Claims (18)
- 一种电池单体的盖组件,包括:盖板,所述盖板具有第一通孔;固定件,所述固定件用于连接所述盖板,所述固定件具有第二通孔,所述第二通孔被配置为与所述第一通孔气体连通;透气膜,所述透气膜与所述固定件连接,所述透气膜用于覆盖所述第二通孔;支撑件,所述支撑件填充于所述第二通孔并与所述固定件连接,所述支撑件用于支撑所述透气膜并使得经由所述透气膜的气体通过。
- 根据权利要求1所述的盖组件,其中,所述支撑件的熔点大于所述透气膜的熔点。
- 根据权利要求2所述的盖组件,其中,所述支撑件的熔点与所述透气膜的熔点的差值大于等于10℃。
- 根据权利要求1至3任意一项所述的盖组件,其中,所述支撑件与所述固定件的连接处的剪切强度大于等于0.3MPa。
- 根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的盖组件,其中,所述支撑件的透气量大于所述透气膜的透气量。
- 根据权利要求1至5任意一项所述的盖组件,其中,所述固定件为具有所述第二通孔的金属环体,所述支撑件包括疏水透气材料,所述支撑件与所述固定件通过化学键相连接或者金属键相连接。
- 根据权利要求1至6任意一项所述的盖组件,其中,在所述第一通孔的径向上,所述透气膜的最大尺寸与所述支撑件的最大尺寸之间的差值大于等于8mm,且在所述第一通孔轴向上,所述透气膜的几何中心的正投影与所述支撑件的几何中心的正投影相重合。
- 根据权利要求1至7任意一项所述的盖组件,其中,沿远离所述透气膜的方向,所述第二通孔的孔径保持不变。
- 根据权利要求1至7任意一项所述的盖组件,其中,沿远离所述透气膜的方向,至少部分长度的所述第二通孔的孔径呈减小趋势。
- 根据权利要求9所述的盖组件,其中,沿远离所述透气膜的方向,所述第二通孔的孔径逐渐减小;或者,沿远离所述透气膜的方向,所述第二通孔的孔径逐段减小;或者,沿远离所述透气膜的方向,所述第二通孔的孔径先减小后增大。
- 根据权利要求1至10任意一项所述的盖组件,其中,所述第一通孔包括容纳段以及由所述容纳段延伸的延伸段,所述容纳段的孔径大于所述延伸段的孔径,所述固定件以及所述支撑件至少部分容纳于所述容纳段内。
- 根据权利要求11所述的盖组件,其中,所述容纳段具有环绕所述延伸段的底壁,所述透气膜至少部分夹持在所述固定件和所述底壁之间,以隔开所述第二通孔和 所述延伸段,所述支撑件设置于所述透气膜背离所述延伸段的一侧。
- 根据权利要求1至12任意一项所述的盖组件,其中,所述固定件具有凹槽,所述凹槽环绕所述第二通孔设置,所述透气膜至少部分容纳于所述凹槽内。
- 一种电池单体,其中,包括:壳体,具有开口;电极组件,容纳于所述壳体中;以及如权利要求1至13任意一项所述的盖组件,所述盖组件连接于所述壳体并覆盖所述壳体的开口,所述透气膜位于所述电极组件以及所述支撑件之间。
- 一种电池,其中,包括如权利要求14所述的电池单体。
- 一种用电装置,其中,包括如权利要求15所述的电池,所述电池用于提供电能。
- 一种制备电池单体的方法,其中,包括:提供壳体,所述壳体具有开口;提供电极组件,将所述电极组件装入所述壳体内;提供盖组件,所述盖组件包括盖板、固定件、透气膜以及支撑件,所述盖板具有第一通孔,所述固定件用于连接所述盖板,所述固定件具有第二通孔,所述第二通孔被配置为与所述第一通孔气体连通,所述透气膜与所述固定件连接,所述透气膜用于覆盖所述第二通孔,所述支撑件填充于所述第二通孔并与所述固定件连接,所述支撑件用于支撑所述透气膜;将所述盖组件设置于所述开口并通过所述盖板与所述壳体连接,所述壳体内的气体经由所述透气膜并由所述固定件通过。
- 一种制备电池单体的设备,其中,包括:第一装配装置,被配置为提供壳体,所述壳体具有开口;第二装配装置,被配置为提供电极组件,将所述电极组件装入所述壳体内;第三装配装置,被配置为提供盖组件,所述盖组件包括盖板、固定件、透气膜以及支撑件,所述盖板具有第一通孔,所述固定件用于连接所述盖板,所述固定件具有第二通孔,所述第二通孔被配置为与所述第一通孔气体连通,所述透气膜与所述固定件连接,所述透气膜用于覆盖所述第二通孔,所述支撑件填充于所述第二通孔并与所述固定件连接,所述支撑件用于支撑所述透气膜,将所述盖组件设置于所述开口并通过所述盖板与所述壳体连接,所述壳体内的气体经由所述透气膜并由所述固定件通过。
