Abstract
本发明公开了一种处理农村生活污水可提升式净化槽,包括壳体、设置于壳体两端的进水管、出水管,壳体内包括缺氧区、沉淀出水区,壳体顶端开设有若干安装孔,每个安装孔内配合插设有填料放置桶,填料放置桶内设置有填料和/或曝气装置,填料放置桶构成厌氧区或好氧区,缺氧区、沉淀出水区、厌氧区、好氧区相互管道连通。填料更换方便,无需人员进入净化槽内,安全且维护简单。
Description
本发明涉及农村生活污水处理领域,尤其涉及农村生活污水用地埋式小型净化槽。
净化槽属于农村生活污水处理装置,用于农村生活污水的处理和重复利用。净化槽内装有填料,在填料上的厌氧生物膜的作用下,去除可溶性有机物。
现有净化槽一般包括好氧、厌氧、缺氧、沉淀多个反应舱室,并且采用地埋式安装,其舱室的分隔多采用在壳体内焊接隔板来完成,由于其内部空间小,工人进入内部焊接操作空间小,难度较大,尤其是需要放置生物填料的舱室,一旦填料到达使用寿命需要进行更换时或者舱室底部曝气装置需要进行维修时,工人需要进入到内部进行作业,但农村生活污水在反应过程中会产生大量的氨气和沼气等有毒气体,工人如果不进行防护就下去作业存在着很大的安全隐患,有待改进。
本发明的目的是提供一种填料更换方便,无需人员进入净化槽内,安全且维护简单的农村生活污水用可提升式净化槽。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种处理农村生活污水可提升式净化槽,包括壳体、设置于壳体两端的进水管、出水管,壳体内包括缺氧区、沉淀出水区,其特征在于壳体顶端开设有若干安装孔,每个安装孔内配合插设有填料放置桶,填料放置桶内设置有填料和/或曝气装置,填料放置桶构成厌氧区或好氧区,缺氧区、沉淀出水区、厌氧区、好氧区相互管道连通。
作为优选,壳体内设置有一隔板将卧式壳体内腔分隔成缺氧区和沉淀出水区,安装孔开设有两个,分别位于缺氧区、沉淀出水区的壳体顶端。
作为优选,填料放置桶为一体注塑成型,与安装孔配合插设。
作为优选,填料放置桶中部上下端分别有若干向内凹陷构成凸台,凸台上分别固定有网格板,网格板间填充有球形填料,构成填料层。
作为优选,所述沉淀出水区与构成厌氧区的填料放置桶间设置有污泥回流管联通。
作为优选,所述缺氧区近隔板侧设置有曝气装置。
作为优选,缺氧区和好氧区内的曝气装置通过曝气管道连接。
作为优选,填料放置桶截面为圆形或多边形。
1. 本发明通过设置可提升式填料放置桶,简化了整个维修更换过程,可直接整体将填料放置桶抽出更换,或者填料放置桶提升抽出后更换内部的填料,或者填料利用高压泵冲洗后,重新填充。
2. 填料放置桶和壳体均采用一体化成型,大大降低了制作成本。
3. 有效防止人员进入净化槽内作业,有效杜绝了安全事故的发生。

实施例1:如图1、2所示,一种处理农村生活污水可提升式净化槽,包括卧式壳体1、设置于卧式壳体两端的进水管2、出水管3,卧式壳体1顶端开设有检修孔4、卧室壳体1内设置有一隔板5将卧式壳体内腔1.1分隔成缺氧区6和沉淀出水区7,缺氧区6近隔板5侧设置有曝气装置,位于缺氧区6、沉淀出水区7的壳体1顶端均开设有一安装孔9,安装孔9内均插设有填料放置桶10,缺氧区6的第一填料放置桶10.1构成厌氧区11,沉淀出水区7的第二填料放置桶10.2构成过滤区12,第二填料放置桶10.2底端设置有曝气装置8,沉淀出水区7与第一填料放置桶10.1间设置有污泥回流管13联通,进水管2通过第一填料放置桶上的进水孔10.11伸入第一填料放置桶10.1近底端,第一填料放置桶10.1开设有过水孔10.3,隔板5近底端设置有第一过水管15,第一过水管15联通第二填料放置桶10.2近底端和缺氧区6,第二填料放置桶10.2上过水孔10.3设置第二过水管14向下伸入沉淀出水区5近底端,第一、二填料放置桶10为一体注塑成型,与安装孔配合插设,第一、二填料放置桶10中部上下端分别设置有若干向内凹陷的凸台16,构成两托架台,托架台上分别固定有网格板17,网格板17间填充有球状填料18。

- 一种处理农村生活污水可提升式净化槽,包括壳体、设置于壳体两端的进水管、出水管,壳体内包括缺氧区、沉淀出水区,其特征在于壳体顶端开设有若干安装孔,每个安装孔内配合插设有填料放置桶,填料放置桶内设置有填料和/或曝气装置,填料放置桶构成厌氧区或好氧区,缺氧区、沉淀出水区、厌氧区、好氧区相互管道连通,填料放置桶为整体可提升抽插式。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种处理农村生活污水可提升式净化槽,其特征在于壳体内设置有一隔板将卧式壳体内腔分隔成缺氧区和沉淀出水区,安装孔开设有两个,分别位于缺氧区、沉淀出水区的壳体顶端。
- 根据权力要求1所述的一种处理农村生活污水可提升式净化槽,其特征在于,填料放置桶为一体注塑成型,与安装孔配合插设。
- 根据权力要求1所述的一种处理农村生活污水可提升式净化槽,其特征在于,填料放置桶中部上下端分别有若干向内凹陷构成凸台,凸台上分别固定有网格板,网格板间填充有球形填料,构成填料层。
- 根据权力要求1所述的一种处理农村生活污水可提升式净化槽,其特征在于,所述沉淀出水区与构成厌氧区的填料放置桶间设置有污泥回流管联通。
- 根据权力要求2所述的一种处理农村生活污水可提升式净化槽,其特征在于,所述缺氧区近隔板侧设置有曝气装置。
- 根据权力要求1或6所述的一种处理农村生活污水可提升式净化槽,其特征在于缺氧区和好氧区内的曝气装置通过曝气管道连接。
- 根据权力要求1所述的一种处理农村生活污水可提升式净化槽,其特征在于填料放置桶截面为圆形或多边形。
