背景技术
仓储物流设备包括内部为空腔的箱体,箱体内用于集中放置快递包裹,现有的设备中箱体结构单一,当快递包裹高度与箱体高度相匹配时能实现稳定存储,一旦快递包裹比较小时,不能适应不同尺寸的快递包裹存放。
现有的箱体不能适应不同尺寸的快递包裹存放,且时间一长箱体内存在大量的湿气,容易使得快递潮湿。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有的箱体不能适应不同尺寸的快递包裹存放,且时间一长箱体内存在大量的湿气,容易使得快递潮湿的缺点,而提出的一种仓储物流设备中的分层装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种仓储物流设备中的分层装置,包括箱体,箱体的左侧设置有保护壳,箱体的左侧开设有多个气孔,箱体的顶部设置有气筒,气筒上设置有吹气结构,气筒与保护壳之间连接有同一个弯管,气筒内设置有电热丝,箱体的两侧内壁上对称设置有两个方形条,两个方形条之间滑动安装有多个放置板,多个放置板的顶部开设有多个安装槽,多个安装槽内均活动连接有安装块,安装块的顶部固定安装有隔板,放置板上开设有空腔,空腔内转动安装有圆杆,圆杆的底部固定安装有扭柄,圆杆的外侧固定安装有椭圆板,椭圆板位于空腔内,椭圆板的外侧开设有环形槽,环形槽内对称滑动安装有两个滑动 块,两个滑动块相互远离的一侧均固定安装有弹力板,两个弹力板相互远离的一侧均固定安装有固定杆,两个方形条相互靠近的一侧均开设有多个圆槽,固定杆的一端延伸至放置板的外侧并与圆槽活动连接,箱体内设置有湿度传感器。

与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
(1)本方案将电机、湿度传感器和电热丝接通电源和控制器,并通过湿度传感器感应箱体内部的湿度,电机启动带动风扇转动,电热丝启动将电能转化为热能,风扇将热气通过弯管吹入保护壳内,通过多个气孔进入箱体内进行干燥,可以避免箱体内部的湿气过重;
(2)通过多个隔板进行分割,拉动隔板,使得安装块离开对应的安装槽,可以方便将隔板取出,调节隔板的位置,将安装块插入另一个安装槽内,通 过弹簧为弹力块提供弹力,使得弹力块进入对应的卡槽内,可以增加隔板的稳定性;
(3)需要调节放置板的高度时,旋转扭柄带动圆杆转动,圆杆带动椭圆板转动,椭圆板通过环形槽和两个滑动块带动两个弹力板相互靠近,两个弹力板拉动两个固定杆相互靠近,使得固定杆离开圆槽,可以解除对放置板的固定,可以调节放置板的高度,可以满足不同的使用需求;
(4)需要将放置板取下时,将多个隔板取下,解除对放置板的固定,一直将放置板向上移动,可以使得放置板离开两个方形条,可以将放置板取下。
本发明结构简单,操作方便,能适应不同尺寸的快递包裹存放,可以将箱体内的湿气去除,避免快递潮湿。

本实施例中,安装块17的两侧均开设有弹力槽,弹力槽内滑动安装有弹力块18,弹力块18与弹力槽之间固定安装有同一个弹簧19,安装槽21的两侧内壁上均开设有卡槽20,弹力块18与卡槽20卡接,通过弹簧19为弹力块18提供弹力,使得弹力块18进入对应的卡槽20内,可以增加隔板15的稳定性。
本实施例中,隔板15的顶部开设有顶口槽,顶口槽内滑动安装有延伸板16,设置可以辅助隔板15阻挡。
本实施例中,弹力板27的外侧固定安装有拉簧28的一端,拉簧28的另一端与空腔22的内壁固定安装,拉簧28套设在固定杆29的外侧,拉簧28通过弹力板27为固定杆29提供弹力。
本实施例中,吹气结构包括电机9和风扇8,电机9固定连接在气筒6的右侧,风扇8固定连接在电机9的输出轴上。
本实施例中,放置板10的两侧均开设有方形缺口31,两个方形缺口31分别与两个方形条11滑动连接,方形条11与方形缺口31滑动连接,可以保证放置板10只能垂直滑动。
本实施例中,环形槽25的顶部内壁和底部内壁上均开设有限位槽,滑动块26的顶部和底部均固定安装有限位块,限位块与对应的限位槽滑动连接,使得滑动块26只能在环形槽25内滑动。
本实施例中,箱体1的底部开设有多个出气孔30,箱体1的边框转动安装有箱盖2,箱体1的底部设置有四个支腿13,出气孔30可以将气体排出。
本实施例中,使用时,将电机9、湿度传感器和电热丝7接通电源和控制器,并通过湿度传感器感应箱体1内部的湿度,电机9启动带动风扇8转动,电热丝7启动将电能转化为热能,风扇8将热气通过弯管5吹入保护壳3内,通过多个气孔4进入箱体1内进行干燥,可以避免箱体1内部的湿气 过重,将快递放置到放置板10的顶部,通过多个隔板15进行分割,拉动隔板15,使得安装块17离开对应的安装槽21,可以方便将隔板15取出,调节隔板15的位置,将安装块17插入另一个安装槽21内,通过弹簧19为弹力块18提供弹力,使得弹力块18进入对应的卡槽20内,可以增加隔板15的稳定性,需要调节放置板10的高度时,旋转扭柄14,扭柄14带动圆杆23转动,圆杆23带动椭圆板24转动,椭圆板24通过环形槽25和两个滑动块26带动两个弹力板27相互靠近,两个弹力板27拉动两个固定杆29相互靠近,使得固定杆29离开圆槽12,可以解除对放置板10的固定,可以调节放置板10的高度,可以满足不同的使用需求,松开扭柄14,在拉簧28的拉力作用下,使得固定杆29进入对应的圆槽12内,可以将放置板10固定,需要将放置板10取下时,将多个隔板15取下,解除对放置板10的固定,一直将放置板10向上移动,可以使得放置板10离开两个方形条11,可以将放置板10取下。

  1. 一种仓储物流设备中的分层装置,包括箱体(1),箱体(1)的左侧设置有保护壳(3),箱体(1)的左侧开设有多个气孔(4),其特征在于,所述箱体(1)的顶部设置有气筒(6),气筒(6)上设置有吹气结构,气筒(6)与保护壳(3)之间连接有同一个弯管(5),气筒(6)内设置有电热丝(7),箱体(1)的两侧内壁上对称设置有两个方形条(11),两个方形条(11)之间滑动安装有多个放置板(10),多个放置板(10)的顶部开设有多个安装槽(21),多个安装槽(21)内均活动连接有安装块(17),安装块(17)的顶部固定安装有隔板(15),放置板(10)上开设有空腔(22),空腔(22)内转动安装有圆杆(23),圆杆(23)的底部固定安装有扭柄(14),圆杆(23)的外侧固定安装有椭圆板(24),椭圆板(24)位于空腔(22)内,椭圆板(24)的外侧开设有环形槽(25),环形槽(25)内对称滑动安装有两个滑动块(26),两个滑动块(26)相互远离的一侧均固定安装有弹力板(27),两个弹力板(27)相互远离的一侧均固定安装有固定杆(29),两个方形条(11)相互靠近的一侧均开设有多个圆槽(12),固定杆(29)的一端延伸至放置板(10)的外侧并与圆槽(12)活动连接,箱体(1)内设置有湿度传感器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种仓储物流设备中的分层装置,其特征在于,所述安装块(17)的两侧均开设有弹力槽,弹力槽内滑动安装有弹力块(18),弹力块(18)与弹力槽之间固定安装有同一个弹簧(19),安装槽(21)的两侧内壁上均开设有卡槽(20),弹力块(18)与卡槽(20)卡接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种仓储物流设备中的分层装置,其特征在于,所述隔板(15)的顶部开设有顶口槽,顶口槽内滑动安装有延伸板(16)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种仓储物流设备中的分层装置,其特征在于,所述弹力板(27)的外侧固定安装有拉簧(28)的一端,拉簧(28)的另一端与空腔(22)的内壁固定安装,拉簧(28)套设在固定杆(29)的外侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种仓储物流设备中的分层装置,其特征在于,所述吹气结构包括电机(9)和风扇(8),电机(9)固定连接在气筒(6)的右侧,风扇(8)固定连接在电机(9)的输出轴上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种仓储物流设备中的分层装置,其特征在于,所述放置板(10)的两侧均开设有方形缺口(31),两个方形缺口(31)分别与两个方形条(11)滑动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种仓储物流设备中的分层装置,其特征在于,所述环形槽(25)的顶部内壁和底部内壁上均开设有限位槽,滑动块(26)的顶部和底部均固定安装有限位块,限位块与对应的限位槽滑动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种仓储物流设备中的分层装置,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)的底部开设有多个出气孔(30),箱体(1)的边框转动安装有箱盖(2),箱体(1)的底部设置有四个支腿(13)。
