本发明实施例提供的移动架,包括:花洒座组件;具有第一容纳槽的安装架,所述花洒座组件可转动地安装在所述安装架上,所述安装架上设置有配合凸台,所述配合凸台上安装有锁合件;传动座,活动安装在所述第一容纳槽内,所述安装架和所述传动座之间设置有限位结构;和阻尼件,与所述传动座可相对转动地套装在一起、并随所述花洒座组件同步转动,且所述阻尼件和所述花洒座组件之间压持有弹性件;其中,所述传动座设置成随所述阻尼件的转动而驱动所述锁合件在锁合位置和解锁位置之间移动;所述传动座受到限位结构制约仅在设定角度范围内转动,所述阻尼件的旋转超过设定角度范围时,将相对所述传动座转动。
在一示例性实施例中,所述移动架还包括:设置在所述安装架与所述传动座之间的第一传动结构,设置在所述锁合件与所述传动座之间的第二传动结构,所述阻尼件可移动地安装在所述花洒座组件上;其中,所述第一传动结构设置成在所述传动座随所述阻尼件转动时,驱动所述传动座朝向或背向 所述花洒座组件移动;所述第二传动结构设置成在所述传动座朝向或背向所述花洒座组件移动时,驱动所述锁合件在锁合位置和解锁位置之间移动。

实施例一
本申请实施例一提供的移动架,如图1至图5所示,包括组装在一起的 花洒座组件100、安装架200和传动组件300。
花洒座组件100:
如图3所示,花洒座组件100可以包括花洒座110和旋转盖120。
如图3所示,花洒座110的前部可以设置有向下延伸的弧形壁111,花洒座110的后部的上端可以设置有向后延伸的安装板112,安装板112上可以设置有卡钩113。
如图3所示,旋转盖120的侧面可以设置有第二容纳槽121,第二容纳槽121的内底面的中部可以凸起地设置有螺柱122,螺柱122的一旁可以凸起地设置有导向定位立筋123,旋转盖120的一端可以设置有用于容纳花洒座110的第一贯通槽124,旋转盖120的上端面上可以设置有卡孔125。
当花洒座110容纳于旋转盖120的第一贯通槽124时,弧形壁111能够与第一贯通槽124匹配,且卡钩113与卡孔125卡合。
安装架200:
如图5和图8所示,安装架200的一端面上设置有第一容纳槽201,第一容纳槽201的内侧面上可以设置有相对于第一容纳槽201的周向倾斜的第一配合面208,第一配合面208可以朝向第一容纳槽201的开口端,第一容纳槽201的内侧面沿周向可以设置有四组限位结构,每组限位结构可以包括2个限位筋209,可以在每组的2个限位筋209之间设置第一配合面208。第一容纳槽201的外端面上还可以沿周向间隔设置有连接钩202,图8中以设置4个连接钩202为例进行说明,然而连接钩202的数量可以根据需要进行设置,本实施例对此不作限制。安装架200的另一端面上凸起有偏心设置的两个配合凸台203,两个配合凸台203可以位于同一排、且可以均设置为T形配合凸台,两个配合凸台203的端面上可以设置有贯通的容纳孔204,容纳孔204可以与第一容纳槽201相通,两个配合凸台203上的与第一容纳槽201的槽壁相连接的脖颈位置均可以设置有插口205,插口205可以与容纳孔204相通,且两个插口205的朝向可以相反,容纳孔204的侧壁上还可以设置有导向孔206。两个配合凸台203之间可以设置有穿过孔207,第一传动结构可以包括第一配合面208。
如图5所示,容纳孔204上可以安装有传动轴210、滚轮220和锁合件230,第二传动结构可以为传动轴210。传动轴210可以为圆柱轴。滚轮220可以为圆环形滚轮220。锁合件230可以为正方体状阻尼块,阻尼块的侧面可以设置有导向柱231,本实施例对传动轴210、滚轮220、锁合件230的形状不作限制。
传动组件300:
如图4、图6和图7所示,传动组件300可以包括传动座310、橡胶滚轮320、支架330和弹性件340。
如图4和图7所示,传动座310可以呈桶状,传动座310的顶壁上可以设置有第一通孔311,传动座310的外侧面上可以设置有凸筋312,第一传动结构还可以包括凸筋312,传动座310的内侧面上可以设置有波浪状的齿形槽313。
如图4和图6所示,橡胶滚轮320的中部可以设置有第二通孔321,橡胶滚轮320的一端面可以设置有啮合槽323,橡胶滚轮320的外侧面上可以凸起的设置有阻尼筋322。
如图4所示,支架330一端面的中部可以设置有第三通孔331,第三通孔331的一旁可以设置有导向定位孔(图未示),该导向定位孔可以与导向定位立筋123相配合,支架330的另一端面可以设置有啮合齿332。
如图4所示,弹性件340可以为螺旋弹簧,本实施例对弹性件340的实现形式不作限制。
移动架的组装结构:
如图2至图8所示,弧形壁111伸入第一贯通槽124内,卡钩113卡入卡孔125内,将花洒座110和旋转盖120组装在一起,花洒可固定在弧形壁111内侧。啮合齿332与啮合槽323相配合,阻尼筋322与齿形槽313之间采用过盈配合,将传动座310、橡胶滚轮320和支架330组装在一起形成组件1,组装后橡胶滚轮320位于传动座310内。将组件1装入第一容纳槽201内,使得凸筋312伸至限位筋209之间、并抵在第一配合面208上,连接钩202卡接在支架330上,这样,将组件1和安装架200组装在一起形成了组 件2。组件1可在安装架200内进行周向转动和轴向移动。滚轮220自插口205装入容纳孔204内,传动轴210装入容纳孔204内、并穿装在滚轮220上,锁合件230再装入容纳孔204内,并使得导向柱231滑入导向孔206内,实现锁合件230在容纳孔204内的可移动安装,安装后传动轴210的一端与锁合件230接触、另一端与传动座310的端面接触。将旋转盖120可转动地安装在安装架200上,弹性件340压持在组件1和第二容纳槽121的底壁之间,螺柱122穿装在第一通孔311、第二通孔321和第三通孔331内,导向定位立筋123插入导向定位孔内,使得组件1能够随旋转盖120一起转动、并在转动时沿导向定位立筋123进行直线移动。最后可以通过螺钉自穿过孔207旋装在螺柱122上,以将组件2与旋转盖120组装在一起,本实施例对组件2与旋转盖120的组装方式不作限制。通孔可以包括第一通孔311、第二通孔321和第三通孔331。
其中,凸筋312仅能在两限位筋209之间限定的角度范围内转动,使得橡胶滚轮320可相对传动座310转动,致使阻尼筋322沿着齿形槽313跳动,实现对旋转盖320进行角度调整。设定角度范围的大小与两限位筋209之间的宽度相关。
可以设置一杆件(图未示)来辅助固定配合凸台203,杆件可以设置有导轨槽,配合凸台203可以与杆件的导轨槽相配合,导轨槽可以设置为T形导轨槽,安装架200的操作方式如下:
沿第一旋转方向转动旋转盖120,在弹性件340的作用下,凸筋312可以自第一配合面208的高端滑动至第一配合面208的低端、并抵在一限位筋209上,组件1朝向锁合件230移动而推动传动轴210,传动轴210推动锁合件230向容纳孔204外移动,从而使锁合件230压紧导轨槽的槽壁而锁定安装架200,此时配合凸台203在导轨槽内被固定。继续驱动旋转盖120沿第一旋转方向转动,橡胶滚轮320随旋转盖120同步转动,在设定角度范围内传动座310因处于一极限位置(凸筋312抵在一限位筋209上)而无法转动,此时锁合件230处于锁合状态,移动架被固定住,实现了沿第一旋转方向调节旋转盖120角度。如图8所示,第一配合面208的高端为第一配合面208中高出第一容纳槽201表面较高的一端,第一配合面208的低端为第一配合 面208中更靠近第一容纳槽201表面的一端。
沿第一旋转方向的反方向转动旋转盖120,抵抗弹性件340的作用,凸筋312可以自第一配合面208的低端滑动至第一配合面208的高端、并抵在另一限位筋209上,组件1朝向旋转盖120移动而释放传动轴210,传动轴210释放锁合件230,从而使锁合件230松开导轨槽的槽壁而解锁安装架200,此时配合凸台203可在导轨槽内移动位置。继续驱动旋转盖120沿第一旋转方向的反方向转动,在设定角度范围内传动座310因处于另一极限位置(凸筋312抵在另一限位筋209上)而无法转动,橡胶滚轮320和旋转盖120(以及支架330)一起转动,实现了沿第一旋转方向的反方向调节旋转盖120角度。
示例地,第一配合面208可以为斜面或曲面。
当然,也可以是凸筋312设置在第一容纳槽201的内表面上,第一配合面208和限位筋209设置在传动座310的外侧面上(此方案图中未示出),也可实现本申请的目的,其宗旨未脱离本发明的设计思想,在此不再赘述,也应属于本申请的保护范围内。
实施例二
该实施例与实施例一的区别在于:配合凸台可以凸起设置在安装架的外侧面上(此方案图中未示出),传动组件的侧面上可以设置有相对于第一容纳槽轴向倾斜的第二配合面,第二传动结构还可以包括第二配合面。
示例地,第二配合面可以为圆台面。可以是,第二配合面的直径自远离旋转盖的一端向邻近旋转盖的一端逐渐增大。
安装架操作方式如下:
沿第一旋转方向转动旋转盖,在弹性件的作用下,凸筋自第一配合面的高端滑动至第一配合面的低端、并抵在一限位筋上,组件1背向旋转盖移动,第二配合面推动传动轴,传动轴推动锁合件向容纳孔外移动,从而使锁合件压紧导轨槽的槽壁而锁定安装架,此时配合凸台在导轨槽内被固定。继续驱动旋转盖沿第一旋转方向转动,橡胶滚轮随旋转盖同步转动,在设定角度范围内传动座因处于一极限位置(凸筋抵在一限位筋上)而无法转动,此时锁 合件处于锁合状态,移动架被固定住,实现了沿第一旋转方向调节旋转盖角度。
沿第一旋转方向的反方向转动旋转盖,抵抗弹性件的弹力作用,凸筋自第一配合面的低端滑动至第一配合面的高端、并抵在另一限位筋上,组件1朝向旋转盖移动,第二配合面释放传动轴,传动轴释放锁合件,从而使锁合件松开导轨槽的槽壁而解锁安装架,此时配合凸台可在导轨槽内移动位置。继续驱动旋转盖沿第一旋转方向的反方向转动,在设定角度范围内传动座因处于另一极限位置(凸筋抵在另一限位筋上)而无法转动,橡胶滚轮和旋转盖(以及支架)一起转动,实现了沿第一旋转方向的反方向调节旋转盖角度。

本发明实施例三提供的淋浴组件(此方案图中未示出),包括固定杆、花洒和上述任一实施例所述的移动架,导轨槽可以位于固定杆上,花洒可拆卸地安装在花洒座组件上。
该淋浴组件,具备上述任一实施例提供的移动架的全部优点,在此不再赘述。
示例地,移动架与导轨槽的槽壁之间可以通过滚轮传动配合,变滑动摩擦为滚动摩擦,这样移动架和导轨槽之间的摩擦力更小,移动架滑动更顺畅。
示例地,导轨槽为T形导轨槽。
可以是,驱动花洒座组件沿第一旋转方向的反方向转动,阻尼件随花洒座组件同步转动,在设定角度范围内的一极限位置传动座随阻尼件联动转动,此时传动座驱动锁合件自锁合状态解锁至解锁状态,可实现移动架升降调节;传动座转动至设定角度范围内的另一极限位置时,继续沿第一旋转方向的反方向转动花洒座组件,此时传动座无法继续转动,阻尼件和花洒座组件一起转动,实现了沿第一旋转方向的反方向调节花洒角度。
可以是,驱动花洒座组件沿第一旋转方向转动,阻尼件随花洒座组件同步转动,在设定角度范围内传动座因处于一极限位置而无法转动,此时锁合件处于锁合状态,移动架被固定住,实现了沿第一旋转方向调节花洒角度。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种移动架,其中包括:
    花洒座组件;
    具有第一容纳槽的安装架,所述花洒座组件可转动地安装在所述安装架上,所述安装架上设置有配合凸台,所述配合凸台上安装有锁合件;
    传动座,活动安装在所述第一容纳槽内,所述安装架和所述传动座之间设置有限位结构;和
    阻尼件,与所述传动座可相对转动地套装在一起、并随所述花洒座组件同步转动,且所述阻尼件和所述花洒座组件之间压持有弹性件;
    其中,所述传动座设置成随所述阻尼件的转动而驱动所述锁合件在锁合位置和解锁位置之间移动;
    所述传动座受到限位结构制约仅在设定角度范围内转动,所述阻尼件的旋转超过设定角度范围时,将相对所述传动座转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的移动架,还包括:
    设置在所述安装架与所述传动座之间的第一传动结构,设置在所述锁合件与所述传动座之间的第二传动结构,所述阻尼件可移动地安装在所述花洒座组件上;
    其中,所述第一传动结构设置成在所述传动座随所述阻尼件转动时,驱动所述传动座朝向或背向所述花洒座组件移动;
    所述第二传动结构设置成在所述传动座朝向或背向所述花洒座组件移动时,驱动所述锁合件在锁合位置和解锁位置之间移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的移动架,其中,所述第一容纳槽的内侧面上沿周向间隔设置有限位筋,所述传动座的侧面设置有凸筋,所述凸筋限位在所述限位筋之间,所述限位结构包括所述限位筋。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的移动架,其中,所述传动座的侧面设置有凸筋,所述第一容纳槽的内侧面上设置有相对于周向倾斜的第一配合面,所述第一配合面朝向所述第一容纳槽的开口端,所述凸筋抵在所述第一配合面上,所 述第一传动结构包括所述凸筋和所述第一配合面;
    当所述凸筋自所述第一配合面的低端向所述第一配合面的高端转动时,所述传动座朝向所述花洒座组件移动;
    当所述凸筋自所述第一配合面的高端向所述第一配合面的低端转动时,所述传动座背向所述花洒座组件移动。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的移动架,还包括:
    传动轴,所述配合凸台上设置有贯通的容纳孔,所述锁合件和所述传动轴均位于所述容纳孔内,且所述传动轴的一端与所述锁合件相配合、另一端伸入所述第一容纳槽内与所述传动座相配合,所述第二传动结构包括所述传动轴。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的移动架,其中,所述配合凸台凸起设置在所述安装架的背向所述花洒座组件的端面上;
    当所述传动座背向所述花洒座组件移动时,所述传动座的背向所述花洒座组件的端面推动所述传动轴,所述传动轴推动所述锁合件移动至锁合位置;
    当所述传动座朝向所述花洒座组件移动时,所述传动座的背向所述花洒座组件的端面释放所述传动轴,所述传动轴释放所述锁合件移动至解锁位置。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的移动架,其中,所述配合凸台凸起设置在所述安装架的外侧面上,所述传动座的侧面上设置有相对于与轴向倾斜的第二配合面,所述第二配合面朝向所述第一容纳槽的内侧面,所述第二传动结构还包括所述第二配合面;
    当所述传动座朝向或背向所述花洒座组件移动时,所述第二配合面推动或释放所述传动轴。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的移动架,还包括:
    滚轮,可转动地安装在所述配合凸台上,设置成实现所述配合凸台与同所述配合凸台配合使用的导轨槽的滚动配合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的移动架,其中,所述配合凸台上设置有容纳孔,所述容纳孔的侧壁上设置有插口,所述容纳孔内设置有传动轴,所述滚轮自所述插口装入所述容纳孔内、并可转动地套装在所述传动轴上。
  10. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的移动架,还包括:
    支架,位于所述第一容纳槽内,所述弹性件压持在所述支架和所述花洒座组件之间,所述阻尼件固定安装在所述支架上,所述传动座可转动地过盈罩装在所述阻尼件上。

  12. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的移动架,其中,
    所述花洒座组件上设置有第二容纳槽,所述安装架沉入安装在所述第二容纳槽内;
    所述配合凸台为T形配合凸台,所述T形配合凸台和所述锁合件包括同排间隔设置的多组;
    所述花洒座组件包括花洒座和旋转盖,所述旋转盖可转动地安装在所述安装架上,所述花洒座安装在所述旋转盖上;
    所述阻尼件为橡胶滚轮。
  13. 一种淋浴组件,其中,包括如权利要求1至12中任一项所述的移动架。
