Description

一种电机冷却机构及洗地机 技术领域
本发明属于清洁设备技术领域,具体涉及一种电机冷却机构及洗地机。
背景技术
洗地机是一种适用于硬质地面清洗同时吸干污水,并将污水带离现场的清洁机械,洗地机集吸尘吸水功能于一体,具有环保、节能、高效等优点,洗地机的工作原理是在清扫过程中,滚刷驱动电机带动滚刷旋转,滚刷转动清扫,同时通过吸力电机将污水、灰尘、杂物等吸入污水箱内,使用过程中,由于滚刷驱动电机的持续高负载工作,常会出现发热现象,为了提高滚刷驱动电机的使用寿命,需要采取必要的措施对滚刷驱动电机冷却、散热。
现有技术中,滚刷驱动电机的散热冷却方式常见的有两种:1.将滚刷驱动电机置于一个较大的空间内,依靠空气自然对流进行散热,这样的冷却方式不能将滚刷驱动电机产生的热量及时排走,还会对洗地机的其他零部件产生影响,会减小整个产品的质量及使用寿命;2.从吸力电机处直接引入一条吸气管,通过吸气管将滚刷驱动电机产生的热量抽走,由于吸力电机与滚刷驱动电机的距离较远,这种冷却方式要求连接管道很长,装配麻烦,费时费力且增加了产品的成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电机冷却机构及洗地机,以解决现有技术中滚刷驱动电机冷却管道过长、散热效率不高的技术问题。本发明解决其技术问题所使用的技术方案是:
一种电机冷却机构,应用于滚刷驱动电机的散热,包括:
吸气管,所述吸气管的一端与待散热空间连通,用于将待散热空间的热量排出;
吸收通道,所述吸收通道具有吸风口,所述吸风口与所述吸气管的另一端连接;
所述吸收通道在外部吸力的作用下,将待散热空间内的空气抽出,通过所述吸风口输送至吸收通道后排出。
本发明进一步的技术方案还包括:所述待散热空间由固定槽和电机盖围合而成,所述待散热空间呈相对密封状态,用于容纳滚刷驱动电机。
进一步地,所述固定槽固定在底座的上表面,所述底座上安装有滚刷。
进一步地,所述滚刷驱动电机通过电机盖封装,所述电机盖具有出气口,所述出气口与吸气管连通。
进一步地,所述电机盖是可拆卸的。
本发明还提供一种洗地机,包括主机组件、手柄组件以及滚刷,关键是还包括前述任一项所述的电机冷却机构。
进一步地,所述主机组件包括清水箱、污水箱、吸力电机、电源组件和控制系统,所述手柄组件上设置有自清洗按键,所述自清洗按键与控制系统电连接。
进一步地,所述滚刷具有保护壳,所述保护壳通过卡扣固定在底座上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益技术效果为:本发明通过在吸收通道上开设吸风口,吸风口通过吸气管与待散热空间连通,由于滚刷驱动电机所处的待散热空间位于底座上方,吸收通道的底部也位于底座上,因此吸气管的长度可以做到很短,装配十分简单,大大节约了管道的成本;在吸力电机的吸力作用下,待散热空间的热量可以快速排出,散热效率更高。

请参阅图1-图4,本实施例一种电机冷却机构,应用于滚刷驱动电机的散热,包括:吸气管2,所述吸气管2的一端与待散热空间3连通,吸气管2用于将待散热空间3的热量排出;吸收通道4,该吸收通道4具有吸风口5,所述吸风口5与吸气管2的另一端连接;吸收通道在4外部吸力的作用下,将待散热空间3内的空气抽出,通过所述吸风口5输送至吸收通道4后排出。
待散热空间3即滚刷驱动电机1的安装位置所处的空间,滚刷驱动电机1在持续高负载工作过程中,会在待散热空间3内产生大量的热量,滚刷驱动电机1通常安装在底座8上,吸收通道4一般具有主吸风口(图中未示出),主吸风口主要用于在洗地机工作时将污水、灰尘、杂物等吸入污水箱11内,吸收通道4有一部分是位于底座上的,本申请通过在吸收通道4位于底座上的某一部分开设吸风口5,经由吸气管2将吸风口5与待散热空间3连通,目的是最大限度的减小待散热空间3与吸收通道4之间的距离,缩短吸气管2的长度,从而实现节约管道长度、降低管道成本、降低管道装配难度的目的。
待散热空间3由固定槽6和电机盖7围合而成,所述待散热空间3呈相对密封状态,用于容纳滚刷驱动电机1,具体地,固定槽6呈两侧平行、中间下凹的弧面,以便于滚刷驱动电机1的固定、安装;待散热空间3具有一定的透气度,目的是为了增加待散热空间3内外空气的对流速度,提高散热效率。
固定槽6固定在底座8的上表面,底座8上安装有滚刷9,滚刷9用于转动时清扫地面,滚刷驱动电机1通过电机盖7封装,滚刷驱动电机1为滚刷9的动力装置,滚刷驱动电机1用于驱动滚刷9旋转,电机盖7具有出气口(图中未示出),所述出气口与吸气管2连通。
一实施例中,电机盖7优选是可拆卸的,便于滚刷驱动电机1的故障检查和维护,也可以对待散热空间3的密封性进行调节,电机盖7也可以固定在底座8上,这里不作限制。
本实施例一种洗地机,包括主机组件、手柄组件10以及滚刷9,关键是,还包括前述的电机冷却机构,主机组件用于为滚刷驱动电机1提供电源,对滚刷9的旋转进行控制,为待散热空间3中热量的排出提供吸力,以及提供清水清洁地面,对污水、灰尘、杂物等进行回收。
具体地,主机组件包括清水箱(图中未示出)、污水箱11、吸力电机12、电源组件13和控制系统(图中未示出),手柄组件10上设置有自清洗按键14,所述自清洗按键14与控制系统电连接。
使用时,用户按下自清洗按键14开机,控制系统控制滚刷9旋转,同时清水箱喷出清水,滚刷9开始清洁地面,吸力电机12启动后产生吸力,在吸收污水、灰尘、杂物等的同时,也通过吸收通道4将滚刷驱动电机1所产生的热量吸走,从而达到对滚刷驱动电机1散热的目的。
电源组件13用于给滚刷驱动电机1提供电源,电源组件13可以是蓄电池组,也可以是可充电电池,例如可充电锂离子电池,这里不作限制。
滚刷9优选具有保护壳15,保护壳15通过卡扣16固定在底座8上,保护壳15在起到保护滚刷9作用的同时,也更加方便污水、灰尘、杂物等的收集,有效的提高了清洁效率。
本发明通过在吸收通道上开设吸风口,吸风口通过吸气管与待散热空间连通,由于滚刷驱动电机所处的待散热空间位于底座上方,吸收通道的底部也位于底座 上,因此吸气管的长度可以做到很短,装配十分简单,大大节约了管道的成本;在吸力电机的吸力作用下,待散热空间的热量可以快速排出,散热效率更高。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种电机冷却机构,应用于滚刷驱动电机的散热,其特征在于,包括:
    吸气管,所述吸气管的一端与待散热空间连通,用于将待散热空间的热量排出;
    吸收通道,所述吸收通道具有吸风口,所述吸风口与所述吸气管的另一端连接;
    所述吸收通道在外部吸力的作用下,将待散热空间内的空气抽出,通过所述吸风口输送至吸收通道后排出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电机冷却机构,其特征在于,所述待散热空间由固定槽和电机盖围合而成,所述待散热空间呈相对密封状态,用于容纳滚刷驱动电机。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电机冷却机构,其特征在于,所述固定槽固定在底座的上表面,所述底座上安装有滚刷。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电机冷却机构,其特征在于,所述滚刷驱动电机通过电机盖封装,所述电机盖具有出气口,所述出气口与吸气管连通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种电机冷却机构,其特征在于,所述电机盖是可拆卸的。
  6. 一种洗地机,包括主机组件、手柄组件以及滚刷,其特征在于,还包括权利要求1-5任一项所述的电机冷却机构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗地机,其特征在于,所述主机组件包括清水箱、污水箱、吸力电机、电源组件和控制系统,所述手柄组件上设置有自清洗按键,所述自清洗按键与控制系统电连接。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗地机,其特征在于,所述滚刷具有保护壳,所述保护壳通过卡扣固定在底座上。
