Description

防护装置以及具有其的安检系统 技术领域
本申请涉及行李安全检查领域,更具体地,涉及一种用于安检系统中的托盘的防护装置以及具有该防护装置的安检系统。
背景技术
在此提供的背景描述是为了总体上呈现本申请的背景。在本背景技术部分描述的程度上,当前署名的发明人的工作以及在提交时可能不构成现有技术的描述的各方面,既不明示地也不暗示地被认为是针对本申请的现有技术。
旅客在各个案件场所例如机场、车站在进行安全检查时,手提行李以及随身零散物品都会直接放入没有任何防护和保护的安检系统的托盘里,该托盘经过安检系统,由安检员通过安检机(X光检查)判定行李是否安全,通过安检系统区分安全行李和嫌疑行李,安全行李交由旅客取走,嫌疑行李由安检员放置于开包处,并指引对应的旅客进行开包查验。
目前市场上的行李安检系统中的托盘表面都没有做清洁保护,手提行李以及随身零散物品直接放入整理位上的托盘里,容易造成行李及随身零散物品的污染。托盘多次使用后会被变脏,例如液体遗撒等,并且部分安检场所要求旅客脱鞋安检,如果脱下的鞋子也直接放入托盘更会比较脏,容易污染托盘以及托盘内的衣物等。
因此,亟待一种对托盘进行自动防护的装置。
发明内容
因此,本申请提供了一种用于安检系统的防护装置,以解决现有技术中的可能存在各种问题。
本申请提供了一种用于安检系统的防护装置,包括:至少一个输送机构,用于输送安检系统的托盘和/或待安检物品;防护介质,包括第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分被构造为输送到所述托盘的内表面以将待安检物品与所述托盘隔离开;介质支撑件,被构造成用于承载所述防护介质的所述第二部分,以使所述第二部分能够转动;至少一个介质传送机构,被构造成沿着所述防护介质的第一部分的输送方向延伸地布置,以将防护介 质的第一部分以线性运动的方式输送给托盘。
在本申请的实施例中,所述至少一个介质传送机构包括相对布置的主动传送带和从动传送带,所述主动传送带和从动传送带被构造成:在传送操作时,将所述防护介质夹持在其间,在传送停止时,主动传送带和/或从动传送带能够旋转一角度,以使所述防护介质能够在垂直于输送方向的方向上移动。
在本申请的实施例中,所述介质传送结构还包括至少一个介质夹持器,所述介质夹持器被构造为相对于所述介质支撑件位于所述托盘的同一侧或另一侧且垂直于所述输送方向设置。
在本申请的实施例中,所述防护装置还包括垂直于所述输送方向设置的介质剪裁机构,所述介质剪裁机构包括剪裁刀和剪裁辊,所述剪裁辊沿着其轴向设置有与输送剪裁刀配合的狭槽。

本申请的防护装置不仅可以自动地对安检系统中的托盘进行防护介质的铺设,实现了对托盘的保护,并保护旅客的个人财物不受污染,还具有结构简单、操作便捷的特点,此外,对现有的安检传送系统进行的改动较小,节省了成本。

在图示的实施例中,输送机构10包括框架110、由框架110支撑的第一层输送辊120和第二层输送辊130。第一层输送辊120和第二层输送辊130均可以将旅客的待安检物品和/或托盘输送到安检设备。两层输送辊的设置不仅可以输传送更多的随身行李或者小件行李,还可以将托盘和行李分开输送,进一步避免相互污染。每层的输送辊都可以包括一根电动滚筒140和多跟从动滚筒150,电动滚筒140可以由伺服电机驱动,各滚筒之间可以由传动带160连接。
在其他实施例中,第一层输送辊120可以用来输送待安检的托盘和行李,第二层输送辊130可以用于实现对已防护的托盘100的输送。本申请实施例中的输送机构可以由现有机构中已有的输送辊实现,也可以由现有机构中已有的输送带实现,本申请对此不做限制。
在本申请的实施例中,防护介质可以由纸来实现,防护介质在存放时可以成卷筒的形式,即防护介质的第一部分21。当防护介质展开后位于托盘100上方处时,呈展开的平坦状,即,防护介质的第二部分22。在本文中,防护介质的纵向与其输送方向相同,横向为宽度方向,即,垂直于纵向的方向,介质方向为介质本身所在的平面的方向。
所属技术领域的技术人员可以理解,防护介质的第一部分21和第二部分22仅是为了方便描述,并非意在对其进行限制。例如,当防护介质处于支撑件上呈卷筒形式时为第一部分21,而在操作中展开并被输送到托盘100上方时便成为第二部分22,换言之,防护介质的第一部分21围绕介质支撑件进行转动,而防护介质的第二部分22在介质传送机构的引导下进行直线移动。
防护介质还可以预先压印出易于切折或撕拉的印痕,印痕可以与托盘的形状匹配,即,印痕可以包括垂直于防护介质纵向的直线和/或与托盘的底部匹配的曲线。换言之,防护介质的印痕主要便于切断防护介质的第二部分。优选的,垂直于防护介质纵向的两个相邻的印痕之间的距离大于托盘的长度和托盘的两个深度之和,从而可以使断开的一张防护介质可以充分地遮盖整个托盘,尤其是托盘的两个侧顶部,这样也可以放置旅客在抓握托盘时与其直接接触。
在其他实施例中,防护介质还可以包括柔性薄膜或者塑性介质,或者其它可以实现铺垫且易于切割的材料。
在本申请的实施例中,介质支撑件30被构造成承载防护介质并使防护介质可以实现转动,从而便于防护介质的展开,例如,介质支撑件30包括安装到输送机构10的框架上的支撑轴和电机(未示出)。支撑轴可以由电机驱动并插入到呈卷筒状设置的防护介质中,以便于防护介质的展开。
在本申请的实施例中,防护装置1还可以包括托盘放置机构40,该托盘放置机构40被构造成位于所述至少一个输送机构10的侧部,用于放置所述托盘100。托盘放置机构40可以包括位于输送机构10侧部的安放装置。在其他实施例中,托盘放置机构40也可以由第二层输送辊130实现。
在本申请的实施例中,如图3所示,介质传送机构50包括相对布置的主动传送带51和从动传送带52,该主动传送带51和从动传送带52被构造成分别沿着防护介质的第二部分22(即,展开后的防护介质)的纵向延伸地布置在防护介质的相对的两面,例如,主动传送带51设置在防护介质的下面,从动传送带52设置在防护介质的上面,他们二者利用静电作用将防护介质输送给托盘100。在主动传送带51和从动传送带52之间的防护介质呈现线性移动。如图所示,主动传送带51和从动传送带52设 置在防护介质横向的边缘部分。主动传送带51和从动传送带52可以对称地设置,以主动传送带51为例,该主动传送带可以包括传输带54和位于传输带两端的轴,该轴可以由电机驱动,传输带54从防护介质纵向的一端延伸到另一端,从而可以使主动传送带对防护介质20进行更加平稳地输送。从动传送带的设置方式可以和主动传送带相同。
在其它实施例中,介质传送机构可以仅沿着在防护介质纵向的一部分设置。在其它实施例中,可以在防护介质横向的两边均设置主动传送带和从动传送带。本申请对介质传送机构的数量不做限制。本实施例中的传送带也可以利用已知的结构。
在本申请的实施例中,如图3和图4所示,在主动传送带51和从动传送带52的操作期间,防护介质20被夹持在二者之间,利用摩擦力将防护介质20向前进行输送,在主动传送带51和从动传送带52停止操作时,从动传送带52会从图示方向旋转一角度,优选180度,以使从动传动带52与防护介质20分开,从而防护介质20可以在垂直于输送方向的方向上移动,例如向上移动。换言之,在电机的带动下,从动传送带52的支撑件55绕着旋转轴56从防护介质上方转到防护介质的外侧,以将防护介质从被夹持的状态释放。更详细的讲,电机(图中未示出)带动旋转轴56旋转180度,连接到从动传动带的轴的支撑件55可以绕着旋转轴56转动,使得支撑件55旋转到防护介质下部,以便托盘向上推动到第二层输送辊130。在本实施例中,支撑件可以弯折90度,以更好地使从动传动带52转动离开防护介质。
在其它实施例中,从动传送带可以不转动一定角度,而是由主动传动带实现转动,或者,主动传送带和从动传送带均转动一定的角度。
在本实施例中,介质传送结构还可以包括一个或者多个介质夹持器53。如图1和图2所示,介质夹持器53可以位于托盘100的两侧且与托盘100隔开一定距离,换言之,介质夹持器53在防护介质的运动方向上可以介于介质传送结构50和介质支撑件30之间。如图1所示,介质夹持器53还可以成对设置的辊,与托盘100的顶部齐平放置。其中一个介质夹持器53可以在气缸或者电机的作用下,挤压另一介质夹持器53,从而将防护介质牢固地夹持。
在其它实施例中,介质夹持器53可以从输送机构10的框架突出且沿着垂直于防护介质的输送方向设置。介质夹持器还可以设置为两个,分别位于托盘100框架的两侧,或者,介质夹持器可以仅设置为一个,在防护介质输送方向上位于防护介质的最前端,即,托盘的没有设置介质支撑件30的一侧。
在本实施例中,如图4-5所示,防护装置1还包括垂直于所述输送方向设置的介质剪裁机构60。介质剪裁机构60包括剪裁刀61和剪裁辊62,介质剪裁机构60可以设置在输送机构10的框架上,或者,剪裁辊62的一端固定到输送机构10的框架并从框架突出,与防护介质的纵向垂直。剪裁辊62沿着其轴向设置有与剪裁刀61配合的狭槽63,剪裁刀61可以由电机驱动以在剪裁辊62的狭槽63中往复运动,将防护介质的第一部分21和第二部分22裁断,剪裁刀61可以在第一次运动时将防护介质剪断,返回时不进行剪裁操作,或者在返回时仍进行剪裁以确保将防护介质彻底剪断。
在本实施例中,防护装置还包括托盘升降机构70,如图6所示,该托盘升降机构70位于输送机构10的侧部并连接到输送机构10的框架上,用于将托盘100从第一层输送辊120提升到第二层输送辊130或略高于第二层输送辊130的位置,便于将托盘100移动到第二层输送辊130上。如图6所示,托盘升降机构70主要包括伺服电机71、同步带轮72、同步带73、托板74、直线导轨75、主框架76上限位器77、下限位器78。主框架76可以连接到输送机构10的框架上,当伺服电机71开启时,伺服电机71驱动同步带轮72移动,同步带轮72和同步带73带动托板74沿着直线导轨75上下移动。本申请对同步带轮72与托板74的连接方式不做限制。托板75上下运动的位置可以由上下限位器77、78进行限定。
在本实施例中,如图3-5所示,防护装置1还包括至少一对介质驱动机构80,介质驱动机构80与介质支撑件30设置在同一侧,并且位于介质支撑件30的上方以便于向上输送防护介质。介质驱动机构80可以由电机驱动并且可以实现为驱动轮和从动轮,例如电机连接到驱动轮以驱动介质输送操作。
在本实施例中,防护装置1还包括两对引导机构90,引导机构90可 以由电机驱动并且可以实现为驱动轮和从动轮。引导机构90从介质驱动机构80处获得防护介质,并将其送到介质传送机构50,或者,引导机构90将防护介质从介质驱动机构80输送到靠近介质夹持器的位置,以便于防护介质顺利到达介质传送机构50。
在其它实施例中,还可以仅设置一对的引导机构90。例如,在设置介质支撑件30的一侧在介质驱动机构80和介质传送机构50之间沿着防护介质的横向设置一对引导机构90。或者,在介质驱动机构80和介质传送机构50之间以及在没有设置介质支撑件30的另一侧在介质传送机构50和介质夹持器之间设置两对引导机构90,或者,沿着防护介质的宽度方向,在介质驱动机构80和介质传送机构50之间以及在介质传送机构50和介质夹持器之间设置四对引导机构90。引导机构可以具有驱动力,也可以不具有驱动力,此时介质的输送驱动力主要由介质驱动机构提供,引导机构主要起引导介质的作用。
以下参照附图描述防护装置1的操作。
如图1-6所示,在防护装置1在启动时,托盘升降机构70将托盘100从第一层输送辊120提升到第二层输送辊130,此时,介质支撑件30在电机的驱动下转动,带动防护介质从卷筒形式展开,借助于介质驱动机构80向上运动,引导机构90在电机的驱动下,从介质驱动机构80处夹到防护介质并将其传送向介质传送机构50,防护介质穿过介质夹持器53并被输送到介质传送机构50,进而介质传送机构50借助摩擦力引导防护介质继续向前行进,传送到托盘100的上方。当在与介质支撑件30相对的另一侧也设置引导机构和介质夹持器53时,随着防护介质继续向前移动时,位于上述另一侧的引导机构90和介质夹持器也夹住防护介质。此时,托盘升降机构70将托盘100升高使得托盘100的底部与第二层输送辊130齐平,在托盘升降机构70停止运动时,也停止输送防护介质,位于托盘100两端的介质夹持器53将防护介质夹持固定住。接着,介质剪裁机构60在电机的驱动下,从防护介质横向的一侧,沿着与输送方向垂直的方向将防护介质剪断。之后,介质夹持器53将防护介质20松开,防护介质20从而可以将托盘100完全覆盖,实现了对托盘100的保护,旅客可以将防护好的托盘100放置到行李输送机构。
本申请中的防护装置可以与行李安检系统设置在一起,在旅客进行安全检查时,提供干净卫生的行李托盘。
本申请的可替换的实施例中,防护装置可以设置在安检系统中,为了更清楚地表示本申请的原理,省略了一些支撑结构。如图7A-7C所示,介质支撑件30通过支撑结构(未示出)设置在例如行李传送带的输送机构10的上方,托盘100随着行李传送带前进,防护介质20在介质传送机构50的引导下顺其自然地铺设到托盘上,当防护介质20完全覆盖托盘之后,通过介质剪裁机构被剪断,防护介质落入托盘100内并覆盖在托盘的内表面上,实现了对托盘的保护,并保护旅客的个人财物不受污染。
在其它可替换实施例中,如图8所示,还可以在例如行李传送带的输送机构10旁的托盘放置机构上设置介质支撑件30和防护介质20,当旅客有需要时,可以手动抽出防护介质,铺在托盘100内部。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种用于安检系统的防护装置,其特征在于,包括:
    至少一个输送机构,用于输送安检系统的托盘和/或待安检物品;
    防护介质,包括第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分被构造为输送到所述托盘的内表面以将待安检物品与所述托盘隔离开;
    介质支撑件,被构造成用于承载所述防护介质的所述第二部分,以使所述第二部分能够转动;
    至少一个介质传送机构,被构造成沿着所述防护介质的第一部分的输送方向延伸地布置,以将防护介质的第一部分输送给托盘。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的防护装置,其中,所述至少一个介质传送机构包括相对布置的主动传送带和从动传送带,所述主动传送带和从动传送带被构造成:在传送操作时,将所述防护介质夹持在其间,在传送停止时,主动传送带和/或从动传送带能够旋转一角度,以使所述防护介质能够在垂直于输送方向的方向上移动。

  9. 如权利要求8所述的防护装置,所述防护装置还包括至少一对引导机构,所述至少一对引导机构位于所述至少一对介质驱动机构与所述至少一个介质传送机构之间。
  10. 如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的防护装置,其中,所述介质传送结构还包括至少一个旋转轴和多个支撑件,所述多个支撑件中的至少一个支撑件连接到所述至少一个介质传送机构的从动传送带并且能够绕着所述至少一个旋转轴转动180度。
  11. 如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的防护装置,其中,所述防护装置还包括托盘放置机构,所述托盘放置机构被构造成位于所述至少一个输送机构的侧部,用于放置所述托盘。
  12. 一种行李安检系统,包括如上所述任一项权利要求所述的防护装置。
