所述依靠部2上设置有用于按压弓丝的压脚5,所述压脚5安装在所述依靠部朝向夹臂7的一侧面,该侧面我们称之为依靠平面2.1。所述压脚5设置在靠近末端的依靠平面2.1上,使压脚5的设置位置与依靠平面2.1末端形成有效的依靠工作面2.11,该依靠工作面2.11的高度应小于自锁托槽本体的高度,从而使得基体1上的顶推力能顺利传导到压脚5,并能压紧自锁托槽4的弓丝6。所述压脚5的外端设置有防脱钩部5.1,防止压脚按压弓丝出现滑脱的情况,保证压脚工作的稳定性和可靠性。
所述基体1上还设置有用于推动盖板4.1的夹臂7,所述夹臂7的工作端能够向压脚5收拢,以便通过夹持力把盖板4.1推入盖合。所述夹臂7包括用于与基体1相连接的连接部7.1、拱形中部、用于推动盖板的工作部7.5。所述连接部7.1、拱形中部、工作部7.5的宽度逐渐变小,所述工作部7.5的宽度盖板的推动要求,通常所述工作部7.5的宽度略小于盖板的宽度。为了便于手指按压夹臂,可以在拱形中部外表面设置防滑横纹。所述拱形中部包括外扩斜板7.2、中间平板7.3和内收斜板7.4。
在本实施例中,所述压脚5有两个,两个压脚5对称设置在夹臂工作部7.5的两侧,两个压脚之间的间距略大于自锁托槽的宽度。使用时,两边的压脚5分别压紧自锁托槽4左右两侧的弓丝6,使弓丝6平稳受压,避免弓丝6因受力不平衡为发生翘曲变形。
所述开启部3包括位于基体1末端的插入板3.1,所述基体1的截面积朝向插入板逐渐减小,即所述插入板为所述基体变截面后形成的板状小端头。在本实施例中,通过将圆柱状的基体1的开启部倾斜地削出四个面,从而在其端部自然形成截面为矩形的插入板3.1,插入板 3.1的边角处导圆角,钝化其外形,避免形成较锐部。
本发明的自锁托槽开关锁器,用于闭合盖板时,手持基体,将基体一端的依靠部依靠在自锁托槽的侧部,并让压脚自然按压在弓丝上,实现对弓丝的按压控制。然后按动夹臂,让夹臂的工作部推动盖板,使弓丝被封锁在托槽的弓丝槽内。而在开盖使用时,将插入板插入自锁托槽本体上的盖板开启腔内,即可撬动盖板,使其盖板滑动开启。插入板的截面较小,而基体为了便于手持,通常较粗,因此所述基体的截面积朝向插入板逐渐减小。
实施例2
参考图4和图5,本发明的自锁托槽开关锁器包括圆柱状的基体1,所述基体1的一端部设置有用于依靠在自锁托槽的依靠部2,所述依靠部可以是基体的一个延伸部,也可以是连接在基体上的一个带有依靠功能的夹臂。在本实施例中,以所述依靠部2为基体上设置一个带有依靠功能的夹臂为例绘图说明。所述基体1的另一端设置有用于开启盖板4.1的开启部3。
所述依靠部2包括设置在基体1上的一个依靠平面2.1,所述依靠平面2.1用于与自锁托槽4的侧部平稳的接触。
所述依靠部2上设置有用于按压弓丝的压脚5,所述压脚5安装在所述依靠部朝向夹臂7的一侧面,该侧面我们称之为依靠平面2.1。所述压脚5设置在靠近末端的依靠平面2.1上,使压脚5的设置位置与依靠平面2.1末端形成有效的依靠工作面2.11,该依靠工作面2.11的高度应小于自锁托槽本体的高度,从而使得基体1上的顶推力能顺利传导到压脚5,并能压紧自锁托槽4的弓丝6。所述压脚5的外端设置有防脱钩部5.1,防止压脚按压弓丝出现滑脱的情况,保证压脚工作的稳定性和可靠性。
所述基体1上还设置有用于推动盖板4.1的夹臂7,所述夹臂7的工作端能够向压脚5收拢,以便通过夹持力把盖板4.1推入盖合。所述夹臂7包括用于与基体1相连接的连接部7.1、拱形中部、用于推动盖板的工作部7.5。所述连接部7.1、拱形中部、工作部7.5的宽度逐渐变小,所述工作部7.5的宽度盖板的推动要求,通常所述工作部7.5的宽度略小于盖板的宽度。为了便于手指按压夹臂,可以在拱形中部外表面设置防滑横纹。所述拱形中部包括外扩斜板7.2、中间平板7.3和内收斜板7.4。
如图5所示,所述压脚5有两个,两个压脚5为平直的压脚,且两个压脚5对称设置在夹臂工作部7.5的两侧,两个压脚之间的间距略大于自锁托槽的宽度。因此,本实施例的自锁托槽开关锁器具有更好的操作视野,使用时,两边的压脚5分别压紧自锁托槽4左右两侧的弓丝6,使弓丝6平稳受压,避免弓丝6因受力不平衡为发生翘曲变形。
所述开启部3包括位于基体1末端的插入板3.1,所述基体1的截面积朝向插入板逐渐减 小,即所述插入板为所述基体变截面后形成的板状小端头。在本实施例中,通过将圆柱状的基体1的开启部倾斜地削出四个面,从而在其端部自然形成截面为矩形的插入板3.1,插入板3.1的边角处导圆角,钝化其外形,避免形成较锐部。
本发明的自锁托槽开关锁器,用于闭合盖板时,手持基体,将基体一端的依靠部依靠在自锁托槽的侧部,并让压脚自然按压在弓丝上,实现对弓丝的按压控制。然后按动夹臂,让夹臂的工作部推动盖板,使弓丝被封锁在托槽的弓丝槽内。而在开盖使用时,将插入板插入自锁托槽本体上的盖板开启腔内,即可撬动盖板,使其盖板滑动开启。插入板的截面较小,而基体为了便于手持,通常较粗,因此所述基体的截面积朝向插入板逐渐减小。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自锁托槽开关锁器,包括基体,其特征在于:所述基体的一端部设置有用于依靠在自锁托槽的依靠部,所述依靠部上设置有用于按压弓丝的压脚,所述基体上还设置有用于推动盖板的夹臂,所述夹臂的工作端能够向压脚收拢。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自锁托槽开关锁器,其特征在于:所述依靠部包括一个面向夹臂的依靠面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的自锁托槽开关锁器,其特征在于:所述压脚设置在靠近末端的依靠面上。
  4. 根据权利要求1或3所述的自锁托槽开关锁器,其特征在于:所述压脚至少两个,且分别位于夹臂工作部的两侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的自锁托槽开关锁器,其特征在于:所述压脚的外端设置有防脱钩部。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的自锁托槽开关锁器,其特征在于:所述夹臂包括用于与基体相连接的连接部、拱形中部、用于推动盖板的工作部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的自锁托槽开关锁器,其特征在于:所述拱形中部包括外扩斜板、中间平板和内收斜板。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的自锁托槽开关锁器,其特征在于:所述基体的另一端设置有开启部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的自锁托槽开关锁器,其特征在于:所述开启部包括位于基体末端的插入板。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的自锁托槽开关锁器,其特征在于:所述基体的截面积朝向插入板逐渐减小。
