其工作原理是,开始使用是将清洁装置贴在玻璃幕墙上并按压,使吸盘3.3吸附在玻璃幕墙上,然后通过控制系统开启移动机构3的驱动电机带动带轮3.1转动,履带3.2跟随带轮3.1移动转动,在履带3.2转动的过程中,履带3.2后方的吸盘3.3离开玻璃幕墙,履带3.2前方的吸盘3.3与玻璃幕墙相接触,同时,在负压风机4.1的作用下,提供一个使装置本体1朝向玻璃幕墙运动的力,使得履带3.2前方与玻璃幕墙相接触的吸盘3.3被压紧在玻璃幕墙上;在装置本体1运动的过程中,清洁机构2的擦拭部件2.2在滚筒电机的作用下持续的旋转,对玻璃幕墙进行清洗,同时喷液机构2.3喷洒清洗液,确保玻璃幕墙的清洁效果;在整个清洁过程中,卷扬机5.1跟随装置本体1的运动对安全绳5.2进行收放工作,以保证装置本体1以及楼下人员的安全。。
本实用新型中所提到的方向用语,例如,“前”、“后”等,仅是以说明书附图2为基准所示出的方向,因此,使用的方向用语是为了更好、更清楚地说明及理解本发明,而不是指示或暗指所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
以上就本实用新型较佳的实施例作了说明,但不能理解为是对权利要求的限制。本实用新型不仅局限于以上实施例,其具体结构允许有变化,凡在本实用新型独立要求的保护范围内所作的各种变化均在本实用新型的保护范围内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种用于玻璃幕墙的清洁装置,它包括装置本体,其特征在于,所述装置本体上还设有清洁机构、负压机构、移动机构、控制系统,所述清洁机构安装在所述装置本体的端部,所述移动机构包括带轮、履带,所述带轮设置在所述装置本体的两侧,所述装置本体每侧的带轮为两个,所述装置本体内还设置有驱动电机,所述驱动电机与所述带轮相连接,设置在所述装置本体一侧的两个带轮通过所述履带相连接,所述履带外侧均匀布置有若干吸盘;所述负压机构设置在所述装置本体的底部,所述清洁机构、负压机构、移动机构均与所述控制系统相连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于玻璃幕墙的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述清洁机构包括支架、擦拭部件,所述擦拭部件为圆桶形,所述擦拭部件安装在所述支架上,并与所述支架转动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于玻璃幕墙的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述擦拭部件与所述支架之间还设有滚筒电机。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于玻璃幕墙的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述支架上还设有若干喷液机构,所述喷液机构包括若干喷嘴,所述装置本体上设有储液箱,储液箱上连接有压力泵,所述压力泵通过管道与所述喷嘴相连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于玻璃幕墙的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述负压机构包括负压风机,所述装置本体上设置有通孔,所述负压风机设置在所述通孔内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种用于玻璃幕墙的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述负压机构底面一侧的所述通孔四周设置有缓冲垫圈。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于玻璃幕墙的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述清洁机构设置为两个,所述清洁机构分别设置在所述装置本体的两端,所述负压机构也设置为两个,分别设置在装置本体底部的两端。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于玻璃幕墙的清洁装置,其特征在于,还包括安全机构,所述安全机构包括安全绳、卷扬机,所述安全绳的一端连接在所述卷扬机上,所述安全绳的另一端连接在所述装置本体上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于玻璃幕墙的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述装置本体的顶面上还设置有摄像头,所述摄像头与所述控制系统相连接。
