Abstract

背景技术
除了车辆转向操作功能之外,车辆的方向盘组件上还集成了一些其他功能。例如,方向盘组件上还可以集成发光标志。该发光标志用于识别车辆产品。发光标志可以包括简单的几何图形、字母、短横线等标志特征或其组合。又例如,方向盘组件上还可以集成驾驶模式转换的功能。又例如,方向盘组件上还可以集成喇叭功能。
但是,对于上述功能是否已经被成功触发,现有的方向盘组件中未设置有反馈。这导致驾驶员不能确定期望功能是否已经被成功触发,从而不利地影响驾驶员的注意力,进而不利地影响驾驶安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有对预定功能已经被触发设置有反馈的方向盘组件,进一步地,本发明的目的还包括提供提高驾驶安全性的方向盘组件。
本发明提供一种方向盘组件,其用于车辆,
其中,
所述方向盘组件包括方向盘和安装在所述方向盘处的振动部件,
其中,所述振动部件包括控制器、能够与所述控制器通信的信号接收器和振动件,所述信号接收器用于接收所述车辆的预定功能被触发的信号、并且将接收到的所述信号发送给控制器,以及,所述振动件在所述控制器的控制下,响应于所述信号接收器的所述信号在所述方向盘处振动。
根据本发明的实施例,所述方向盘包括罩盖、底壳以及由所述罩盖和 所述底壳限定的容纳空间,并且,所述振动件被设置在所述容纳空间中。
根据本发明的实施例,所述罩盖和所述底壳中的一者上设置有悬浮件,以及,所述悬浮件上设置有可变形件,使得所述悬浮件利用所述可变形件的变形特性相对于所述罩盖和所述底壳中的另一者保持悬浮,并且,所述振动件被固定到所述悬浮件上。
根据本发明的实施例,所述车辆的所述预定功能包括标牌发光功能。

此外,空间相关术语(诸如“上”、“下”、“左”和“右”等)用于描述附图所示的元件与另一个元件的相对位置关系。因此,空间相关术语可以应用到使用时与附图所示的方向不同的方向中。显然,虽然为了易于说明,所有这些空间相关术语指的是附图所示的方向,但是本领域技术人员能够理解可以使用与附图中所示的方向不同的方向。

如图1所示,本发明实施例的方向盘组件10包括设置在罩盖110和底壳120限定的容纳空间中的发光标牌部件,该发光标牌部件用于实现标牌发光功能。具体地,发光标牌部件包括标牌特征部410、光源420和导光件430,并且,标牌特征部410被设置在罩盖110上,导光件430用于将光源420发出的光线引导到标牌特征部410。例如,底壳120上设置有印刷电路板,光源420可以设置在该印刷电路板上;此外,振动部件的控制器和信号接收器也可以设置在印刷电路板上,即,该印刷电路板被设置为被发光标牌部件和振动部件共用。

此外,如图1所示,发光标牌部件还包括微动开关440,该微动开关440包括分别设置在导光件430和控制器、即印刷电路板上的第一接触点和第二接触点。但是这仅仅是示例,可以选择两个导电片替换微动开关。
图2示意性地示出根据本发明实施例的方向盘组件中的部分部件。以下参照图2描述根据本发明实施例的方向盘组件中的部分部件。
如图2所示,根据本发明实施例的方向盘组件10还包括固定部130,该固定部130用于将罩盖110和底壳120固定在一起,并且,可变形件300被布置为围绕固定部130的外表面。例如,该可变形件300可以选择橡胶制造。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方向盘组件(10),其中,所述方向盘包括罩盖(110)、底壳(120)以及由所述罩盖(110)和所述底壳(120)限定的容纳空间,并且,所述振动件被设置在所述容纳空间中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方向盘组件(10),其中,所述罩盖(110)和所述底壳(120)中的一者上设置有悬浮件,以及,所述悬浮件上设置有可变形件(300),使得所述悬浮件利用所述可变形件(300)的变形特性相对于所述罩盖(110)和所述底壳(120)中的另一者保持悬浮,并且,所述振动件被固定到所述悬浮件上。
