信号至所述电路板,所述电路板接收信号并根据所述信号控制所述充电端子输出电流。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的充电插座,其特征在于,所述连接板开设定位孔,所述感应开关定位于所述定位孔。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的充电插座,其特征在于,所述连接板向所述插接空间凸设有凸台,所述定位孔开设于所述凸台上。
  12. 根据权利要求2所述的充电插座,其特征在于,所述座体包括上壳体和及连接于所述上壳体的下壳体,所述上壳体与所述下壳体围设形成收容所述充电组件的收容空间,所述插接筒沿所述座体的轴向自所述上壳体的顶端的中部朝所述收容空间内延伸。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的充电插座,其特征在于,所述手柄的末端开设有若干进气孔,所述插接筒开设有与所述插接空间及所述收容空间相连通的若干透气孔,所述下壳体开设有与所述座体的外部相连通的透气槽;当所述手柄插设于所述插接空间时,所述进气孔、所述透气孔及所述透气槽相连通。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的充电插座,其特征在于,当所述手柄插设于所述插接空间时,所述若干透气孔与所述若干进气孔正相对。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的充电插座,其特征在于,所述充电端子为弹性顶针,所述充电接头为环形的导电片,在所述充电接头相对所述座体转动任意角度的过程中,所述弹性顶针一直与所述导电片滑动接触。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的充电插座,其特征在于,所述充电端子至所述手柄的转动轴线的径向尺寸位于所述导电片的宽度范围内。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的充电插座,其特征在于,所述座体内设有若干连接柱,所述电路板固定连接于若干连接柱。
  18. 一种无线吹风机系统,其特征在于,包括无线吹风机、设于所述无线吹风机中的充电电池,以及如权利要求1-7任意一任所述的充电插座,所述无线吹风机包括手柄,所述手柄的末端设有电连接于所述充电电池的充电接头,所述手柄的末端插设于所述插接部以使所述充电接头与所述充电插座的充电端子电连接。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的无线吹风机系统,其特征在于,所述充电接头为环形的导电片,所述导电片的外表面涂设有导电的涂布层,所述手柄能在所述插接部中转动,且在所述手柄相对所述插接部转动的过程中,所述充电端子与所述导电片保持接触。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的无线吹风机系统,其特征在于,所述手柄的周壁设有若干进气孔,所述座体包括相互配合的上壳体和下壳体,所述上壳体设有若干透气孔,所述下壳体设有若干透气槽,若干所述透气槽连通若干所述透气孔,所述手柄的末端插设于所述插接部的内腔使若干所述透气孔连通若干所述进气孔。
