本发明提供的进一步方案是:第一斜轨32和第二斜轨33相对于水平面的倾斜角α2为10°-30°。这种角度使清洗系统在启动时易于上行至太阳能电池板上方,清洗完毕后易于行至太阳能电池板下方,并使清洗装置支架9上的各结构在随清洗装置支架9变换位置时不受到损伤,不影响其使用寿命。
本发明优选的方案是:卷筒5上分别设置上连接绳15和下连接绳23,上连接绳15一端固定在清洗装置支架9的上端,另一端依次绕过第二滑轮12、第一导向轮及卷筒5、第三导向轮24及第一滑轮11后与清洗装置支架9上端连接,下连接绳23一端固定在清洗装置支架9下端,另一端依次绕过第四滑轮14、第二导向轮17、卷筒5、第四导向轮25和第三滑轮13与清洗装置支架9下端连接。该结构可使清洗装置支架9在卷筒5上的连接绳带动下做往复移动,并能使清洗装置支架9平行快速移动时,不产生卡壳现象,达到移动速度快,使电池板的清洗的洁净度更高。
   本发明所述的喷水管10一端开设一个排水孔20,排水孔20的直径大于喷水孔19的直径。排水孔20用于泄压,进一步保证使喷水孔19的喷水压力稳定,以达到更好的清洗效果。
   本发明所述的第一斜轨32和第二斜轨33相对于水平面的倾斜角α2为25°。
   本发明所述清洗系统安装在太阳能电池板上使用,图中第一支撑板18、第二支撑板1和第三支撑板4是太阳能电池板上的结构,本发明的清洗系统安装时将卷筒5和驱动装置6安装在第二支撑板1上,导向轮支撑架分别安装在第一支撑板18和第三支撑板4上,各导向轮分别安装在各自相应的导向轮支撑架上。第一支撑板18、第二支撑板1和第三支撑板4的两端均分别与上轨道2和下轨道3上的连接架连接。本发明所述的驱动装置6是电机或电机和变速箱等结构,驱动装置6与卷筒5相连,卷筒5由驱动装置6带动转动。
   本发明所述太阳能电池板由控制系统控制其行走、喷水、换向及停止等所有功能。当需要清洗太阳能电池板时,启动驱动装置6,使驱动装置6带动卷筒5转动,卷筒5分别带动缠绕在卷筒5上的上连接绳15和下连接绳23同步移动,从而带动清洗装置支架9沿轨道移动。当清洗装置支架9向左移动时,换向阀8将第一喷水管10封堵,使第二喷水管26与进水管7相通,当第二喷水管26喷水后,毛刷27和清洗刮水胶条28对电池板进行清洗,当清洗装置支架9向右移动时,换向阀8将第二喷水管26封堵,使第一喷水管10与进水管7相通,第一喷水管10喷水后,毛刷27和清洗刮水胶条28对电池板进行清洗。当清洗完毕后,清洗装置支架9左移至轨道端部的弯折部向下移至太阳能电池板的下面,使清洗装置支架9及其上的各结构移至太阳能电池板水平面的下方停放,从而避免了清洗系统的结构遮挡阳光,影响太阳能电池板采光的问题。
   本发明优选的方案是:清洗刮水胶条28的长度方向与清洗装置支架9的长度方向设置的夹角α1为2°-6°,清洗刮水胶条28的倾斜度可使清洗水在短时间内形成滞留,进一步提高清洗效果,清洗刮水胶条28与清洗装置支架9的长度方向的夹角可在启动运行时减少阻挡力。
   本发明进一步的优选方案是:清洗刮水胶条28的长度方向与清洗装置支架9的长度方向设置的夹角α1为3°。
本发明所述的各结构的上、下、左、右位置,均依据图示位置为准做描述。

Claims (8)

  1. 光伏电站太阳能电池板清洗系统,包括上轨道(2)和下轨道(3),上轨道(2)内安装第一滚轮(21),下轨道(3)内安装第二滚轮(22),其特征在于:第一滚轮(21)和第二滚轮(22)上安装清洗装置支架(9),清洗装置支架(9)两侧分别安装第一喷水管(10)和第二喷水管(26),第一喷水管(10)和第二喷水管(26)通过换向阀(8)与进水管(7)连接,第一喷水管(10)和第二喷水管(26)沿长度方向上开设数个喷水孔(19),清洗装置支架(9)上安装毛刷(27)及清洗刮水胶条(28),毛刷(27)和清洗刮水胶条(28)位于第一喷水管(10)和第二喷水管(26)之间,清洗刮水胶条(28)为分段式结构,清洗刮水胶条(28)的长度方向与清洗装置支架(9)的长度方向设置夹角α1,驱动装置(6)和卷筒(5)安装在太阳能电池板背面,卷筒(5)上的钢绳通过导向与清洗装置支架(9)连接,上轨道(2)一端部沿垂直方向向下弯折,使上轨道外端部(34)与上轨道(2)的主段部位于不同的水平面内,上轨道外端部(34)的水平面低于上轨道(2)的主段部位的水平面,上轨道外端部(34)与上轨道(2)的主段部的连接处采用第一斜轨(32)连接,下轨道(3)的一端部沿垂直方向向下弯折,使下轨道外端部(35)与下轨道(3)的主段部位于不同的水平面内,下轨道外端部(35)的水平面低于下轨道(3)的主段部位的水平面,下轨道外端部(35)与下轨道(3)的主段部的连接处采用第二斜轨(33)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的光伏电站太阳能电池板清洗系统,其特征在于:清洗装置支架(9)的横截面为凹槽状,凹槽内倾斜安装胶条支架(29),胶条支架(29)内安装清洗刮水胶条(28)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的光伏电站太阳能电池板清洗系统,其特征在于:清洗刮水胶条(28)的长度方向与清洗装置支架(9)的长度方向设置的夹角α1为2°-6°。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的光伏电站太阳能电池板清洗系统,其特征在于:第一斜轨(32)和第二斜轨(33)相对于水平面的倾斜角α2为10°-30°。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的光伏电站太阳能电池板清洗系统,其特征在于:卷筒(5)上分别设置上连接绳(15)和下连接绳(23),上连接绳(15)一端固定在清洗装置支架(9)的上端,另一端依次绕过第二滑轮(12)、第一导向轮(16)及卷筒(5)、第三导向轮(24)及第一滑轮(11)后与清洗装置支架(9)上端连接,下连接绳(23)一端固定在清洗装置支架(9)下端,另一端依次绕过第四滑轮(14)、第二导向轮(17)、卷筒(5)、第四导向轮(25)和第三滑轮(13)与清洗装置支架(9)下端连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的光伏电站太阳能电池板清洗系统,其特征在于:喷水管(10)一端开设一个排水孔(20),排水孔(20)的直径大于喷水孔(19)的直径。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的光伏电站太阳能电池板清洗系统,其特征在于:第一斜轨(32)和第二斜轨(33)相对于水平面的倾斜角α2为25°。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的光伏电站太阳能电池板清洗系统,其特征在于:清洗刮水胶条(28)的长度方向与清洗装置支架(9)的长度方向设置的夹角α1为3°。
