一种管道附片固定装置 【技术领域】
本发明涉及塑料管道的技术领域,特别是管道附片固定装置的技术领域。
【背景技术】
管路是一种常用的输送设施,其往往通过若干管道相互连接而形成。对于一些大型管件,其往往通过焊接的方式进行连接,这样的连接方式容易产生渗漏的现象,且连接较为麻烦。在管道的承口固定附片可以便于管道进行连接。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种管道附片固定装置,能够使管道的承口便于固定附片。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种管道附片固定装置,包括第一支撑架、第二支撑架、管道、安装台、第一安装柱、第二安装柱、安装板、安装架、压轮、装料滚柱、热风枪,所述管道一端设有承口,管道水平放置在第一支撑架和第二支撑架上,所述第一支撑架上安装有两个第一托轮,第二支撑架上安装有两个第二托轮,两个第二托轮托住管道的承口,两个第一托轮托住管道的非承口端,所述第二支撑架上安装有一个安装台,安装台上安装有一根第一安装柱和一根第二安装柱,所述第一安装柱上连接有一块安装板,安装板伸入承口内,安装板上方安装有一个卷绕有附片条的装料滚柱,安装板下方安装有一个安装架,安装架上安装有若干压轮,附片条从装料滚柱放出贴在承口内壁上,压轮紧压贴在承口内壁上的附片条,所述第二安装柱上连接有一个热风枪,热风枪的出风口对准装料滚柱到最近的压轮之间的附片条的下端。
作为优选,所述第二支撑架上安装有一块导向板,导向板上设有若干条导 向条,导向条与管道平行,安装台的底部设有若干个与导向条一一对应的导向槽。
作为优选,所述第一安装柱上安装有一个可沿着第一安装柱上下移动的调节部,安装板与第一安装柱之间通过调节部相连。
作为优选,所述调节部由两片夹片组成,两片夹片边缘处设有相对设置的凸缘,两片夹片夹住第一安装柱,两片夹片通过若干个穿透凸缘的螺栓组相固定。
作为优选,所述所述安装板上安装有若干个气缸,气缸的伸缩端与安装架相连。
作为优选,所述管道的外壁上缠绕有冷却软管,冷却软管内有冷却液,冷却液从冷却软管的一端流入并从冷却软管的另一端流出。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过将压轮与热风枪相配合,使得可热熔附片可被有效的粘到管道承口内壁上,固定牢固,便于管道的连接;调节部的设置使得装置可适应不同尺寸的管道,使得装置具有很好的适应性;导向条和导向槽的设置使得装置可适应不同深度的承口的管道,使得装置具有很好的适应性。

参阅图1,本发明一种管道附片固定装置,包括包括第一支撑架1、第二支 撑架2、管道3、安装台4、第一安装柱41、第二安装柱5、安装板45、安装架47、压轮48、装料滚柱46、热风枪50,所述管道3一端设有承口30,管道3水平放置在第一支撑架1和第二支撑架2上,所述第一支撑架1上安装有两个第一托轮10,第二支撑架2上安装有两个第二托轮20,两个第二托轮20托住管道3的承口30,两个第一托轮10托住管道3的非承口30端,所述第二支撑架2上安装有一个安装台4,安装台4上安装有一根第一安装柱41和一根第二安装柱5,所述第一安装柱41上连接有一块安装板45,安装板45伸入承口30内,安装板45上方安装有一个卷绕有附片条的装料滚柱46,安装板45下方安装有一个安装架47,安装架47上安装有若干压轮48,附片条从装料滚柱46放出贴在承口30内壁上,压轮48紧压贴在承口30内壁上的附片条,所述第二安装柱5上连接有一个热风枪50,热风枪50的出风口对准装料滚柱46到最近的压轮48之间的附片条的下端,附片条可热熔,所述第二支撑架2上安装有一块导向板21,导向板21上设有若干条导向条22,导向条22与管道3平行,安装台4的底部设有若干个与导向条22一一对应的导向槽,所述第一安装柱41上安装有一个可沿着第一安装柱41上下移动的调节部42,安装板45与第一安装柱41之间通过调节部42相连,所述调节部42由两片夹片43组成,两片夹片43边缘处设有相对设置的凸缘44,两片夹片43夹住第一安装柱41,两片夹片43通过若干个穿透凸缘44的螺栓组相固定,所述所述安装板45上安装有若干个气缸49,气缸49的伸缩端与安装架47相连,所述管道3的外壁上缠绕有冷却软管31,冷却软管31内有冷却液,冷却液从冷却软管31的一端流入并从冷却软管31的另一端流出。
本发明工作过程:
本发明一种管道附片固定装置在工作过程中,压轮48与热风枪50相配合, 使得可热熔附片可被有效的粘到管道3承口30内壁上,固定牢固,便于管道3的连接;调节部42的设置使得装置可适应不同尺寸的管道,使得装置具有很好的适应性;导向条22和导向槽的设置使得装置可适应不同深度的承口30的管道3,使得装置具有很好的适应性。
