背景技术
目前,折叠显示产品(例如:折叠手机)正在迅速崛起,对于内折显示产品通常都会配一个副显示面板作为其中一种使用场景;由于折叠显示产品的结构设计限制,因此,在副显示面板装机时,柔性电路板(Flexible Printed Circuit,简称:FPC)需要弯折过来装机,但FPC的弯折部会发生回弹现象并挤压副显示面板,这样使得副显示屏容易出现积压模印,影响显示效果。
需要说明的是,在上述背景技术部公开的信息仅用于加强对本公开的背景的理解,因此可以包括不构成对本领域普通技术人员已知的现有技术的信息。
公开内容
本公开的目的在于提供一种显示装置,能够改善装机模印问题,提高显示效果。
本公开提供了一种显示装置,其包括:
第一显示面板;
第一柔性电路板,设置在所述第一显示面板的背侧,所述第一柔性电路板包括第一部、第二部及连接所述第一部和所述第二部的弯折部,所述第一部与所述第一显示面板电连接,所述第二部位于所述第一部远离所述第一显示面板的一侧;
刚性膜片,位于所述第一显示面板的背侧与所述弯折部之间,所述 刚性膜片支撑所述弯折部,所述刚性膜片的刚度大于所述第一显示面板的刚度,所述刚性膜片用于分散所述弯折部产生的回弹力。
在本公开的一种示例性实施例中,
所述弯折部对应的弯折轴线在第一方向上延伸,且所述弯折部在所述第一显示面板上的正投影具有在第二方向上相对的第一边界和第二边界,所述第二方向与所述第一方向相垂直;

本公开实施例提供了一种显示装置,此显示装置可为折叠产品,但不限于此,也可为非折叠产品;具体地,如图1所示,显示装置可包括第一显示模组10、第一柔性电路板11及刚性膜片12,其中:
第一显示模组10可为柔性显示模组,可选地,此第一显示模组10可包括第一显示面板101和第一散热膜层102,其中,第一显示面板101可为OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode)显示;需要说明的是,第一显示面板101可具有在其厚度方向Z上相对的显示侧和背侧;而第一散热膜层102可设置在第一显示面板101的背侧;此第一散热膜层102在第一显示面板101上的正投影位于第一显示面板101内或与之重合。
在本公开的实施例中,通过设置第一散热膜层102可将第一显示面 板101产生的热量快速散发,以避免第一显示面板101由于温度过高而发生损伤的情况。
举例而言,第一散热膜层102可为多层结构,此第一散热膜层102可包括依次设置的EMBO(压花硅胶缓冲材料)层、Foam(泡沫材料)层、PI(聚酰亚胺薄膜)层、Cu(铜)箔层及吸波材料层;但不限于此,第一散热膜层102也可由其他膜层构成,只要能够保证第一散热膜层102具有良好的散热性能和可弯折性能即可。此外,第一散热膜层102也可为单层结构,视具体情况而定。
第一柔性电路板11可设置在第一显示面板101的背侧,具体可设置在第一散热膜层102远离第一显示面板101的一侧;如图1所示,此第一柔性电路板11可包括第一部110、第二部111及连接第一部110和第二部111的弯折部112,具体地,弯折部112在第一显示面板101上的正投影可位于第一显示面板101的显示区域;第一部110可与第一显示面板101电连接;第二部111可位于第一部110远离第一显示面板101的一侧,应当理解的是,如图2所示,本公开实施例的显示装置还可包括第一主电路板13,此第二部111可与第一主电路板13电连接,需要说明的是,此第一主电路板13可位于第二部111远离第一部110的一侧。
如图1和图2所示,刚性膜片12可位于第一显示面板101的背侧与弯折部112之间;具体地,刚性膜片12可设置在第一散热膜层102远离第一显示面板101的一侧,此刚性膜片12在第一显示面板101上的正投影可位于第一散热膜层102在第一显示面板101上的正投影内;且此刚性膜片12可支撑第一柔性电路板11的弯折部112,应当理解的是,刚性膜片12的刚度可大于第一散热膜层102和第一显示面板101的刚度,也就是说,此刚性膜片12相比于第一显示面板101和第一散热膜层102受力不易发生变形。举例而言,此刚性膜片12的材料可为聚酰亚胺(PI)或不锈钢(SUS),应当理解的是,用于制作刚性膜片12的PI材料应为硬质PI材料。
此外,刚性膜片12的厚度可为0.1mm至0.5mm,比如:0.1mm、0.2mm、0.3mm、0.4mm、0.5mm等等,通过将刚性膜片12的厚度设计为大于或等于0.1mm,以保证刚性膜片12具有足够的刚度,而将刚性 膜片12的厚度设计为小于或等于0.5mm,可降低产品整体厚度。
在本公开实施例中,由于在第一柔性电路板11的弯折部112与第一显示面板101的背侧之间设置有刚性膜片12,且刚性膜片12受力不易发生变形,这样在装机过程中,此刚性膜片12可对弯折部112产生的回弹力进行分散释放,因此,可避免第一显示面板101的显示区域中与弯折部112对应的位置产生明显模印的情况,提高了显示效果。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例的第一柔性电路板11的弯折部112不限于设置在第一显示面板101的显示区域,也可设置在非显示区域。
其中,前述提到的各结构的装机过程可为:先将第一柔性电路板11的第二部111与第一主电路板13电连接,然后再将第一柔性电路板11进行弯折,以形成前述提到的弯折部112并使其第一部110位于第二部111远离第一主电路板13的一侧。需要说明的,第一部110可在第二部111与第一主电路板13电连接之前先与第一显示面板101电连接,或第一部110可在其弯折到第二部111远离第一主电路板13的一侧时再与第一显示面板101电连接。
举例而言,第一显示面板101的部分可弯折到背侧(图中未示出)并与第一柔性电路板11的第一部110绑定,以实现第一显示面板101与第一部110的电连接;如图2所示,而第一主电路板13可设置有第一连接端子14,第一柔性电路板11的第二部111可设置有能够与第一连接端子14扣装或插装的配合端子15,即:通过配合端子15与第一连接端子14扣装或插装以实现第一主电路板13与第二部111的电连接。
在本公开的实施例中,此第一柔性电路板11的弯折部112对应的弯折轴线可在第一方向(图中未示出)上延伸,且弯折部112在第一显示面板101上的正投影具有在第二方向X上相对的第一边界A和第二边界B,需要说明的是,此第二边界B为弯折部112中靠近第一部110和第二部111的一侧,第一边界A为弯折部112中远离第一部110和第二部111的一侧,如图1和图2所示;而刚性膜片12在第一显示面板101上的正投影具有在第二方向X上相对的第三边界C和第四边界D,如图1和图2所示,此第三边界C位于第一边界A远离第二边界B的一侧,第四边界D位于第二边界B远离第一边界A的一侧。
本实施例中,通过使弯折部112的第一边界A和第二边界B位于刚性膜片12的第三边界C和第四边界D的内侧,可使刚性膜片12更好地对弯折部112产生的回弹力进行分散,具体地,相比于弯折部112的第一边界A和第二边界B位于刚性膜片12的第三边界C和第四边界D的外侧的方案,可避免弯折部112产生的回弹力集中在刚性膜片12的第三边界C和第四边界D,从而可避免第一显示面板101中与刚性膜片12的第三边界C和第四边界D对应的位置产生模印的情况,以提高显示效果(注意避免这种反义的表述)。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例提到的第二方向X与第一方向(图中未示出)相垂直;且第一方向、第二方向X均与第一显示面板101的厚度方向Z(即:显示装置的厚度方向Z)相垂直。
可选地,刚性膜片12的第三边界C与弯折部112的第一边界A在第二方向X上的间距可等于刚性膜片12的第四边界D与弯折部112的第二边界B在第二方向X上的间距,这样可保证刚性膜片12整体受力均匀性,以更好地起到分散应力的作用;但不限于此,刚性膜片12的第三边界C与弯折部112的第一边界A在第二方向X上的间距与刚性膜片12的第四边界D与弯折部112的第二边界B在第二方向X上的间距也可不相等。
在本公开实施例中,刚性膜片12的第三边界C与弯折部112的第一边界A在第二方向X上的间距可大于或等于1cm;刚性膜片12的第四边界D与弯折部112的第二边界B在第二方向X上的间距大于或等于1cm,这样设计使得刚性膜片12能够更好地起到分散应力的作用。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例的刚性膜片12的面积可根据实际情况而定,只要能够更好地起到分散应力的作用以避免装机模印即可。
在本公开的一些实施例中,如图3所示,弯折部112的弯折空间内可设置有缓冲部16,且缓冲部16在第一显示面板101上的正投影位于刚性膜片12在第一显示面板101上的正投影内;具体地,缓冲部16可设置在弯折部112靠近第一部110的位置上,且缓冲部16在第一显示面板101上的正投影位于刚性膜片12在第一显示面板101上的正投影的中心区域。
在本实施例中,通过在弯折部112的弯折空间内设置缓冲部16,这样设计使得缓冲部16能够为弯折部112提供一定缓冲力,以保证弯折部112具有良好的恢复形变能力,避免在装机过程中弯折部112形成死折的情况。
应当理解的是,本公开实施例的显示装置不限于包括前述提到的第一显示面板101、第一散热膜层102、第一柔性电路板11、第一主电路板13、刚性膜片12、缓冲部16等结构,此显示装置除了这些结构之外,还可包括中框结构,此中框结构至少包括第一中框,详细说明,如图4所示,此第一中框可包括第一安装板17和第一侧板18,此第一安装板17具有相对的第一安装面170和第二安装面171,而第一侧板18设置在第一安装面170的周边,并与第一安装面170围成第一安装槽19;需要说明的是,在第一安装面170为矩形时,第一侧板18可环绕设置在第一安装面170的四边,但不限于此,也可设置在三边,或设置在相对两边等等,视具体情况而定。
其中,前述提到的第一显示面板101、第一散热膜层102、第一柔性电路板11、刚性膜片12可位于第一安装槽19内,且第一部110位于第二部111远离第一安装面170的一侧;需要说明的是,如图4所示,第一安装面170上可设置有与弯折部112对应的避让槽170a,且第一安装面170上设置有第一装配槽170b;前述提到的第一主电路板13可位于第一装配槽170b内,第一连接端子14的部分伸出第一装配槽170b并与第二部111电连接。
在本公开的实施例中,中框结构可为折叠机构,除了第一中框,还可包括与第一中框转动连接的第二中框,如图5所示,第二中框可与第一中框通过转轴20转动连接,此第二中框至少可包括第二安装板21,第二安装板21具有相对的第三安装面210和第四安装面211,其中,第一中框与第二中框相对转动能够使得第三安装面210转动至面向第二安装面171的位置。
可选地,如图5所示,本公开实施例的显示装置还可包括第二显示模组22,具体地,第二显示模组22可包括第二显示面板220和第二散热膜层221,此第二显示面板220可位于第二安装面171远离第一安装 面170的一侧且位于第三安装面210远离第四安装面211的一侧;而第二散热膜层221位于第二安装面171远离第一安装面170的一侧且位于第三安装面210远离第四安装面211的一侧,并设置在第二显示面板220的背侧;此第二散热膜层221在第二显示面板220上的正投影位于第二显示面板220内或与之重合。
此外,第二散热膜层221与前述提到的第一散热膜层102的结构可相同,在此不再赘述。
其中,第二显示面板220可为OLED显示,第二显示模组22可为柔性显示面板,在第一中框与第二中框相对转动以使得第三安装面210转动至面向第二安装面171的位置的同时,第二显示模组22能够发生弯折,也就是说,整个显示装置能够发生内折,即:第二显示面板220的显示面位于弯折内侧。
在本公开的实施例中,如图5所示,显示装置还可包括第二主电路板23及第二柔性电路板24;其中,第二主电路板23可设置在第一安装板17或第二安装板21上,第二主电路板23上设置有第二连接端子;第二柔性电路板24的一端与第二连接端子25电连接,另一端与第二显示面板220电连接。
举例而言,如图5所示,前述提到的第一安装面170上还可设置第二装配槽170c,且第一安装板17上还设置有贯穿第一安装面170和第二安装面171的通孔(图中未标示出),此通孔与第二装配槽170c连通;而第二主电路板23和第二连接端子25位于第二装配槽170c内,且第二柔性电路板24的一端穿过通孔与第二连接端子25电连接。
需要说明的是,第二主电路板23和第一主电路板13可为一体式结构或相互独立设置,应当理解的是,在第二主电路板23与第一主电路板13为一体式结构时,第一装配槽170b和第二装配槽170c可相互连通。
在本公开的实施例中,如图5所示,第一安装板17中第二安装面171的周边可设置第二侧板26,应当理解的是,第二安装面171中与第三安装面210相邻的一边可不设置第二侧板26,其余三边均可设置,但不限于此;第二安装板21中第三安装面210的周边可设置第三侧板27, 应当理解的是,第三安装面210中与第二安装面171相邻的一边可不设置第三侧板27,其余三边均可设置,但不限于此;其中,此第二侧板26、第二安装面171、第三安装面210及第三侧板27可围成第二安装槽28,前述提到的第二显示模组22、第二柔性电路板24可位于第二安装槽28内。
此外,如图5所示,本公开实施例的显示装置还可包括第一盖板29和第二盖板30;其中,第一盖板29可设置在第一显示面板101的显示侧,此第一盖板29的边缘超出第一显示面板101的边缘,且第一盖板29超出第一显示面板101的部分搭在第一侧板18远离第一安装面170上的端面;举例而言,此第一侧板18远离第一安装面170的端面上可设置有定位凹槽180,如图4所示,第一盖板29超出第一显示面板101的部分搭在此定位凹槽180内,如图5所示,但不限于此。而第二盖板30可设置在第二显示面板220远离第二安装面171和第三安装面210的一侧(即:第二显示面板220的显示侧),此第二盖板30的边缘也可超出第二显示面板220的边缘,举例而言,此第二盖板30可嵌在第二安装槽28内,此第二盖板30远离第二显示面板220的表面可与第二侧板26远离第一安装板17的端面以及与第三侧板27远离第二安装板21的端面相平齐,但不限于此。
需要说明的是,此第二盖板30可为柔性盖板,例如:PI盖板等,也就是说,此第二盖板30能够弯折,具体地,在第一中框与第二中框相对转动以使得第三安装面210转动至面向第二安装面171的位置的同时,第二盖板30能够随着第二显示模组22一起发生弯折;而第一盖板29可为刚性盖板,例如:玻璃盖板等,即:第一盖板29不能发生弯折,但不限于此,第一盖板29也可为柔性盖板,视具体情况而定。
其中,如图5所示,第四安装面211的周边也可设置第四侧板33,需要说明的是,在第四安装面211为矩形时,第四侧板33可环绕设置在第四安装面211的四边,但不限于此,也可设置在三边,或设置在相对两边等等,视具体情况而定。
此外,第二中框还可包括与第二安装板21相对的第三安装板31,此第四侧板33可与第三安装板31、第二安装板21的第四安装面211围 成第三安装槽32,而显示装置还可包括电池(图中未示出)等结构,此电池可放置在第三安装槽32内,但不限于此,此第三安装槽32内还可设置其他结构。需要说明的是,本公开实施例的第二中框也可不包括第三安装板31,视具体情况而定。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例的第一中框整体可为一体式结构,第二中框整体也可为一体式结构。
基于前述可知,本公开实施例的第一显示面板101可为整个显示装置的副显示面板,而第二显示面板220可为整个显示装置的主显示面板,在此显示装置处于展开状态时,可使用第二显示面板220进行显示,而在显示装置处于折叠状态时,可使用第一显示面板101进行显示。
在本公开的实施例中,显示装置的具体类型不受特别的限制,本领域常用的显示装置类型均可,具体例如手机等等,本领域技术人员可根据该显示装置的具体用途进行相应地选择,在此不再赘述。
需要说明的是,该显示装置除了前述提到的结构以外,还包括其他必要的部件和组成,以手机为例,具体例如外壳、电源线等等,本领域技术人员可根据该显示装置的具体使用要求进行相应地补充,在此不再赘述。
本领域技术人员在考虑说明书及实践这里公开的内容后,将容易想到本公开的其它实施方案。本公开旨在涵盖本公开的任何变型、用途或者适应性变化,这些变型、用途或者适应性变化遵循本公开的一般性原理并包括本公开未公开的本技术领域中的公知常识或惯用技术手段。说明书和实施例仅被视为示例性的,本公开的真正范围和精神由所附的权利要求指出。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种显示装置,其中,包括:
    第一显示面板;
    第一柔性电路板,设置在所述第一显示面板的背侧,所述第一柔性电路板包括第一部、第二部及连接所述第一部和所述第二部的弯折部,所述第一部与所述第一显示面板电连接,所述第二部位于所述第一部远离所述第一显示面板的一侧;
    刚性膜片,位于所述第一显示面板的背侧与所述弯折部之间,所述刚性膜片支撑所述弯折部,所述刚性膜片的刚度大于所述第一显示面板的刚度,所述刚性膜片用于分散所述弯折部产生的回弹力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述弯折部对应的弯折轴线在第一方向上延伸,且所述弯折部在所述第一显示面板上的正投影具有在第二方向上相对的第一边界和第二边界,所述第二方向与所述第一方向相垂直;
    所述刚性膜片在所述第一显示面板上的正投影具有在所述第二方向上相对的第三边界和第四边界,所述第三边界位于所述第一边界远离所述第二边界的一侧,所述第四边界位于所述第二边界远离所述第一边界的一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,所述第三边界与所述第一边界在所述第二方向上的间距等于所述第四边界与所述第二边界在所述第二方向上的间距。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,所述第三边界与所述第一边界在所述第二方向上的间距大于或等于1cm;所述第四边界与所述第二边界在所述第二方向上的间距大于或等于1cm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述弯折部的弯折空间内设置有缓冲部,所述缓冲部在所述第一显示面板上的正投影位于所述刚性膜片在所述第一显示面板上的正投影内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其中,所述缓冲部设置在所述弯折部靠近所述第一部的位置上,且所述缓冲部在所述第一显示面板上的正投影位于所述刚性膜片在所述第一显示面板上的正投影的中心区域。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述刚性膜片的厚度为0.1mm至0.5mm。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述刚性膜片的材料为聚酰亚胺或不锈钢。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示装置还包括第一散热膜层,设置在所述第一显示面板的背侧,且位于所述刚性膜片靠近所述第一显示面板的一侧;
    其中,所述刚性膜片的刚度大于所述第一散热膜层的刚度。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述第一散热膜层在所述第一显示面板上的正投影位于所述第一显示面板内或与之重合;
    所述刚性膜片在所述第一显示面板上的正投影位于所述第一散热膜层在所述第一显示面板上的正投影内。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的显示装置,其中,还包括:
    第一中框,包括第一安装板和第一侧板,所述第一安装板具有相对的第一安装面和第二安装面,所述第一侧板设置在所述第一安装面的周边,并与所述第一安装面围成第一安装槽;其中,所述第一显示面板、所述第一柔性电路板、所述刚性膜片位于所述第一安装槽内,且所述第一部位于所述第二部远离所述第一安装面的一侧;
    第一主电路板,设置在所述第一安装面上,所述第一主电路板上设置有第一连接端子,所述第一连接端子与所述第二部电连接;
    第一盖板,设置在所述第一显示面板的显示侧,所述第一盖板的边缘超出所述第一显示面板的边缘,且所述第一盖板超出所述第一显示面板的部分搭在所述第一侧板远离所述第一安装面上的端面。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述第一安装面上设置有与所述弯折部对应的避让槽,且所述第一安装面上设置有第一装配槽;其中,所述第一主电路板位于所述第一装配槽内,所述第一连接端子的部分伸出所述第一装配槽并与所述第二部电连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的显示装置,其中,还包括:
    第二中框,与所述第一中框转动连接,所述第二中框至少包括第二安装板,所述第二安装板具有相对的第三安装面和第四安装面;
    第二显示面板,位于所述第二安装面远离所述第一安装面的一侧且位于所述第三安装面远离所述第四安装面的一侧;
    其中,所述第一中框与所述第二中框相对转动能够使得所述第三安装面转动至面向所述第二安装面的位置,同时,所述第二显示面板能够发生弯折。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的显示装置,其中,还包括:
    第二主电路板,设置在所述第一安装板或所述第二安装板上,所述第二主电路板上设置有第二连接端子;
    第二柔性电路板,所述第二柔性电路板的一端与所述第二连接端子电连接,另一端与所述第二显示面板电连接;
    第二盖板,设置在所述第二显示面板远离所述第二安装面和所述第三安装面的一侧,所述第二盖板能够发生弯折。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述第一安装面上还设置第二装配槽,且所述第一安装板上还设置有贯穿所述第一安装面和所述第二安装面的通孔,所述通孔与所述第二装配槽连通;
    所述第二主电路板和所述第二连接端子位于所述第二装配槽内,所述第二柔性电路板的一端穿过所述通孔与所述第二连接端子电连接;
    其中,所述第二主电路板和所述第一主电路板为一体式结构或相互独立设置。
