(7)该种建筑施工用电缆收卷装置,通过移动板底部的若干辊条与气缸的配合使用,实现了移动板及气胀轴整体快速向三角爪盘快速移动,进而便于快速实现对气胀轴的传动连接。
(8)该种建筑施工用电缆收卷装置,通过主机体内的蓄电池与主机体底部脚轮的配合使用,实现装置整体在建筑施工现场的快速移动使用,具有较高的使用便捷性;本实用新型,结构简单合理,设计新颖,操作简单,并能快速有效地对建筑施工现场电缆进行收卷,具有较高的实用价值。
(9)本实用新型第一气缸和第二气缸配合实现收卷辊筒水平方向和垂直方向的自由移动,按照需要进行收卷辊筒的位置调整。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
实施例1:如图1-4所示,本实用新型一种建筑施工用缆绳整齐收卷装置,包括底板1,底板1的顶部一侧固定安装有一对把手2,把手2包括固定杆12、铰链13和活动杆14,把手2的一侧设置有一对安装固定板3,安装固定板3和把手2之间固定安装一对电机,电机分别为第一电机4和第二电机5,安装固定板3之间固定安装有转轴6,且转轴6通过皮带与第一电机4传动连接,转轴6外侧套设有卷筒7,卷筒7包括套筒16、挡板17和轴孔18,转轴6的一端套设有手动转盘8,安装固定板3之间在靠近转轴6的底部一侧安装有导向杆9和丝杠10,丝杠10通过皮带与第二电机5传动连接,导向杆9和丝杠10套设有布线器11,布线器11包括滑动座19、辊筒20、丝杠孔22和通孔21。
其中,铰链13固定安装在固定杆12的顶部,铰链13的另一端与活动杆14固定连接,活动杆14通过铰链13与固定杆12活动连接,通过安装铰链13,便于活动杆14转动,从而方便收纳卷筒。
其中,活动杆14在远离铰链13的一端套设有防护套,防护套为橡胶材质,且防护套表面设置有防滑纹理,通过安装防护套,有效提高装置使用的安全性。
其中,挡板17设置有一对且分别固定安装在套筒16的两端,轴孔18开设在套筒16上且贯通套筒16两端,轴孔18一侧设置有键槽。
其中,挡板17为盘状,挡板17包括轮毂,轮毂四周安装有若干轮辐,轮辐外侧设置有轮缘。
其中,通孔21开设在靠近滑动座19底部的一侧,丝杠孔22设置在靠近通孔21顶部的一侧,丝杠10与丝杠孔22连接处设置有若干滚珠,滚珠、丝杠10和滑动座19构成滚珠丝杠移动副。
其中,滑动座19顶部开设有凹槽,辊筒20设置有一对且固定安装在凹槽内部,且凹槽开设有若干调节孔。
其中,底板1底部四角固定安装有脚轮15,脚轮15为万向脚轮,且脚轮15设置有脚刹。
工作原理:该种建筑施工用缆绳整齐收卷装置工作时,通过转动把手2,当收卷完成后,转动活动杆14与固定杆12竖直,充分利用装置的空间;通过在滑动座19上开设调节孔,将辊筒20安装在不同的孔来调节辊筒20之间的间距,从而适用于不同直径的线缆布线,提高了装置的适用范围;通过安装第一电机4和手动转盘8,便于自动收卷和手动收卷,当断电时时可以手动收卷,当线缆直径较大长度较长不适合人工收卷时可以电动收卷,自动收卷和手动收卷二者相互补足;该装置结构简单合理,使用方便,有效解决了现有多数收卷装置缺少收纳装置、适用性不足和收卷方式单一的问题,具有较高的实用价值。
实施例2:实施例:如图5-7所示,本实用新型一种建筑施工用电缆收卷装置,包括主机体1,所述主机体1的顶端设有放置槽11,所述放置槽11的内部滑动安装有移动板12,所述移动板12的顶端竖直固定安装有一对第一气缸2,所述第一气缸2的顶端输出端连接有活塞杆,且所述活塞杆的顶端固定连接有放置座3,且两个所述放置座3之间水平放置有气胀轴5,所述气胀轴5的外周面上固定安装有收卷辊筒6,所述主机体1在靠近气胀轴5的一端固定安装有支撑座9,所述支撑座9的一侧固定安装有固定盘8,所述固定盘8上固定安装有三角爪盘7,且所述气胀轴5的一端与三角爪盘7固定连接,所述支撑座9在远离固定盘8的一侧固定安装有驱动电机10,且所述驱动电机10与三角爪盘7传动连接。
其中,主机体1在靠近放置槽11的一侧固定安装有第二气缸14,且所述第二气缸14的一端与移动板12的一侧固定连接。
其中,主机体1的一侧设置有安装腔室15,所述安装腔室15内固定分别安装有气泵16、蓄电池17和控制器18,且所述控制器18分别通过导线与气泵16和蓄电池17电性连接,所述气泵16分别通过气管与第一气缸2和第二气缸14相互接通。
其中,移动板12的底面与放置槽11之间设置有若干辊条13,且所述若干辊条13均 通过轴与移动板12固定连接。
其中,气胀轴5的两端固定套装有轴承4,且所述放置座3上设置有能与轴承4相互卡合的轴承槽。
其中,主机体1在靠近安装腔室15开口处的一侧固定安装有机盖21,且所述机盖21上设置有若干散热槽口。
其中,主机体1的一侧固定安装有控制按钮20,且所述控制按钮20通过分别导线与驱动电机10和控制器18电性连接。
其中,主机体1的底部四角均固定安装有脚轮19,且所述脚轮19均为聚氨酯万向脚轮。
工作原理:该种建筑施工用电缆收卷装置在使用时,通过气胀轴5底部两端的放置座3与三角爪盘7的配合使用,实现了对气胀轴5及收卷辊筒6的快速固定与安装,进而有效提高了收卷辊筒6的装卸效率,便于使用,同时通过第一气缸2的配合使用,实现了对收卷辊筒6的快速落放,进而有效替代了人工对收卷辊筒6的搬运,省时省力,通过移动板12底部的若干辊条13与气缸的配合使用,实现了移动板12及气胀轴5整体快速向三角爪盘7快速移动,进而便于快速实现对气胀轴6的传动连接,通过主机体1内的蓄电池17与主机体1底部脚轮19的配合使用,实现装置整体在建筑施工现场的快速移动使用,具有较高的使用便捷性;本实用新型,结构简单合理,设计新颖,操作简单,并能快速有效地对建筑施工现场电缆进行收卷,具有较高的实用价值。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种建筑施工用缆绳整齐收卷装置,包括底板(1),其特征在于,所述底板(1)的顶部一侧固定安装有一对把手(2),所述把手(2)包括固定杆(12)、铰链(13)和活动杆(14),所述把手(2)的一侧设置有一对安装固定板(3),所述安装固定板(3)和把手(2)之间固定安装一对电机,所述电机分别为第一电机(4)和第二电机(5),所述安装固定板(3)之间固定安装有转轴(6),且所述转轴(6)通过皮带与第一电机(4)传动连接,所述转轴(6)外侧套设有卷筒(7),所述卷筒(7)包括套筒(16)、挡板(17)和轴孔(18),所述转轴(6)的一端套设有手动转盘(8),所述安装固定板(3)之间在靠近转轴(6)的底部一侧安装有导向杆(9)和丝杠(10),所述丝杠(10)通过皮带与第二电机(5)传动连接,所述导向杆(9)和丝杠(10)套设有布线器(11),所述布线器(11)包括滑动座(19)、辊筒(20)、丝杠孔(22)和通孔(21),所述滑动座(19)沿着所述丝杠(10)轴向移动起到调整缆线的输出位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑施工用缆绳整齐收卷装置,其特征在于,所述铰链(13)固定安装在固定杆(12)的顶部,所述铰链(13)的另一端与活动杆(14)固定连接,所述活动杆(14)通过铰链(13)与固定杆(12)活动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑施工用缆绳整齐收卷装置,其特征在于,所述活动杆(14)在远离铰链(13)的一端套设有防护套,所述防护套为橡胶材质,且所述防护套表面设置有防滑纹理。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑施工用缆绳整齐收卷装置,其特征在于,所述挡板(17)设置有一对且分别固定安装在套筒(16)的两端,所述轴孔(18)开设在套筒(16)上且贯通套筒(16)两端,所述轴孔(18)一侧设置有键槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑施工用缆绳整齐收卷装置,其特征在于,所述挡板(17)为盘状,所述挡板(17)包括轮毂,所述轮毂四周安装有若干轮辐,所述轮辐外侧设置有轮缘。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑施工用缆绳整齐收卷装置,其特征在于,所述通孔(21)开设在靠近滑动座(19)底部的一侧,所述丝杠孔(22)设置在靠近通孔(21)顶部的一侧,所述丝杠(10)与丝杠孔(22)连接处设置有若干滚珠,所述滚珠、丝杠(10)和滑动座(19)构成滚珠丝杠移动副。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑施工用缆绳整齐收卷装置,其特征在于,所述滑动座(19)顶部开设有凹槽,所述辊筒(20)设置有一对且固定安装在凹槽内部,且所述凹槽开设有若干调节孔。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑施工用缆绳整齐收卷装置,其特征在于,所述底板(1)底部四角固定安装有脚轮(15),所述脚轮(15)为万向脚轮,且所述脚轮(15)设置有脚刹。
  9. 一种建筑施工用电缆收卷装置,包括主机体(1),其特征在于,所述主机体(1)的顶端设有放置槽(11),所述放置槽(11)的内部滑动安装有移动板(12),所述移动板(12)的顶端竖直固定安装有一对第一气缸(2),所述第一气缸(2)的顶端输出端连接有活塞杆,且所述活塞杆的顶端固定连接有放置座(3),且两个所述放置座(3)之间水平放置有气胀轴(5),所述气胀轴(5)的外周面上固定安装有收卷辊筒(6),所述主机体(1)在靠近气胀轴(5)的一端固定安装有支撑座(9),所述支撑座(9)的一侧固定安装有固定盘(8),所述固定盘(8)上固定安装有三角爪盘(7),且所述气胀轴(5)的一端与三角爪盘(7)固定连接,所述支撑座(9)在远离固定盘(8)的一侧固定安装有驱动电机(10),且所述驱动电机(10)与三角爪盘(7)传动连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种建筑施工用电缆收卷装置,其特征在于,所述主机体(1)在靠近放置槽(11)的一侧固定安装有第二气缸(14),且所述第二气缸(14)的一端与移动板(12)的一侧固定连接使得移动板(12)水平移动。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的一种建筑施工用电缆收卷装置,其特征在于,所述主机体(1)的一侧设置有安装腔室(15),所述安装腔室(15)内固定分别安装有气泵(16)、蓄电池(17)和控制器(18),且所述控制器(18)分别通过导线与气泵(16)和蓄电池(17)电性连接,所述气泵(16)分别通过气管与第一气缸(2)和第二气缸(14)相互接通。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的一种建筑施工用电缆收卷装置,其特征在于,所述移动板(12)的底面与放置槽(11)之间设置有若干辊条(13),且所述若干辊条(13)均通过轴与移动板(12)固定连接。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的一种建筑施工用电缆收卷装置,其特征在于,所述气胀轴(5)的两端固定套装有轴承(4),且所述放置座(3)上设置有能与轴承(4)相互卡合的轴承槽。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的一种建筑施工用电缆收卷装置,其特征在于,所述主机体(1)在靠近安装腔室(15)开口处的一侧固定安装有机盖(21),且所述机盖(21)上设置有若干散热槽口。
  15. 根据权利要求9或11所述的一种建筑施工用电缆收卷装置,其特征在于,所述主机体(1)的一侧固定安装有控制按钮(20),且所述控制按钮(20)通过分别导线与驱动电机(10)和控制器(18)电性连接。
  16. 根据权利要求9所述的一种建筑施工用电缆收卷装置,其特征在于,所述主机体(1)的底部四角均固定安装有脚轮(19),且所述脚轮(19)均为聚氨酯万向脚轮。
