下面结合图1至图3所示,本申请实施例提供了一种切割机,包括工作台1、驱动机构2、切割机构3和压紧机构4,所述工作台1上开设有有一字型孔14,所述工作台1上还设有水箱12、水管13和水箱11,所述水箱11位于一字型孔14的下方,所述驱动机构2和切割机构3均设置在工作台1的下方,所述切割机构3位于一字型孔14的下方,所述驱动机构2与切割机构3连接,所述压紧机构4设置在工作台1的上方,所述压紧机构4与切割机构3上下对应;在进行作业时,工作人员将待切割的物品放置在工作台1上,并且位于一字型孔14的正上方以及压紧机构4的下方,在通过压紧机构4将带切割的物品压紧,通过驱动机构2可以使切割机构3进行水平移动,驱动机构2可以自由调节手动移动或者自动移动,在发生卡机时可以通过手动调动切割机构3,使切割机构3复位,驱动机构2可以使切割机构3逐渐靠近带切割的物品,此时切割机构3进行作业进行转动,将待切割的物品切割,在切割过程中水箱12会通过水管13将水喷洒至带切割的物品上,防止切割时温度过高,并且通过水可以将切割造成的铁屑通过一字型孔14流入水箱11内,防止铁屑落入地面,难以清理,从而完成对物品的切割作业;通过上述可以解决现有技术中的大多数切割机都属于半自动作业,需要有人工进行上下料或者人工进行辅助作业等,而切割机在进行工作时会产生大量高温 铁屑,容易对人造成伤害,并且现有技术中的切割机在出现卡机等情况是需要专业的技术人员进行维修,这样会浪费大量的工作时间,影响工作效率的问题。
具体的,所述驱动机构2包括驱动箱21、电机座22、第一电机23、第一驱动杆24、第一皮带轴25、连接皮带26、第二皮带轴27、丝杆28和手动转轴29,所述驱动箱21设置在工作台1的下方,所述电机座22、第一电机23、第一驱动杆24、第一皮带轴25、连接皮带26、第二皮带轴27和丝杆28均设置在驱动箱21内,所述第一电机23设置在电机座22上,所述第一电机23的输出端与第一驱动杆24连接,所述第一驱动杆24活动设置在驱动箱21内侧壁上,所述第一皮带轴25设置在第一驱动杆24上,所述丝杆28位于第一驱动杆24的一侧,所述丝杆28的首端贯穿驱动箱21的一侧并且延伸出驱动箱21外,所述丝杆28的末端贯穿驱动箱21的另一侧并且延伸至工作台1上,所述第二皮带轴27设置在位于驱动箱21内的丝杆28上,所述连接皮带26的两端分别与第一皮带轴25和第二皮带轴27连接,所述手动转轴29设置在丝杆28贯穿驱动箱21的一侧延伸出的一端上;在进行作业时,通过第一电机23可以使第一驱动杆24带动第一皮带轴25进行转动,第一皮带轴25在转动时可以通过连接皮带26带动第二皮带轴27进行转动,筒第二皮带轴27可以使丝杆28进行转动;上述属于自动转动,人工还可以通过摇动手动转轴29使丝杆28进行转动,手动摇动丝杆28一般用于卡机、复位或者一些特殊情况下使用,在设备没有出现损坏但是无法进行切割动作时起到很好的复位效果。
具体的,所述切割机构3包括滑动杆31、连接块32、移动箱33、第二电机34、第二驱动杆35、固定套轴36和切割刀37,所述滑动杆31设置在 工作台1的下方,所述滑动杆31位于丝杆28的上方,所述连接块32设置在丝杆28的移动端上,所述移动箱33设置在连接块32的上方,所述第二电机34设置在移动箱33内,所述第二电机34的输出端与第二驱动杆35连接,所述第二驱动杆35与切割刀37连接,所述切割刀37位于一字型孔14内,所述固定套轴36设有两个,两个所述固定套轴36均设置在第二驱动杆35上,两个所述固定套轴36分别位于切割刀37的两侧;在进行作业时,通过第二电机34可以使第二驱动杆35进行转动,第二驱动杆35可以带动切割刀37进行转动,通过切割刀37可以对待切割的物品进行切割作业,固定套轴36用于防止切割刀37在进行转动时发生偏移,导致与设备发生碰撞,影响切割刀37的使用寿命。
具体的,所述压紧机构4包括压紧固定板41、压紧气缸42、压紧伸缩杆43和压紧移动板44,所述压紧固定板41设置在工作台1的上方,所述压紧气缸42设置在压紧固定板41上,所述压紧伸缩杆43设有两个,两个所述压紧伸缩杆43对称设置在压紧固定板41上,所述压紧气缸42的输出端与压紧移动板44连接,两个所述压紧伸缩杆43的工作端均与压紧移动板44连接,所述压紧移动板44位于压紧固定板41的下方,所述压紧移动板44内部呈中空状,所述压紧移动板44位于一字型孔14的正上方;在进行作业时,通过压紧气缸42可以使压紧移动板44进行垂直移动,通过两个压紧伸缩杆43可以使压紧移动板44在移动时不会发生偏移,通过压紧移动板44可以将待切割的物品压住,使切割机构3对物品切割时,带切割的物品不会偏移,并且压紧移动板44可以防止切割机构3与物品摩擦产生的大量高温铁屑到处飞溅,使铁屑只能在压紧移动板44内飞溅,减少对人造成的伤害。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种切割机,其特征在于,包括工作台(1)、驱动机构(2)、切割机构(3)和压紧机构(4),所述工作台(1)上开设有有一字型孔(14),所述工作台(1)上还设有水箱(12)、水管(13)和承载板(11),所述水箱(11)位于一字型孔(14)的下方,所述驱动机构(2)和切割机构(3)均设置在工作台(1)的下方,所述切割机构(3)位于一字型孔(14)的下方,所述驱动机构(2)与切割机构(3)连接,所述压紧机构(4)设置在工作台(1)的上方,所述压紧机构(4)与切割机构(3)上下对应。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种切割机,其特征在于,所述驱动机构(2)包括驱动箱(21)、电机座(22)、第一电机(23)、第一驱动杆(24)、第一皮带轴(25)、连接皮带(26)、第二皮带轴(27)、丝杆(28)和手动转轴(29),所述驱动箱(21)设置在工作台(1)的下方,所述电机座(22)、第一电机(23)、第一驱动杆(24)、第一皮带轴(25)、连接皮带(26)、第二皮带轴(27)和丝杆(28)均设置在驱动箱(21)内,所述第一电机(23)设置在电机座(22)上,所述第一电机(23)的输出端与第一驱动杆(24)连接,所述第一驱动杆(24)活动设置在驱动箱(21)内侧壁上,所述第一皮带轴(25)设置在第一驱动杆(24)上,所述丝杆(28)位于第一驱动杆(24)的一侧,所述丝杆(28)的首端贯穿驱动箱(21)的一侧并且延伸出驱动箱(21)外,所述丝杆(28)的末端贯穿驱动箱(21)的另一侧并且延伸至工作台(1)上,所述第二皮带轴(27)设置在位于驱动箱(21)内的丝杆(28)上,所述连接皮带(26)的两端分别与第一皮带轴(25)和第二皮带轴(27)连接,所述手动转轴(29)设置在丝杆(28)贯穿驱动箱(21)的一侧延伸出的一端上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种切割机,其特征在于,所述切割机构(3)包括滑动杆(31)、连接块(32)、移动箱(33)、第二电机(34)、第二驱动杆(35)、固定套轴(36)和切割刀(37),所述滑动杆(31)设置在工作台(1)的下方,所述滑动杆(31)位于丝杆(28)的上方,所述连接块(32)设置在丝杆(28)的移动端上,所述移动箱(33)设置在连接块(32)的上方,所述第二电机(34)设置在移动箱(33)内,所述第二电机(34)的输出端与第二驱动杆(35)连接,所述第二驱动杆(35)与切割刀(37)连接,所述切割刀(37)位于一字型孔(14)内,所述固定套轴(36)设有两个,两个所述固定套轴(36)均设置在第二驱动杆(35)上,两个所述固定套轴(36)分别位于切割刀(37)的两侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种切割机,其特征在于,所述压紧机构(4)包括压紧固定板(41)、压紧气缸(42)、压紧伸缩杆(43)和压紧移动板(44),所述压紧固定板(41)设置在工作台(1)的上方,所述压紧气缸(42)设置在压紧固定板(41)上,所述压紧伸缩杆(43)设有两个,两个所述压紧伸缩杆(43)对称设置在压紧固定板(41)上,所述压紧气缸(42)的输出端与压紧移动板(44)连接,两个所述压紧伸缩杆(43)的工作端均与压紧移动板(44)连接,所述压紧移动板(44)位于压紧固定板(41)的下方,所述压紧移动板(44)内部呈中空状,所述压紧移动板(44)位于一字型孔(14)的正上方。
