仓储设备是指能够满足储藏和保管物品需要的技术装置和机具,其并非仅指以房屋、有锁之门等外在表征的设备,具体可分为装卸搬运设备和保管设备、计量设备、养护检验设备、通风照明设备、消防安全设备、劳动防护设备以及其他用途设备和工具等,仓储设备是仓储与物流技术水平高低的主要标志,现代仓储设备体现了现代仓储与物流技术的发展,装卸搬运设备是用于商品的出入库、库内堆码以及翻垛作业,这类设备对改进仓储管理,减轻劳动强度,提高收发货效率具有重要作用。
但是现有的仓储设备在进行托举时不能很好的保证仓储箱的稳定,而且没有的一定的封盖装置,打开和闭合都不是很方便,使用麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有的仓储设备在进行托举时不能很好的保证仓储箱的稳定,而且没有的一定的封盖装置,打开和闭合都不是很方便,使用麻烦的缺点,而提出的一种具有托举功能的仓储设备及其方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种具有托举功能的仓储设备,包括底板,所述底板的底部固定安装有若干个导向轮,底板上转动安装有螺杆,底板的一侧固定安装有驱动电机,螺杆的一端与驱动电机的输出轴固定连接,螺杆上对称螺纹安装有两个驱动板,两个驱动板均滑动安装在底板上,底板的顶部对称固定安装有两个侧板,两个侧板上固定安装有同一个安装杆,安装杆上对称滑动安装有两个传动板, 两个传动板分别与两个驱动板固定连接,两个传动板上均活动安装有连接板,两个连接板活动连接,两个连接板的顶部均活动安装有连接块,两个连接块上滑动安装有同一个仓储箱,仓储箱的两侧均固定安装有固定板,两个固定板分别与两个侧板相配合,仓储箱的顶部滑动安装有第一盖板和第二盖板,第一盖板的顶部固定安装有把手,第一盖板与第二盖板相配合。

S2:两个连接板和两个连接块的配合将仓储箱抬升到一定的高度,同时两个固定板和两个侧板之间由于间距的改变,两个第一连接杆和两个第二连接杆产生相对移动,可以对仓储箱进行支撑确保仓储箱的稳定,若是需要打开仓储箱时,通过握把带动固定杆运动,固定杆带动卡板移动,卡板从卡槽内移动出后,可以通过把手将第一盖板和第二盖板分开,便于拿取货物;
S3:不需要使用时,将第一盖板和第二盖板合上,限位板会推动卡板移动,在压簧的作用下,最终卡板可以顺利复位卡进卡槽内将第一盖板和第二盖板固定在一起。

本实施例中,滑动孔26内通过焊接固定安装有压簧27,压簧27通过焊接固定安装在卡板25上,使得卡板25移动后可以顺利复位。
本实施例中,第二盖板21的顶部活动安装有握把28,握把28上滑动安装有固定杆29,固定杆29的一端活动安装在卡板25上,可以通过握把28带动卡板25移动。
本实施例中,第二盖板21的顶部通过焊接固定安装有支撑板30,握把28活动安装在支撑板30上,保证了握把28的稳定运动。
本实施例中,一种具有托举功能的仓储设备的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:在需要使用仓储箱11时,将底板1通过若干个导向轮2移动到合适的位置,位置移动好后,将驱动电机5接入电源,启动驱动电机5,驱动电机5带动螺杆4转动,螺杆4带动两个驱动板6移动,两个驱动板6带动两个传动板9移动,两个传动板9通过两个连接板10带动两个连接块12移动;
S2:两个连接板10和两个连接块12的配合将仓储箱11抬升到一定的高度,同时两个固定板13和两个侧板7之间由于间距的改变,两个第一连接杆14和两个第二连接杆17产生相对移动,可以对仓储箱11进行支撑确保仓储箱11的稳定,若是需要打开仓储箱11时,通过握把28带动固定杆29运动,固定杆29带动卡板25移动,卡板25从卡槽24内移动出后,可以通过把手22将第一盖板20和第二盖板21分开,便于拿取货物;
S3:不需要使用时,将第一盖板20和第二盖板21合上,限位板23会推 动卡板25移动,在压簧27的作用下,最终卡板25可以顺利复位卡进卡槽24内将第一盖板20和第二盖板21固定在一起。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有托举功能的仓储设备,包括底板(1),其特征在于,所述底板(1)的底部固定安装有若干个导向轮(2),底板(1)上转动安装有螺杆(4),底板(1)的一侧固定安装有驱动电机(5),螺杆(4)的一端与驱动电机(5)的输出轴固定连接,螺杆(4)上对称螺纹安装有两个驱动板(6),两个驱动板(6)均滑动安装在底板(1)上,底板(1)的顶部对称固定安装有两个侧板(7),两个侧板(7)上固定安装有同一个安装杆(8),安装杆(8)上对称滑动安装有两个传动板(9),两个传动板(9)分别与两个驱动板(6)固定连接,两个传动板(9)上均活动安装有连接板(10),两个连接板(10)活动连接,两个连接板(10)的顶部均活动安装有连接块(12),两个连接块(12)上滑动安装有同一个仓储箱(11),仓储箱(11)的两侧均固定安装有固定板(13),两个固定板(13)分别与两个侧板(7)相配合,仓储箱(11)的顶部滑动安装有第一盖板(20)和第二盖板(21),第一盖板(20)的顶部固定安装有把手(22),第一盖板(20)与第二盖板(21)相配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有托举功能的仓储设备及其方法,其特征在于,所述底板(1)的顶部开设有安装槽(3),螺杆(4)转动安装在安装槽(3)内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有托举功能的仓储设备,其特征在于,两个侧板(7)上均活动安装有第一连接杆(14),两个连接杆(14)上均开设有滑槽(15),两个滑槽(15)内均滑动安装有滑块(16),两个滑块(16)上均固定安装有第二连接杆(17)的一端,两个第二连接杆(17)的另一端均活动安装有衔接板(19),两个衔接板(19)分别滑动安装在固定板(13)的底部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种具有托举功能的仓储设备,其特征在于,两个滑槽(14)内均固定安装有弹簧(18),两个弹簧(18)分别固定安装在 两个滑块(16)上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有托举功能的仓储设备,其特征在于,所述第一盖板(20)上固定安装有限位板(23),限位板(23)上开设有卡槽(24),第二盖板(21)上滑动安装有卡板(25),卡板(25)和卡槽(24)相配合。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有托举功能的仓储设备,其特征在于,所述第二盖板(21)上开设有滑动孔(26),卡板(25)滑动安装在滑动孔(26)内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种具有托举功能的仓储设备,其特征在于,所述滑动孔(26)内固定安装有压簧(27),压簧(27)固定安装在卡板(25)上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有托举功能的仓储设备,其特征在于,所述第二盖板(21)的顶部活动安装有握把(28),握把(28)上滑动安装有固定杆(29),固定杆(29)的一端活动安装在卡板(25)上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有托举功能的仓储设备,其特征在于,所述第二盖板(21)的顶部固定安装有支撑板(30),握把(28)活动安装在支撑板(30)上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有托举功能的仓储设备的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S1:在需要使用仓储箱(11)时,将底板(1)通过若干个导向轮(2)移动到合适的位置,位置移动好后,将驱动电机(5)接入电源,启动驱动电机(5),驱动电机(5)带动螺杆(4)转动,螺杆(4)带动两个驱动板(6)移动,两个驱动板(6)带动两个传动板(9)移动,两个传动板(9)通过两个连接板(10)带动两个连接块(12)移动;
    S2:两个连接板(10)和两个连接块(12)的配合将仓储箱(11)抬升 到一定的高度,同时两个固定板(13)和两个侧板(7)之间由于间距的改变,两个第一连接杆(14)和两个第二连接杆(17)产生相对移动,可以对仓储箱(11)进行支撑确保仓储箱(11)的稳定,若是需要打开仓储箱(11)时,通过握把(28)带动固定杆(29)运动,固定杆(29)带动卡板(25)移动,卡板(25)从卡槽(24)内移动出后,可以通过把手(22)将第一盖板(20)和第二盖板(21)分开,便于拿取货物;
    S3:不需要使用时,将第一盖板(20)和第二盖板(21)合上,限位板(23)会推动卡板(25)移动,在压簧(27)的作用下,最终卡板(25)可以顺利复位卡进卡槽(24)内将第一盖板(20)和第二盖板(21)固定在一起。
