Description
本实用新型涉及一种双层起重吊带,具体是一种高韧性双层起重吊带,属于起重吊带应用技术领域。
吊带用于机械吊装与起重的连接带,一般在大型工程中会被用到,起重用吊带是一种用合成纤维做成的用于吊装的带子;特别是合成纤维吊装带的携带轻便、维护方便和良好的抗化学性,以及具有重量轻、强度高、不易损伤吊装物体表面等优异特点,它越来越受使用人员的青睐并在许多方面逐步替代了钢丝绳索。
现有起重吊带在使用时存在很多的问题,如现有一些起重吊带在使用时韧性较差,容易导致吊带变形以及断裂,同时一些吊带挂置较为简单,固定效果较差,可能会导致吊带一端脱离,增加危险,影响使用。因此,针对上述问题提出一种高韧性双层起重吊带。

本实用新型的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种高韧性双层起重吊带。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的,一种高韧性双层起重吊带,包括第一吊带层、第二吊带层、弹性加强筋,弹性钢丝网以及连接机构;其中所述第一吊带层背侧表面固定连接有第二吊带层,且第一吊带层内固定连接有弹性加强筋;所述第二吊带层内固定镶嵌有弹性钢丝网,且第二吊带层背侧表面设有防滑纹;
所述连接机构包括第一拉环、第一连接块、第二拉环以及第二连接块,且第一拉环固定连接在第一吊带层一侧;与其对应的第一拉环另一侧固定连接有第二拉环;所述第一拉环侧表面滑动连接有第一固定杆,且第一固定杆 左端与第一连接块固定连接;所述第二拉环一侧滑动连接有第二固定杆,且第二固定杆右端固定连接有第二连接块。
优选的,所述弹性加强筋数目为若干个,且相邻弹性加强筋在第一吊带层内等距分布。
优选的,所述第一拉环左侧表面滑动连接有第一固定杆,所述第一拉环右侧表面与第一吊带层以及第二吊带层左侧固定连接,所述第一固定杆右端与第一拉环内的第一拉块固定连接。
优选的,所述第二拉环右侧表面滑动连接有第二固定杆,所述第二拉环左侧表面与第一吊带层以及第二吊带层右侧固定连接,所述第二固定杆左端与第二拉环内的第一拉块固定连接。
优选的,所述第二连接块背侧表面固定连接有固定块,所述固定块内开设有卡槽,所述固定块背侧中部螺纹连接有固定螺栓,且固定螺栓末端贯穿固定块侧表面与卡槽连通,且第二连接块右侧固定连接有挂钩。
优选的,所述第一连接块背侧表面固定连接有卡块,所述卡块横截面呈L型结构,所述卡块背侧表面中部开设有螺纹孔,所述卡块与固定块内的卡槽卡合连接,所述固定块表面的固定螺栓末端贯穿螺纹孔与第一连接块侧表面紧密贴合。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1.该种高韧性双层起重吊带结构简单、设计新颖,通过设置的弹性加强筋以及弹性钢丝网的配合作用下,极大的提高吊带整体的韧性,解决吊带容易变形损坏的问题,提高吊带整体的实用性,利于使用。
2.在使用时,通过设置的连接机构的作用下,便于将吊带两端进行稳定连接,解决吊带两端可能发生脱落的问题,提高吊带使用的稳定性,具有良好的市场价值,适合推广使用。

本实用新型在使用时,在吊带使用时,通过将吊带套接在合适的位置后将吊带一端固定连接的卡块10卡合在固定块16内的卡槽1601内,通过固定螺栓17穿过螺纹孔1001,使卡块10稳定固定在固定块16的卡槽1601内,然后将挂钩15稳定进行挂接后,通过吊带内的第一吊带层1内的弹性加强筋3的作用下,提高吊带整体的韧性,同时通过第二吊带层2内的弹性钢丝网4的配合作用下,极大的提高吊带整体的韧性,提高吊带的实用性,在吊带受力时,通过第一拉块8以及第二拉块的辅助作用下,便于第一拉环6以及第二拉环11拉动吊带,从而完成吊带的使用过程。
