背景技术
超低温冷柜又可称超低温冰柜、超低温保存箱,按大致可分为:可适用金枪鱼的保存、电子器件、特殊材料的低温试验及保存血浆、生物材料、疫苗、试剂、生物制品、化学试剂、菌种、生物样本等低温保存,超低温冷柜一般采用双机复叠形式,保温材料一般是聚氨酯材料,超低温冷柜在保存物品上具有非常广泛的应用。
电控箱是包含一个或多个低压开关设备以及与之相关的控制、测量、信号、保护、调节等设备,并且由制造厂家负责用结构部件完整地组装在一起的,通过电控箱能对超低温冷柜的温度进行调节和控制,对于超低温冷柜的正常运行工作起着重要的作用。
但是现有技术中的电控箱,由于其内部包括多个低压开关以及控制、测量、控制等设备,因此有很多电源接线,电源接线在电控箱的内部很容易缠结混乱,而且容易插错,降低了生产效率,甚至会在使用或者维修的过程中存在安全隐患。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于提供具有插接线防插错功能的超低温冷柜电控箱,以解决现有技术的电控箱内部接线多,不仅容易杂乱缠结,而且容易在安装时插错,影响了生产效率和日后使用、维修等问题。

该具有插接线防插错功能的超低温冷柜电控箱,对现有技术中的电控箱做出了改进,针对电控箱内开关设备多导致电源接线杂乱不易插接,容易接错的问题,设置有活动卡线机构、可升降快速接线机构,将电源接线与按钮连接件35连接后再与可升降快速接线机构的一端相连,利用活动卡线机构对电源线进行卡箍,能防止电源线散乱,安装固定机构用于安装低压开关设备,保持了箱体1内低压开关设备的稳定,通过束线板24对上下连接的电源线进行限制,不仅方便整理,而且保持了稳定,低压开关设备上的电源线与可升降快速接线机构的另一端相连,利用可升降快速接线机构提高了接线效率。
在使用时,将低压开关等设备利用安装固定机构固定在箱体1的内壁上,根据连接的顺序和规定,将上端设备和下端设备上的电源线分别穿过束线板24进行连接,同时将设备上的电源线插在可升降快速接线机构的一端,按钮连接件35上连接的电源线与可升降快速接线机构的另一端相连,同时利用活动卡线机构对电源线进行束缚和卡箍,防止散乱和垂落,箱体1底部的活动吸湿机构能防止湿气腐蚀箱体1,保证了箱体1对于内部设备的保护。
如图3所示,本发明实施例中,所述活动吸湿机构包括插板9,所述插板9的底部通过连接板10与吸湿腔11相连,所述吸湿腔11的前侧铰接有盖板13,所述盖板13内壁的底部固定有密封圈块14,所述吸湿腔11底部的侧壁上设有与所述密封圈块14相对应的连接槽15;所述吸湿腔11的底部设有接水腔12,所述吸湿腔11和接水腔12之间开设有出水孔16,所述吸湿腔11的侧壁上设有透气面层17;所述箱体1底部的中心开设有插槽7,所述插槽7的底部设有通孔8,所述插板9卡装在所述插槽7中,连接板10与所述通孔8相配合。
在安装时,将吸湿剂放入吸湿腔11的内部,将盖板13盖在吸湿腔11的前侧,利用密封圈块14和连接槽15的配合保持了盖板13与吸湿腔11连接时的密封性,湿气通过透气面层17进入吸湿腔11的内部,吸湿剂进行吸湿过程,产生的液体水滴通过出水孔16滴落在接水腔12中,当接水腔12中水满后即可对吸湿腔11内部的吸湿剂进行更换,将插板9插卡进插槽7内,利用插槽7和插板9、通孔8和连接板10的配合保证了活动吸湿机构的可更换性和重复使用性。
如图4所示,本发明实施例中,所述安装固定机构包括安装框18,所述安装框18与所述箱体1的内壁固定连接,所述安装框18的两端侧壁上分别开设有两个散热孔19,两个散热孔19内固定有第一电机20,所述第一电机20的输出轴上套设固定有散热扇叶21;两个散热孔19之间安装有自动伸缩杆22,所述自动伸缩杆22的顶部安装有抵压板23。
在对设备进行安装时,将设备安装进安装框18的内部,通过安装框18的底托对设备进行承托,同时启动自动伸缩杆22伸长,从而带动抵压板23抵压固定在设备的侧壁上,设备在安装固定后启动第一电机20,第一电机20带动散热扇叶21转动,从而利用散热扇叶21加快设备周围的空气流动,帮助设备进行散热。
如图5所示,本发明实施例中,所述束线板24的内部开设有出线孔25,所述出线孔25的顶部和底部安装有卡垫26。
电源线穿过一端的卡垫26进入出线孔25再从另一端的卡垫26穿出,利用出线孔25对电源线进行收纳整理,卡垫26能对电源线进行限制和加固,防止电源线随意滑动。
进一步的,所述可升降快速接线机构包括安装在所述箱体1顶部的第二电机27,所述第二电机27的输出端通过联轴器与转轴28驱动连接,所述转轴28转动安装在所述箱体1内壁上开设的空槽中,所述转轴28上以螺纹连接方式安装有滑块,接线端子排29固定在滑块上。
接线端子排29用于连接线路,根据两侧连接电源线的高度需求,启动第二电机27,第二电机27带动转轴28在空槽内转动,从而能带动滑块在空槽内进行升降移动,由此可带动接线端子排29进行高度调整,为线路连接提供了便利。
如图6所示,本发明实施例中,所述活动卡线机构包括活动座30和卡槽座31,所述活动座30和卡槽座31固定在所述箱体1的一侧内壁上,所述活动座30中转动安装有硬性弧板32,所述硬性弧板32上连接有弹性弧板33,所述弹性弧板33的底部设有插卡件34,所述插卡件34卡插在所述卡槽座31中。
将按钮连接件35上连接的电源线引入活动座30和卡槽座31中,转动硬性弧板32,带动弹性弧板33底部的插卡件34卡进卡槽座31中,利用硬性弧板32、弹性弧板33和插卡件34对电源线进行卡箍和限制,弹性弧板33能变形拉伸,从而适应不同数量不同尺寸的电源线。
实施例2
如图1~2所示,本发明提供的再一个实施例中,所述箱体1底部的两端对称固定有底座3,所述底座3内部的顶端安装有转动座4,所述转动座4的另一端与车轮架5相连接,所述车轮架5中转动安装有车轮6。
在车轮6的滚动下带动该电控箱进行移动,提高了该电控箱在移动时的便利性。

Claims (7)

  1. 具有插接线防插错功能的超低温冷柜电控箱,其特征在于,所述电控箱包括箱体(1),所述箱体(1)开口的一侧铰接安装有箱门(2),所述箱门(2)上安装有锁体(36),所述锁体(36)与位于箱体(1)上的锁孔(37)相对应,所述箱体(1)底部的中心安装有活动吸湿机构;
    所述箱体(1)内壁的上端和下端均设有安装固定机构,上端的安装固定机构和下端的安装固定机构之间安装有束线板(24);
    所述安装固定机构的一侧设有可升降快速接线机构,所述箱体(1)的一侧内壁上安装有活动卡线机构,所述箱门(2)的内壁上设有按钮连接件(35)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有插接线防插错功能的超低温冷柜电控箱,其特征在于,所述活动吸湿机构包括插板(9),所述插板(9)的底部通过连接板(10)与吸湿腔(11)相连,所述吸湿腔(11)的前侧铰接有盖板(13),所述盖板(13)内壁的底部固定有密封圈块(14),所述吸湿腔(11)底部的侧壁上设有与所述密封圈块(14)相对应的连接槽(15);
    所述吸湿腔(11)的底部设有接水腔(12),所述吸湿腔(11)和接水腔(12)之间开设有出水孔(16),所述吸湿腔(11)的侧壁上设有透气面层(17);
    所述箱体(1)底部的中心开设有插槽(7),所述插槽(7)的底部设有通孔(8),所述插板(9)卡装在所述插槽(7)中,连接板(10)与所述通孔(8)相配合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的具有插接线防插错功能的超低温冷柜电控箱,其特征在于,所述安装固定机构包括安装框(18),所述安装框(18)与所述箱体(1)的内壁固定连接,所述安装框(18)的两端侧壁上分别开设有两个散热孔(19),两个散热孔(19)内固定有第一电机(20),所述第一电机(20)的输出轴上套设固定有散热扇叶(21);
    两个散热孔(19)之间安装有自动伸缩杆(22),所述自动伸缩杆(22)的顶部安装有抵压板(23)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的具有插接线防插错功能的超低温冷柜电控箱,其特征在于,所述束线板(24)的内部开设有出线孔(25),所述出线孔(25)的顶部和底部安装有卡垫(26)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的具有插接线防插错功能的超低温冷柜电控箱,其特征在于,所述可升降快速接线机构包括安装在所述箱体(1)顶部的第二电机(27),所述第二电机(27)的输出端通过联轴器与转轴(28)驱动连接,所述转轴(28)转动安装在所述箱体(1)内壁上开设的空槽中,所述转轴(28)上以螺纹连接方式安装有滑块,接线端子排(29)固定在滑块上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的具有插接线防插错功能的超低温冷柜电控箱,其特征在于,所述活动卡线机构包括活动座(30)和卡槽座(31),所述活动座(30)和卡槽座(31)固定在所述箱体(1)的一侧内壁上,所述活动座(30)中转动安装有硬性弧板(32),所述硬性弧板(32)上连接有弹性弧板(33),所述弹性弧板(33)的底部设有插卡件(34),所述插卡件(34)卡插在所述卡槽座(31)中。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的具有插接线防插错功能的超低温冷柜电控箱,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)底部的两端对称固定有底座(3),所述底座(3)内部的顶端安装有转动座(4),所述转动座(4)的另一端与车轮架(5)相连接,所述车轮架(5)中转动安装有车轮(6)。
