Description

一种用于凯格尔训练的电子按摩装置
本申请要求于2020年10月29日提交中国专利局、申请号为202011178318.0、申请名称为“一种用于凯格尔训练的电子按摩装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子按摩装置,尤其涉及一种用于凯格尔训练的电子按摩装置。
背景技术
凯格尔运动(Kegel Exercises)的目的是加强盆腔底部肌肉,或称耻尾肌。这些肌肉从耻骨后方向前方伸展。加强训练耻尾肌可以促进尿道和肛门括约肌的功能,防止小便失禁以及肛门失禁。早在二十世纪四十年代,凯格尔医生就经常推荐他的病人进行凯格尔运动,以帮助治疗产妇在生产之后的应力性尿失禁。
现有技术中,进行凯格尔训练的过程中一般借助简单器械进行,不仅单调乏味,而且还需要用户极大的毅力才能坚持。而且,这些简单器械还存在成本高昂效果差的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于凯格尔训练的电子按摩装置。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供一种用于凯格尔训练的电子按摩装置,其特征在于,包括:外壳以及位于所述外壳内部的振动模块、无线连接模块和电连接件;
所述振动模块和所述无线连接模块分别位于所述外壳相对的两端,所述电连接件分别与所述振动模块和所述无线连接模块相连接;
所述外壳相对的两端之间具有弹性的呈弧形弯曲连接。
根据本发明的一个方面,所述振动模块包括:安装壳体,设置于所述安装壳体内的电路板和平衡框,以及与所述电路板电连接的震动电机;
所述平衡框与所述震动电机位于所述电路板相对的两侧。

根据本发明的一种方案,利用压力传感器在按摩过程中操作者对按摩装置施加的力的变化,并根据操作者施加的力的变化调整整个装置的运行状态或频率实现按摩效果的灵活变化。
根据本发明的一种方案,软质材料制成的外壳外表柔软更易贴合,同时还可起到缓冲隔音的效果,使得本发明的使用效果更佳。此外,通过将压力垫26设置为软质材料,同样也使得整个压力传感器受到的冲击小,在起到缓冲作用的情况下,极大的保护了压力传感器的使用可靠性。
根据本发明的一种方案,安装壳体采用硬质材质制成(如塑料),使得安装壳体在保证了质量轻的情况下,还能具有足够的支撑强度。
根据本发明的一种方案,震动电机为纽扣震动电机,其体积小,对整个震动模块内部空间的占用小,这样使得整个震动模块内部可以进行其他结构的合理分布和优化。

结合图1和图2所示,根据本发明的一种实施方式,本发明的一种用于凯格尔训练的电子按摩装置,包括:外壳1以及位于外壳1内部的振动模块2、无线连接模块3和电连接件4。在本实施方式中,外壳1为整体呈长条状的中空结构。在本实施方式中,外壳1相对的两端之间具有弹性的呈弧形弯曲连接,使得其成为一U型体。在本实施方式中,外壳1相对的两端在弯曲连接时,沿相互靠近的方向延伸,即该外壳1形成的U型体的开口要小于弯曲部分的直径的。通过上述设置,使得该电子按摩装置在弯曲位置具有弹性,进而实现了夹持作用,对保证其紧密贴靠以及稳定携带有利。
在本实施方式中,振动模块2、无线连接模块3和电连接件4被外壳1包裹在其中空的内部,其中,振动模块2和无线连接模块3分别位于外壳1相对的两端,进而构成了近似并列的状态。而电连接件4分别与振动模块2和无线连接模块3相连接;用于实现无线连接模块3与其他设备的通信连接用于控制振动模块2的运行。
结合图1和图2所示,根据本发明的一种实施方式,振动模块2包括:安装壳体21,设置于安装壳体21内的电路板22和平衡框23,以及与电路板22电连接的震动电机24。在本实施方式中,平衡框23与震动电机24位于电路板22相对的两侧。
结合图1和图2所示,根据本发明的一种实施方式,振动模块2还包括:压力传感器25和压力垫26。在本实施方式中,压力传感器25设置于电路板22上与电路板22电连接,用于实现压力传感器所采集的压力信息可以及时准确的传递到电路板22上;进而电路板22再将采集到的压力信息通过电连接件4和 无线连接模块3传递出去。在本实施方式中,为方便压力传感器25采集数据的准确和保护压力传感器25,将压力垫26与压力传感器25相对应的设置在压力传感器25上,实现了压力垫26对压力变化的传递和缓冲,避免了直接作用于压力传感器上,进一步使得对保证压力传感器25的采集灵敏度和长使用寿命有益。在本实施方式中,压力传感器25、压力垫26、平衡框23位于电路板22的同一侧;震动电机24和无线连接模块3位于电路板22的同一侧。
结合图1和图2所示,根据本发明的一种实施方式,安装壳体21包括:第一壳体部分211和第二壳体部分212。在本实施方式中,电路板22、平衡框23、震动电机24分别与第一壳体部分211相连接;第二壳体部分212支承在压力垫26上。
在本实施方式中,第一壳体部分211和第二壳体部分212均为空心半壳,且开口侧相对。
结合图1和图2所示,根据本发明的一种实施方式,平衡框23为截面呈圆形的杆体围成的一侧具有开口的规则形状框体结构,其开口侧与第一壳体部分211铰接连接,与开口侧相对的一侧与第二壳体部分212铰接连接。在本实施方式中,平衡框23为一个一侧开口的平面矩形框体,其可以由一根截面为圆形的圆杆的两端弯折两次形成。
结合图1和图2所示,根据本发明的一种实施方式,压力垫26为一端具有开口的柱状体,其开口端与第二壳体部分212相连接,另一端支承在压力传感器25上。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,第二壳体部分212上设置有与压力垫26开口端相配合连接的连接柱。在本实施方式中,第二壳体部分212与第一壳体部分211并不是固定连接的,其是可以相对第一壳体部分211活动的,进而可以在收到外界施加的压力后,会向着第一壳体部分211的方向靠近,从而可以同于与压力垫26相连接的位置对压力传感器进行施压,从而实现了压力传感器采集压力的过程。
在本实施方式中,由于第二壳体部分212是活动的,进而为了保证压力传 感器所采集数据的灵敏度和精准度,其活动的程度或位移是需要进行限制的。由此防止出现第二壳体部分212在受到周围干扰压力的情况下,在压力传感器上压力信息不准确的问题。进而在本实施方式中,平衡框23远离开口的一侧也是与第二壳体部分212相连接的,例如铰接、挂钩连接等。而为实现连接的稳定,可以在平衡框23上设置多个与第二壳体部分212相连接的连接位置。
结合图1和图2所示,根据本发明的一种实施方式,外壳1设置振动模块2的一端的体积大于设置无线连接模块3的一端的体积。在本实施方式中,外壳1设置无线连接模块3的一端为一细长体,这样有利于将无线连接模块3尽可能的设置在端部顶点的位置,还可使得设置无线连接模块3的外壳的厚度相对较小,进而有利于无线连接模块3的信号传输。外壳1设置振动模块2的一端为呈端部较细中间较粗的椭圆球体,这样使得其更利于贴靠,使得震动和压力采集的效果更优。
结合图1和图2所示,根据本发明的一种实施方式,平衡框23采用金属材质制成。通过采用金属材质的平衡框23其整体质量较大,从而其惯性较大,对于本发明的运行过程所产生的微小震动均能起到放大效果,是得压力传感器的采集灵敏度和精度更高,进而使得本发明的使用效果更优。
在本实施方式中,压力垫26和外壳1均采用软质材质制成(如硅胶)。通过上述设置,软质材料制成的外壳1外表柔软更易贴合,同时还可起到缓冲隔音的效果,使得本发明的使用效果更佳。此外,通过将压力垫26设置为软质材料,同样也使得整个压力传感器受到的冲击小,在起到缓冲作用的情况下,极大的保护了压力传感器的使用可靠性。
在本实施方式中,安装壳体21采用硬质材质制成(如塑料)。通过上述设置,使得安装壳体在保证了质量轻的情况下,还能具有足够的支撑强度。
结合图1和图2所示,根据本发明的一种实施方式,震动电机24为纽扣震动电机。通过上述设置的震动电机24其体积小,对整个震动模块内部空间的占用小,这样使得整个震动模块内部可以进行其他结构的合理分布和优化,尤其是结合金属平衡框的使用,在金属平衡框的作用下,震动电机24的震动效果的 可以被有效增强,使得本发明的使用效果更佳。
结合图1和图2所示,根据本发明的一种实施方式,电连接件4包括包裹体和位于包裹体内的导体。在本实施方式中,包裹体是具有弹性的绝缘材料。通过上述设置的电连接件4其可以起到弹性作用使得外壳1弯曲部分的弹性更优,使得壳体相对的两端之间还能够起到夹持作用,使得本发明能够贴合稳定。
上述内容仅为本发明的具体方案的例子,对于其中未详尽描述的设备和结构,应当理解为采取本领域已有的通用设备及通用方法来予以实施。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于凯格尔训练的电子按摩装置,其特征在于,包括:外壳(1)以及位于所述外壳(1)内部的振动模块(2)、无线连接模块(3)和电连接件(4);
    所述振动模块(2)和所述无线连接模块(3)分别位于所述外壳(1)相对的两端,所述电连接件(4)分别与所述振动模块(2)和所述无线连接模块(3)相连接;
    所述外壳(1)相对的两端之间具有弹性的呈弧形弯曲连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子按摩装置,其特征在于,所述振动模块(2)包括:安装壳体(21),设置于所述安装壳体(21)内的电路板(22)和平衡框(23),以及与所述电路板(22)电连接的震动电机(24);
    所述平衡框(23)与所述震动电机(24)位于所述电路板(22)相对的两侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子按摩装置,其特征在于,所述振动模块(2)还包括:压力传感器(25)和压力垫(26);
    所述压力传感器(25)设置于所述电路板(22)上与所述电路板(22)电连接;
    所述压力垫(26)与所述压力传感器(25)相对应的设置在所述压力传感器(25)上;
    所述压力传感器(25)、所述压力垫(26)、所述平衡框(23)位于所述电路板(22)的同一侧;
    所述震动电机(24)和所述无线连接模块(3)位于所述电路板(22)的同一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的电子按摩装置,其特征在于,所述安装壳体(21)包括:第一壳体部分(211)和第二壳体部分(212);
    所述电路板(22)、所述平衡框(23)、所述震动电机(24)分别与所述第一壳体部分(211)相连接;
    所述第二壳体部分(212)支承在所述压力垫(26)上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子按摩装置,其特征在于,所述平衡框(23)为截面呈圆形的杆体围成的一侧具有开口的规则形状框体结构,其开口侧与所述第一壳体部分(211)铰接连接,与开口侧相对的一侧与所述第二壳体部分(212)铰接连接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的电子按摩装置,其特征在于,所述压力垫(26)为一端具有开口的柱状体,其开口端与所述第二壳体部分(212)相连接,另一端支承在所述压力传感器(25)上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子按摩装置,其特征在于,所述第二壳体部分(212)上设置有与所述压力垫(26)开口端相配合连接的连接柱。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电子按摩装置,其特征在于,所述外壳(1)设置所述振动模块(2)的一端的体积大于设置所述无线连接模块(3)的一端的体积;
    所述电连接件(4)包括包裹体和位于所述包裹体内的导体,所述包裹体为具有弹性的绝缘材料。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的电子按摩装置,其特征在于,所述平衡框(23)采用金属材质制成;
    所述压力垫(26)和所述外壳(1)均采用软质材质制成;
    所述安装壳体(21)采用硬质材质制成。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的电子按摩装置,其特征在于,所述震动电机(24)为纽扣震动电机。
