曾有的煤油炉是靠灯芯吸油和空气助燃燃烧的;现有的酒精炉有的采用煤油炉原理,有的是直接加入液态酒精燃用。在这两种情况下,燃烧效率都有限,并因煤油或酒精距火焰很近,其安全性难以保证。因此,煤油炉和酒精炉应用领域很有限。但是使用醇基生物燃料,可以大幅度的减少大气排放,并减少对石化和煤炭资源的依赖程度。近年来市面上出现了大量的甲醇炉灶,也申报了不少的发明专利,譬如CN201159455Y“液体燃 料半气化灶头”、CN2872149Y“甲醇炉具”、CN202868770U“一种新型甲醇炉灶”等等,但是,市面上销售的甲醇燃料灶共同存在的问题是,燃料汽化程度差,热能转化效率低,燃料消耗高,风机噪声大,节能效果不显著及存在众多的安全隐患,因为千家万户汽化灶操作使用者的素质千差万别,特别是一些农村留守老人易健忘,一旦操作不妥或者阀门关闭不严密,会造成液醇泄漏积聚于灶头,再次点火时就可能造成火灾事故。因此,有的发明人曾开发了摆脱外加液醇的自增压灶,但是,这些自增压灶会产生正反馈,也存在火力失控的安全问题,有的发明人仿照煤油炉制作吸醇灶,因为芯料兼做燃烧头,经常出现灯芯焦化问题。本发明人的CN202021072561.X发明专利名称“一种新型燃油多用途取暖炉”在燃气灶、燃油炉、酒精炉等的应用中替代了一些石油资源,变雾化为汽化提高了热效率,燃料燃烧充分、不用风机而能持续自动汽化燃烧等方面比燃油炉更加清洁、方便,电子打火可以不用市电,还突破了酒精炉火力弱的局限,可以随意调节火力大小,因而在宾馆、饭店、铺面、办公室及居民取暖等领域,获得了广泛应用,市场反映很好,取得了非常显著的有益效果,但在使用功能方面受到了局限,只能取暖,不能做饭。
为了解决这些技术问题,本发明人在总结现有技术的基础之上,通过大量试验研究与分析总结,终于完成了本发明专利“多功能高效节能型醇基生物燃料汽化炉灶”,它集取暖、做饭、加湿、烧烤、火锅、热水等六大功能于一体,它既能摆脱外加液醇燃料泄漏积聚灶头的安全隐患,又能防止灯芯焦化。
发明内容
本发明专利主要针对目前大多数醇基燃料存在的燃料汽化程度差,热能转化效率低,燃料消耗高,风机噪声大,节能效果不显著,功能单一及存在众多的安全隐患等问题,为了解决这些问题和达到上述目的,本发明专利所采用的技术方案是:设计了特制的炉灶灶头及进风系统,并配置了相应的汽化室及聚火圈系统、冷却隔热及热水供给系统、炉灶点火控制及燃料供给系统。
特制炉灶灶头及进风系统主要由炉灶芯(醇基燃料喷料口、可充电式锂电池打火口)、送风孔、回醇液管溢出口、炉灶灶盘固定架、炉灶底壳 和114个进风孔组成。
炉灶汽化室及聚火圈系统主要由汽化室、遮火罩、醇蒸汽喷射孔、聚火圈(聚火圈外圈、聚火圈内圈)组成;汽化室与聚火圈下端连通特制炉灶灶头及进风系统,汽化室侧壁设醇蒸汽喷射孔,上方顶端设有遮火罩,一方面增进灶火辐射余热利用,促进液醇汽化程度,另一方面迫使醇蒸汽火焰从醇蒸汽喷射孔喷射,增加火焰面积和火焰高度;聚火圈内圈和聚火圈外圈侧壁分布有多个孔眼成分散排列的进气孔,以增大空气混合程度,促进充分燃烧。
炉灶汽化室及聚火圈和特制炉灶灶头及进风系统是本发明专利达到醇燃料自动汽化的关键核心部件,包括了特制灶头中的炉灶芯、送风孔、汽化室、遮火罩、醇蒸汽喷射孔及聚火圈,聚火圈网罩将灶火的部分辐射热反射回去加热汽化和混气,这些吸热和导热良好的部件使汽化室获得了超过醇燃料沸点的汽化温度,并因聚火圈的保温作用,减少了汽化热能的损失,充分发挥出醇基生物燃料比其他石化燃料高的汽化潜能效应。聚火圈网罩的作用一方面是调配火力,不仅要防止火力过于集中容易烧坏锅底,而且还要通过反射部分灶火辐射热增加余热的利用率,另一方面是减少灶火辐射余热的散失。通过反射、吸收、传导和保温的综合作用,可以保证持续地向汽化室提供灶火辐射余热,使得汽化室可以汽化液态醇基生物燃料。对于使用多功能高效节能型醇基生物燃料汽化炉灶来说,要使管内液醇(沸点64.7℃)温度从常温升至65.7℃时,液醇汽化速度达到所述灶上限火力2.91KW的要求,并且使液醇达到65.7℃而被汽化点燃灶头的预热时间不超过10秒钟。预热作用只有当预热启动后才有效果,放能进入利用灶火辐射余热使醇燃料持续地沸腾汽化。
炉灶冷却隔热及热水供给系统主要由自来水进口、热水出口、水箱、废气烟道及橡塑软管排气管组成。
炉灶点火控制及燃料供给系统主要由醇液位表、液醇加注口、火力调节按钮、进醇液管、回醇液管、参数显示器、液醇油泵、液醇储罐、吸醇液孔及点火线进线孔组成。
本发明采用以上技术方案主要优点为:
⑴本发明专利“多功能高效节能型醇基生物燃料汽化炉灶”,它集取 暖、做饭、加湿、烧烤、火锅、热水等六大功能于一体,功能齐全、高效节能、清洁环保、安全可靠、美观实用、操作方便。
⑵本发明专利克服和解决了市面上醇基燃料炉灶存在的诸多问题,智能化程度高、汽化效果好、热能转化效率高,燃料消耗低,风机噪声小,节能效果显著及不存在安全隐患等诸多优点。
⑶本发明专利所设置的特制灶头含有灶火辐射余热利用装置和预热装置,体现了本发明专利的重要特点和特色,即根据液态醇的低沸点特性,利用辐射余热和预热将其沸腾汽化为醇蒸汽供燃用。这样,既有别于直接燃烧液态乙醇的酒精炉,也有别于靠高速气流雾化石油成品油的雾化灶,加之汽化后的醇蒸气通过喷射方式与助燃空气混合和进行喷射式燃烧,使得燃烧更加完全、燃烧效率进一步提高,克服了其它炉灶废气中CO、HC化合物由于不完全燃烧的缺陷,因而产生的有害气体显著减少。
⑷本发明专利所述的醇基生物燃料指甲醇、乙醇或沸点在55℃至100℃之间的其它单沸点醇类,在此范围内的其它单沸点有机物燃料等也能适用,但不得使用汽油、煤油、柴油或其它多沸点燃料。该款炉灶可替代需要管道或高压容器贮运的煤气、天然气或液化石油气燃气灶,比雾化灶燃烧效率高,还具有不黑锅底和燃烧生成气体比较清洁的优点,尤其适用于在无电力和燃气供应不便的山村及其他类似地区使用。
⑸本发明专利的目的是开拓民用灶具和燃料的新形式和新品种,特别是适应我国煤净化工程和煤制甲醇及生物质制乙醇工业的发展,为城乡居民提供一种燃料不受资源和地域限制,比雾化灶燃烧效率高,比石油燃料清洁,不需要管道输送或高压容器贮运的液态醇燃料自动汽化的多功能高效节能型醇基生物燃料汽化炉灶新产品。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图介绍本发明专利的实施案例并对本发明专利作进一步详细说明,但并不局限于对本发明专利的限定。
如图所示:本发明专利炉灶主体结构由五层四大功能系统组成:分别为炉灶灶头及功能使用层A、纤维隔热层B、空气隔绝及进气层C、控制面板层D、醇基燃料储罐层E;整体炉高780mm,均为不锈钢材质。
炉灶灶头及功能使用层A尺寸为600×500×200mm,其中炉灶面为食品级不锈钢材质660×560×3.8mm;炉灶盖分为三圈,其中外圈直径300mm,中圈直径200mm,内圈直径140mm,炉灶揭盖眼直径5mm;内有炉灶灶头及进风系统、炉灶汽化室及聚火圈系统、炉灶冷却隔热及热水供给系统。
纤维隔热层B尺寸为400×400×100mm,主要由石棉纤维或玻璃纤维填充,可减少灶火辐射余热的散失及隔断与炉体下部的热能传导,保障液醇储罐的安全;内有炉灶底壳2.5(直径90mm,高度50mm),送风管道(直径30mm)。
空气隔绝及进气层C尺寸为400×400×100mm,分布有三排10mm直径的孔眼,为中空空气隔绝及进气层,其作用一方面为炉灶灶头的送风孔 由风机提供空气,另一方面进一步散失余热,保障液醇储罐的安全;内安装静音风机。
控制面板层D尺寸为400×400×150mm,安装有醇液位表、液醇加注口、火力调节按钮、参数显示器及液醇油泵,其中进醇液管经液醇油泵由此穿过、回醇液管也由此穿过,参数显示器由集成电路和各种传感器组成,主要显示:火力大小、水位、油位、水温、室内温湿度等参数。
醇基燃料储罐层E尺寸为400×400×200mm,安装有一次成形的不锈钢内胆作为醇基生物燃料储罐,内有进醇液管、回醇液管、液位传感器及加注醇燃料管,并在底部安装有便于移动的四个滚动轮。
炉灶主体结构1由:炉灶面1.1、炉灶盖1.2(炉灶盖外圈1.2.1、炉灶盖中圈1.2.2、炉灶盖内圈1.2.3、炉灶揭盖眼1.2.4)、炉灶沿1.3、加湿孔1.4、炉灶支撑架1.5、滚动轮1.6、炉膛烤箱1.7组成;其中炉灶面1.1尺寸为660×560×3.8mm,为食品级不锈钢材质的钢板,炉灶盖1.2分为三圈,最大直径300mm,四周炉灶沿1.3宽度为30mm、加湿孔1.4每个周边有三个直径为2mm的孔眼,便于对房间冬季干燥空气进行蒸汽加湿(黄河以南地区不用此加湿孔1.4),增加房间的相对湿度,提高人体舒适度,炉灶支撑架1.5四周各有一根15mm直径,高650mm粗细的不锈钢实心管起到炉灶整体重量的支撑作用,滚动轮1.6为30mm直径的橡胶轮,便于移动炉灶位置,炉膛烤箱1.7外圈直径350mm,内圈直径110mm,空间有0.018m 3,可作为烧烤空间使用。
炉灶灶头及进风系统2由:炉灶芯2.1(醇基燃料喷料口2.1.1、可充电式锂电池打火口2.1.2)、送风孔2.2、回醇液管溢出口2.3、炉灶灶盘固定架2.4、炉灶底壳2.5、进风管2.6、风机2.7组成;炉灶芯2.1为20mm直径,安装有6mm直径的醇基燃料喷料口2.1.1和15V可充电式锂电池打火口2.1.2,作为醇基燃料喷料和点火使用,送风孔2.2有三排,分布114个直径1mm的进风孔眼,便于充分提供空气,强化甲醇的汽化燃烧,理论上完全燃烧时,甲醇蒸汽需要混合6.5倍的空气(质量比),乙醇蒸汽需混合9倍的空气;汽化室3.1外安装有回醇液管溢出口2.3,在点火或关火时便于将残余液醇经回醇液管溢出口2.3、回醇液管5.5流回到液醇储罐5.8,增加此款炉灶的安全性;炉灶灶盘固定架2.4每120°有一个, 共安装三个位置,将炉灶灶头固定在炉灶上,便于折卸和更换;炉灶底壳2.5、直径为90mm,高度50mm,上有正负极点火线进线孔5.10和内直径为3mm的不锈钢进醇液管5.4和回醇液管5.5,底部边侧有直径30mm的进风管2.6,由静音风机2.7提供送风动力,从安全角度考虑,炉灶底壳2.5安装在纤维隔热层B。
炉灶汽化室及聚火圈系统3由:汽化室3.1、遮火罩3.2、醇蒸汽喷射孔3.3、聚火圈3.4(聚火圈外圈3.4.1、聚火圈内圈3.4.2)组成;汽化室3.1直径为43mm,高度105mm,侧壁分布有多个直径为1mm的醇蒸汽喷射孔3.3,上方顶端设有遮火罩3.2,直径44mm,厚度3mm,成伞形状盖住汽化室3.1,一方面增进灶火辐射余热利用,促进液醇汽化程度,另一方面迫使醇蒸汽火焰从喷射孔3.3喷射,增加火焰面积和火焰高度;聚火圈3.4高度100mm,聚火圈内圈、聚火圈外圈侧壁分布有多个孔眼成分散排列的进风孔,以增大空气混合程度,促进充分燃烧,其中聚火圈外圈3.4.1直径为110mm,进风孔孔眼直径3mm,聚火圈内圈3.4.2直径为93mm,进气孔孔眼直径2mm;炉灶汽化室及聚火圈系统固定在“十”字架上,并镶嵌在炉灶灶头上方;聚火圈网罩的作用一方面是调配火力,不仅要防止火力过于集中容易烧坏锅底,而且还要通过反射部分灶火辐射热增加余热的利用率,另一方面是减少灶火辐射余热的散失。这样通过反射、吸收、传导和保温等措施,可保证每分钟持续地向汽化室3.1提供11KJ以上的灶火辐射余热,使得汽化室3.1每分钟可以汽化10g以上的液态醇燃料,使得本自动汽化灶的灶头热负荷达到2.91KW以上,符合民用燃气灶的有关标准规定。
炉灶冷却隔热及热水供给系统4由:自来水进口4.1、热水出口4.2、水箱4.3、废气烟道4.4、橡胶软管排气管4.5组成;自来水进口4.1与热水出口4.2为直径20mm的不锈钢管,安装有进出口阀门,可提供热水和进一步拓展地暖、墙暖、暖气及暖炕等功能,水箱4.3外尺寸为600×500×190mm,内圈直径350mm,高度190mm,容积有0.039m 3,可提供39Kg热水;在炉膛烤箱1.7背面有呈喇叭口状直径为35mm的废气烟道4.4经水箱循环一圈在炉灶灶头及功能使用层A背面处通过橡胶软管排气管4.5引出房间外,由于醇基生物燃料经充分燃烧后的产物只是CO 2 和H 2O,所以废气烟道4.4一方面排出废气CO 2,更重要的任务是起到对自来水加热的作用。
炉灶点火控制及燃料供给系统5由:醇液位表5.1、液醇加注口5.2、火力调节按钮5.3、进醇液管5.4、回醇液管5.5、参数显示器5.6、液醇油泵5.7、液醇储罐5.8、吸醇液孔5.9、点火线进线孔5.10组成;醇液位表5.1显示液醇储罐5.8中的液醇体积量,便于由液醇加注口5.2安全加注,火力调节按钮5.3分为五档,除点火起动汽化醇基生物燃料时用五档外,炒菜、做饭及取暖时一般用二到三档,进醇液管5.4与回醇液管5.5、为内直径为3mm的不锈钢管制成,进醇液管5.4直通液醇储罐5.8底部,并在进醇液管5.4底部左右侧管壁上有六个吸醇液孔5.9,上经参数显示器5.6、液醇油泵5.7泵到纤维隔热层B,并固定在炉灶底壳2.5;参数显示器5.6由集成电路和各种传感器组成,主要显示:火力大小、水位、油位、水温、室内温湿度等参数,便捷客户智能化使用;液醇储罐5.8直径为350mm,高度200mm,容积0.019m 3,可储存19升醇基生物燃料,距炉灶灶头有350mm的安全距离,中间有水箱4.3、纤维隔热层B、空气隔绝及进气层C、控制面板层D等层段的冷却、隔热及空气隔绝等多道安全措施,达到了安全使用的要求。

  1. 一种多功能高效节能型醇基生物燃料汽化炉灶由五层四大功能系统组成:分别为炉灶灶头及功能使用层A、纤维隔热层B、空气隔绝及进气层C、控制面板层D、醇基燃料储罐层E及炉灶主体结构、炉灶灶头及进风、炉灶汽化室及聚火圈、炉灶冷却隔热及热水供给、炉灶点火控制及燃料供给系统。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能高效节能型醇基生物燃料汽化炉灶,其特征在于炉灶灶头及功能使用层,其中炉灶面板为食品级不锈钢材质;炉灶盖分为三圈,内有炉灶灶头及进口系统、炉灶汽化室及聚火圈系统、炉灶冷却隔热及热水供给系统。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能高效节能型醇基生物燃料汽化炉灶,其特征在于纤维隔热层B,主要由石棉纤维或玻璃纤维填充,可减少灶火辐射余热的散失及隔断与炉体下部的热能传导,保障储醇罐的安全;内有炉底,送风管道。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能高效节能型醇基生物燃料汽化炉灶,其特征在于空气隔绝及进气层,分布有三排10mm直径的孔眼,为中空空气隔绝及进气层,其作用一方面为炉灶灶头的送风孔由风机提供空气,另一方面进一步散失余热,保障储醇罐的安全;炉内安装静音风机。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能高效节能型醇基生物燃料汽化炉灶,其特征在于控制面板层,安装有醇液位表、液醇加注口、火力调节按钮、参数显示器及液醇油泵,其中进醇液管经液醇油泵由此穿过、回醇液管也由此穿过,参数显示器由集成电路和各种传感器组成,主要显示:火力大小、水位、油位、水温、室内温湿度等参数。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能高效节能型醇基生物燃料汽化炉灶,其特征在于醇基燃料储罐层E,安装有一次成形的不锈钢内胆作为醇基燃料储罐,内有进醇液管、回醇液管、液位传感器及加注醇燃料管,并在底部安装有便于移动的四个滚动轮。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能高效节能型醇基生物燃料汽化炉灶,其特征在于炉灶主体结构由:1.1炉灶面、1.2炉灶盖(1.2.1炉灶盖外圈1.2.2炉灶盖中圈1.2.3炉灶盖内圈1.2.4炉灶揭盖眼)、1.3炉灶沿、1.4加湿孔、 1.5炉灶支撑架、1.6滚动轮、1.7炉膛(烤箱)组成。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能高效节能型醇基生物燃料汽化炉灶,其特征在于炉灶灶头及进风系统由:2.1炉灶芯(2.1.1醇基燃料喷料口、2.1.2可充电式锂电池打火口)、2.2送风孔、2.3溢出口(回醇液管)、2.4炉灶灶盘固定架、2.5炉灶底壳、2.6进风管、2.7风机组成。

  12. 一种多功能高效节能型醇基生物燃料汽化炉灶,其特征在于包括五层四大功能系统,分别为炉灶灶头及功能使用层(A)、纤维隔热层(B)、空气隔绝及进气层(C)、控制面板层(D)、醇基燃料储罐层(E)及炉灶主体结构(1)、炉灶灶头及进风系统(2)、炉灶汽化室及聚火圈系统(3)、炉灶冷却隔热及热水供给系统(4)、炉灶点火控制及燃料供给系统(5)。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的多功能高效节能型醇基生物燃料汽化炉灶,其特征在于所述炉灶灶头及功能使用层(A)中的炉灶面为食品级不锈钢材质;炉灶盖分为三圈,所述炉灶灶头及功能使用层(A)内有所述炉灶灶头及进风系统(2)、所述炉灶汽化室及聚火圈系统(3)、所述炉灶冷却隔热及热水供给系统(4)。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的多功能高效节能型醇基生物燃料汽化炉灶,其特征在于所述纤维隔热层(B)由石棉纤维或玻璃纤维填充,所述纤维隔热层(B)能够减少灶火辐射余热的散失及隔断与炉体下部的热能传导;所述纤维隔热层(B)内有炉灶底壳(2.5)、送风管道。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的多功能高效节能型醇基生物燃料汽化炉 灶,其特征在于所述空气隔绝及进气层(C)分布有三排10mm直径的孔眼,所述空气隔绝及进气层(C)为中空空气隔绝及进气层,所述空气隔绝及进气层(C)的作用一方面为炉灶灶头的送风孔(2.2)由风机(2.7)提供空气,另一方面进一步散失余热。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的多功能高效节能型醇基生物燃料汽化炉灶,其特征在于所述控制面板层(D),所述控制面板层(D)安装有醇液位表(5.1)、液醇加注口(5.2)、火力调节按钮(5.3)、参数显示器(5.6)及液醇油泵(5.7),进醇液管(5.4)经所述液醇油泵(5.7)由所述控制面板层(D)穿过、回醇液管(5.5)也由所述控制面板层(D)穿过,所述参数显示器(5.6)由集成电路和各种传感器组成,所述参数显示器(5.6)显示:火力大小、水位、油位、水温、室内温湿度参数。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的多功能高效节能型醇基生物燃料汽化炉灶,其特征在于所述醇基燃料储罐层(E)安装有一次成形的不锈钢内胆作为液醇储罐(5.8),所述醇基燃料储罐层(E)底部安装有便于移动的四个滚动轮(1.6)。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的多功能高效节能型醇基生物燃料汽化炉灶,其特征在于所述炉灶主体结构(1)包括炉灶面(1.1)、炉灶盖(1.2)、炉灶沿(1.3)、加湿孔(1.4)、炉灶支撑架(1.5)、所述滚动轮(1.6)、炉膛烤箱(1.7),所述炉灶盖(1.2)分为三圈,所述炉灶沿(1.3)宽度为30mm,所述加湿孔(1.4)每个周边有孔眼,所述加湿孔(1.4)便于对房间冬季干燥空气进行蒸汽加湿,所述炉灶支撑架(1.5)四周各有一根不锈钢实心管起到炉灶整体重量的支撑作用,所述炉膛烤箱(1.7)外圈直径为350mm,所述炉膛烤箱(1.7)内圈直径为110mm,所述炉膛烤箱(1.7)能够作为烧烤空间使用。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的多功能高效节能型醇基生物燃料汽化炉灶,其特征在于所述炉灶灶头及进风系统(2)包括炉灶芯(2.1)、所述送风孔(2.2)、回醇液管溢出口(2.3)、炉灶灶盘固定架(2.4)、所述炉灶底壳(2.5)、进风管(2.6)、所述风机(2.7),所述炉灶芯(2.1)安装有醇基燃料喷料口(2.1.1)和可充电式锂电池打火口(2.1.2),所述醇基燃料喷料口(2.1.1)和所述可充电式锂电池打火口(2.1.2)作为醇基燃料喷料和点火使用,所述送风孔(2.2)有三排,所述炉灶灶盘固定架(2.4)每120°有一个,将炉灶灶头固定在炉 灶上,所述炉灶底壳(2.5)上设置有正负极点火线进线孔(5.10)、所述进醇液管(5.4)和所述回醇液管(5.5),所述炉灶底壳(2.5)底部边侧设置有所述进风管(2.6),所述进风管(2.6)由所述风机(2.7)提供送风动力,所述炉灶底壳(2.5)安装在所述纤维隔热层(B)。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的多功能高效节能型醇基生物燃料汽化炉灶,其特征在于所述炉灶汽化室及聚火圈系统(3)固定在十字架上并镶嵌在炉灶灶头上方,所述炉灶汽化室及聚火圈系统(3)包括汽化室(3.1)、遮火罩(3.2)、醇蒸汽喷射孔(3.3)、聚火圈(3.4),所述汽化室(3.1)外安装有所述回醇液管溢出口(2.3),在点火或关火时将残余液醇经所述回醇液管溢出口(2.3)、所述回醇液管(5.5)流回到所述液醇储罐(5.8),所述汽化室(3.1)与所述聚火圈(3.4)下端连通所述炉灶灶头及进风系统(2),所述汽化室(3.1)侧壁设有所述醇蒸汽喷射孔(3.3),所述汽化室(3.1)上方顶端设有所述遮火罩(3.2)。
  21. 根据权利要求18所述的多功能高效节能型醇基生物燃料汽化炉灶,其特征在于所述炉灶冷却隔热及热水供给系统(4)包括自来水进口(4.1)、热水出口(4.2)、水箱(4.3)、废气烟道(4.4)、橡塑软管排气管(4.5),所述自来水进口(4.1)与所述热水出口(4.2)为不锈钢管,所述自来水进口(4.1)与所述热水出口(4.2)安装有进出口阀门,所述水箱(4.3)能够提供热水;在所述炉膛烤箱(1.7)背面设置有有呈喇叭口状的所述废气烟道(4.4)经所述水箱(4.3)循环一圈在所述炉灶灶头及功能使用层(A)背面处通过所述橡塑软管排气管(4.5)引出房间外。
  22. 根据权利要求19所述的多功能高效节能型醇基生物燃料汽化炉灶,其特征在于所述炉灶点火控制及燃料供给系统(5)包括所述醇液位表(5.1)、所述液醇加注口(5.2)、所述火力调节按钮(5.3)、所述进醇液管(5.4)、所述回醇液管(5.5)、所述参数显示器(5.6)、所述液醇油泵(5.7)、所述液醇储罐(5.8)、吸醇液孔(5.9)、所述点火线进线孔(5.10),所述醇液位表(5.1)显示所述液醇储罐(5.8)的液醇体积量,便于由所述液醇加注口(5.2)安全加注,所述火力调节按钮(5.3)分为五档,所述进醇液管(5.4)与所述回醇液管(5.5)为不锈钢管制成,所述进醇液管(5.4)直通所述液醇储罐(5.8)底部,所述进醇液管(5.4)底部侧管壁上有所述吸醇液孔(5.9),所述进醇液管(5.4) 上经所述参数显示器(5.6)、所述液醇油泵(5.7)泵到所述纤维隔热层(B)并固定在所述炉灶底壳(2.5),所述液醇储罐(5.8)储存醇基生物燃料,所述液醇储罐(5.8)距炉灶灶头有安全距离。
